High tea with friends: watery tomato soup (first course), 3 half sandwiches with egg salad, chicken thigh, and tuna salad (second course), 1/4 Liège waffle, 1/4 cinnamon roll, 1 small scone, and 1 other small sweet roll served with whipped cream, clotted cream, and jam (third and final course). The tea selection was also limited. This for €26.50 per person. It's very cozy. I've had high tea many times, but this is definitely the most modest!

The food was delicious, the high tea was filling and well-prepared. The hostess was very friendly.

I’ve been hearing about Bubbelss by Tess for a while but never got the chance to check it out 🤷‍♂️ finally went today and wow… I think this is my new go-to breakfast and lunch spot 🥐I had the yoghurt granola — sounds simple but honestly it was delicious, not sure if she adds a little magic or what but it was amazing. The location is super nice too, you can see the whole market while you eat and the owner is really kind and helpful, can’t wait to come back and try some lunch next time, will update here!

We hebben gisteravond weer heerlijk gegeten . We komen met regelmaat hier , hig wines, high tea , Italiaanse avond . Gisteravond a la carte , in 1 woord fantastisch 😍 De beste carpacio serveren ze , en niet te vergeten heerlijk bijpassende wijnen . Top tent 👍

Had a high tea here via social deals. It is not a large restaurant but it is very cozy, Tess is the friendly owner who brings everything to the tables. The high tea is highly recommended. We started with a glass of bubbles. Then delicious soup. A board with 3 different slices of bread with warm chicken, tuna salad and egg salad. Then came the etagere with sweets. Drink unlimited tea It was all delicious. And if you don't finish something, it will be neatly packed in a box and you can take it home with you.

Great place, delicious food. There are some lovely birds on the wall, which is appealing. The service was very friendly.

Enjoyed the delicious high tea. Everything is freshly made and you can taste it. More than enough too 😅 The only drawback for me was that there were two baby showers when we were there. As a result, there was a lot of noise and it was difficult to hear each other.

What a beautiful and cozy lunchroom. Nice decor too! Sandwiches and salads quite pricey but tasty and freshly prepared. The menu is a bit strangely laid out, but there is plenty of choice. Also vegetarian. Why not 4 stars then? The lunchroom is a "chicken coop" the noise is very annoying. You can't understand each other very well. I think something needs to be adjusted in the room so that you can dampen the sound.

Price quality for dinner was not ok. Dishes that you can also make yourself at home. No surprises. Often had a better meal somewhere for less money than here. You also felt that after 9 p.m. they would rather get rid of you than rich.

Booked via socialdeal. You can choose from 3 menus of 4 courses. I went for the fish variant. 1st course Large shrimp as starter. Too much fiddling for me. Gang 2 torpedo shrimp. Tasty, simple. Course 3. Delicious fish stew. Generous fish for me, the sauce was too generous so in a separate container would have been better for me. The sandwiches were ordered separately. You pay extra for that. Dame Blanch dessert. Quite generous ice cream, whipped cream and fresh fruit. Nice ladies in the service. Definitely recommended. You get a lot for a nice amount and it's tasty too.

We wanted a quick hot meal here after a long road trip and were bitterly disappointed. The menu only had 5 dishes, 2 of which were nachos. We chose a plate of nachos, the shrimp and some kind of Thai pastry. The nachos for just under 14 euros were a disgrace, only nachos with a ready-made, not tasty guacamole and tons of crème fraîche on top. The shrimps were good but five shrimps for 9 euros is also a steep price. Overall, a big letdown.

Had a nice meal at Bubbelss by Tess. The only negative point I have is the ball of bread under the salmon. It would be nicer if you could choose the bread yourself.

Very bad service Not a warm welcome, I immediately felt unwelcome upon entering. We were a few minutes early, that's the first thing she said. Dirty greasy dishes We didn't get unlimited tea either. High tea is not worth what you pay Won't recommend it to anyone It's no coincidence that they have to advertise on social deal...

We had a high tea with 5 people via Social deals. We had to wait a ridiculously long time before we finally got anything. When it was finished, the plates were left for a long time. We were completely ignored even when we indicated that we needed something. Which really shouldn't be the case. People who came in later were helped even earlier and also left earlier than us. Unlimited tea uhhhhhhh, only had tea twice, and we didn't even have any sweets. This gave you no feeling of being welcome. A shame because the interior is really cozy. Sorry, but we will never come here again.

Smaller menu due to King's Day but still wide choice. Nicely served tompouzen with a flag in it and a dollop of whipped cream. Tasty croquettes with lots of garnish and a large bowl of sweet potato fries with truffle mayonnaise.

We had a very delicious meal at Bubbels bij Tess. Very nicely decorated place and clean too. And last but not least, nice and friendly service. Such a great young entrepreneur. Truly an achievement.

The lunchroom and terrace look cozy. We had a salad carpaccio and bread with honey chicken. I didn't think the salad was worth €15.25. The taste was good but it was more of an appetizer for dinner than a salad for lunch. The price is not in proportion to what you get. The honey chicken was undercooked and we sent it back. Too bad because I think there is a lot of potential in this beautiful little business.

Had an extensive high tea today with a friend via SD. Nice location, cozy atmosphere, beautiful freshly prepared dishes. The hostess is very friendly and keeps a close eye on everything. Was wonderful. The map also looked good. Definitely go back again.

We had a baby shower last Sunday at bubbly by Tess. What an incredibly fun afternoon we had. The table was completely decorated in the theme of the baby's gender and we enjoyed a wonderful high tea. Highly recommended!

Today we had lunch at Bubbles by Tess, it was really good, we had a sandwich and the Sharing, it was great, the atmosphere is very nice and Tess and her staff are very friendly and helpful, we will definitely come back, a real asset to Vwaard

Zeer teleurstellend! We hebben een babyshower en €2,00 extra betaald bovenop de €26,50 voor de versiering. We hadden zelfs niet allemaal een servet met " hoera het is een meisje". Helaas kan ik niet anders zeggen dan dat het slecht verzorgd was. Van een high-tea verwacht je kleine sandwiches, broodjes e.d. en etageres met scones, klein gebak, bonbon, soesjes. Wederom helaas was het weer zeer weinig wat we kregen. Met een babyshower is er minstens één zwangere dame die bepaalde dingen niet mag eten, dit behoren ze te weten! Om 13:00 waren we allemaal aanwezig en om 14:30 kregen we ons eerste brood na een klein bordje soep. Alles bij elkaar een bedroevende ervaring.

Bruschetta with buffalo mozzarella and grilled peach consisted of unroasted sandwiches with pieces of “plastic” and unripe pear, the description gives a different impression than the dish that is actually served. Disappointing.

Been here for the first time during a car event (on the Valkenswaard market). Very friendly and pleasant service. Food and drinks are excellent. It also looks very neat and cozy. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Afgelopen donderdag zijn wij (op doorreis) voor het eerst wezen lunchen bij Tessa. Wat een geweldige ervaring! Zo'n leuke locatie / lunchroom, heel warm ingericht en een super vriendelijke en hartelijke bediening! Dat maak je vandaag de dag niet vaak meer mee helaas. Op zich zijn er genoeg parkeerplaatsen beschikbaar in de buurt, alleen was het donderdag markt en dan moet je ff iets langer zoeken, maar da's geen enkel probleem. Wij hebben met z'n 4-en heerlijk geluncht, absoluut voor herhaling vatbaar. Tessa, dank voor jouw ultra vriendelijke & persoonlijke benadering en ga vooral zo door!
