The restaurant is supposed to be open until 11:00 PM. The doors were already closed at 10:40 PM. Drove all the way there for nothing! If you are open until 11:00 PM, make sure you stay open until that time! And don't close the doors fifteen minutes beforehand.

One of my go to stops when i am around Delft. Food is always a good standard and quality with friendly staff.

The staff were unfriendly, impolite, and showed no motivation to work; it was obvious we were bothering them. There wasn't much of an atmosphere, I didn't feel comfortable, and I won't be going back.

I had to wait a really long time for a chicken burger; it was basically ready quite quickly, but the ladies behind the counter are incredibly slow, it seems like they don't get it at all, and they don't care either. After watching this for a few minutes, I pointed out that mine had been sitting there for ages and asked what they were all doing. It was very quiet, even in the drive-thru, but it still took an enormous amount of time. 'I'll make you a medium drink,' she said... Yay... A bit more cola and a rock-hard burger that was lukewarm. Never here again...

I am very dissatisfied with the indoor peace; colleagues are extremely busy, running after each other, shouting, and swearing. What a disgusting place. I am never here again. Disrespectful.

On our way to ... we stopped here along the highway for a bite to eat. That was not an unmitigated pleasure. It started with the order, which, after a considerable wait among many people and insufficient staff at the counter, was not executed properly. It is possible that we did not operate the order terminal correctly, so the order did not go through properly. But when I asked for the order to be corrected, the response was surly. I do not think we are very enthusiastic about stopping here again; we would rather go next door. The dishes were as you would expect in a fast-food establishment. I always have a delicious meal here and don't go to other Burger Kings anymore because they all serve the burgers cold these days. This restaurant was always an exception to that – “food always super hot and tasty” – except today “09-06-2025 around 14:00”, the food was very cold, the fries were undercooked, and there was so much tomato ketchup on the Whopper that it was inedible. It is a real shame for this always well-organized restaurant. Even my children were disappointed.

Waiting time is on the long side.

Unbelievable how unfriendly the manager on the floor is. We made a mistake to order on the screen for take away. We have a baby, so when we got our food my husband asked for a tray they asked the manager and she told them to say no and was very rude about it. When my husband asked again it was still a no. Then I went to explain the situation and the kind lady who was working there told me she is so sorry but that her manager won’t allow it. The manager was standing right beside her but acted as if she didn’t hear me. Then I asked her straight to the point that i need it so my baby can eat his fries of the tray. She refused again and then I said it’s for my baby he can’t eat off the table. And then she gave in with a pretty sour face. Unbelievable honestly. For a tray like really though.

The food is good, but the staff is a disaster. You have to put your drink cups in a vending machine that accepts a QR code, which almost never works. So you have to go back to the counter, where it takes ages again to get served because the staff have to chat with each other on a foreign language. They just make you wait.

It doesn't get much worse than this. What a disgrace for Burger King.

It closes as early as 10:00 PM if you don't want to go through the Drive-Thru. My mother and I were already not allowed in at 9:55 PM, while a large group of 6 had just gone in before us. Our experience from previous visits is that the food is good enough, but the atmosphere / beauty of the location is poor.

Soggy bun, almost lukewarm long chicken with cheese, cash only and received €1.00 too little change. This is already my second bad experience here.

Worst Burger King in the Netherlands. I had already given up on it, but I was in a hurry and thought I'd give it just one more chance... so I ordered a Whopper. Once home, and what did I get? A completely burnt bun. I find it very strange that the person saw the bun and then just packed it up? Truly too sad for words…

What a hassle with those toilets, why no coffee machine... unnecessary waiting for your cup of coffee, getting food only seems to be the motto here.... and better somewhere else....

I ate a chicken burger and had a stomach ache for two days. The waitress was angry that I wanted to exchange my burnt hamburger for a fresh one. Bad place, I'm never coming here again.

Terrible. A late bite on the way home from work, and what do you get? Raw fries (only slightly pre-fried), stale bread. They aren't even worth this one star. Definitely not recommended.

I ordered a veggie burger, but I just wanted one with meat. I went to exchange it, and they were happy to do so. Great service!

Fine. There was no cheese on the cheeseburger, but that was quickly resolved. There was some joking around about it in the kitchen with a group of staff, which felt a bit awkward.

The Burger King sells the usual Burger King stuff. I enjoyed a Whopper Combo meal. The service was efficient and swift. I had what I wanted and enjoyed it

Extremely rude staff. I was looked at as if I wasn't welcome there; there wasn't a single hello or smile. She was a real diva at the cash register, or so she thought. I won't go back there, even if all they have to do is take the bill and serve the food.

Great food, a bit of a lackluster place to eat. It's always a hassle with deposits/receipts for cups, and the return machine malfunctions too often. Come up with a different solution, because at the counter, you're also sent away with the attitude, "Just try and figure out how to solve this as a customer," even though it's their own problem!

BK is always good! I know in advance that if I eat a whopper and twister fries at one of their locations, I won't be hungry for half a day. Each location has a high standard that every restaurant has to adhere to, and you notice that when you visit every restaurant in our country. Highly recommended to eat here.

Horrible. What stupid girls work there. We were the only ones there, except for two other customers, and yet they managed to make two whoppers. So the wait for a whopper menu took a total of 13 minutes. If you said anything about it, you got the message... I don't understand.

The fries were lukewarm. We arrived at 9 PM on Sunday evening. The chairs were slammed onto the tables, making it seem really rude to sit there eating when they don't close until 11 PM. The deposit cup wasn't returned to the machine; after returning three times, the money was finally refunded to my debit card. Really unfriendly to customers.

After a long day at work, I was really hungry and really looking forward to my meal. I ordered a burger menu without bacon. On my way home, I was surprised to find that the burger was full of bacon, even though the packaging clearly stated "without bacon." That's simply sloppy and unacceptable. Furthermore, a very distressing situation occurred while ordering. A woman with disabilities asked to use the restroom because the elevator was broken. This was denied. She ended up leaving disappointed and was forced to relieve herself outside. As I drove away, I saw that she had even had an accident and was visibly covered in feces. That was painful and sad to see. This was the last time I'll order food from here. Poor order handling and a complete lack of humanity.

Great deals with the coupons and tastes good

McDonald's wins for me, but tastes differ. The staff is pretty much the same as at any fast-food restaurant. There was no atmosphere.

Long chicken with a little lettuce and sauce on a soggy, tasteless bun. I've never had such a bad meal at BK, and the fries in a tiny bag—you could almost count them—were a major disappointment, and all for €23.00. No return visit anytime soon.

It's surprising there's no one at Burger King on a Saturday night at 7 pm, even though it's in a good location. The toilets cost €1. Choose the takeaway option to eat in so you don't pay €1 for a reusable cup. But it's 10 cents for a cardboard cup...

The food was decent. Not exactly fresh, but it was okay. The toilet was by far the most disgusting I've ever been in. First, you have to walk through a dark, empty, and chilly hallway, only to have to climb the stairs to the first floor, where a toilet full of shit and urine residue awaits you. Even the faucet was loose and covered in all sorts of gunk. Then you want to return your deposit cup, which you paid €1 extra for each, and then you have to wait 25 minutes for your €2. You're seen by several employees who all ignore you, and then after 25 minutes, they give you a lame excuse that they didn't notice or whatever, even though I tell them four times that I'm still waiting. They'll probably consider me the annoying, whiny customer, even though I just paid extra for a stupid cup and want my own money back. Weird, huh? It's a shame Burger King has deteriorated so much in recent years. The food was always delicious, but at many of these branches where hardly any Dutch is spoken, the dining experience is generally poor. Unfriendly and arrogant staff who are irritated by the fact that I want to order something from them. I think it's time for Burger King to take reviews more seriously and exercise more control over employee behavior. Otherwise, I really don't see how they'll still be around in five years. It's a real shame, because when it comes to fast food, it's always been my favorite, but all the Burger Kings in the Randstad have simply become crap.

We hadn't been here in a long time, but it's really gotten bad. They were already cleaning and putting chairs on tables at 6:30, even though they're supposed to be open until 10:00. 6:30 is actually a busy time.

This is a good Burger King, certainly better than the BK locations in Rotterdam. Good food, and at least the kiosks work.

Ate the Whopper Menu twice. That's a fortune these days. Returned two deposit cups; one received a receipt with a small amount, the other nothing. Off to the cash register and got €1 back. The other had to show the receipt. When we got home, my husband and I both tried to get the other euro back, but apparently our last names don't match the account number. Strange...we've been calling Burger King for a while now... Called Burger King, but they refused to answer. What now, Burger King??? It's all expensive enough as it is, and now it's a matter of principle: I want my euro back, simple as that!

It's just a shame you have to pay a euro for your cup. I only realized this at home. I enjoyed multiple drinks, so it ended up being more expensive.

We specifically wanted a warm brownie with ice cream. Unfortunately, we couldn't get ice cream, so we ordered a warm brownie. It was also good, but with soft serve ice cream, it was even better.

The lava cake was dry and didn't contain any hot chocolate. The milkshake was like a Coke. A 15-20 minute wait for three things.

The restaurant is empty, and it's no surprise. Unfriendly welcome Paying restrooms You have to pay an extra euro for a glass deposit if you want a drink (and therefore a menu). Your drink is refunded at the end of your meal via a machine that issues a ticket to get a link and then get reimbursed with your phone.... Don't go there or use the drive-thru!

Ordered from Paal. After waiting 20 minutes, we were told they couldn't make coffee because the machine had already been cleaned. Half an hour before closing time! We indicated we wanted to cancel the entire order. The employee gave us the wrong amount three times, even though the receipt was on the counter. Poor and unfriendly staff. And if you want to use the restroom, you first have to go upstairs and pay for it... They'll never see us again.

If you want to charge €38 for 3 fries and some small burgers, you'll have to significantly improve your service. The food itself was pretty good, but the service and the quality of it weren't great. It took 20 minutes even though there were 9 people in the restaurant, and I didn't see anyone in the drive-through. Isn't that called fast food? I counted, and out of 4 orders, 3 were incorrect, including ours. For example, we had a cheeseburger without cheese... When we went to report it, we got a grumpy look, and the burger was literally opened right in front of us and a slice of cheese was placed on top. The burger had cooled down by then, so the cheese didn't melt well anymore. My tip: just drive to the center of Delft; there are plenty of nice restaurants there that offer good service for less.

Poverty is rampant. From the parking lot, you have to walk through an empty building that wouldn't look out of place in a horror film. The toilets are separate on the top floor. They're definitely overdue for renovations, but you can still pay €1. Burger King has a new business model: a €1 deposit on cups. However, the machine where you return them doesn't recognize the cups. A nice extra two euros, though. Furthermore, it doesn't seem to give you any money, just a receipt. Is that even allowed? Not recommended.

If I were starving, I'd keep walking. All the food there tastes stale and dry, as if they'd been storing it for three days and just slapped it on a tray. The restrooms resembled a radioactive exclusion zone, and with the money they charged for the usage fee, they could have easily hired a cleaner. After the whole fever dream, I just hope no new, unexplored diseases have developed inside me.

We were overcharged, but it turned out they had added extra burgers to our order that we hadn't ordered. The staff had the nerve to claim we had ordered them, but we were eventually able to resolve the issue with management. After the food arrived, we went to check the order and found that everything had been thrown in the bag, and all special requests, such as no pickles on certain burgers, had been ignored. We'll get our money back and never go there again.

The people who work here clearly hate their jobs. They don't know Dutch, but hardly any English either. Despite this, they choose to shout something unintelligible instead of updating the order status screen. ... and then get annoyed that you don't immediately understand their kind of English babble. Been there twice and had a similar experience both times.

Standard BK in abandoned food court. A bit of an aggenebbes atmosphere hangs there in the parking lot and in the food court. Usually when I'm there it's not very busy. Often you have a view of a stork couple at the parking lot after the drive. They often come close.

A great place to go for a quick snack. Driving through the King and eating in your own car is recommended when it is a bit colder. It can still feel chilly inside.

Had dinner with my family... The food is mediocre, you really don't get much and the prices are VERY expensive (2 adults and 2 children €65,- ..... and this didn't even include ice cream!!). You even pay a deposit per used cup, which you then return via a device and receive a QR Code on a receipt. You then have to scan this with your phone via Tikkie to have the money credited back to your account, so it's not really convenient. You also have to pay €1 per person for the toilet, even if you have eaten there. There are only 2 high chairs and there is nothing for the children to do to enjoy themselves. The staff is not customer oriented or interested in their work at all. It is not clean there and there is no cleaning, even when people have eaten and are leaving. You also have to order from complicated boards where you have to pay extra for everything. In short, it was quite a disappointment, which can be called embarrassing on all fronts. I will absolutely NOT come back here again, and I would advise anyone not to eat there.
