I wish there were more places like this. No mistakes, efficient, fast, and the food was hot. Great service!

Worst dining experience ever. They completely forgot our order, forcing us to go to the kitchen to ask for our food. Then, they served a single burger instead of the double we ordered. When we pointed it out, the staff was extremely rude and hostile while correcting it. Zero stars for terrible food prep and even worse customer service.

Our order was initially missing a Honey Mustang wrap, so we went inside to pick it up. Then we noticed that the bottle of water we had ordered was missing, so we went back inside to get it. We were there on a Saturday afternoon around 2:30 PM; it was warm (around 26 degrees), people wanted a quick snack and something cold, so yes, it was pleasantly busy. But the toilets were—precisely because of the crowds and perhaps understaffing????? (my own interpretation of this)—filthy. Found a yellow coffee cup behind the toilet bowl (sorry, didn't take a picture), toilet paper all over the floor, and the sinks full of trash and hair. Shame on you, McDonald's; a missed opportunity to pay attention to hygiene during this busy period and to have everything spick and span in this busy branch.

I ordered a Vega spicy Mc Chicken and just got a spicy Mc Chicken, meaning with meat. I think this is a really bad mistake. Someone isn't vegetarian for no reason. Last time, too, all sorts of items were missing from my order. McDonald's is really bad.

I am happy with the table service. No more waiting for your food.

Worst McFlurry ever (biscoff). Scandalous price for those few cookie crumbs on top. What made it even worse is that you don't even get the deposit back when you want to return the reusable cup. I'm not going to McDonald's anytime soon.

Unfriendly service and always double-check your order at the McDrive. It's pretty sad when the fries are missing from your menu and you only find out when you order from home. Orders go wrong more often than right. The chicken burger missing from your bun, or the McChicken when you ordered chicken nuggets. It's a good thing my children still want to go to McDonald's, but the service is appalling.

Very good, I loved it! Super clean, great coffee, and the staff are lovely. I'll definitely come back if I return to The Hague.

Quite a long queue at 2am but that's why the fries are freshly made and even the hot ones are really hot!

Just a McDonald's like anywhere else. It is bizarre that this "restaurant" does nothing about litter. Yes, it gets cleaned up, but it is bizarrely filthy outside. Trash in the wider area. This branch should be closed. I personally won't be going there anymore. And once there is some litter, it is easy to throw something else on top. I am also going to report this to MC Netherlands because this is really unacceptable.

Great McDonald's! They do occasionally forget an order, but they take care of it if you mention it. Staff friendly and helpful, regardless of the time of day.

The food was actually very tasty, but the toilets were very dirty, and the toilet paper in the urinal was completely yellow from pee—just plain gross. Spending €64 for four people is really unacceptable in my opinion, but hey, it doesn't matter, the kids were happy. The playhouse had a weird entrance but was fun, and the play corner inside was full of coloring pages. So that's why 3 stars.

Fine McDonald's. It did take a bit long before we got our food, even though it was 2 PM. Also, it is quite loud inside.

Went in the evening on a Tuesday night. Didn't get our whole order so once we asked for the missing drink we had to wait a while before we got it, by then I had eaten my food. Staff were friendly. Food is more expensive here than the UK. Nearly €60 for 3 adult meals, in the UK it would have been about £30. Even with the exchange rate this is more expensive. Slightly different menu. Overall, nothing special.

I recently asked a staff member to clean a table so I could eat there. She responded by spitting in my face. I think her name was Angelika.

It was fine, there were minor errors in the order, but given the busy schedule, that's to be expected. Errors were resolved quickly and correctly.

This is a great McDonald's, open 24/7. I've only used the McDrive. So I haven't had a chance to try the restaurant itself yet. The McDrive usually takes orders quickly and smoothly. After your order is taken, you can usually drive to the pickup area fairly quickly. What I've noticed is that the products are always fresh and nice and hot. This isn't the case at every McDonald's. The McDonald's parking lot is often quite busy, and unfortunately, not all customers throw their trash in the designated bins. Of course, the staff can't do anything about that. It depends on the mentality of those customers... That's why I prefer to stand a bit further away to eat my order in peace and enjoy my hot food. So, I highly recommend it...!!

Never seen such a clean McDonald's. The food arrived within minutes, even though it was very busy. Napkins and straws included. Afterward, I ordered an ice cream. I hadn't even sat down at my table when the ice cream arrived. The lousy McDonald's in Almere could learn a thing or two from this!

Great breakfasts! Really enjoyed the breakfast menu here — tasty food, good coffee, and everything was fresh. Breakfasts are available until 11:00, which is super convenient if you’re not an early bird. Service was quick, atmosphere was calm and comfortable. A solid place to start the day 👍

I went through the McDonald's drive-thru, and it was late at night. It was busy. I didn't get three sauces and one hamburger. And I had to drive 20 minutes home. I actually had to wait seven minutes for it. I spoke to security first, then an employee came and said, "I'll get it." The manager also came to ask what was wrong. Only then was it fixed. Oh well... when you get home, your food is cold. Normally, you can drive home and still have a hot meal when you get home. It's a waste of money, 35 euros.

I ordered food for several family members and just picked it up. Because I was in a hurry, I couldn't check if everything was in there. When I got home, I realized I was missing some things. I went back with the receipt, but they told me I probably left it at home and that I was out of luck. It's a real shame.

Once again the order was wrong, experienced this two times in a row now!! Plenty of staff packing and yet it's still not right???

Unfortunately, my experience at McDonald's was very disappointing this time. The burgers were incredibly messy; everything was covered in sauce, making them barely edible. On top of that, the food was cold, and we had to wait quite a while for our order. You wouldn't expect that after such a long wait. Hopefully, this will be addressed more in the future.

Fast service, you're now served at your table. Very convenient for me because I can't stand for long. Excellent McDonald's food.

Although McDonald's has become expensive, it's a nice location. It's child-friendly and the restaurant is well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. I do know that it gets really busy around dinnertime.

Always open, always busy at the McDrive. But open, of course. Sometimes that's nice when you get that craving at 3 a.m.

It was tasty but I forgot the sauce

I was there today around 11pm, I ordered two chocolate shakes, I got strawberry, the burger was supposed to be without sauce due to allergies and yet there was sauce in it

It's quite busy here. It also fits a lot of people, so the noise is quite loud. The atmosphere is decent. You have to wait about 10 minutes or longer for your food, probably because the drive-thru is also busy.

Every now and then I enjoy a burger, paired with fries and a drink, of course. I particularly like the new red fruit drink. And I find the ordering kiosks very easy to use.

Got the menu three times (two Friends' Meals with McChickens, one Sensation), one with 9 chicken nuggets, and one with apple pies. When I got home, instead of the McChickens in the Friends' Meal, they put the 9 chicken nuggets in the box, so I'm missing a burger again... 😮‍💨

McCafé with delicious and good coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. There's a patio for outdoor seating in nice weather. Everything is cleaned regularly by the staff, and the mess that the unsociable people unfortunately often leave behind is also cleared away. Ample free parking is available.

After waiting half an hour, still no food. It's busy, they say. Our disabled son was ecstatic. Finally, the order arrived. Oh, how strange, the salad wasn't included, and even after asking again, it didn't arrive. No, Mac. We don't know you like that. Such a shame.

We waited over half an hour for our food, MC Drive takes priority. We were there with an autistic boy who, as a result, escalated from the wait. Thanks McDonald's. I got fries instead of salad, which I was allowed to keep. Salad was supposed to be coming. After asking twice, we finally got our food and asked if we wanted ice cream for the wait and inconvenience. Well, no. Never mind. Sorry, it's really bad here.

This McDonald's is open 24/7, the Mac drive then and they are really good, everything is made fresh

Unfortunately, after picking up from the McDonald's drive-through, we were disappointed to find that the order was incomplete upon arrival. After calling to complain, we were promised a credit note, which will be sent to our home address. From now on, I'll just check my order before leaving. Or choose a different McDonald's location.

The wait is a bit long but it's worth it because the food is delicious and the service is good. It is kind of dirty by the way.

Whatever gen z kid was taking orders for the drive thru at 21:00 on the 5th of nov was horrendously impatient and unclear... because of her we had to deal with a complete traffic jam which we involuntarily caused in the middle of the drive thru cos this child was not in the mood to work. How hard is it to communicate and make eye contact fr....

I went there today with my three children. We chose three menus to take away. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked if anyone knew where our food was. A few minutes later, we received... I checked in the car, and it was already cold (I didn't go back, unfortunately, we had an appointment right away, so that's why). Unbelievable how much we waited 15 minutes for, and then we also received cold meals :( Poor service, and unfortunately not the first time.

Annoying guests. The service and food were okay. It was the first and last time I had a Big Mac. It's also gotten really expensive.

This Mac is kind of smashing its own windows (Google wouldn't let me post my previous post, so I'll just leave it like that), and the parking lot is really too filthy to drive through. Trash everywhere, food scraps, large birds, and at darker times, a dark type, and generally a complete mess. But inside, it's clean and tidy, which is a shame because it's not very inviting.

Order placed on mobile, shipped, and paid on-site. Very busy, but the large order arrived within 5 minutes. Great for my children, and the staff were very helpful.

MacDrive gave me the wrong order. Fries were missing. I then had to pay extra. Unheard of and very unfriendly.

Afwer is one of those Golf GTIs and a complete mess. Service is like being the first one waiting at the McDonald's drive-through and a Golf GTI or dark-colored one pulls up and gets served first. It's happened at least five times. They don't take complaints seriously. The food is McDonald's. Usually cold and often something is missing. Never again, and I want to warn others about this. It also takes an incredibly long time, by the way.

You feel very uncomfortable there and often intimidated by all those "young people." You have to wait ages for your food and the staff is rude and snarky. Many English speakers too.

I have been here few times, and every time I had bad experience, unfriendly service, very slow, and inaccurate when they complete an order.

The location is good and there's a good space, but the quality of food was not good. The coffee was cold and the burger was not fresh. Hopefully they can improve the service.

The girls behind the counter, wearing makeup, are chatting like they're having coffee. And meanwhile, the toilet is disgusting and unmaintained and there's no toilet paper. Disgusting. Especially since there's still time for a kilo of make-up and talking. I won't buy anything and I'll go somewhere else!

Worst McDonald's ever! I always order from them through Uber Eats. McDonald's blames Uber Eats, even though McDonald's is the one making the mistake. I've often had my order delivered incompletely. I don't get a replacement. I get a credit note, which you can use in the store. I can't go to the store because I'm in a closed clinic. But they don't take that into account! Worst service ever!

The place was packed, but it only took six minutes for the food to arrive. Great!

Buy two ridiculously small McFlurry ice creams and an ice cream cone for €6.00. I ask for an explanation and tell them I have to wait for management. I tell them I'm at the drive-through. The amount is determined by management, says the helpful clerk. No time to wait.

Service could really be better. The sign is not there, you have no idea how long it will take. It is called but you do not hear it, not loud enough (was 2 meters away) Got melted ice cream and cold fries. Was like that a year ago. Too bad the service has not improved

I've been going to this McDonald's since the mid-90s. I used to go more often because I lived nearby. Less often these days, but still regularly. Sometimes just to get a milkshake or fresh mint tea, occasionally a full menu. Almost always through the drive-thru because I have to get going again. In recent years, the quality has deteriorated compared to the early days. You can't really mess up the food, and yet they regularly manage it. I don't expect culinary masterpieces, but a quick bite that meets McDonald's own quality standards. Hence the 3 stars. I've filed complaints often enough, only to receive a voucher as a palliative. The point is, after all, that you should try to improve something after a legitimate complaint. The voucher and the accompanying letter of apology demonstrate that you're filing a legitimate complaint. The service has been truly subpar lately. "Just say it" at the post and complete disinterest in your guest when you're at the first window. Apparently, as a guest, you're an unpleasant interruption in the conversation between the two people sitting at window 1. Even if they're alone, you get that feeling. Hence the one star. What I miss is the exaggerated American politeness. You know it's not meant to be, but someone is doing their best to make you feel good. In short, plenty of room for improvement.
