Unfortunately, not the best and tastiest McDonald’s. When I eat my cheeseburger, I love the cheese being nicely melted and experiencing real nostalgia. Unfortunately, that is not the case here. The staff is also curt and completely uninterested in the food being served to the customers.

Very messy place and full of litter in the parking lot. Trash cans were overflowing and it looked like they hadn't been emptied for at least a week. Not exactly appealing for going to eat.

Food is just McDonald as everywhere but it has really good atmosphere and nice vibes.

What a great McDonald's this is! The food was just as it always is. The restaurant is super clean, the staff super friendly! We were offered a free cup of coffee 👌 The restrooms were also very clean. The restaurant is very large; it was very busy but there was plenty of room!

The woman at the checkout is taking way too long, glances at my money, looks to the side for 20 seconds, and only then starts putting the money in her drawer, and the change 10 seconds later. Surely that can all be done in 10 seconds instead of 1 minute? Come on.

Their drive thru service is way more efficient then others. I have to take back my earlier comment as on my last visit thru drive thru it took 15 min and there were just 4 cars ahead of me. My deal coupon was about to expire before reaching the payment counter. So once I had good experience and once very bad in terms of the waiting time.

Very ill-mannered drive-thru cleaner (Dilara). She is very impatient and not customer-friendly at all. We have experienced this before :(

The voucher was out of stock, so I came to the counter with my table number. I didn't have a voucher, and I mentioned that normally. She wanted to know the exact amount... So I gave it to her; I honestly said €15 something, I didn't know what the extra cents were because I didn't have a voucher and I wasn't going to remember that. But I wanted the voucher. She said 2 cheeseburgers. I said no, this is my table number; last time the vouchers were out of stock too! And I want a voucher because something is often missing! She started making a fuss, and when I called her Karen, she threw the voucher I was entitled to in my face. And it's normal that I lashed out, because I asked for the voucher I had paid for. The vouchers were out of stock. The previous man with the white shirt at least didn't make a fuss when the vouchers didn't work or were out of stock and I asked for a voucher. I got my voucher then, properly. But this woman crossed my boundaries. Throwing a voucher in my face. Surely you say okay, here is your voucher, sorry it didn't work immediately, instead of making a fuss as if I'm not a customer. Her name is ELLEN. She is welcome to respond here, but hospitality is nowhere to be found for a question about a voucher that is empty and that I asked about.

With every order I place, the sauces are forgotten 9 out of 10 times. So if you order, assume the sauce is missing. How difficult can it be?

Waited 25 minutes for drinks, went to get them ourselves because others who arrived after us were served, the first order was slammed on the table, by the second part the ice had already melted into soda, no apologies nothing, a shame.

From 3 stars to 1 This is the 4th time an order has gone wrong. And I’m not talking about forgetting a sauce. Everything is listed neatly and correctly on the receipt. But: You order a McCroket, get a McCroket package with a fishburger inside. So even after checking, I still had to drive back. Milkshake wrong flavor. Had a discussion with the manager. He had made it himself, so this couldn't be right; he even got angry. But after tasting it, it turns out I was right. And yes, putting the wrong bag in the milkshake didn't make it much better. Cheeseburger without cheese. Truly remarkable. And finally, which makes me really think the employees are just idiotic or doing it on purpose. Chicken nuggets 6 and then a loose fishburger inside. At this 'restaurant', if you can even call it that, the surrounding area is littered with customer trash.

I ordered a sundae ice with caramel. Once deliverd st the table I opened the cap and hardly saw any caramel. Also the ice cream had melted already quite a lot when delivered at the table. I went back to the cashier to ask for same caramel. She accused me of already eating the caramel. The dining space were dirty! Food all over the ground, tables dirty, bin corners full.

Tip: Always check what you receive when picking up at this branch. Very often, things go wrong with the order.

Extremely bad experience and scandalous service! Management, investigate this incident from today around 5:30 PM! I live in the neighborhood and the hygiene outside this restaurant is usually already very poor. But what I experienced today (around 5:30 PM) is truly sickening. I had to wait more than 40 minutes for my order. After 20 minutes, I asked about it, but the staff was very rude and refused to check for me. Eventually, it turned out that they had simply forgotten my order, while customers who ordered long after me had long since finished their food! The woman working at the cash register at the time — she is around 50 years old, has curly hair, and appeared to be the manager/supervisor — did not even apologize. Instead, she blamed the hot weather and the crowds. What was even worse: after a brief discussion, she deliberately started inciting other surrounding customers, who knew nothing of the situation, against me to yell at me and isolate me. When I took a photo of the other customers' orders that were already ready as evidence for my complaint, she and the customers she incited started aggressively accusing me. They shouted that I wasn't allowed to take photos because the food wasn't mine. Ridiculous! I took those photos purely to protect my rights as a consumer. Their panicked reaction only proves that they knew perfectly well they were in the wrong. I want to ask senior management publicly: Is this your company culture? That staff make mistakes, refuse to apologize, and then incite other customers to bully and intimidate a guest? If I had retaliated with the same uncivilized swearing, was that the "hospitality" you strive for? Is there CCTV at the checkout? If so, I urgently request management to review the footage from today around 5:30 PM and take appropriate measures against this woman with the curly hair. Dirty through out. Three members of staff seemed more interested in looking at their phones, smoking and vaping by the restaurant entrance than keeping a clean restaurant.

Every now and then I enjoy a burger, paired with fries and a drink, of course. I particularly like the new red fruit drink. And I find the ordering kiosks very easy to use.

Nice, fast, and good food. However, if you take something inside to go, it is difficult to indicate this on the machine. The lines look a bit chaotic.

Worst dining experience ever. They completely forgot our order, forcing us to go to the kitchen to ask for our food. Then, they served a single burger instead of the double we ordered. When we pointed it out, the staff was extremely rude and hostile while correcting it. Zero stars for terrible food prep and even worse customer service.

Our order was initially missing a Honey Mustang wrap, so we went inside to pick it up. Then we noticed that the bottle of water we had ordered was missing, so we went back inside to get it. We were there on a Saturday afternoon around 2:30 PM; it was warm (around 26 degrees), people wanted a quick snack and something cold, so yes, it was pleasantly busy. But the toilets were—precisely because of the crowds and perhaps understaffing????? (my own interpretation of this)—filthy. Found a yellow coffee cup behind the toilet bowl (sorry, didn't take a picture), toilet paper all over the floor, and the sinks full of trash and hair. Shame on you, McDonald's; a missed opportunity to pay attention to hygiene during this busy period and to have everything spick and span in this busy branch.

I ordered a Vega spicy Mc Chicken and just got a spicy Mc Chicken, meaning with meat. I think this is a really bad mistake. Someone isn't vegetarian for no reason. Last time, too, all sorts of items were missing from my order. McDonald's is really bad.

Worst McFlurry ever (biscoff). Scandalous price for those few cookie crumbs on top. What made it even worse is that you don't even get the deposit back when you want to return the reusable cup. I'm not going to McDonald's anytime soon.

Unfriendly service and always double-check your order at the McDrive. It's pretty sad when the fries are missing from your menu and you only find out when you order from home. Orders go wrong more often than right. The chicken burger missing from your bun, or the McChicken when you ordered chicken nuggets. It's a good thing my children still want to go to McDonald's, but the service is appalling.

Quite a long queue at 2am but that's why the fries are freshly made and even the hot ones are really hot!

Just a McDonald's like anywhere else. It is bizarre that this "restaurant" does nothing about litter. Yes, it gets cleaned up, but it is bizarrely filthy outside. Trash in the wider area. This branch should be closed. I personally won't be going there anymore. And once there is some litter, it is easy to throw something else on top. I am also going to report this to MC Netherlands because this is really unacceptable.

The food was actually very tasty, but the toilets were very dirty, and the toilet paper in the urinal was completely yellow from pee—just plain gross. Spending €64 for four people is really unacceptable in my opinion, but hey, it doesn't matter, the kids were happy. The playhouse had a weird entrance but was fun, and the play corner inside was full of coloring pages. So that's why 3 stars.

Went in the evening on a Tuesday night. Didn't get our whole order so once we asked for the missing drink we had to wait a while before we got it, by then I had eaten my food. Staff were friendly. Food is more expensive here than the UK. Nearly €60 for 3 adult meals, in the UK it would have been about £30. Even with the exchange rate this is more expensive. Slightly different menu. Overall, nothing special.

I recently asked a staff member to clean a table so I could eat there. She responded by spitting in my face. I think her name was Angelika.

It was fine, there were minor errors in the order, but given the busy schedule, that's to be expected. Errors were resolved quickly and correctly.

This is a great McDonald's, open 24/7. I've only used the McDrive. So I haven't had a chance to try the restaurant itself yet. The McDrive usually takes orders quickly and smoothly. After your order is taken, you can usually drive to the pickup area fairly quickly. What I've noticed is that the products are always fresh and nice and hot. This isn't the case at every McDonald's. The McDonald's parking lot is often quite busy, and unfortunately, not all customers throw their trash in the designated bins. Of course, the staff can't do anything about that. It depends on the mentality of those customers... That's why I prefer to stand a bit further away to eat my order in peace and enjoy my hot food. So, I highly recommend it...!!

Great breakfasts! Really enjoyed the breakfast menu here — tasty food, good coffee, and everything was fresh. Breakfasts are available until 11:00, which is super convenient if you’re not an early bird. Service was quick, atmosphere was calm and comfortable. A solid place to start the day 👍

I went through the McDonald's drive-thru, and it was late at night. It was busy. I didn't get three sauces and one hamburger. And I had to drive 20 minutes home. I actually had to wait seven minutes for it. I spoke to security first, then an employee came and said, "I'll get it." The manager also came to ask what was wrong. Only then was it fixed. Oh well... when you get home, your food is cold. Normally, you can drive home and still have a hot meal when you get home. It's a waste of money, 35 euros.

I ordered food for several family members and just picked it up. Because I was in a hurry, I couldn't check if everything was in there. When I got home, I realized I was missing some things. I went back with the receipt, but they told me I probably left it at home and that I was out of luck. It's a real shame.

Unfortunately, my experience at McDonald's was very disappointing this time. The burgers were incredibly messy; everything was covered in sauce, making them barely edible. On top of that, the food was cold, and we had to wait quite a while for our order. You wouldn't expect that after such a long wait. Hopefully, this will be addressed more in the future.

Although McDonald's has become expensive, it's a nice location. It's child-friendly and the restaurant is well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. I do know that it gets really busy around dinnertime.

It was tasty but I forgot the sauce

I was there today around 11pm, I ordered two chocolate shakes, I got strawberry, the burger was supposed to be without sauce due to allergies and yet there was sauce in it

It's quite busy here. It also fits a lot of people, so the noise is quite loud. The atmosphere is decent. You have to wait about 10 minutes or longer for your food, probably because the drive-thru is also busy.

Got the menu three times (two Friends' Meals with McChickens, one Sensation), one with 9 chicken nuggets, and one with apple pies. When I got home, instead of the McChickens in the Friends' Meal, they put the 9 chicken nuggets in the box, so I'm missing a burger again... 😮‍💨

McCafé with delicious and good coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. There's a patio for outdoor seating in nice weather. Everything is cleaned regularly by the staff, and the mess that the unsociable people unfortunately often leave behind is also cleared away. Ample free parking is available.

We waited over half an hour for our food, MC Drive takes priority. We were there with an autistic boy who, as a result, escalated from the wait. Thanks McDonald's. Unfortunately, after picking up from the McDonald's drive-through, we were disappointed to find that the order was incomplete upon arrival. After calling to complain, we were promised a credit note, which will be sent to our home address. From now on, I'll just check my order before leaving. Or choose a different McDonald's location.

The wait is a bit long but it's worth it because the food is delicious and the service is good. It is kind of dirty by the way.
