The order was wrong again, twice in a row now! Plenty of staff packing, and yet it's still wrong?

It's the mac, I like the food but that's me.

Very fast delivery and tasty food.

Unfortunately, my experience at McDonald's was very disappointing this time. The burgers were incredibly messy; everything was covered in sauce, making them barely edible. On top of that, the food was cold, and we had to wait quite a while for our order. You wouldn't expect that after such a long wait. Hopefully, this will be addressed more in the future.

Although McDonald's has become expensive, it's a nice location. It's child-friendly and the restaurant is well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. I do know that it gets really busy around dinnertime.

Always open, always busy at the McDrive. But open, of course. Sometimes that's nice when you get that craving at 3 a.m.

It was tasty but I forgot the sauce

I was there today around 11pm, I ordered two chocolate shakes, I got strawberry, the burger was supposed to be without sauce due to allergies and yet there was sauce in it

It's quite busy here. It also fits a lot of people, so the noise is quite loud. The atmosphere is decent. You have to wait about 10 minutes or longer for your food, probably because the drive-thru is also busy.

Every now and then I enjoy a burger, paired with fries and a drink, of course. I particularly like the new red fruit drink. And I find the ordering kiosks very easy to use.

Got the menu three times (two Friends' Meals with McChickens, one Sensation), one with 9 chicken nuggets, and one with apple pies. When I got home, instead of the McChickens in the Friends' Meal, they put the 9 chicken nuggets in the box, so I'm missing a burger again... 😮‍💨

McCafé with delicious and good coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. There's a patio for outdoor seating in nice weather. Everything is cleaned regularly by the staff, and the mess that the unsociable people unfortunately often leave behind is also cleared away. Ample free parking is available.

We waited over half an hour for our food, MC Drive takes priority. We were there with an autistic boy who, as a result, escalated from the wait. Thanks McDonald's. I got fries instead of salad, which I was allowed to keep. Salad was supposed to be coming. After asking twice, we finally got our food and asked if we wanted ice cream for the wait and inconvenience. Well, no. Never mind. Sorry, it's really bad here.

After waiting half an hour, still no food. It's busy, they say. Our disabled son was ecstatic. Finally, the order arrived. Oh, how strange, the salad wasn't included, and even after asking again, it didn't arrive. No, Mac. We don't know you like that. Such a shame.

This McDonald's is open 24/7, the Mac drive then and they are really good, everything is made fresh

Unfortunately, after picking up from the McDonald's drive-through, we were disappointed to find that the order was incomplete upon arrival. After calling to complain, we were promised a credit note, which will be sent to our home address. From now on, I'll just check my order before leaving. Or choose a different McDonald's location.

The wait is a bit long but it's worth it because the food is delicious and the service is good. It is kind of dirty by the way.

I went there today with my three children. We chose three menus to take away. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked if anyone knew where our food was. A few minutes later, we received... I checked in the car, and it was already cold (I didn't go back, unfortunately, we had an appointment right away, so that's why). Unbelievable how much we waited 15 minutes for, and then we also received cold meals :( Poor service, and unfortunately not the first time.

Whatever gen z kid was taking orders for the drive thru at 21:00 on the 5th of nov was horrendously impatient and unclear... because of her we had to deal with a complete traffic jam which we involuntarily caused in the middle of the drive thru cos this child was not in the mood to work. How hard is it to communicate and make eye contact fr....

Annoying guests. The service and food were okay. It was the first and last time I had a Big Mac. It's also gotten really expensive.

Order placed on mobile, shipped, and paid on-site. Very busy, but the large order arrived within 5 minutes. Great for my children, and the staff were very helpful.

This Mac is kind of smashing its own windows (Google wouldn't let me post my previous post, so I'll just leave it like that), and the parking lot is really too filthy to drive through. Trash everywhere, food scraps, large birds, and at darker times, a dark type, and generally a complete mess. But inside, it's clean and tidy, which is a shame because it's not very inviting.

MacDrive gave me the wrong order. Fries were missing. I then had to pay extra. Unheard of and very unfriendly.

Afwer is one of those Golf GTIs and a complete mess. Service is like being the first one waiting at the McDonald's drive-through and a Golf GTI or dark-colored one pulls up and gets served first. It's happened at least five times. They don't take complaints seriously. The food is McDonald's. Usually cold and often something is missing. Never again, and I want to warn others about this. It also takes an incredibly long time, by the way.

You feel very uncomfortable there and often intimidated by all those "young people." You have to wait ages for your food and the staff is rude and snarky. Many English speakers too.

I have been here few times, and every time I had bad experience, unfriendly service, very slow, and inaccurate when they complete an order.

The location is good and there's a good space, but the quality of food was not good. The coffee was cold and the burger was not fresh. Hopefully they can improve the service.

The girls behind the counter, wearing makeup, are chatting like they're having coffee. And meanwhile, the toilet is disgusting and unmaintained and there's no toilet paper. Disgusting. Especially since there's still time for a kilo of make-up and talking. I won't buy anything and I'll go somewhere else!

It can't really be called clean

The place was packed, but it only took six minutes for the food to arrive. Great!

Worst McDonald's ever! I always order from them through Uber Eats. McDonald's blames Uber Eats, even though McDonald's is the one making the mistake. I've often had my order delivered incompletely. I don't get a replacement. I get a credit note, which you can use in the store. I can't go to the store because I'm in a closed clinic. But they don't take that into account! Worst service ever!

Despite the crowds at 7 p.m., lukewarm fries and a lukewarm hamburger. It's a shame I had to eat through the Mac drive-thru, so I don't feel like going back. This could be better.

Buy two ridiculously small McFlurry ice creams and an ice cream cone for €6.00. I ask for an explanation and tell them I have to wait for management. I tell them I'm at the drive-through. The amount is determined by management, says the helpful clerk. No time to wait.

Just the way McDonald's should be. Just be careful when you go through the McDonald's drive-through; we got the wrong order. We went back, and then got the correct order, but without the fries sauce. We had to go back again... well, your fries are cold then...

Service could really be better. The sign is not there, you have no idea how long it will take. It is called but you do not hear it, not loud enough (was 2 meters away) Got melted ice cream and cold fries. Was like that a year ago. Too bad the service has not improved

I've been going to this McDonald's since the mid-90s. I used to go more often because I lived nearby. Less often these days, but still regularly. Sometimes just to get a milkshake or fresh mint tea, occasionally a full menu. Almost always through the drive-thru because I have to get going again. In recent years, the quality has deteriorated compared to the early days. You can't really mess up the food, and yet they regularly manage it. I don't expect culinary masterpieces, but a quick bite that meets McDonald's own quality standards. Hence the 3 stars. I've filed complaints often enough, only to receive a voucher as a palliative. The point is, after all, that you should try to improve something after a legitimate complaint. The voucher and the accompanying letter of apology demonstrate that you're filing a legitimate complaint. The service has been truly subpar lately. "Just say it" at the post and complete disinterest in your guest when you're at the first window. Apparently, as a guest, you're an unpleasant interruption in the conversation between the two people sitting at window 1. Even if they're alone, you get that feeling. Hence the one star. What I miss is the exaggerated American politeness. You know it's not meant to be, but someone is doing their best to make you feel good. In short, plenty of room for improvement.

We said no sauce on two items and they forgot. And we ordered nuggets and they gave us two different things we didn't order. but the service was nice🙂

BY FAR THE DIRTIEST PLACE I EVER SAW. Looks a slum in Brazil.

I think it's a brilliant idea to have a few employees sweep up outdoor litter with a broom. It's a small effort, much cleaner for your customers and better for the environment! And what's also special is that we ordered a reusable cup (cheaper) and received a disposable one.

It's a Mc Donald's, you get exactly what you expect, nothing more, nothing less. Go there if you want Mc Donald's.

This is the only cafe open 24 hours a day. We arrived there at 2 a.m. There was an incredible amount of trash scattered around, and rats were running around. We left and didn't buy anything. Incredibly unsanitary.

One of the worst McDonald's in South Holland. Don't go there, or at least don't go through the drive-through. This is a McDonald's near my house, and I've been there several times, but today I decided not to go again. After a rough day, I went to get my dinner and stood in line for 35 minutes. When I arrived at the pickup window, I saw eight employees chatting and having fun while people waited. I finally got my order and went home, only to find that the food was completely different. They had mixed it up again. I'm sure the owners of this location don't want to hire professionals, and this is a very bad review for an already terrible McDonald's.

The parking lot is littered, disgusting to look at. Trash bins are overflowing. Inside, you can pick up your menu from the floor. A disgusting mess. Tables, you don't have to worry about your drink cup tipping over. You put it down, and it's stuck in place. A wipe over the vending machines works wonders, and wiping the numbered signs doesn't hurt either. The worst McDonald's ever. Too disgusting to eat there.

I walked past the McDonald's drive-thru and saw a huge rat, which was unbelievable. I'm never eating fast food again.

The service provided by a woman with red hair who worked the intercom was very unprofessional, her speech was nonchalant, and her intonation was poor. This was on Tuesday, July 29, at 12:30 AM.

I always find the atmosphere outside there a bit sad, but otherwise the quality is fine.

Ik kwam hier graag (zie eerdere reviews), maar sinds een tijd is het grootste deel van de vegetarische opties geschrapt. Alleen de gepaneerde opties, waar ik persoonlijk geen fan van ben, zijn nog wel verkrijgbaar. Ik zal hier uiteraard niet vaak meer komen. Deze verandering zal landelijk zijn, maar Delft is de vestiging waar ik altijd heen ga. Jammer hoop dat er gauw weer vegetarische producten bij komen en anders geen Mac meer voor mij!!!!!

Was good to stop and eat and have an ice cream on a hot day. Inside the air conditioner was working and it was not so busy.

Great McDonald's. The wait for the food was a bit long, even though the place was practically empty. So that wasn't due to the crowds. But otherwise, McDonald's is just like any other McDonald's. The food was delicious, and it was very quiet. Now, two months later, a new review. It was incredibly busy inside around 7:30 PM. And all the tables were dirty. The floor too. Sticky and with food scraps everywhere. Better to take the drive-thru! It also happens regularly that the order is incomplete...

Always good and fast service at this location. Friendly staff, and all your questions or requests are handled. Despite being busy, the restaurant is kept relatively clean. Complaints are handled efficiently. Open 24/7, 7 days a week. Ample parking...truly one of the best McDonald's around.

Fries are even softer than my ex's ding dong. But with the new crew, it's a lot more cheerful there, and you get the fries sauce you ordered.

It's often very busy and chaotic here. The last time I was here, something went wrong with my order in the drive-thru. I got the wrong flavor of milkshake, and a friend of mine got the wrong burger. After we complained to the friendly manager, he did everything he could to correct the error as quickly as possible. He handled it promptly and efficiently.

Just a quick cheeseburger with a shake 🙂. Delicious!

We went as a family and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and attentive. When we accidentally knocked over a large coke before we started eating, it was cleaned up immediately without any problem or judgement. The shift leader even gave us another coke for free, when we offered to pay. It wasn't about the free drink, it was about the gesture and the smile it left on our child. Thank you for the kindness!

Employees still have a lot to learn. We were sitting outside on the side. It took a while to find a place without bird droppings. The benches in particular are not really kept clean. When bringing the order outside, a napkin blew off the tray. The expectation that the employee who let it blow away (why not put it under the burger packaging?) would pick it up on the way back, did not come true. They just walked over it. Another employee who later brought a second order did the same. She also did not notice that the sign with the number of her order was still there when she left. Disinterested employees do not contribute to the atmosphere and neither does dirt outside. These are small things to do and they make a big difference in the experience of sitting on the terrace in sunny weather. In general, I find it annoying that you have to click away three things on the digital order board that are forced on you.

Gross as it always is. Long wait for a cold bite.. never again

I was here last Saturday afternoon. First, the men's toilet was out of paper (a machine with 2 rolls, so it's not checked enough). When I wash my hands, an employee (18/19?) comes next to me to wash his hands. I say: toilet paper is out. I'm going to pass it on (huh, why not: I'll replace it right away). .. And he's gone .. without using soap / hair dryer! I had ordered from a Kiosk. Employees who bring around the food: great. Friendly, attentive! I (bizarre: with my last bite) ate my McChicken, and thought .. what do I taste now? (Too long in a toaster, see photo) - and I beckoned the 'manager', .. she didn't see me, and then again she didn't, etc. (Handsome, tanned, white shirt). I show the burnt crust .. : 'yes, just throw it away'. That happens every now and then. Nothing special' was her reaction. I was flabbergasted by that. What? Offered me a Chili Chicken for example. Work on HACCP!! I was already eating big burgers when she got her first Happy Meal, .. and never before (in NL or elsewhere did I come across a BLACK BURNT burger. Okay, a small piece .. but it's wrong. And then say: that happens sometimes. That is very unbelievable & statistically impossible, .. if I have been paying for my own order at McDonald's for > 30 years, .. and this has never happened to me .. She probably doesn't know the commercial: "She said mister to me". I'm still from that time .. And McDonalds was all about a smile for customers, .. something that some employees fortunately still possess. Does she mean: from now on I have to subject my burger to a 360-degree check before I eat it?? Does she think: he probably wants to score a free new McChicken? - I'm at an age where that's Too Much! But from a generation that learned to finish their plate to eat. And charge €8 for a burger. And let me throw away 1 bite. First, McDonalds Delft, make the search for a clean table a thing of the past, . . and try to score a 10 on every level, .. before you reprimand your customers. Or treat them like that ... When I went there for a big job, .. (and I don't mean a McMenu Large) ... then I found out too late, .... hey - toilet paper: GONE !!! Think how that could happen. Also have to screen the toilet, before you ... ???

Food is fine. But really, this place simply cannot be open on a Sunday morning. The parking lot looks like a battlefield (rubbish, glass, etc.) and the sinks at the toilets are still full of vomit remains and wet paper. Understand that good money is made on Saturday evening/night and that it says more about the visitors than about the owner. But certainly those vomit remains should be gone on Sunday morning before the restaurant opens...

A bunch of things thrown together

Many McDonalds also have gluten free buns. This is unfortunately not one of them. So little choice if you have to eat gluten free.

Little care is given to the quality and it seems like everything is thrown on the sandwich. Moreover, McDonald's is no longer affordable. Insufficient!

The service was bad but maybe it was late and the employees were tired but they still didn't make me an ice frappe but gave me a coffee instead which I thought was really bad they should have told me they didn't have it and then they gave me 3 sauces that I hadn't asked for and of course they were extra cost... I blame it on tiredness and that's how I get over it 😊👍😊
