McDonald's in Wijk 11 Binnenstad

At this moment there are two bosses and eight employees doing nothing, one of them is sitting on a table in the room talking to another and there is only one girl (with a tattooed left arm) cleaning and preparing the orders, in all this there are four tables full with trays of leftover food.

Charging 70 cents for a toilet visit is really rude. This disregards the many people who, due to health issues, shouldn't delay a toilet visit. Just do this from 10 p.m. onward to the drunk people, but no further. Or you might see a code on your order to use the toilet, just like McDonald's in other countries.

Ordered three items on-site, and it took half an hour. Incidentally, the order wasn't complete. And just in case you thought it couldn't get any worse, the special offer Big Macs were gone. Get your fries somewhere else!

Not worth a single star. Received an incomplete order for the umpteenth time! Then you try to call about it, and no one answers. I don't recommend ordering from here to anyone. Absolutely terrible.

Tonight, I received a half order for the umpteenth time. According to the delivery driver, the problem isn't with Thuisbezorgd, as they receive a sealed bag at the store's counter. This time, I didn't receive €14 worth of products. McDonald's can't do anything about it after this, as they don't handle the deliveries themselves. Then (if you manage to reach them by phone one of these times, which proved impossible this time), they offer an option to pick up the missing items yourself at the store. Convenient and very clever, of course, if you specifically opt for delivery and are on the other side of town. Thuisbezorgd also doesn't offer any options for subsequent delivery, as they only handle the initial delivery of the sealed bag of products you ordered. In short, I've been robbed for the umpteenth time... what a terrible store.

Damn, I had to give up. Paid 70 cents.... No toilet paper... and brake marks, but they were going to show up anyway.

Soulless fast food. I honestly don't understand why anyone goes to McDonald's for fun. I went back recently to give it a try. It was a bit dingy inside. Tasteless food, and after half an hour I was hungry again. For a price almost equal to the countless real food places around it. Really, why??? Is it a habit? People, stop this nonsense. On the plus side: friendly staff.

You can't charge your phone, even though there's a power outlet at every table (the electricity for customers is turned off). My coffee was cold and sat there for 15 minutes before it was brought to me.

As others have said, there's not much to complain about the food, but during my visit, the food simply ended up on the counter, and I waited 30 minutes for nothing. Poor service, I hope this gets resolved.

The McDonald's in Delft Centrum provides a consistently excellent experience. The food is served hot, fresh, and promptly, even during peak dinner hours. Efficient service and attention to quality make it a reliable choice for a fast, satisfying meal. Highly recommend.

The manager got angry with me and my friends because we had drinks with us while we were not eating and we were quietly waiting and she immediately got angry while we already said it was fine Thu Oct 30

Me and my partner went around 11:30 PM to have a late-night meal. As we sat down, a group of teens inside the restaurant kept disturbing everyone around them, and cat-called 4 girls in a very disgusting way (they tried to ignore them, and then left the restaurant). These teens also tried to pick on us, but we just ignored them. The staff didn't do anything about it until after we had left. The security person (who is usually there) was missing too. One of the worst eating out experiences we have had in Delft.

Favourite fast food option after university.

Teamleader/manager today seemed to be losing it. She was dropping paper bags + kicking them around, tapping away a bunch of orders and overall exuding nothing but panic until eventually disappearing. Ended up having to wait over 30 minutes for my order consisting of 1 Cheeseburger and 1 Filet o fish that was just lying around. “Not very cash money”

We recently moved from The Hague and were walking around the city center. It was raining, and we were in the mood for burgers at McDonald's. Since we were with our dog, we planned to order takeout. At the entrance, we bumped into a man talking on the phone. He didn't introduce himself and blocked my path. As a woman, I felt particularly uneasy, uncomfortable, and scared when a stranger silently blocked my path and wouldn't let me pass. This man couldn't explain anything clearly, spoke in fragments, and blocked our passage. It turned out he was a security guard and didn't want to let us in with our dog. He didn't greet us or introduce himself, but looked down on us. We were surprised by such rude behavior from a McDonald's employee. Our dog is 11 years old, small, and well-trained. We know that some cafes and restaurants have policies that don't allow dogs. However, we were always treated politely, and we were always allowed to come in to pick up takeout. Especially when it was raining! Will we ever want to go to this McDonald's again? I don't think so.

Lots of dirty tables, with what looked like snot on the side panel of one of the small tables. Full clearing stations. Paying for restrooms isn't a problem, but I do expect them to be clean and properly installed. One restroom had a crooked toilet seat and a very dirty floor, while the other had a brownish substance on the toilet seat. Such a shame... I also reported this to the staff, who reported it. I didn't see anything being done about it while I was there.

We ordered large fries for €4.40, but the container was even smaller than a medium. A table across from us had both medium and large fries, and they were also only half full. So, if you buy fries, give the container a shake to see what you're getting... I call this a scam.

Modern branch, and that's where the positivity ends. Long wait times, understaffed. No visible managers, unmotivated team. A lousy operation. Note! From the outside, this branch looks closed because it's very dark inside.

Ate there today. The food is like McDonald's, but the staff is terribly slow, disinterested, and sluggish. I was almost tempted to go and help myself or give the staff a push. Since I can't reach you by phone, I ordered it for €30 through Uber Eats. Fries weren't there; my burger was missing. After calling, I was supposed to get a check so I wouldn't lose my money. Charging 0.70 cents to use the bathroom after spending 25 euros at a restaurant seems excessive to me... from now on, if I see a pay bathroom in any restaurant, I'll go eat somewhere else...

The gluten-free burger was good. The seats were a bit dirty. A group of teenagers sat next to us, so the noise level was a bit louder. But otherwise, a good place.

Mac is Mac, you can't really mess up your food. Unless your order just ends up on the counter and 3 people look in the bag. And leave it there again. After 10 minutes it's cold. When I said something about that, the box of nuggets was held under the heat lamp. Fortunately, a kitchen colleague said that that wasn't possible and I got new ones. You pay a plastic surcharge, even though you get an old-fashioned paper cup. Good business model, so to speak. Staff is far below par unfortunately. They don't seem to get it. It's also not the cleanest Mac. It's dirty and sticky. Too bad because this location deserves so much more, certainly in terms of appearance. Try a little harder there!

Yesterday, yet again, made and order through Thuisbezorgd, and it came incomplete. This is not the first time if happens. Although, in the past it was twice that fries that missed in one of the burgers, and once a fruit bag. However, this time it was a full Happy Meal Hamburger met Boekje. Not nice for one of my kids. I'm done with this one.

The food I ordered came out so late. It was ridiculous... There were more staff than customers, and I waited for over 30 minutes to get two cups of coffee.

Do not order from this McDonalds via UberEats. The packages are sealed when delivered, but yet items are still missing. This has happened multiple times now. UberEats gives a standard €1.06 refund for a missing item costing way more. McDonalds and UberEats are cahooting together it seems.

On King's Day, quickly score a burger menu, unfortunately you could only order to a limited extent. Very unfortunate.

The McDonald's was very small and very busy when the weather was nice, especially around dinner time; there was little seating, and sitting outside was also not possible. The staff made an unprofessional and stressed impression. Some kiosks didn't print receipts, and my takeout order was missing straws and napkins. It was difficult to eat my food elsewhere. In addition, the food was no longer warm after three minutes, and the Big Mac looked as if it had been thrown.

Being pelted with food and drinks by groups of aso kids with fat bikes who are often there. This tent is certainly not an asset to the city center. Fix security personnel if you get your affairs done properly.

What was once a church of fast food has become a temple of disappointment. Terrible service. They have this system where you put in the table number or get a little number from the self-service machines, so that they can bring you your order. I was seated at the last possible table and the guy who was bringing my food went through every single table but mine, and ignored my waving at him. What I find even worse is that one is not allowed to not pick a table number when ordering. To further my point, we had a second order which was made 1 minute after mine, but we waited for over 15 minutes for it because thay had forgotten it. First of all how do you forget an order that is made through these machines and just pops up on the screen for the employees to prepare it. Second of all, the same guy that couldn't be bothered to bring me my food, dropped the receipt with the second order after I gave it to him, and somehow lost it. So, I had to instruct him what was on it (he had seen the first item on the receipt). What was supposed to be a very convinient meal became very inconvenient. Literally, the 1 thing you expect from McDonald's wasn't provided. If I were you, I'd go anywhere else but here.

This McDonald's is no longer what it used to be. The staff is rude, orders take a long time and everyone walks around leisurely. In the kitchen they argue about what can be heard at the counter and they work without gloves or hairnets. Just scratch their nose and then pack your cheeseburger. The manager stands by and does nothing. Never going to this McDonalds again!!

It is and remains the Mac. Nice food but not really culinary. Real production food. And according to some, no food. Tastes differ. Quite tasty every now and then. Although better citizens could be made. The world is developing but these citizens are hardly developing.

It was relatively unpleasant, waited 10 minutes before they took my order, then took another 20 to get my food to me (Mind you it was not that busy). The food was all cooled down and looked like it was all thrown together within 1 minute. The atmosphere was all right but wasn't too amazing either, since you had tons of people smoking nearby. For all these reasons I can't give higher than 2 stars.

Very disappointed. For the third consecutive time, the chicken nuggets and sauces are missing. No point in calling the Uber Eats delivery person anymore because he refers me to the Mac and the Mac blames the delivery person again. Great restaurant. Greatly renovated. Friendly people. But there are a few little things I would like to say: 1.. The trays do not stay fixed on the table, but rotate when someone bumps them. 2.. Often a constant whistle or beep from the kitchen. 3.. The legs of the chairs are not equipped with plastic caps, so that when the chairs are moved, a huge noise is created when a group of people sit down or leave. That's okay t a deafening noise. usually it's good but today, there is an unfriendly male dutch manager with beard and black shirt, tall. He is quite unfriendly and refused to give me just a cup of ice. idk what's so important about a cup of ice and why he refuses to give that to me while every other employee in the store does not see that as a problem.

Edited: After visiting here instead of ordering, I have to say that the atmosphere is a bit special. It is a very young staff group in a MacDonalds that acts like any other McDonalds. Dressed up way too smart. The food was ready quickly and excellent. The service is young but polite and pleasant I am adjusting my 2 stars to a 3 star review. It is and remains McDonald's so the food will always be mediocore. The service is the best I have experienced at a McDonald's, but due to the formal dressing of a McDonald's, the staff's personalities clashed greatly with the environment in which they were placed.

If you don't get a bkn from the machine, after asking 3 times a number is shouted at you, that number is never called and you wait half an hour without anyone to speak to you. Waste of my money

I'm not really into writing reviews, but I have to say this one, because what I found here was very dramatic. What poverty... Friday evening - 10:30 PM. - Case half full -half of all tables full of bags, boxes, waste, etc - also a mess on the ground. To-Go bags here and there, hamburger boxes, fries containers huh. why then? -all rubbish bins full, completely full. Where the steps are normally placed are the same. Full of rubbish. On top, under it, etc. Waste. I came in to have something to eat in the restaurant. You have a nice choice for this on a column; eat here. After at least 10 minutes (4 staff - 1 fries, 1 packing and other tasks, 1 in a blue shirt making burgers, and another 1 in the back frying meat) I was offered my order in a bag. Why not a step? Doesn't that happen after a certain time these days? Found a spot somewhere with less waste/spilled drinks/junk and ate half lukewarm fries and a reasonably warm BigMac. A group of young people came in and sat down on the large table at the beginning of the restaurant, where the boy with the hamburgers gestured to another in uniform who was sitting at one of the tables with (friends?) 2 other people. He stood up and informed the young people that they should not sit on the table. So there was some kind of authority present, and there were more staff present, but they were just sitting with others, just like me among the rubble.... anyway,... after removing the young people from the He walked back to the front of the table, over all the bags on the floor, past the full garbage bins, the mess on the table, etc., didn't even look at it......and actually didn't do anything. What a clown show that you get extra with your 'food'. Staff doesn't feel like it and doesn't do anything other than the minimum. As if they all have community service and have to work there. You would just be the franchisee and leave your business in this state. Still strange, since you can't just run a branch at the Mac. I don't think he/she would care either... cameras show enough if he/she has/would use them. Maybe he earns enough anyway and it doesn't matter... who knows. Next time I'll go there again, not to eat but to sit and be entertained for free, because it's a nice mix of sadness and comedy. Don't go there for quality, go there if there is nothing else and quality is not important, and then see what it is like when you employ staff who just let things go without any form of observation... :D

During a recent visit to McDonald's Delft, my 3-year-old daughter had to go to the toilet. To my surprise we had to pay 70 cents per person even though we were guests of the restaurant. The men's room had one toilet, and there was poop on the seat. In the ladies' toilets it was even worse: one toilet had blood on the seat and pee on the other. There was no more toilet paper in either toilet. This was downright disgusting. How can you expect a child to sit on such a toilet? And then ask for money for that? If this is the way they handle hygiene, I seriously wonder about the food safety situation at this establishment. Definitely not recommended!
