Very posh atmosphere. I arrived in a polo shirt but felt very underdressed because everyone else came in a suit. The food was very pricey, but for a good reason. I would recommend high-status people to eat here, but for me, it is too luxurious.

This has happened more than once or twice, with customers ordering takeaways only to find items missing.

Staff seems disinterested, service was slow, ticket printer out of paper and the order was delivered with some items the wrong size. The cherry on top was they wanted to charge for using the bathroom, which was also out of toilet paper

This was the last time we order from McDonald’s. The first order of €104 didn't arrive, and with the second one, everything was missing again. In the end, we spent nearly 2.5 hours waiting, and the food was soggy and barely edible. Very disappointing.

Wrong order: Happy Metal without a burger, no games (only a book in Dutch), double portions delivered separately, salad without forks, and coffee with the sandwiches. Finally, a €0.70 bathroom charge, and there was no toilet paper. I've never seen such a poorly organized McDonald's.

Contrary to previous reviews, this time it was spotlessly clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The food was also good.

Expensive, and on top of that, you have to pay to use the toilet even if you've eaten there. Avoid at all costs... it's outrageous.

They can even pick up the wrong order from the kiosk. Security isn't friendly either. So, the food is McDonald's.

I regularly order via Thuisbezorgd, but at this McDonald's my order never goes right! Either I get half an order, or my full order is incorrect, or I get a partially eaten order where the delivery bag has already been opened. Truly a worthless McDonald's; from now on I'll get it from the location in Delft Noord…

Terrible. I chose table service today and ordered one drink and one Strawberry Pop. It wasn't even busy, and I had to wait 20 minutes and it still wasn't ready, so I just went to get it myself. Then I saw that it had been sitting by the bin for a while and nobody was looking at it. This McDonald's is really terrible, the service.

The food is very tasty, the problem here is that the person at the cash register didn't speak Dutch and I couldn't order properly from him. This person even had to get a colleague over because he didn't understand how the cash register worked. In the end, I even received too little change. Be sure to check your receipt.

Not exactly appetizing when you see everyone standing in the kitchen without a hairnet, with their hair just loose in a ponytail.

Nice staff...spicy orange ice cream delicious, Sunday orange too, hamburger too small...but always fun to go with friends...I don't need to say much about it...who doesn't know McDonald's?

I stopped by because I missed Korean fried chicken. The spicy chicken was actually pretty good. Since it happened to be market day, the store was crowded, so it was nice to be able to enjoy the meal comfortably in an area where toddlers could sit.

First it was half an hour late, then they forgot half of it, and it was lukewarm too!! I got no help from Thuiszorgd or McDonald's. I am never ordering from here again!!

This is the 3rd time they've forgotten things. I'm really done with it. Don't order here, they are worthless. And when you call them about it, they just say they don't care if you don't come back. They don't want to keep customers there.

Sometimes all you need is a cheese burger.

On Wednesday, May 6, my daughter ordered a menu with a McChicken. As can be seen in the photo, the chicken burger was still completely pink and presumably raw on the inside. When she approached the staff with questions, she was told that the burger was not raw and the burger was returned. It wasn't busy, so I don't think making a new burger would have been a problem. Naturally, this burger went into the trash. Normally she never has problems with McDonald's, but here they had bad food and even worse service. In any case, we will not be coming back!

Went here to eat a burger. The burger was fine, but the toilet, for which you pay 70 cents, was dirty and hadn't been cleaned. There was no toilet paper in either toilet. One toilet had poop or something on the seat, so I skipped it immediately. For a paid toilet visit, you would expect a clean toilet and sufficient toilet paper....

I like everything here, but lately the atmosphere has become a serious problem. There are often groups of teenagers who come in, and they are loud and lack basic manners. Their behaviour often feels disruptive and intimidating, which makes the place uncomfortable for other customers who just want to eat in peace. Management really needs to address this issue.

Restaurant in the middle of Delft. Not very atmospheric and security guards at the door. But just regular McDonald's food!

You have to pay 70 cents to use the toilet. Absoluut disgrace. A restaurant serving drinks should always have a free toilet for guests

€0.70 to use the toilet yet no soap in there and no sanitiser outside. Apparently they don’t provide soap anymore and the sanitiser dispenser was from Covid times. They also let the food delivery driver use the facilities for free and he delivers your food without washing his hands too. #McDirty

Snapshot, but: Order given to the wrong person. Eventually received: lukewarm, soggy fries, and cold nuggets. Staff chaotic.

First you wait for 20 min for 1 coffee and 1 cheeseburger, then they give a cheeseburger without a cheese. When I asked to change she just put a cold piece of cheese in it and wrapped it back.

It's very annoying that you can't pay in cash and one of the staff members talks too loudly.

Just fine for a quick bite. The staff is friendly and the food is excellent. It is a bit annoying, however, that wheelchair access is more difficult due to a step at the entrance.

I will put -10. For worse food and for worst treatment for delivery guys. As delivery guys we are representatives of the costumes and we work hard in harsh weather and condition and yet when we arrive to take the orders from this branch they treat disrespectful and put us in illegal situations and behave illegally with is. They should care more about the disgusting smell and the cleaning and the Quilty of the food before they raise their nose against Labor they do for them great job. I'm not buying from this branch and not ever from MacDonalds. They treat pregnant woman and Eldery workers so bad.

The staff were incredibly slow; it took 48 minutes for my coffee. I got fed up, left the bill with them, and went to the coffee shop across the street; it was cheaper and faster.

Ordered through Thuisbezorgd. The order was canceled by McDonald's. I received a prompt email stating that my order had been canceled (without reason) and that I would receive a refund within 5 business days. (Minus the tip, though, which is strange.) Then I checked the app, and my canceled order still shows as delivered? Very strange story. It's always something with this store. There's nothing right about it. It looks like fraud/theft. Want to be ripped off? Then this McDonald's is the place to go.

Too bad about the "manager." On January 15th at 11:50 AM, a girl wearing a black T-shirt, unaware that I spoke Dutch, made remarks about me in Dutch to the waitress (the young, friendly waitress didn't make any remarks). I request that you inform your staff that remarks about customers should not be made out loud or in their presence. I will not visit this McDonald's again. For those who only speak English: be careful about what is said to you in Dutch, as some people may assume you don't understand it.

I'm not complaining, but it's good to know that if you go here for a "quick coffee," you might have to wait 45 minutes. At 20 minutes, I asked if it was ready. Someone tried, shook their head, walked away, and left it there. Ten minutes later, I asked again, and someone got someone else, mumbling something. Nothing happened. After waiting for 45 minutes, I asked to take it with me now since I could leave, and then, suddenly, it was ready within a minute. And the funny thing is, I saw my order (2 coffees) on the counter three times, ready, but not delivered.

Yesterday we went to Delft and, to please the kids, we visited this McDonald's. Upon entering, we immediately noticed that the place wasn't very clean. All the trash cans were overflowing, overflowing, and there was trash all over the floor. We cleaned the tables ourselves with the supplies we had with us. Food... well, it's McDonald's. What I find outrageous is that after spending a fortune at this place, you have to pay €0.70 per person to use the restroom. I advise the manager to take a critical look at this place and to visit colleagues elsewhere in the country. What a disgusting sight!

At this moment there are two bosses and eight employees doing nothing, one of them is sitting on a table in the room talking to another and there is only one girl (with a tattooed left arm) cleaning and preparing the orders, in all this there are four tables full with trays of leftover food.

Charging 70 cents for a toilet visit is really rude. This disregards the many people who, due to health issues, shouldn't delay a toilet visit. Just do this from 10 p.m. onward to the drunk people, but no further. Or you might see a code on your order to use the toilet, just like McDonald's in other countries.

Ordered three items on-site, and it took half an hour. Incidentally, the order wasn't complete. And just in case you thought it couldn't get any worse, the special offer Big Macs were gone. Get your fries somewhere else!

Tonight, I received a half order for the umpteenth time. According to the delivery driver, the problem isn't with Thuisbezorgd, as they receive a sealed bag at the store's counter. This time, I didn't receive €14 worth of products. McDonald's can't do anything about it after this, as they don't handle the deliveries themselves. Then (if you manage to reach them by phone one of these times, which proved impossible this time), they offer an option to pick up the missing items yourself at the store. Convenient and very clever, of course, if you specifically opt for delivery and are on the other side of town. Thuisbezorgd also doesn't offer any options for subsequent delivery, as they only handle the initial delivery of the sealed bag of products you ordered. In short, I've been robbed for the umpteenth time... what a terrible store.

You can't charge your phone, even though there's a power outlet at every table (the electricity for customers is turned off). My coffee was cold and sat there for 15 minutes before it was brought to me.

Soulless fast food. I honestly don't understand why anyone goes to McDonald's for fun. I went back recently to give it a try. It was a bit dingy inside. Tasteless food, and after half an hour I was hungry again. For a price almost equal to the countless real food places around it. Really, why??? Is it a habit? People, stop this nonsense. As others have said, there's not much to complain about the food, but during my visit, the food simply ended up on the counter, and I waited 30 minutes for nothing. Poor service, I hope this gets resolved.

The McDonald's in Delft Centrum provides a consistently excellent experience. The food is served hot, fresh, and promptly, even during peak dinner hours. Efficient service and attention to quality make it a reliable choice for a fast, satisfying meal. Highly recommend.

The manager got angry with me and my friends because we had drinks with us while we were not eating and we were quietly waiting and she immediately got angry while we already said it was fine Thu Oct 30

Me and my partner went around 11:30 PM to have a late-night meal. As we sat down, a group of teens inside the restaurant kept disturbing everyone around them, and cat-called 4 girls in a very disgusting way (they tried to ignore them, and then left the restaurant). These teens also tried to pick on us, but we just ignored them. The staff didn't do anything about it until after we had left. The security person (who is usually there) was missing too. One of the worst eating out experiences we have had in Delft.

Favourite fast food option after university.

Teamleader/manager today seemed to be losing it. She was dropping paper bags + kicking them around, tapping away a bunch of orders and overall exuding nothing but panic until eventually disappearing. Ended up having to wait over 30 minutes for my order consisting of 1 Cheeseburger and 1 Filet o fish that was just lying around. “Not very cash money”

We recently moved from The Hague and were walking around the city center. It was raining, and we were in the mood for burgers at McDonald's. Since we were with our dog, we planned to order takeout. At the entrance, we bumped into a man talking on the phone. He didn't introduce himself and blocked my path. As a woman, I felt particularly uneasy, uncomfortable, and scared when a stranger silently blocked my path and wouldn't let me pass. This man couldn't explain anything clearly, spoke in fragments, and blocked our passage. It turned out he was a security guard and didn't want to let us in with our dog. He didn't greet us or introduce himself, but looked down on us. We were surprised by such rude behavior from a McDonald's employee. Our dog is 11 years old, small, and well-trained. We know that some cafes and restaurants have policies that don't allow dogs. However, we were always treated politely, and we were always allowed to come in to pick up takeout. Especially when it was raining! Will we ever want to go to this McDonald's again? I don't think so.

Lots of dirty tables, with what looked like snot on the side panel of one of the small tables. Full clearing stations. Paying for restrooms isn't a problem, but I do expect them to be clean and properly installed. One restroom had a crooked toilet seat and a very dirty floor, while the other had a brownish substance on the toilet seat. Such a shame... I also reported this to the staff, who reported it. I didn't see anything being done about it while I was there.

We ordered large fries for €4.40, but the container was even smaller than a medium. A table across from us had both medium and large fries, and they were also only half full. So, if you buy fries, give the container a shake to see what you're getting... I call this a scam.

Modern branch, and that's where the positivity ends. Long wait times, understaffed. No visible managers, unmotivated team. A lousy operation. Note! From the outside, this branch looks closed because it's very dark inside.

Since I can't reach you by phone, I ordered it for €30 through Uber Eats. Fries weren't there; my burger was missing. After calling, I was supposed to get a check so I wouldn't lose my money. Charging 0.70 cents to use the bathroom after spending 25 euros at a restaurant seems excessive to me... from now on, if I see a pay bathroom in any restaurant, I'll go eat somewhere else...

Waited 20 minutes for my order, then I asked where it was and waited another 20 minutes ....

The gluten-free burger was good. The seats were a bit dirty. A group of teenagers sat next to us, so the noise level was a bit louder. But otherwise, a good place.

Mac is Mac, you can't really mess up your food. Unless your order just ends up on the counter and 3 people look in the bag. And leave it there again. After 10 minutes it's cold. When I said something about that, the box of nuggets was held under the heat lamp. Fortunately, a kitchen colleague said that that wasn't possible and I got new ones. You pay a plastic surcharge, even though you get an old-fashioned paper cup. Good business model, so to speak. Staff is far below par unfortunately. They don't seem to get it. It's also not the cleanest Mac. It's dirty and sticky. Too bad because this location deserves so much more, certainly in terms of appearance. Try a little harder there!

I waited 25 minutes at a fast food place. This is really not right. And then I sit down and I didn't get any fries. This is not nice and unacceptable.

Yesterday, yet again, made and order through Thuisbezorgd, and it came incomplete. This is not the first time if happens. Although, in the past it was twice that fries that missed in one of the burgers, and once a fruit bag. However, this time it was a full Happy Meal Hamburger met Boekje. Not nice for one of my kids. I'm done with this one.

The food I ordered came out so late. It was ridiculous... There were more staff than customers, and I waited for over 30 minutes to get two cups of coffee.

Do not order from this McDonalds via UberEats. The packages are sealed when delivered, but yet items are still missing. This has happened multiple times now. UberEats gives a standard €1.06 refund for a missing item costing way more. McDonalds and UberEats are cahooting together it seems.

On King's Day, quickly score a burger menu, unfortunately you could only order to a limited extent. Very unfortunate.

The McDonald's was very small and very busy when the weather was nice, especially around dinner time; there was little seating, and sitting outside was also not possible. The staff made an unprofessional and stressed impression. Some kiosks didn't print receipts, and my takeout order was missing straws and napkins. It was difficult to eat my food elsewhere. In addition, the food was no longer warm after three minutes, and the Big Mac looked as if it had been thrown.

This McDonald's seems to take longer with making and serving their food than others
