overpriced, low quality, understaffed, bad service.

O taco's Delft is unfortunately very disappointing and definitely not worth the money. It often takes a long time for your food to be delivered, and often it's not cooked properly or overcooked (see the photo), which makes the taste less than stellar. Moreover, this location recently did something very mean by changing the minimum order amount on Uber Eats and Thuiszorgd. This means that even a large taco (€14) doesn't meet the minimum order amount of €15. This was NEVER the case before. So not only are you REQUIRED to order extras, but the quality of the food at this location is subpar. You'd much rather place your orders or pick them up at the Zoetermeer location. At least it's always delicious there. I won't be ordering from this location anymore because I think it's a waste of money...

I literally waited an hour for my order to arrive. The website says the expected delivery time is between 25 and 45 minutes. I tried to cancel my order, but they were difficult to deal with. After all, you come home from work hungry and expect your food to arrive on time. I'll never order from here again!

Extremely slow, irresponsible. It was absolutely ridicules. After one and a half hour of waiting, they delivered only fries without chicken. The whole basket was empty. I requested to refund and they said yes on phone. However, it was not refunded.

The food was just cold and disgusting. My entire order was wrong, and the delivery driver was way too late. A waste of 20 euros.

Even though I got the wrong fries, normal fries instead of twister fries. Johnny's burger remains my favorite burger joint! Always good tasting burgers and fries🤪. The delivery people are also very attentive!

I would give it 5 stars if I could have given it 10. What a service from the manager Don, who literally put me in a really good position. Very nice guy who had the food delivered nice and hot and quickly, highly recommended here. Shootout to all employees and managers of this truly great branch.

I didn't think the burgers were very well seasoned/ Chick&cheez on the other hand were very tasty. Sometimes few fries on the menu or things that are missing but otherwise worth it

Always good food, it's strange that I want to order via Otacos on their own website. This not always tasty does not work as well as eating. I always come across French locations and the Dutch chain does not appear, which makes ordering 5x more difficult. I have this in Zoetermeer Wateringen and Delft. So for me it's clearly a teething problem that they need to solve quickly 😁 thanks for the delicious food.

We had 2 x large o`taco and a chicken burger, was pretty fast and very good.

The order took almost 3 hours, I have never seen something like this in my life.

I waited 3 hours for my bestselling. Food was already cold and not tasty. NOT TO ADVISE. even if the food is tasty, it is not WORTH ordering here.

Cold food, tasted of nothing. Took almost two hours to deliver, and items missed. Can't really get much worse. It's quite amazing to be able to have so many things go wrong.

Recently ordered via home delivery. Order came 2.5 hours later when I was already sleeping. I opened it anyway, but I received no further response when I filed a complaint via home delivery. Very annoying that this has to happen this way.

Food was not that good, the place was not busy at all and it took 45 mins for the food to be ready and it is supposed to be a fast food restaurant take out restaurant. Second time coming here and same experience, I won’t come back.

The food here is always good and worth your money. Definitely a good French taco. The food is tasty and the tacos are well filled. That's what keeps me from 5 stars - often when I order something to drink they don't have it and I have to choose an alternative. - Delivery times are regularly longer than the ETA - I've been here once instead of ordering and it took a long time and it wasn't exactly super clean.

I order o’tacos and it was very delicious it was really a good option I really suggest trying it. The service was very fast and helpful, it was very nice people!

We didn't eat there, because they didn't accept cash payment or non-Dutch card payment.

Unfortunately half an hour late, the food is lukewarm to cold and the portion of fries for €4.95 is not that small. The air fryer is now on. The surprise in the kids menu is missing.... I will never order from you again.

I ordered in a delicious O'Tacos and was not disappointed. The BBQ was great and pretty large 👌🏻The delivery arrived in the blink of an eye 😉 (in about 20 min). It is worth a try! 😊

I went there with a friend in kings day and we ordered beef burgers. It was tasty and delicious. The order took less than 10 mins to be ready. The price is a bit high compared to the portions. But overall I recommend it and will visit it again.

Ordered before 8:30 PM and they called that it had been delayed for 15 minutes and the food arrived around 9:10 PM! Won't be ordering here anymore for the time being.

Order placed at 7:32 PM, not delivered until 9:34 PM. We called again at 8:50 PM and it was still in the kitchen. I didn't even receive half of my order in the end.

Very rude and pathetic customer service. They don't pick up the call. Waited like 30 minutes on hold before waiting like. Further they don't update their estimated delivery times on Uber eats. Very poor.

Bad service selling hamburgers with dots from the store instead of what is indicated with hamburger bulb cultivation. When you call about it you get a big mouth and that it is your own problem

Those french tacos are delicious. Its not Mexican! Just meat/fries burritos. It just takes an hour each time before they are ready.

Had to wait for 1.5 hours for my order. Food was soggy, it's not worth the price.

Mijn ervaring bij O'Tacos in Delft was buitengewoon teleurstellend. De wachttijd in het restaurant was onaanvaardbaar lang, en het leek erop dat de meeste aandacht uitging naar bestellingen voor afhaal. Ik heb nog nooit zo lang op een O'Tacos gewacht - maar liefst 40 minuten. Het was frustrerend en onaangenaam, en het leek alsof klanttevredenheid in het restaurant geen prioriteit had. Over het algemeen geen positieve ervaring. Dat is in ieder geval een kleine troost. Toen we ons beklaagden, kregen we een gratis drankje, wat zeker vriendelijk was.

Vandaag besteld. HEERLIJK. Beste tent in Delft. Mohammed was een lieve lieve bezorger! Ik bestel hier sws 1 x per week, erg lief krijg ook altijd extraatjes erbij.

Ik zou otacos delft aan iedereen aanraden het team is vriendelijk en het eten is heerlijk de afhaal/bezorging verloopt vrijwel altijd vlekkeloos waar wacht je nog op bestel snel bij otacos

Heerlijke burgers en patat. Bestelbevestiging niet via de mail ontvangen, even gebeld en wij kregen nog wat extra's erbij ook. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Tip: ga afhalen, want bezorging duurt veel langer dan wordt aangegeven (via Thuisbezorgd). Twee keer besteld, twee keer dezelfde ervaring (ruim 1,5uur bezorgtijd). Deze ervaring is helaas veelvoorkomend (zoals je kan lezen in andere reviews). Verder lekker eten, maar de bezorging is echt vreselijk traag en onbetrouwbaar. Eten vind ik 4 sterren, bezorging 1 ster. Hierdoor 2 sterren (naar beneden afgerond).

A very nice place, run by kind people. I would always recommend the chicken products, as they are perfected there, but the beef ones are very good too.

I haven't tasted the burgers yet, but the wraps are very good, but could use some more spices to make the chicken less blend. Otherwise they were amazing! Definitely would come back to try some more burgers. The only minus are the spices, and the time it takes for them to finish your order. Mine took about 15 to 20 minutes with only one other person waiting and 3 people working at the same time. Otherwise it would have been even better! The prices are amazing for what you get, so I would recommend for take out or delivery.

Best burgers in Delft! Got the American classic with bacon and it tastes properly like a real American burger. It seems like they actually put some anion powder, garlic and even cumin! Has more flavor than any 'fancy' burger in Delft. Great job guys! 5 out 5 easy

Vandaag online besteld, 2 burger menu's met twister friet en wedges, alles lekker warm en burgers waren echt heel lekker. Het smaakte heel erg goed en ze geven heel veel friet. Drank was ook lekker koud. Ook snel bezorgd. Complimenten!

Heerlijk burger die ik ooit heb gegeten. Bovendien Aardig personeel. De bezorger bracht mijn bestelling binnen 15 min terwijl het weer zo slecht was dat ik dit zo snel niet verwachte.

Wel lekker, maar om de bezorgtijd op hun website te verminderen zetten ze de status van de bezorging gelijk op bezorgd, terwijl hij meestal pas een half uur later komt
