Ordered a cheese whopper with a milkshake which cost more than a meal (11.90 and 0.10 sub). A meal costs 9.95 + 0.95 extra for a milkshake. The milkshake was undrinkable with the straw provided and a spoon was not included. The receipt also stated that I received 188 💶 back while it was 8 euros and paid with 20 euros. I made a joke about this that was not responded to, well it was almost closing time.

They forgot one of the burgers, and when I asked about it, I was met with a rude response. On top of that, charging 80 cents just for ketchup is outrageous. Overall, a very disappointing experience

Worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to! We decided to order on the machines (2 plain Big King’s, since we can’t eat cheese and prefer our burgers that way). First, the machine didn’t print the receipt, and wouldn’t send it over email (so we had no proof of what we ordered). Secondly, when we finally got our orders, we realised that they had given us 2 normal burgers (with every single ingredient). When we politely asked the manager (M. Khalum, on the 4th of September 2024, at around 15:30h), she claimed that what they received 2 full burgers), even though I triple checked everything (I am 100% sure everything said “no cheese”, “no lettuce”, etc etc…).Not only did she not redo our burgers, she wouldn’t give us our money back, and when I asked her why, she implied that it’s better that I lose my money than she loses the company’s money. She was extremely unpleasant and rude, asking “Why didn’t we go to the cashier instead?” as if I wasn’t competent to make a simple order. I could tell the rest of her team was uncomfortable with her lack of respect, empathy, and lack of will to do a good job. Burger King needs to start checking the people they hire. It made me sad, not because I pretty much spent 20€ for nothing, but because the costumer service lack humanity.

This Burger King at Amsterdam Central Station is located on track 1. I have been there regularly. For more than an hour before closing time, you cannot sit in a part inside, then it is closed... but the receipt that has to come out of the machine is replaced once a month, I think. Nowadays I always have my phone in hand to take a photo of my order number. Especially when it's busy, you can simply forget which number you already had. It is poorly laid out, people who eat alone take up an entire space where 4 people can easily sit, crappy decor if you ask me... there are a few people sitting there, occupying the entire area... the interior is also such that you are not with anyone sits down, especially with the 4-seater. The food is ready quickly, all the times I've been there, I've never had to wait very long. There are sockets at the benches against the wall, if you want to pick up your phone you can do so here, provided you have bought something of course! There is no toilet at this Burger King on track 1, there are two places where this is possible for a fee. They have never heard of table service either. If you want to eat on location or take it away... you always have to pick up your food.

Our order included 2 large portions of twister fries, between other things. After waiting quite some time for the other, we received one medium portion (both package and quantity) of fries and one large one. We addressed this with the staff, because we paid for two large ones and Anouar, the person who packed the order, told us, with the worst attitude I ever encountered, that the portions are identical and that we should find a scale on our own and measure the content. When I insisted that it's really not fair and he can't tell me that a medium portion is a large one, he said "I don't know what you don't understand. Leave and go find a scale". I asked for his name and left, but first thing I did when I arrived home was scaling the fries: one portion is 161g, one is 100g. Of course they were not the same. It's not a matter of money, but of principle. @BurgerKing, you should employ people who at least have the decency to admit when they are wrong, and not rude people, with 0 customer service skills. I will never again come back, out of principle.

Aight. Burgers and food were bussin but the service was all but good. We lost about a whole bag of food and had to battle in an epic legendary unforgettable clash of Titans match against these people to get our food right. My friend also had flies (or something like that) in his face whilst eating so not a recommendation for anyone wanting to enjoy their meal. PS. We never got our ketchup package (-3 stars)

It's an easy acces burger king on a train station and it was really good. lately I've been having trouble with ordering because they sometimes don't understand what I'm saying because of a language barrier. It can happen but I'm Muslim and because of this I can only eat Halal meat or veggie products. Today they've made the mistake of giving me meat while I ordered only veggie products and because I had to get the train I only saw this mistake the moment I was on the train. It happened twice now: 1. Because the mistake was from a language barrier and I asked a veggie product and she had given me a meat product on the order. A mistake can happen but they wouldn't help me correct that mistake. I had to give the food away. 2. I ordered 2 veggie products got meat on it instead (I know the taste because before I converted I ate at a burger king a few times). This happened on the train and I could see/feel the difference in the texture. To me this was a great Burger King but now I don't recommend eating there until they can get their staff together.

Too bad, but unfortunately the bread for the burgers was not fresh and was falling apart. Edit: I was now in the afternoon instead of evening... what a difference!... service was fast and polite, this time the Whopper was wonderfully fresh and generously filled. Champ master burger also very tasty. That's why I'm now giving 4 stars Unfortunately, we have now used old bread again... it really depends on which manager is present whether you get quality food... because apparently not every manager thinks it is a problem to serve old and falling apart bread... it was tasty lots of lettuce, tomato, sauce on the burger.

NL - Verschrikkelijk trage service. Ik gebruikte een coupon, die niet werkte bij de terminal, dus bestelde ik hem aan de balie. De dame sprak geen Engels, dus ik vertelde haar in het Nederlands dat het afhaalmaaltijden waren, maar ik moest het toch ter plekke opeten omdat het gezicht van de andere dame veranderde toen ik haar vertelde dat het een afhaalbestelling was. Ik bleef liever, gelukkig had ik tijd. De dienst is dus "slechts" twee sterren. EN - Terribly slow service. I used a coupon, which didn't work at the terminal, so I ordered it at the counter. The lady didn't speak English, so I told her in Dutch that it was takeaway, but I still had to eat it on the spot because the other lady's face changed when I told her it was a takeaway order. I preferred to stay, and luckily, I had time. So the service is "only" two stars.

Whopper Cheese-menu met Twister fries en aardbeienmilkshake laat op de avond. Prima kwaliteit Whopper, redelijk verse sla en tomaat. Twister fries en shake naar verwachte kwaliteit. Tafels niet routinematig schoongemaakt, daardoor een klein beetje smoezelig. Niettemin vriendelijke bediening, goede sfeer en een leuk muziekje op.

I ordered a special menu here, this was supposed to come with some sort of bonus for a game. Probably the most conveniently located Burger King in Amsterdam, it's open until midnight and it's perfect for a late night out craving when I'm leaving Amsterdam to go home. The food is the BK as everywhere so not much to say there, and the service (at least after 10pm) is ok, the staff is helpful when you need something and the restaurant is clean in general so it's a usual Burger King.

Burguer King dentro de la estación. Llegas a la estación, pasas los tornos de entrada y coges las primeras escaleras a la izquierda, para llegar a lo que sería el andén 0, lugar donde se encuentra este establecimiento. No es muy grande, pero cuenta con unas 8-10 mesas, para pedir cuenta tanto con máquina como en mostrador. Los precios y la comida es la misma que en el resto de establecimientos de la cadena, con la excepción que aquí cobran las salsas y no tienen refill. No tiene baños

Bestellingen verliepen wat moeizaam, niet kwa tijd maar vooral het systeem leek niet erg mee te werken. Nummers verdwenen de hele tijd van het scherm, bonnetjes werden niet goed uitgeprint, sommige bestellingen kwamen dubbel.. Verder bleef het personeel wel vriendelijk ondanks dat ze zelf ook wel beetje gek werden van het systeem. Burger was ook prima! Al lijken ze natuurlijk nooit op de plaatjes..

To make things clear, it's not a fancy restaurant. It's a tasty solution to a local hunger situation.. I find it better than it's rival in taste major advantage is it's location. If you got in hungry, or don't want to leave Amsterdam on an empty stomach.. I must say that the self ordering experience is not as convenient as other systems. Other than that, I will return again for sure

McDonald's located near Dam Square, is not very spacious but has some tables and chairs available for eating. You order through the totems, the waiting times are normal, I appreciated that my food was made at the moment, the prices were lower than the mc in Italy and the sauces were also much larger. Only the cost of water was excessive, for the rest I was satisfied.
