Great! Food was warm! Staff super friendly!

The service was very bad and they had no sugar or sweetener to add to the coffee.

Slow, dirty tables, got my number but order not prepared . Low level place - shame for mc.

We mistakenly ordered some "spicy nuggets" and they wouldn't change them, even though any McDonald's will change them for you.

I bought one item, a McFlurry, and they didn't fill it up....

When you eat at a restaurant and they charge you to go to the bathroom, that says it all... My dear Portugal 🇵🇹 Amsterdam is dirty every day.

During my visit to this McDonald’s in Amsterdam I was very disappointed. The place was downright unhygienic. Tables and floors were covered in food scraps and waste, and the staff didn’t seem to care at all. Nothing was cleaned, not even when there was clearly time for it. We ended up having to clean the table ourselves before we could sit down, and that should never be the intention. McDonald’s is known for fast service and a clean environment, but that was nowhere to be found here. A missed opportunity, because with a little attention and effort from the staff this could easily be improved. Unfortunately not recommended for now.

Went there yesterday. No taste at all. Not worth the money. Also, disappointed by the behaviour of the lady that was in the front. Seemed like a supervisor with arrogant nature. I heard she is telling someone that it was her last day. Doesn't matter, you are still working there and you should have good manners. You were just tarnishing Mc Donald's reputation. I saw how you threw my food on the heating table!!!

Ordered an m&m McFlurry using a kiosk with English selected as the language. At no point did it indicate that there would be peanuts in the McFlurry as the title of the item was 'Regular McFlurry - M&M'. Upon getting the order, my girlfriend took the first bite of the McFlurry and noticed it had peanuts, which is very fortunate as if I had taken the first bite or she had not noticed I would have gone into anaphylactic shock. We returned to the McDonalds asking for them to make us an Oreo one and that they should really ensure that an item containing peanuts is clear about that allergen - especially something that normally would not like M&Ms. Both the worker at the register and the manager who she went and got gave us attitude as though we were fools for not knowing that all McFlurries in the Netherlands have peanuts and they very begrudgingly made us a terrible Oreo mcflurry which they did not attempt to mix at all. I would highly advice against going to this McDonalds and instead spend your money somewhere will they will at least treat you with a bit of respect in the event that you're trying to avoid death.

This McDonald's is central Amsterdam, so it was pretty busy when I visited. Place was generally clean, and service was pretty fast, considering it was busy. I would visit this Mcdonalds location again if I was in this area

The employees, at least on this day, were subtly overwhelmed with the English language, which made ordering a bit difficult, the lady didn't know what surprise meant (in relation to the happy meal) she constantly understood Sprite instead of surprise and also mumbled a lot, which made communication very difficult. In a place so full of tourism, you should be able to speak English as an employee at mäcces. Nevertheless, mcd is like everyone else with all the jut and all the bad qualities.

Fast service and cleanliness of the premises (catering room and toilets)

My daughter forgot a small backpack there today, and the staff set it aside, and I got it back. Great.

I had read from the reviews that the place was dirty, but I never, ever imagined having to dine with mice! The staff, at my scream, signaled me to be quiet and we left the food intact and left immediately because the mice were walking calmly under the tables. It's really true that we need to travel to appreciate what we have in our country

Less, McDonald's recently introduced a new policy that all burgers would be made fresh, unfortunately this is not the case here, I still got a burger that was several hours old, and was therefore very dry and tasteless, I almost choked on it, it was so dry, so they won't see me here again

If there is a mistake on business hours on Google map, I apologize for the one-star review. Otherwise, they are pretty bad not to open on time.

There aren't many restaurants open in the morning, so it's a great place when you don't have time. The taste is something everyone knows. It was my first McDonald's in the Netherlands and I was surprised that it was more expensive than I expected. McCrispie set and McCrockett individually for around 17 euros.

A very dirty and incomprehensible place. There is garbage, dirt, receipts, pieces of paper, napkins everywhere. Electronic menus work every once in a while or don’t work at all. And of course a paid toilet) The food here, it should be noted, is delicious.

You didn't have a counter pointer and the cheese on the bigmac wasn't melted Over and out The ligmas

The food is as good as any other McDonald's. The problem with this one is that it is always completely overcrowded. There is no place to sit and it takes a long time to get your order. Also, the employees don't seem to want to clean, because the entire time I was in the restaurant they didn't clean a single table.

We had the best mcdonald's ever here! Burgers are fresh, bun is soft, lots of fillings, salad on burgers. Fries are perfectly salted. Wish the uk ones were like this!

Just came home having passed by this place to pick up some food. I ordered a Big Mac and two cheeseburgers went to the kassa and the guy with the beard called me to give me my order. I opened the bag back home and realised he gave me the wrong order,20 chicken nuggets instead of my food. Bro you might working long hours but the same applies to me. Just do your job properly

I am reaching out to share a recent experience at the McDonald's branch in Amsterdam's city center, which I believe highlights areas for improvement in customer service. During my visit, I ordered a Happy Meal but found no option for a cheeseburger. Upon addressing this at the counter, the staff mentioned it was not possible to modify the sandwich, which I understand is within policy. However, when I placed a new order for a sandwich with added lettuce, the employee's behavior was notably unprofessional. She left abruptly, returned to complete the order, but did not include the requested lettuce. The interaction was disappointing, as I do not expect to pay for a second sandwich, wait again, and experience unkind treatment. Such behavior does not align with the standards I associate with McDonald's and reflects poorly on the brand. I kindly suggest reviewing this branch's customer service practices to ensure a more positive experience for future patrons. Looking forward to your response.

Service 100 out of 10. At the time i ordered the Food, my Child was looking for the Toilets. Any the lady on the cash desk couldn’t help her, but that she will not be sad because of this, the lady gave her ice cream and few presents. This was really nice! Thank you very much!

Mc donald located near Dam Square, it is not very spacious but has some tables and chairs available to eat. You order through totems, the waiting times are normal, I appreciated that my food was made at the moment, the prices were lower than the mc in Italy and also the sauces were much larger. Only the cost of water was excessive, for the rest I was satisfied.

Worst chicken burger paty was dry old and hard. The indian workers were very unhygienic dirty uniforms, not cleaning tables or floor. Fries were cold and dry.

Ordered food, wrong burger bun. After we had eaten the doors would not open again, we were stuck in the Mac for an hour and a half, no fire brigade came or anything like that, but an employee who fiddled with the wires with a screwdriver until they suddenly opened again. No mention or anything. It was impossible to communicate with the employees. Also no compensation or anything. When the doors opened again it was like "sorry for the inconvenience" and that was it... Very bad service.

the macflurry was on the table and a friend was sitting next to it and it was just taken away while it was still completely full and I won't get my money back

Null ! Bland food, not much choice, forgetting to order, dirty restaurant, management staff wandering around and the man at the counter from November 5 at noon is very unpleasant and what's more there are no toilets! Ah if you have to go to another restaurant and pay 50 cents. Go eat elsewhere

They actually gave me food poisoning. Apart from that, the staff is extremely rude, even the management. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place, there are many other places to choose from in this street.

The food was good, but the restaurant was very dirty, and the staff was very rude. When I asked a staff member named Ali (he was without official uniform) about the cleanliness, he rudely responded that they didn’t have extra workers to clean.

It's just fast food! No toilet and no space for a stroller. There is actually almost no service; orders and payments are made by machine. Food is put out or the number is called out and that's it.

The service girl was quite rude and pissed off when I asked her if she had a tray to carry the food...she replied annoyed, quite a lot, that after 7pm they don't give out trays...almost as if she wanted to jump on me 😅 all she had to do was tell me calmly and I would have learned the news anyway and made do 💪🏻

I had ordered 2 big mac menus, when my number came on the screen (which was very late, I was number 73 and in the meantime number 80 already came on the screen, which I thought was strange) and I walked to the front, I only got a coke… a lady suddenly came next to me and said she had the wrong order, which turned out to be mine. The employee gave it to me, but I indicated that I did not think this was proper because someone else had already opened it and it also took a long time. He then made new fries for me, but in the meantime the Big Mac burgers had already become cold... I had to show my receipt, so I have no idea what went wrong that someone had received my order. Staff was nice.

Bad service. The person who serves looks at young women in an exaggerated way to the point of disgust. They charge you for all the sauces.

The food was good and fresh . The service was great and the store was clean . It was very busy as usual so we had to wait until some tables were available. No Public facilities ( wc or washing hands area )

Imagine: you are going to sit down after placing your order… Then, overcome by a pressing need, you discover that there are NO toilets and that you have to go to another McDonald’s… What to do, your order is almost ready but your bladder is begging you 💦 Well, you run to this other Mc Do, not easy to find in a crowded city 🫤… And, when you get there, Lady Pipi asks you for 50 cents! 😳 (she finally gave up). What an indignity (copyright NS)! What's next? Will you have to bring your own chair? 😵

That is one of the options that you have if you are a tourist and you want to eat late but it was a Really bad experience! I order a chicken hamburguer and it was raw inside, so i went to the desk in order to let them know and asked for another one more roasted. They treat me like a stone and they even don’t heard me. The manager said literally: take another one and shut up. It didn’t make sense, it was also raw, so i dind’t eat it and i paid for it. So i really dind’t recomendedy this place, go 5 min away and find the fries, there are so kind people and on list you can eat the food.

Came here to try out the Dutch menu - McKroket and shaker fries with sauce. Both were decent and about what I expected. Store gets a lot of foot traffic due to its location so is generally busy but I didn't have an issue finding a place to sit early in the day. No restroom facilities available, and store occasionally felt a bit dirty due to the volume of people dining and leaving little bits behind.

Poor service, the worst of all the ones I have been to in the world, the girl who dispatches the orders is poorly educated, I don't understand how she can be there

Very frustrating visit to McDonald's on King's Day. It was extremely busy and although we ordered via one of those modern ordering stations, we did not receive a receipt and no employee seemed to want to help us. After waiting an hour and a half, still without food, even though we had already paid. What a bad organization and totally worthless service! We ended up leaving hungry and frustrated. Waste of money and time.

McDonald's restaurant chain on a tourist street in Amsterdam. The place is small, in the evening it is better to take away food, because there are not always places (especially during the tourist season). There are screens for self-ordering and payment. Orders are issued quite quickly.

There is not enough space in the restaurant, the door is open all the time and therefore it is cold in the restaurant. The restaurant is not particularly clean - the tables are dirty, etc.The food - what we ordered - did not match its ingredients.
