What a crappy place! Half the order was wrong, and the fries weren't cooked through. They poured way too much salt on the fries. Thankfully, it was the first and definitely the last time.

McDonald's Amsterdam Damrak 8 We used the order machine and got our food for takeaway. The restaurant was crowded during our visit. The food was tasty as usual.

I got a moldy mac muffin here. Disgusting! Never got an apology and they said they would contact me after I complained to customer service but they never did.

One of the bad McDonalds restaurants! Everywhere was dirty and not cleaned up. The food remains stuck to all the tables. Also the screen indicated that your food was ready, while it would take at least 15-20 minutes. If you said something about it, you got an irritated answer from the employee.

The meals were standard McDonald's meals, but the service was terrible and even the slightest bit of glare was given if you asked one more question.

Very poor on many levels. It was busy but two tables were taken up by a man sleeping and the staff just ignored him. The food was mediocre at best. The burger patties in a Big Mac were a disappointing quality. One of the worst experiences at a Macdonalds I have had.

Dodgy McDonald's with strange people but super fast and cheap service

We ate at the McDonald's in Amsterdam. The space is rather small, but we easily found a seat. Of all the McDonald's I've tried, it's clearly one of the fastest: everything arrived hot, well-prepared, and without any waiting. I also got to try the cheese balls, a specialty that doesn't exist in France—a very pleasant surprise; they were really good. We had a great time at this McDonald's, convenient for a quick and efficient break in the city center.

We use mc Donald’s as a quick holiday place to stop and eat, when on a go. Familiar with the food and pretty consistent in different countries.

🤡🤡🤡🤡 You pay 4.40 for a McFlurry and it's not even half full. Also, they ony call 2 last digits out of your four-digit order and then they are surprised that you don't respond (there were at least 3 other people besides me that didn't realise they were being called).

The worst McDonald I’ve ever been in

The staff cannot cope with the influx of customers. We waited an hour for our order but they didn't bring it in full. We stopped by 3 times to pick up burgers and water (each time they only gave one of the two items). In the end we didn't get any more ice cream...

Fast and efficient even late at night for a busy area

I waited over 10 minutes just to get a coffee, which is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. On top of that, the place smelled strongly of urine, making the experience very unpleasant. Definitely not what I expected from a McDonald’s.

The atmosphere is terrible. Opposite the establishment, seagulls climb in the garbage and drag it along the street. Also, workers constantly carry food through the hall where visitors eat since they do not have a second entrance. The doors don't close and it's cold

Went here with my father and brother last week. Ordered crispy greek chicken burger meal. The woman that was doing service was the most ignorant person I have ever meet. She was wearing a manager's uniform. I asked her for a straw to drink my drink with and she told me to put my hands over the counter to grab one from behind the counter. She is supposed to give the straws with the meal. Burgers were burnt and thrown together and the lettuce was horrible on it. I hope that manager learns some proper manners .

No bathroom, no water given even if I had a 20€ order ... I don't know how it's still possible to call that a restaurant when you don't provide such basic things for you customers

We had a good breakfast menu for €8.50. The juice and croissant were very good! Everything else was also completely satisfactory.

MacDonald's here is nothing like the ones in the United States.

The employees are really looking forward to their work and the customer friendliness is evident. We get our food on a dirty tray with dried up sauce, onion and hair on it (to puke on) tables are filthy and I got my coke in a cup that was covered in dried coke on the outside. In short, the hygiene is really bad, it would be better to eat at a garbage dump.

I find it incredible that they don't have a public bathroom. We couldn't even wash our hands before or after eating.

Latte Macciato Wasn't that great. No toilets.

I think all places here have the same practice. There is no port for charging and there is no WC.

The nicest McD's I've ever had.

What can I say about this mac do, No place where you have to fight to get a seat at the table. The burger is a minimalist version, sauce, salad etc. Cleanliness needs to be reviewed when a waiter comes with a trash can next to you... In such a hurry that he throws a package of ice cream on the ground next to you. And the best part, it gives you on the receipt, a code for the toilets but in another McDonald's restaurant, which once there refuses you access if you fail to pay. Oh McDonald's, we'll have to reframe this establishment.

Did not have a good time here. Food was horrible, the old Amsterdam chicken burger tasted dry and like cardboard. Staff weren't friendly. Would not recommend.

Bad thing really, you don't get the right order and if you ask for it they scold you and they also get angry when you speak Dutch as if I have to speak Chinese in fk Netherlands they also start scolding you if you are eating quietly when they want to close and it is also not clean and not hygienic because they do not wear their hair properly and also no hair is neat dirty dirty dirty

Double cheeseburger 5 euros. Two cheeseburger 4 euros. These are not honest people. It's easy to see on the prices. Stay clear.

Maybe the kiosk was broken, but the number didn't come out, so I had to explain it to the staff. A few people like that came up after me, so I told them the number on the screen and they gave me a hamburger, but it wasn't a very good experience. McDonald's tastes are standardized, so there's no need to talk about the taste, and the cleanliness of the store wasn't that bad.

I was there today on Saturday and it was full but I had my cheese and chicken burger within 5 minutes :) and it was also warm.

Was very busy and the restaurant is very small, the booths seats get very crowded and next to one another so gotta keep your bags close. Food service was fast however and reasonable taste wise.

I’ve had better experiences at other McDonald’s locations. The quality is usually okay, but it’s disappointing that they don’t have some of the classic menu items like the Big Tasty and the Quarter Pounder, which are pretty iconic. It’s a bummer that they’re not available here. On top of that, the cleanliness of the place is an issue. The trash cans are often overflowing, there’s food on the floor, and many of the tables are left dirty. It would be great if they paid more attention to keeping things clean and offering a full menu.

I do not recommend Little McDonald's, stomach ache after eating their food. The burger tasted terrible and the cheese was rock hard. Horrible

Got a telegram message asking to 5 star rate this what a scammers

when i wanted to order i literally saw a spider walking on someone elses order. i politely gave this to the employees and they acted like nothing was wrong. they didnt even remake the burger. i told the customer this and luckily he left the chain without paying.

Rude staff, no toilets, just came for a simple cheeseburger which is always ok at McDonald’s.

If "oat" is oats it means it's lactose free and you don't give me normal milk because you don't want to work otherwise you stay at home. Incompetent! ❗️I have a food intolerance and due to HACCP rules you can't give me what you want because you don't like it!

Worst McDonald's service in history

This McDonald's is in a central location, just a 5-minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station. However, it is usually very crowded, and cleanliness can be an issue. It's better to visit another McDonald's on the same street, about 5 minutes away, near the Madame Tussauds wax museum

The McDonald's itself is a bit bad. Because the interior doesn't look like much and I notice that they make the burgers that the employees make. Not being clean because my burger was full of hair.
