Incredibly dirty. The ordering and collection system is a bit difficult because everything displayed is incorrect. You have to listen carefully because everyone is standing in a disorganized manner at the front.

Excessive heat, poor cleanliness, poor service

I don't like McDonald's Termini branch. The cappuccino is always bad, lacking foam and cold, the waitresses aren't friendly, and the restrooms are unclean.

McDonald’s Amsterdam Centraal was a super convenient stop during our walk. Quick service, hot snacks and coffee, and a comfortable environment to rest a bit from the cold before continuing to explore the city. It was exactly that kind of simple, but very welcome, break that renews energy for the rest of the day.

I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The place was absolutely packed, and we had to wait forever just to get our food. On top of that, the crew seemed completely overwhelmed and unorganized. Orders were getting mixed up everywhere, customers were standing around confused, and the whole situation felt like total chaos. It honestly looked like nobody knew what they were doing behind the counter. I understand rush hours happen, but this was on another level. Definitely one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time, the food was alright.

Terrible, only three people working during rush hour at 11:45. It took twenty minutes to get one hamburger.

Was it a worthless place, a regular McDonald's, or some shady, unlicensed establishment? I don't know what was in the oil or the meat, but we ate there and it upset my stomach and ruined my day. I don't recommend it.

Just your average McDonald's. The problem was that half the menu items were already sold out by noon, which seems unacceptable to me.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service at this location. I had purchased a drink and was taking a short rest when a staff member repeatedly bothered me, while completely ignoring other individuals who were occupying seats without ordering anything. What was even more shocking was the staff member's behavior while cleaning my table. Instead of using a cloth, they used a broom to sweep trash right across the table while I was still sitting there. This is not only extremely rude but also completely unhygienic and unacceptable. I understand that the restaurant needs to manage its space, but there is no excuse for such hostile and unprofessional conduct. I felt targeted and disrespected. I would advise customers to avoid this location if they expect basic courtesy.

You have to pay to use the restroom, and the restroom is not accessible.

The only weird part is they use the beef patties for breakfast which I didn’t think that and the onions go with the egg.

idk if it's because it was a rush but they would put the numbers of orders into finished section of the screen and then only give you food couple of minutes after also there's no toilet there the only good thing there is the passion fruit cola I got there

I asked for a glass of water to take a pill and you told me to buy a bottle, and on top of that, the bathrooms cost extra even if you eat or drink there.

I've eaten here before, but the food is always mediocre and often cold. The staff could be a bit friendlier. However, the McDonald's always looks clean and well-maintained.

I worked at McDonald’s for four years in the United States and it was really cool seeing how McDonald’s is in the Netherlands. I came last year (In 2025) and got some pretty cool Dutch fried balls (I apologize I don’t know the name). However, I came back this year and they are gone. This year I tried the Italian sandwich with the fries and the special sauce that they have. I think that the sauce is more worth it than the spice packet! You should also try the passionfruit Coca-Cola. It is really really good.

Various tables turned into mountains of waste because multiple visitors did not bother to put it in the bin themselves after their meal. People even refused or were unable to sit there anymore. Although staff saw this happening, walking right past, they took no action, leaving things as they were. Apparently, they had already given up trying to keep up with it. A bit of a shame. In the past, I have often experienced staff taking immediate action at the slightest mess to clear the waste into the bins and quickly wipe down the tables. Staff who, by the way, were motivated and working hard in the kitchen and at the counter.

The sandwiches were neatly arranged. They hadn't just been tossed in the box. The restaurant was absolutely not kept clean. I was glad I had alcohol wipes with me to clean the table.

Overall, when I visited I thought the food was fairly good. The service was also very decent quick, efficient, and the staff were kind and respectful. My only real criticism would be that the dining area could have been kept tidier. Some of the tables were quite messy and I actually had to ask a worker to clean one before we could sit down. Ideally there should be someone regularly on the floor making sure the dining area stays clean and organised, rather than customers having to ask or deal with the mess left by others. That said, the Italian McCrispy burger was actually very good and definitely one of the highlights of the meal. Overall a decent visit, but a bit more attention to cleanliness in the seating area would improve the experience.

Today, 5 McDonald's businesses were searched in Amsterdam. None of them had Hard Cup Reusable Cups left.

Food was abismal, stone cold and inedible. Missed out half our order. The seating areas were absolutely covered in rubbish, all the tables and chairs were covered in old food and packaging , the bins were over flowing onto the floor, a worker came out with bare hands and started to pick it up then went back to the kitchen. Avoid at all costs!!!!

I was hungry... My last visit to this American place... was sometime in the last century. And it showed. The prices... Ridiculous is an understatement, honestly. €3.85... really, for a palmful of fries... Excellent fries, just the right amount of salt, and the perfectly fast service from the Muslim woman, so friendly and correct, made up for a lot, if not everything. The photos are proof; right at the bottom of the brown bag is the tiny white bag of fries... It's ridiculous, really.

There are two McDonalds in the same street. This one is the smaller one with very limited seating and no toilet available. Recommended for take-out food! They are kind of fast enough.

Sometimes you just have to eat something "because you have to," and you can't help it. Still, I'd reconsider going in there again next time. The crowds upon entering are off-putting, as is the awkwardly placed ordering kiosk near a high seat.

It's outrageous: this is the second McDonald's we've been to that doesn't have a restroom. They direct you to another McDonald's to use the restroom, but that one is under construction, so we can't use it either, even after eating at both locations.

The latte macchiato is so bad, I've never tasted anything worse in my life. I just regret wasting my money and time. It's disgusting. The cup cost €4, and it went in the trash after the first sip.
