Worst McDonald's service in history

This McDonald's is in a central location, just a 5-minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station. However, it is usually very crowded, and cleanliness can be an issue. It's better to visit another McDonald's on the same street, about 5 minutes away, near the Madame Tussauds wax museum

They don't have a toilet but everything else is fine except the crowds

The McDonald's itself is a bit bad. Because the interior doesn't look like much and I notice that they make the burgers that the employees make. Not being clean because my burger was full of hair.

Very expensive for average fast food. Breakfast menu was basically a cheap cheeseburger with an egg, no hash browns. For a little more € could have had a fat better breakfast in nice surroundings.

The restaurant was quite dirty, it was very cold since the doors were wide open and on top of that for two beef burgers they had them SOLD OUT. To be there as soon as you leave the central station, they should take a little care of the chain's image.

This mac do is pitiful, No place where you have to fight to get a seat at the table. The burger is a minimalist version, sauce, salad etc. Cleanliness needs to be reviewed when a waiter comes with a trash can next to you... In such a hurry that he throws a package of ice cream on the ground next to you. And the best part, it gives you on the receipt, a code for the toilets but in another McDonald's restaurant, which once there refuses you access if you fail to pay. Everything was good, except for the crowd hard to find a seat. The place is near the central station. But I definitely recommend the place. The service is quick.

Good evening, before going to this place it is better to think about it. I went to order at 2:15, it took them 10 minutes to give me the order Okei, nothing's wrong. The experience was very bad for tourists, I arrived at the establishment at 2:20 and they treated me very badly with bad faces. And we ordered to eat at the premises and Mohamed told us that it was not possible to eat there when they close at 3:00.

You need to go to a nearby location for toilet Holland style service otherwise just a basic McDonald's. Super ripoff charges that state imposes ridiculous what has becomed McDonald's

It was the first time that I was disappointed, they sold me garbage instead of cappuccino - they gave me a terrible Americano and told me to take milk and pour it... and they charged me the price for cappuccinos! The staff was also very rude and impudent!

The food seemed fresh but they charged extra money for the toilet, which btw. was just put into the pants pocket of the toilet staff. So they either don't charge money officially and it's a scam or they really charge it, which is scammy as well after you've already paid for your food. Also when you order for dining inside, they put it in bags anyways, maybe because it's less faxes for taking away, like in germany.

Meals on site, no tray, no bag. Manage to carry all that. Will you have to cook soon too? And no one seems to take care of the housekeeping either. All the tables are dirty. The shame

I bought a take away order on October 20th, but when I got home and opened it, I was not given the burger.

Pretty quick service. Buying single items is waaaay cheaper than the meals and feels like a much better deal because of the plastic tax on every drink and sauce pot. We grabbed two chilli chicken burgers and two cheese burgers for about £10.

Very unprofessional staff and manager. My friend had ordered a very simple order: fries, cheeseburger and the new chicken wings. When it came he was excited to try the chicken wings first, not immediately checking his full bag with his order, but later on realized he did not get his cheeseburger. He is literally the most chill, friendly Dutch friend I have, but when he politely mentioned this to the staff he was instantly met with anger and aggression. They took our proof (both receipts) and threw them away. Such an unprofessional look for McDonald’s. When I later on tried to show them he had not received his cheeseburger (by now showing the remains / trash of his small order) a grey haired manager immediately started shouting again flaming us with accusations because we looked like “students” to him. Not okay. Don’t put someone in a customer service job if his first response to a simple problem (a problem they created) is aggression.

Ordered the smoothie. 3.5 for something drunk in 3 gulps. The order screens were scattered all over the place. I'm giving the food a 2 because I reserve a 1 for places with badly prepared food. This is just false advertisement and shrinkflation. Other than that it's a MacDonald. You can do better. Walk into Central Station and go to Smullers. Walk to a Febo. It's really nearby. You deserve better

The employees are not attentive, nor do they greet the customer

Unfortunately I only have to give this McDonald's one star. The conditions on site were truly appalling. Homeless people were sleeping on patrons' seats and the floor smelled strongly of urine, which was extremely unpleasant. There was also no toilet, which only made the hygiene problem worse. Additionally, I observed an employee behind the cash register pulling up her shirt to scratch her stomach. Immediately afterwards, without cleaning her hands, she served fries and touched the customers' food - absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable. I understand that in big cities like Amsterdam it can be difficult to avoid such problems, but eating your ice cream here and smelling the strong smell of urine at the same time is just disgusting. I hope management takes these issues seriously.

This McDonald's is located in a prime location in Amsterdam, and there is an endless stream of people visiting it. After ordering, the thick-browed boy waited for a full 15 minutes to get his food. The fried chicken wings are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, very delicious, but the salad is very ordinary and not as good as the one in the supermarket. The fish fillet bun looks ordinary, but the quality of the fish fillet is very good, and the fish meat tastes delicious in the mouth. It would be better if it can be eaten faster. Maybe there were too many people taking care of the place, and the staff were overwhelmed. In addition, many customers were not on duty, so the place was a bit dirty.

Be careful, there is a possibility of fraud! This is the worst McDonald's in the world. I ordered a double cheeseburger but received a regular burger. They took the receipt from my hands, and all the employees claimed that I paid €5, even though €10 was charged to my card. It seems that all the employees are involved in this scam.

Food was great. Gentleman at the front tonight doesn't seem to know what customer service is and talks to everyone condescendingly. As a traveller I would assume McDonald's would have friendly staff.

Awful disgusting place, NO TOILETS in 21st century.

The Chief was very rude. I ordered a hamburguer; just when I received it other dinner parties where just starting, but he literally just kicked me out! I wasn’t drunk or high, he just decided that it was okay to take just me out of the restaurant!

It is always a lifesaver in Europe if you don't have a lot of money, however this point feels a bit narrow and poorly ventilated.

My phone was out of charge, I couldn't charge it at home and the WIFI didn't work.

Very unpleasant, food isn't too bad, but that's about it. The staff is clearly not interested in anything, they simply do what is prescribed because it has to be done that way.

A nice cheap place to eat. Unfortunately, I got hassled by a beggar whilst in the restaurant and had to leave early.

We wanted to grab a quick coffee to go. We've already waited 30 minutes for our coffee after ordering, even though we asked several times where our coffee was. Use the waiting time now to write the review. Let's see if we can still get our coffee.

We had to clean our own table. ( i walk with cleaning whipes everywhere. )Manager or whoever he was seemed very stressed out (short in staff) barley any space to move around. But it's expected in a busy city. Food was ok.

Unfortunately, old fries, almost no spark on our lukewarm drinks and no ice cubes. The boy who kept the place clean was really doing a good job, he really loved his job. That was the only positive about this case unfortunately

It's a nice place, but it's a bit small. The food is great, but it's not the healthiest. I would recommend it if you want to eat something from your feet. Often there aren't many people, so the food comes in 2-3 minutes.

It's McDonald's, you get what you get. Service certainly slower with the cooking process. The staff seemed happier here than in the UK.
