McDonald's in Burgwallen-Nieuwe Zijde

It's outrageous: this is the second McDonald's we've been to that doesn't have a restroom. They direct you to another McDonald's to use the restroom, but that one is under construction, so we can't use it either, even after eating at both locations.

Very tasty, only there was no bathroom

Went to get breakfast but menu was very limited showing most things out of stock, they had no coffee or milk for the coffee, no sausage muffins we had orange juice and a croissant

The latte macchiato is so bad, I've never tasted anything worse in my life. I just regret wasting my money and time. It's disgusting. The cup cost €4, and it went in the trash after the first sip.

This was my second time in this specific branch, I’ve been to McDonald’s I. some pretty tough neighborhoods. This has to be the worst McDonald’s in the world. The staff was trying to be helpful and support customers as much as possible. The shift manager was just busy berating them and giving counter orders in front of customers, and addressing customers themselves with the rude tone, and no care for form whatsoever.

They skipped my order and then a guy on a bike came in

I have never seen such a sloppy staff, especially the lady at the cash register who didn't even move most of the time and didn't help anyone with anything and didn't do the only job she had, which was to complete the tasks because others were doing it for her.

Very crowded, everyone comes here because it's central, especially near Central Station. They don't have a toilet, it's in their other, more main location (at the entrance there's a map to their location with the toilet).

I recently visited the McDonald's branch in Amsterdam, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. When my party and I walked in, we encountered several issues that disappointed us. We approached the self-service order kiosk to place our order, hoping for a quick and efficient process. However, to our dismay, the kiosk was broken and failed to print our receipt. Despite trying to explain the situation to the lady at the counter, we were met with indifference. Instead of offering assistance or an alternative solution, she merely kept repeating, "wait," without paying any attention to our concerns. This lack of responsiveness left us feeling ignored and frustrated. As customers, we expect a certain level of service and courtesy, especially when facing technical difficulties that were beyond our control. The staff's dismissive attitude only added to our disappointment. Eventually, after what felt like an eternity, we were finally able to obtain our food. However, the entire experience had already left a sour taste in our mouths, overshadowing any enjoyment we might have derived from the meal itself. As a frequent visitor to various McDonald's branches, I have come to appreciate the brand's consistency in delivering a pleasant dining experience. Regrettably, this particular visit to the Amsterdam branch fell short of those expectations. I hope that management takes note of our feedback and works towards improving the level of customer service at this location. In conclusion, based on my recent visit, I cannot recommend this particular McDonald’s branch in Amsterdam. Until they address the issues we encountered, I would advise patrons to consider alternative locations for a more enjoyable and hassle-free dining experience.

Leaks on the tables, no bathrooms. No way to sanitize your hands. Not just the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. This is the worst restaurant, or something similar. Since it's unimaginable not to be able to wash your hands before eating, this is a trap for unsanitary conditions.

The staff is very rude, the inside is very crowded and dirty. I would not recommend it unless I have to.

A drunk guy came in complaining about a badly delivered order (for no reason, he didn't even know what he was saying) instead of calming him down and calling the police the staff started an argument with him that ended in a massive fight between the workers and this customer and his friends, all this while I was waiting for my order which took like 20 more minutes to be delivered, during the fight the customer threw a cup of coffee that stained my entire new white sweatshirt, the only compensation I received from the place was that they put more cream in my ice cream, it's not my fault that they don't know how to deal with an upset guy and act like hooligans, it seems like I had attended a WWE show instead of buying some nuggets and ice cream

Carefully with the machines, if they gives a wrong order they are not going to change it for the correct one. And it's your fault

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! We ordered several items one set meal and a couple of burgers. First, they gave us a completely wrong order. When they fixed it, the second bag was still missing one of the items, and the staff refused to admit the mistake we had to pay extra to get what we ordered. It felt like they just scammed us. The food was tasteless and didn’t meet McDonald’s standards at all. I’ve visited McDonald’s restaurants in many countries, but this was by far the worst experience. Would not recommend!

What a crappy place! Half the order was wrong, and the fries weren't cooked through. They poured way too much salt on the fries. Thankfully, it was the first and definitely the last time.

I got a moldy mac muffin here. Disgusting! Never got an apology and they said they would contact me after I complained to customer service but they never did.

One of the bad McDonalds restaurants! Everywhere was dirty and not cleaned up. The food remains stuck to all the tables. Also the screen indicated that your food was ready, while it would take at least 15-20 minutes. If you said something about it, you got an irritated answer from the employee.

Very poor on many levels. It was busy but two tables were taken up by a man sleeping and the staff just ignored him. The food was mediocre at best. The burger patties in a Big Mac were a disappointing quality. One of the worst experiences at a Macdonalds I have had.

We ate at the McDonald's in Amsterdam. The space is rather small, but we easily found a seat. Of all the McDonald's I've tried, it's clearly one of the fastest: everything arrived hot, well-prepared, and without any waiting. I also got to try the cheese balls, a specialty that doesn't exist in France—a very pleasant surprise; they were really good. We had a great time at this McDonald's, convenient for a quick and efficient break in the city center.

We use mc Donald’s as a quick holiday place to stop and eat, when on a go. Familiar with the food and pretty consistent in different countries.

🤡🤡🤡🤡 You pay 4.40 for a McFlurry and it's not even half full. Also, they ony call 2 last digits out of your four-digit order and then they are surprised that you don't respond (there were at least 3 other people besides me that didn't realise they were being called).

The staff cannot cope with the influx of customers. We waited an hour for our order but they didn't bring it in full. We stopped by 3 times to pick up burgers and water (each time they only gave one of the two items). In the end we didn't get any more ice cream...

Fast and efficient even late at night for a busy area

The atmosphere is terrible. Opposite the establishment, seagulls climb in the garbage and drag it along the street. Also, workers constantly carry food through the hall where visitors eat since they do not have a second entrance. The doors don't close and it's cold

I waited over 10 minutes just to get a coffee, which is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. On top of that, the place smelled strongly of urine, making the experience very unpleasant. Definitely not what I expected from a McDonald’s.
