The food is not as good as in America, they don't have healthy juice or meat, they lemonade has a lot of sugar and you have to pay to use the toilet.

Very dirty environment without knowing how to work in the restaurant world. Paid bathrooms even if you consume at the table and are otherwise dirty beyond belief. In the kitchen staff without uniforms and without hats with people cooking in jackets.

There are few seats downstairs, but there is plenty of space upstairs. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be an elevator. The McDonald's was not very clean, ordering via the order pole was easy and the food was served quickly.

If you want to have lunch at McDonald's, there are enough in Amsterdam to avoid this one! The staff doesn't even pay you any attention, no hello, no smile, no consideration.. Same in the room, a customer spilled his milkshake under the next table, no one picked it up, although quickly identified by the staff, I saw the customers sit down one after the other at this table without this bothering any employee who has had the opportunity to clean many times, not to mention the disgusting tables, the staff comes to pick up the trays, sees the dirty tables, but too bad, it will stay like that... so that leaves imagine the worst in the kitchen... to end the past in the toilet, paying of course with a lady who checks that you pay your entrance fee but who doesn't bother to put any paper, and yes, I paid for a paperless toilet! There was a fwking mouse running around. Than the server spilled my drink and gave me a wrong one. Also my friend ordered cola and she did not got one unless she complained.

I had a nice meal in Amsterdam. It was busy, which is understandable for such a city with many tourists and visitors. You have to pay for the toilet and there is a woman there. At times the woman is gone and guests and visitors walk through the gate and you can walk to the toilets, most of them do not pay. Overall we had a great meal and later enjoyed it again in Amsterdam.

The business of this McDonald's didn't look very good and there were no people around. The restroom was on the third floor with very steep stairs. They induced people to climb to the third floor, but they were told at the bathroom door that they had to pay. The restaurant service staff on duty on the third floor on the night of September 24th had a very bad attitude. , I saw some people entering the bathroom and she didn’t charge or stop them. I asked her clearly if everyone charges the same, and she said yes, but I don’t know why she treats us differently? Not recommended.

This is the first restaurant I've encountered in the world that charges you to use the restroom after eating. Especially considering this is McDonald's, it's disgusting.

Is it optional or is a “design bug” that mandates at least 1 person to be employed and positioned there permanently while tables are dirty? Is it value added or profitability for the brand? …. Xenophobic staff!!! Do not recommend to go here. Staff was insulting me and trying to trow my food while i was looking over at my phone. Food was not even half eaten, he started screaming at me (mind you i am a female) and telling me that he will throw me out of the restaurant. Also calling my food "trash" and demanding that he throws it bcs it looks unclean. This is not normal and i had to leave because i felt unsafe, he was not speaking english and just trowing words at me while he screamed into my face. Unacceptable and i just wanted to get out of there. Do not recommend if you are a tourist!

Good place for quick bite. The food is good. The tables need to be clean . Unclean tables is not a great site. Provide some more tissue papers even in the takeaway . The burgers vegetarian had only lettuce , maybe should add some more veggies.

The food itself tastes like any other McDonald's, although the price of the food (which is typically Dutch) such as a McKrocket typically Amsterdam, is on the pricey side. Service varies per employee and can range from friendly to simply put, rude. There are plenty of seats as it has 2 floors, although you should not have difficulty walking, the steps are quite narrow and anything larger than shoe size 38 will not fit. I wouldn't come for the food itself or the service but more for a "fun" time

A multi-story McDonald's restaurant on a crowded tourist street in Amsterdam. Due to the presence of several floors, there are many free seats during the day. There are no questions about the food, it's delicious and the choice is the same as in all the establishments of this chain. There are screens in the hall for self-ordering. Only the paid toilet is infuriating. It's dirty, it's not worth paying for. Especially for customers.

We didn't go there to eat, but purely for the toilet. That was completely okay from a hygienic point of view, but the toilet attendant did not allow me to wait (for my companion) on the floor in question, even though it was more than large enough to accommodate approximately 20 people. Never experienced this before in the whole of Europe. No, I had to go down the stairs to a floor below where there were only places to eat and no room to wait. Very neat and clean McDonalds. There are more than enough seats spread over 3 floors. On Sunday mornings for breakfast it was absolutely quiet and there were no complaints about the food either. Due to the location, it's probably all hell going on here during the day.
