I came with my friends. There were not many people. I ordered first 1 burger. I didn’t get my order number and the screen with numbers was broken. Also screen with advertisements. My friend ordered then many food and I 1 burger. Because I didn’t get the order number I ask the woman for my number. So I get my number and waited. My friends get their food over 5 minutes or so. And I waited nearly 30 minutes and asked where is my burger??? They sad look there are people waiting. But I was earlier then the people and I had 1 burger, and the people many food. So I waited and waited and over 10 or 15 minutes I forget my order number. And in 1 time everyone looked at my and the woman did the burger up and waited for me. I was so confused and get my burger. She even didn’t give me a plate. In other restaurants if they delayed the give more food. But I get nothing. And when I get my burger my friends were waiting only for me. And when I eated the burger I felt nauseous. And the sofas were also broken. So it’s was very bad experience every thing was bad.

Today I had this burger with delicious taste and also with top service and amenities👏

Good service. Even though the lady was busy, I received a smile and a friendly "enjoy your meal" with my order. The place was neat and clean. Of course, the food was also just as it should be at BK.

I have been here a few times and it was much better than other Burger Kings in Andre cities really supper good in terms of guest friendliness and food was really nice and warm much better than Andre vast food restaurant I recommend to try there best experience

I've ordered food several times now, but haven't received a complete order. I did pay for it, though. When we tried to contact them, they were unavailable. Money gone, and people disappointed.

After my son's swimming lesson, we came here for dinner. It was busy as always. I didn't wait for a table, we waited for the food. We love all their burgers, especially the Whiskey Master Double—our new favorite.

Texas bacon lover's menu, the burger was okay. A bag of fries with 10 pieces in it, :-( It was way too hot and stuffy inside. Won't go back.

Ice cold, old fries. Missing 2 long chicken breasts. And chicken nuggets. Wait so long and you still have nothing.

What kind of poor place has this become? Ordered well before 8:00 PM (eat on the spot), while my partner is stuck sitting down. In any case, it took a long time before the order was ready. In the meantime, my partner is sent away, because they had to clean up. I get a bag of food pushed into my hands and when I say that I had chosen “eat here” a barely audible “no more plates from 8:00 PM” is snapped at me. After that, we have to figure it out for ourselves or something. Service is a scary word apparently. It is dirty, sticky and the receipts and rubbish are strewn all over the floor. For appearances, someone walks around with a broom, but he is busier vaping than working. I had not been here for a while, but this is also the last time. The food was okay, but not fresh or anything.

Everything is so filthy, toilet never cleaned. Reusable cups not clean. In other words, just too dirty for words. And then there's the scum that's hanging around and everywhere, fucking junk. I'll never come here again. I'd rather go to a bk along the highway

Suddenly a large order is prepared and delivered that was placed 7 orders after us. - Waste bins broken - soft drink machine only foam - mandatory 1€ for plastic cup but you can't get it back - benches completely broken - pushing orders away from the preparation screen while they are not ready

We got burgers and fries that were almost completely cooled down, in addition you pin for a deposit cup. But you get cash back, something that many people no longer use in 2025. Not recommended 🥲

Let me start with OMG these people are slow. They really seem tired of life and annoying. Food is lukewarm, made in advance, staff is friendly Fries are warm and on point Only the burgers are not quite what they should be. Maybe a different layout of the room would be a better application for. Fast eaters instead of slow eaters. And maybe replace the benches. The home delivery guy got his food right away but the food is already cold when he picks it up. It is also not immediately clear where you should put your waste when you are sitting at the fast food counter. The delivery guy goes to the toilet with the delivery bag after he has already picked up the order, which I don't think is desirable for the customers either The lady in question who works there does a great job I think she is respectful, fast and adequate. She is nice despite the people who sometimes flow past The lady is neat and sharp and pays attention to customers who need something.

Order incomplete; forgot 3 things. Pay for reusable cup but don't get it. Then discussion about returning and not getting a euro back. Screen with 'in preparation' and 'order ready' is not used. You don't see when your order is ready. You might hear it if an employee 'says' it instead of announcing it. Which of course you don't hear because of the loitering youths who are given all the space. Staff is busier with colleagues who are present as guests, but not working. The same guest staff is dealt with as priority and customers at the counter are 'put on hold' for a while because an extra bag of sauce is requested (and is given away for free). High 'brothers & sisters' content. Clean but 'messy'.

Burger King Netherlands what the hell are you doing? This location should not be called Burger King! An extreme disgrace to your name. Cold and incredibly bad and poorly filled sandwiches that I wouldn't even give to my dog. Even the twister fries were dry, and so salty that you can give it a new name at this location: Salty twist🫣 In terms of staff, it looks like a daycare with all toddlers who don't know what they're doing and run a clubhouse rather than a franchise! Ridiculous that this is even possible! Put an adult manager there and not a teenager who has no idea how to run a BK. Normally I'm a bigger fan of Burger King than McDonald's, but I will never ever visit this Burger King again in my life. And if you continue like this, there will unfortunately not be many Burger Kings left.

No Kim Menu on July 26 and May 5. Why not? The Netherlands really needs to make money and do a lot with the expensive menus. The tent was not busy at all, but outside it was. You can earn much, much more with the Kim Menu, but that's just the way it is.

Terrible customer service, I came here and paid to eat and there was over 30 minutes before closing time and they denied me entry to the bathroom. The blonde girl with the ponytail and tattoo behind her ear was extremely disrespectful. She told me “everyone knows it’s closed” in a nasty tone and told me to go somewhere else, I was still talking and she turned around and walked away. I am shocked, no compensation, nothing. I have never been treated this way. I hope she is fired and no one has to be treated this way. Burger was cold, restaurant dirty and service lousy

Very bad service at this Burger King in Almere Center. At 9:00 PM, a large part of all seating areas are closed because cleaning has already taken place, while it is extremely busy on a Thursday evening. Guests who want to eat here have no seats and are forced to eat standing, while the restaurant is open until 10 p.m. and the staff is too lazy to clean. Ridiculous!

Excellent Burger King right next to the cinema. The staff is very friendly and it is not too big, the food tasted quite good and you can go to the toilet for free, which is not the case at other Burger King restaurants! Furthermore, it was very clean and the food came very quickly! I will definitely come back here! Top!

They sell toys that don't exist.

Saturday evening before the cinema we had something to eat. It was quiet but still a long wait for order. Initially, after my number was called, a completely wrong order was given. Wasn't even complete (for the person it was intended for). The employee was short/stressed and did not make a friendly impression in any case. Our order comes but is not complete, two drinks but only 1 straw. The requested second straw is thrown to me (!) At the table, a portion of fries appears to be missing from the order, and we have the impression that we received small versions instead of medium, which should have been part of the menu. According to the lady at the counter, this was not the case (the portions have recently been reduced). Finally got the missing bag of fries, but no apologies. Whiskeymaster burger was fine, that's why it got the 3rd star for the food, but my friend's chicken burger was toasted a little too long (black edges). Quality control at the Almere branch really needs to be improved, this was not exactly our best BK experience. Next time we will just go to the Harderwijk location again.

I bought a king jr meal for my daughter. We came here for a toy. They didnt give a toy. They all said is; it is finished and “sorry”. They have to give a toy or toy’s money back. They said sorry 5 times angryly. Terrible workers.

I went to Almere especially to have dinner at Burger King. My experiences at Burger King abroad were very bad, I never wanted to go back. Then a buddy of mine said we should try it here sometime. So we took the train for half an hour to eat here. It's a burger king. It's not the best, but for fast food it's mediocre. The mediocrity is compensated by the fact that me and my partner only had to spend 5 euros here each! The service was good. It was clean and the food came quickly. The man even picked up the trash! I'm not used to that. Is it very tasty? Meh. Is it very cheap? Yes. I am satisfied. I also had a nice view of the Kinepolis next door (see photo), so that was a plus. The toilet was slightly claustrophobic, but clean enough. There was soap. Bonus is also that if you have no one to eat with, there are three people at home, so you are never alone <3

Terrible Experience at Burger King I recently visited Burger King, and I have to say, it was one of the worst fast food experiences I've had in a while. The service was slow, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in their job. After waiting in line for what felt like forever, my order was wrong, and I had to wait even longer for it to be fixed. The food itself was disappointing too. The burger was soggy and lukewarm, and the fries were overcooked and stale. It felt like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. To make matters worse, the restaurant was dirty, with tables left uncleaned and garbage scattered around. Overall, this visit was a huge letdown. I won't be returning anytime soon and wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

Food fine, drinks from the vending machine nasty, no sting or taste. Tables, floors and toilets are dirty, there are only two of the staff standing there, but they certainly don't walk faster than necessary.

What a not nice burger king, say 3 people, team leader only works on the phone on busy days. Everything needs cleaning, especially the bathrooms.

Half of the restaurant is cordoned off with chairs. This means you cannot go to the toilet or sit down at all. Today someone left a bag behind. When it was handed over to the waiter, the first thing these two girls behind the cash register said was "Is there money in it?" Could be heard clearly. Food was missing, politely asked. The girls behind the counter just said (while you can hear it) what a whiner.

Food was cold and order was incomplete. You are required to take a deposit cup for drinking, but it does not state that you will get your deposit back via a tap when ordering. Only when you return the cups will you see this on the screen, but it says on the receipt that if you don't have a tap you can hand it in at the counter......not so! Saleswoman rudely told me that they don't do that anymore. What a bad thing!!! Never eating here again, I lost my money. Very bad, completely recommended.

Just one word: disgrace, we went today because my son wanted it, there was no cheese in the cheeseburger. Even though we bought a large menu, the potatoes were small. Definitely not a place to go again. This is the first time I saw such fast food.

I have ordered here three times now, and every single time they messed up the order in one way or another. Added cheese on burgers where I removed the toppings. Gave me chickenburgers instead of Hamburgers, normal fries instead of Twister fries. This was the last time I will ever order from this place. Be 100% prepared for a messed up order if you order from this place.

What a terrible store, this mess of broken screens, staff hanging around with nothing to do, nowhere to look for napkins. You can't order at the counter (while they can't do anything about it.) In short, it's a bad thing for a name like Burger King.

This Burger King must close immediately!!! Just about 45 minutes ago and 3 out of 4 people have stomach problems, and 1 person has just puked everything out in the toilet. Apart from the lousy service, we should have already had a light when we saw all kinds of flies and fruit flies in the restaurant. Because of a long day on the road we were really hungry and against our better judgment we ate there. So here's a warning to everyone.

Ate here last night, what a dirty place. Completely uninterested staff, the whole tent full of scum who happily go into the toilet together to do I don't know what. A return slip for those loan cups didn't go well, so I walked to the cash register to inquire. The girl behind the cash register took the receipt without looking at me, saying anything, and placed a euro on the counter. Arrogance at its finest, and that for a girl of I think 17. Whoppers were good but the fries were not in the bag and were smeared all over the tray. I also ordered Chili Cheese Bites (20 pieces) and there were only 16. If the staff is so uninterested & arrogant, I don't trust the food either. Never again.

The concept and dishes are good, but the execution is really bad. Teach your staff to count before they start the real work. That saves a lot of hassle with your customers. My order was once again incomplete. Except for the drinking. That was correct... but one burger and fries too few. It easily costs 13 euros.

Terrible employees, slow, disgusting food

Went here last night at 9:30 pm. Grumpy and unfriendly faces immediately gave an inhospitable feeling. Reacting tiredly when I ordered 2 Whopper menus, because they were almost closing (mind you, only in 30 minutes). Then the normal question if I could go to the toilet, because I had already had a very long ride and still have about 100 km ahead of me. The answer was no, the toilets have just been cleaned so this is not allowed. Once again extremely unprofessional and uncustomer friendly. I'm curious how BK wants to solve this with me.

HOOOORIBLE…I ordered online, via app 4 times, and 3 of them, they forgot to deliver my drinks. They NEVER pick up the phone, so I can complain about it, so i payed for nothing. It is ok if you mess up my order once, but 3 of 4 is waaaay too much…at least you could answer one of my (literally) 16 calls Never ordering from you again 😠😠😠😠

Something regularly goes wrong with the veggie beef burgers. The smaller burgers in particular have been left in a warming container for too long. Sometimes these are very hard and tough. Soft serve is a vague mess. I visit various branches every week and actually only have these problems in Almere. Service at the counter could be faster.

I like how they can deal with people despite the crowds, sometimes it is difficult to get something quickly, but that is understandable

Had dinner there on Saturday March 23, I know that you should not expect too much from a fast food restaurant, but I am done with Burger King for the time being simply because you pay 13.65 euros for: small bag of fries with large menu so-called and instead of large cola previously 0 .5 l you get a 0.4 l cup (medium originally) and you have to tap it yourself! Deposit cup system where you only get 1 euro back via QR/tikkie app. The hamburger, let's say, with cheese was the only size, but it was overloaded with so much sauce that I could no longer taste the sandwich or hamburger and I had to wash my hands and face afterwards at other catering establishments because with a piece of paper you got the sauce stains. and grease does not come off! Moreover, the sandwich smelled so bad that I doubt whether it was close to the expiration date, although that is difficult to prove, I didn't think it smelled particularly fresh, maybe that's why there was so much sauce on it, I have no idea, but I'm just guessing. A 17 ml bag of majo for 0.75 euro cents is really bad, so give me the Mac, it's much better! Another point is the staff, no one speaks Dutch!! We live in the Netherlands and apparently there are only people there who can speak English or the like, it's really ridiculous, then I'd say run a shop in England! That 2 stars is still too much, but I'll leave it at that, no more Burger King for me anyway.

Ordered food at 9:21 PM and received confirmation that it would take 20 minutes. Called the restaurant at 10:19 PM and no one answered because BK was probably closed by now. Emailed home delivery and received a refund and a discount on the next order. Placed another order elsewhere and was only able to eat at 11:30 PM. BK could at least call to say that the order was canceled for xx reason, but they didn't say anything at all.

Ordered today from Burgenking via home delivery My family and I thought we would enjoy Burgenking food, but that turned out to be true. Because when the order is delivered, we miss 1 part of a menu. And we had also opted for normal coke from the menu, and we got dirty coke zero. The partat was very cold and super dirty. It seems like eating potatoes without taste is really disgusting. Me and my family are so disappointed. This is true without your money, I will never eat or steal at Brugenking again.

This is the second time that (more than) half of the order is missing. Ordered both times to take away, and only found out at home. I think it's bad that I order two menus and only get 1 item from both menus. Was my last time here, from now on I will go to KFC next door

The food was very bad, I had a champion cheese burger without champions, my mother had a chicken burger without chicken. Forgotten mayonnaise and there were cracks in the sofa we were sitting on. And we still have to pay 26 euros. We will never come here again

This was the best advertising for McDonald's, seriously 😒. Long day and needed a quick food. Ok, I should have been warned when they ordered a veggie version of a Texas bacon lovers menu. The fried onions inside tasted like they are on the stove for hours, you can't even chew it. Meat: have no clue. Sauce, sorry HEINZ, but you can make a BBQ sauce tastes better Fries, not much to say. Taster like nothing but ok. Dessert? For 4€ I honestly expected a little more even from a fast food restaurant. The chocolate was not soft inside (not even speaking about melted) and the cold white thing on top.. not sure what even this should have been. You can when feel the ice crystals inside. This is not a good sign. At least the employees are very friendly and therefore a star just for them

The baggage was very cold and the fries looked like rubber. I ordered the Texes hamburger. I only got the sandwich and the burger. Couldn't even be reached by phone, never again.

Eten was prima, maar het personeel is heel erg onbeschoft! (Leeftijd rond de 16) Ze roepen naar de klanten of ze geen grote bestelling willen plaatsen, ze zijn alleen maar met elkaar bezig en ze rennen rond in de tent! Niet normaal dus! Het is vandaag zondag 17 september.
