Hard to reach by phone, they don't answer!!! Often forget items from your order. Super annoying that they don't answer when you try to reach them by phone.

Popped in for a burger and hot dog with my better half and was delighted with the food . I’m a Big Mac man but your Brooklyn burger has changed my opinion it’s just a shame I live in Scotland . Big Scottish thumbs up for the food was outstanding.

Don’t order to take away here, it takes 40 minutes in the too warm store

Unfortunately, I received standard tenders instead of Nashville tenders. When I pointed this out, the employee completely ignored it. I then went inside and explained it; he said these were Nashville tenders. After that, he threw them into a bin, and one even came out broken. I struggled to get the accompanying small container of sauce. The entire bin is full of oil. A waste of service!

Ordered meatburgers, cheesefries and strawberry milkshake. The burgers are nice and the sauce is good. The cheese fries were tasty and worth a try. The milkshake was average, lacked a bit of flavour. Good - tasty burgers - tasty fries - venue is nice - fast service - free parking after 9pm - halal Could be improved - milkshake - staff wear hairnets - people walking in and out of the kitchen

Not what I expected for a hamburger. You have to have a taste for there meat. No disrespect it's just something I wasn't use to. Very nice restaurant great atmosphere 👌. Service was great 👍.

OMG, delicious!! Tried a new sandwich today, the chopped cheese bun. Absolutely delicious!!! The milkshake was also great!

Very bad service. All the staff were on their own break (some eating their dinner, some cooking their own meal and other chatting on their phone). Ridiculous. Zero communication. Don’t waste your time and energy here. Go to FEBO which is right across.

The burgers were completely cold, and the meat was barely warm, even though we waited 10 minutes for the order. The milkshake was basically just ice cream in a cup.

Great mid-range burger. Cheaper than the great burger places, higher quality than the most fast food chains. Highly recommend if you are eating on a budget.

Unfortunately, the quality and the customer service have declined significantly. The french fries were very soggy and the burger wasn’t good. Plus, staff was not nice.

3 out of 4 people had stomach pains after our visit. Last Friday, we ate here with four people. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The order turned out to be incomplete upon receipt. The burgers we received were all cold. The fries were warm, but a large portion was burnt. The milkshakes also failed to meet expectations; they were barely liquid, looking more like a scoop of ice cream in a cup. Finally, three of the four people already had stomach pains before we even reached the car, which made the experience even more concerning.

It was really chill, you order on a screen and they made my food fast! Food was really good and the fries were huuuge. I would recommend.

The burgers are delicious. Unfortunately, this time, after waiting 20 minutes and still not being able to place an order due to the crowd, I decided to leave. So, hire more staff!

Went in and ordered vegan chicken bites I was informed they had run out but the staff went out of there way to make sure I left with something I’d enjoy. The food was amazing and I appreciate the extra effort to make sure I left happy

After ordering here fairly often over the past 2 years I can say: Inconsistent, you never know what you're going to get. Sometimes a smashburger-type thin patty and sometimes a thick, raw in the middle slab. I have also had ridiculously small portions of "medium" fries for 5 euro! I've tried to give this place a chance multiple times but it seems they always let me down in one way or another. They don't take their customers seriously and certainly don't like any sort of feedback.

The food is fine (not bad, not spectacular). But we ordered 4 burgers and 2 drinks, and they messed up 2 of the burgers and 1 of the drinks (gave us the wrong thing).

I asked for the Beef n’ Spicy menu with normal fries and Coke Zero. The haburguer was amazing: really spicy, all the ingredients super fresh. I went w two more friends and they ate the potatos with jalapeños and bacon and they loved it. 100% approved 🌈✨

Regular hangout spot with my friends. Always delicious food and quick service. I only ordered loaded fries with cheese sauce once. It was more cheese sauce with fries than fries with cheese sauce.

The burgers are tasty, but my beef burger was on the cold side. That happened once before as well. They have one self service terminal. When there is a queue, you have to wait a while to order. They only accept cash orders at the register, which is annoying when you have to wait for a group of people to order.

We visited this store about 8:30 at night and sat right down. Ordering via the kiosk was simple and straightforward. Food did not take long to come out and was prepared basically right in front of you. Our burgers were tasty, had the perfect amount of toppings on them and taste was on point. Personally, I wish it could of been cooked a little less, but that's a personal preference. Our fries were very delicious and loaded with toppings, and could almost be a meal alone! You definitely get your money's worth here, and would come back again!

We went for a quick bite while in the area. The burgers are okay but don’t have much of a flavour. We had a burger without the bun and one normal one with the bun. The salad one was very bland and the meat was quite oily. Overall I would not recommend as a place to go but if you are hungry and need something quickly it’s alright.

I just received an order and want to file a serious complaint about your delivery driver. The guy was rude to my brother and started addressing him in a disrespectful manner. When I approached him, he suddenly became very nice, but before I closed the gate, he casually threatened to call the police. He then shouted something in another language that was clearly meant to be negative. This behavior is absolutely outrageous. I've been a delivery driver myself and know how to treat customers. This is completely unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable. I expect you to take this seriously and ensure that something like this never happens again.

Yesterday I ordered two burgers and had to wait a full 40 minutes. After 25 minutes, I approached the staff, but they didn't respond. When I wanted a refund, I was told it wasn't possible. Finally, after 40 minutes, the burgers were put on the tray without an apology. Very disappointing and unprofessional staff, even though the burgers themselves tasted fine.

No service, you're turned away at the checkout because staff don't feel like working. I left and won't be back. I wasn't attracted to the long waits, and then I had to wait at least half an hour. So, I don't recommend it!

Waited a long time for a burger with little flavor

Very expensive and nothing special at all. We had a vanilla and caramel shake, neither of which tasted much like vanilla or caramel. The Loaded Fries satay sauce was very weak, and the satay sauce wasn't tasty. The chicken burger was okay, but nothing special. We had to pay over €30, and for that price, there are much better options in Amsterdam.

I ordered from here through a colleague, and I ordered the VEGAN chicken bites two weeks ago. And I got REAL CHICKEN. It's outrageous that they don't pay enough attention here. I tried to contact them several times, including through Instagram. After two weeks of calling, I FINALLY spoke to someone. And I got a very laconic, insincere apology. When I confronted the person about it, I got a rude response that she couldn't do any more than she already does and that it was a mistake. Can mistakes happen? Yes, certainly, but handle the mistake properly. That after being vegan for seven years, I suddenly got chicken because of someone else's mistake is awful. Besides, the fries I ordered were inedible. So soggy, yuck. I'm never going back to this place, and I strongly advise against it for vegans. It's not vegan-friendly. And the service after a terrible mistake is also terrible.

Very nice and relaxed atmosphere and cost efficient meal

If I hadn’t eaten in three weeks and was on the brink of starvation, I still wouldn’t touch this burger again. The “meat” had the texture of a rubber flip-flop — dry, tasteless, and somehow sucking the last bit of joy (and moisture) out of my body. The bun disintegrated into dust with every bite, leaving me chewing sadness in slow motion. To make things even worse, I had the privilege of sitting at a sticky picnic table splattered with bird droppings, which honestly might have had more flavor than the burger itself. The whole experience felt like a cruel social experiment in how low food standards can go before people give up entirely. If you love yourself enough: Save yourself the money drama & trauma. Even instant noodles in cold water would be a better experience compared to this.

Good but u can't really breath from the fatty, oily smells ,,, ventilation system must be upgraded of maybe the should close their kitchen to control the oils and smells, you really need a shower after entering this place even if you just enter for a minute to place an order

A delicious halal burger restaurant that is worth trying, and their prices are very reasonable. My husband and I liked it so much that we ate there two days in a row.

Pretty nice fries! Vegetarian burger also not too bad. They use a carrot beetroot patty which is interesting, but make sure to pick one of the variants with some nice sauce like the spicy one. Or add some extra options, because when you take just the classic 'old skool' burger it's a bit neutral.

Vegan burger has patty from buckwheat I think - it was little strange and unexpected. As for Eastern European person was the same as it would be from rice 😁 weird combo of carbs and kinda dry. Kombucha tastes like beer, unfortunately did not expect that, pineapple juice was good. Bf liked the meat burger tho. Place more of a hipster style &taste I guess :) Service was reeeealy long - there were only one person who take orders at that point and one person who serve, so it took us more than 15 mins to wait for someone and then another 15 to get food.

Burgers are decent. Fries are also good. The shakes are amazing especially Caramel Sea Salt one.

Always good burgers and tasty fries. You can sit both inside and outside. Order yourself at such a post or simply at the counter. Last time I had the loaded fries pulled chicken. Highly recommended! The amount I usually spend there is around 10 to 15 euros.

Look amazing but the taste was meh. Honestly burger king, McDonald's and even home made taste better and would cost half the price. The burger was dry and the fries 🍟 was very hard. Expected their meals to have a shake with it since the name is burger en shake but no, it's sold separately. The place was hot, I don't know why they can't afford an AC in the place. The only good part for me was that their meat is Halal.

Prima eten alleen de higiene laat te wensen over, vloer is smerig vooral in de hoek bij de krukken met betonvoeten is werkelijk smerig en bij binnenkomst zijn de tafels nog vies van de vorige bezoekers na het zitten word er nog niets aan gedaan, personeel is zeer ongemotiveerd, kom er geregeld maar weet niet of ik nog in deze zaak wil eten.

Was really dirty. Too bad you can ruin something as simple as a burger. I had the beef chimichurri and the sauce didn't taste like chimichurri but like jalapenos. The beef was chopped dry and the patty tasted like old bread. Even the chicken burger was dry.

Decent casual burger spot. A bit like Urban Burger in the UK. Burger didnt have much taste. Not too bad for a casual bite to eat.

Tasty burger, but incredibly irritating that if you order before a certain time, you expect the burger to be ready, but then you have to wait there for another half hour.

The food is delicious and the service is very nice and kind... Burger old school Delicious burger and the meal comes to you hot and tender.. But my advice for this dish...Fries 'n Pulled Chicken...do not order it with the sous vide that has an intoxicating taste and it has a disgusting taste...it is unbearable...or you can order it and not make it with this sous vide...

If you want to taste a shake that really tastes like strawberries, a meat burger topped with Brooklyn, a sauce that tantalizes your taste buds, then you should definitely go to Burger 'n Shake in Amsterdam to enjoy it. And the fries, home-made as well as the ice cream. Hospitality, quality products, but above all Amsterdam friendliness makes everything perfect.

Loaded fries are so good! And the only place which has enough topping for all the fries, burgers also delicious!

Service is horrible. I do like their food, but the continuous bad service and attitude from the workers makes me not want to come here anymore. A worker forgot my order and she told me that it was because of their ticketing service. Okay so how could you then help others after me? And then she gave me an attitude for rightfully complaining. Not even any sincere apology and/or compensation for the long wait was given. Do better!

It's really unbelievable that you have to wait more than half an hour for a simple takeaway burger. Chaotic and dirty, no warning or apology whatsoever about this extremely long wait.

Solid burgers for a very decent price of 6.95. Also a veggie option. The fries are thin and crispy as well. It could be a bit cleaner in my opinion and the store is a bit small. Other than very nice.

We were located nearby, we ate burgers for 2 days in a row. brooklyn burger is the best! pommes are homemade and made from real potatoes! great staff! I can improve my hygiene a little!
