Delicious, especially the fries and burgers. Not very clean, but that's normal for Amsterdam.

The classic burger is excellent. The ham is average. The wings are average, not perfect. The sweet potato fries are excellent.

The burger was delicious, the fries and milkshake were all excellent! However, like almost everywhere in Amsterdam, it's dirty. They don't clean the tables often, and the atmosphere is unpleasant.

The food isn't halal, be careful! Only one type of chicken is halal: crispy chicken.

Waited almost half an hour for 2 drinks without food. The milkshake is pre-made from the factory. They don't speak Dutch and the toilets were filthy.

Easy to order. You can also specify if you want your beef burger cooked “well”. The lamb burger is only offered in a single patty, but it is thick. Both lamb and beef burgers are good. The milkshakes are surprisingly good!!!

Decent place, the burgers were good but we didn't like the fries. Better to order takeout; the place was very noisy. You walk in and find a cow hanging from the ceiling—a bit distasteful…

Good value for money, although charging extra for fries (€7) was a huge mistake. They took ages to make, 20 minutes. The meat was good quality and the food was well prepared. I asked for cups for my drink and they told me they were out of them today.

Decent burger, but chaos in the kitchen. Ordered with extra toppings (bacon), didn't get it. Somewhat long wait, no control over the queue. Got a takeaway bag even though we were supposed to sit there. Going for McDonalds next time.

For the price you pay it is definitely not worth it. Over €45 euros for two people. Felt like the burger was ok at best (could easily make better at home on a bbq) and the fries were shockingly bad. Cheap tasting. Avoid, there's much better places around.

The Burgers are really Tasty, we ordered the Butcher Cheese and the silence of the lambs medium-rare, the meat had a great flavor and the fries and wings on the side left me satisfied.

Good fast food 🍔 Excellent American-style fast food with sweet buns and slow-cooked burgers. Quality ingredients, but the bun is quite small. Prices are a bit high for the standard, but I think it's one of the best in Amsterdam. The service is slow, so you need to speed things up. Recommended ✅

Very delicious burgers The good thing about the burges is that you can choose the detailed materials in your sandwiches such as vegetables, sauces and even how well done the hamburger is. Really yummy and I would recommend this.

A good burger that leaves you satisfied. The sweet potato fries are super delicious in truffle mayo! The burgers plump and juicy and fresh to order. Like FRESH- we watched them hand make them and server them. If in Amsterdam looking for a good sloppy messy burger that you didnt k ow you needed in your life- see The Butcher!! Giving a 4 for atmosphere but do understand we took out! However from.what we saw there was indoor and outdoor seating.

Great food, definitely hit the spot after a long day of travelling. The service was entirely appropriate and the staff polite; I just personally prefer table service. We sat outside and the atmosphere was slightly ruined by a strange incident where a random man started shouting obscenities at the restaurant and asking us whether we worked there. It seemed like he perhaps had some unfinished business with the restaurant or someone who worked there. He was quite aggressive so it was a bit unsettling as we were trying to eat.

Visited THE BUTCHER in Amsterdam and honestly, it didn’t disappoint. The burgers were juicy, full of flavor, and made with quality ingredients. I want to thank me Ediew, he is very helpful and help me to order and to get food. There is one guy with little white beard with origin from east ASIA, he is talking like he own the restaurant and refuse to remove the BBQ sauce despite I told his colleague to do. I am not sure if he is in the right place, the machine that they told me to order from doe not have option to remove BBQ sauce I put five stars for Mr Edwie only

Amazing burger tasted like heaven! Specially the truffle burger! If you are looking for a place to sit for a long time, the tables are not designed for that, but if you are going for the food you will enjoy a lot!

If you’re looking for a good burger in Amsterdam, this is definitely a tasty and interesting option to try. The burgers were delicious and worth experiencing. However, the indoor atmosphere could be improved. Since you can directly see the kitchen area, it sometimes looked a bit messy, and the staff were often speaking loudly among themselves, which affected the overall atmosphere. The seating area could also be more comfortable. The tables and chairs were not the most convenient, especially for sitting and enjoying a burger comfortably. Overall, despite these points, it’s still worth visiting if you want to try a good burger in Amsterdam.

The "best burger in town" is a big mac with smash patties.. thats the best way I can describe it. The fries were very nice if a little under seasoned, as were the spicy nuggets. If you're stuck and its your only option then go for it. But there are definitely better places in town.

The atmosphere is incredibly simple. The hamburgers are above average but small. The prices are high. Is it worth trying? Yes. Would I go again? No.

Alright burgers (nothing too special). Very mediocre fries. Extremely dirty space outside, no one bothered to clean the tables after customers left or the floors, which were full of leaves and rubbish.

I tried The Butcher and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had 🔥 The meat tasted amazing and fresh, the bun was light, and the sauces were perfectly balanced, making you want another one after finishing your burger 😮‍💨🍔 Even their fries were crispy and delicious, the service was fast, and the atmosphere was fantastic. It's definitely worth a try.

Basically, it’s just regular fast food. You can only order using a screen and then wait until your number is called. We had to wait about twenty minutes, which I think is quite a long time for fast food. All in all it looked like they couldn’t keep up with the number of customers. We paid €17 per person, even though the three of us shared two drinks and one side, which I think is pretty expensive considering I would not say the food was very good. The burgers were maybe average and, in my opinion, looked better than they actually were. They also weren’t properly warm. Also, all customers—including us—had to remind the staff that they had ordered and paid for drinks so they would actually give them to us. Overall, the place wasn’t very clean, and the toilet flush was broken. All in all, I was disappointed.

Poor service overall. They forgot the fries, and even after saying they would bring them within 3 minutes, it never happened. There was also no ketchup included with the order, so I had to get it myself. The tables were dirty, and the burger had almost no taste.

They’re not exactly friendly, and if you want to pay in cash, they won’t accept it. No, it’s already closed even though they’re supposed to be open until one o’clock. I just think the attitude, the hospitality and the service are all poor.

Nice Burger! I would suggest to use better quality ketchup - maybe Heinz? And better quality buns because they taste quite heavy and overpowering the burger (had to take one off)

Delicious burgers made with top-quality meat, very juicy and grilled to a perfect medium. The chicken popcorn was also very tasty and crispy. Highly recommended for a quick bite.

The smash burger was dried but yet delicious. The fries is perfect, the onion rings was ok and the pop corn spicy good as well. The sauces are very small. And the cola was hot.

Had forgot about my order took 45 minutes. And what I got was fully cold, not even toasted wrap, not what was advertised. Would not recommend. Meat also cooked well done not medium and they used a burger patty not the Angus steak which was what I ordered. Also didn’t remove the tomato which I requested

the meat quality is a main highlight of their burgers, along with their sauce. although it is on the pricier side for a burger, i would come back here occasionally for a well-crafted burger. i recommend getting their sweet potato fries as a side. service was a little slow but understandable since it was a busy hour. overall great experience!!

Great atmosphere but the burger was a little bit on the salty side

We ordered two single-meat smash burgers. The smash wasn't very good (no caramelization). The buns were soft but served cold, which unfortunately made the burgers seem cold. Very expensive (€45 for two), especially considering the fries were frozen. We think we saw a staff member re-tabling products in the refrigerators. Not great. Not enough sauce in the paid portions.

We couldn't believe we waited more than 15 minutes and our order was just forgotten. After the order was missed, we went back to confirm...and they couldn't even remember the nickname we entered...🙄

The burger was salty and below my expectations. I asked for added jalapeños, but I ended up removing them because of the overwhelming amount they piled on.

The rudest waiters I’ve ever come across. Refused to serve me, said I had to use the screen. When I said they dont sell beer on the screen he shrugged and said order food there, then come here and order beer. The other women behind the counter ignored me completely. Awful.

I was in a hurry because I had a plane to catch and there were quite a few people ahead of me at the only working ordering kiosk. Honestly, just go for it! Right after placing my order, I barely waited. I got my vegetarian burger to go and… what a treat!! The plant-based sandwich substitute was really delicious, slightly fried. I highly recommend it. Plus, the staff was friendly and had a great vibe. I can't wait for THE BUTCHER to arrive in France!

The kitchen is extremely disorganized — every customer keeps coming back to the counter with complaints or missing parts of their order. The food has no salt, so make sure to ask for extra. My order took 40 minutes, which I find excessive even for a regular restaurant, and this place is supposed to be fast food.

The meat quality is excellent. To taste it, I don't recommend the smash burger, but a regular burger. The chicken popcorn is really good and juicy.

When I picked up my milkshake, I asked if I should sit down again or wait at the counter. The only answer I got was, "In a minute." Whatever that's supposed to mean...

The food is delicious. The place is crowded, but there's seating inside along the corridor. Don't order ketchup; it's €0.80 and the last item is smaller than a water bottle cap.

I usually don’t mind waiting for my food when places are busy but goddamn man. They for sure be playing favouritism to certain orders. How does 15 other orders come before mine. And even after waiting an excruciating 40 minutes, yall still got them orders wrong. My burger had completely no sauce with tomatoes when the only thing I asked for was no tomatoes. Also how do you get a medium well order and manage to drain the living juice out of the patty. And damn bro how do u forget the milkshakes, I approached them nicely when they forgot. He took the receipt and still got them wrong. Poor guy probably crashed out but still. I think it’s time to get these people a watch and glasses.

Smash Burger had cold patties. My fries were sitting 25 minutes unter the heat light until I got them. Felt like I was in jail waiting for my food. Took half an hour to prepare. Everything on disposables. Would not go again.
