Regular staff is very nice. Manager was too set on making sure I was a paying customer and that I would pay my bill before I received my food and can use the toilet. Disappointing but I think it’s cultural. If a Dutch manager for example don’t think I would get treated that way. Nevertheless still recommend the place as the food was good even though they also forgot my utensils and salad dressing as well when I took it to my place.

Extremely overrated and especially expensive. Stay away from the center to eat decent burgers.

There was a hamburger shop that forgot two of our orders. When we ate, another one arrived. Two people had good food and four people didn't like the food.

Warm welcome, friendly service, fresh produce, very affordable, and very well served. I recommend without hesitation.

The fries are perfect and fresh. the sauces was good as well.

🔹Sweet Potato Fries $5 - In the Netherlands, you can see a French fry shop every five steps. I don't know what brought me to this hamburger restaurant. It's okay to walk into a burger shop, but Greta didn't buy a burger Instead, she bought sweet potato fries, which reminded Greta of Taiwan's plum fries. The fries are slender, crispy, and a bit drier. My sister likes the taste, my aunt doesn't, and Greta is neutral.

Nice little Grill with best singing waiter. French fries were ok but expensive. Large french fries more than 5 € and Bitterballen also 5€.

The veggie Burger was pretty tasteless, oily and too expensive. Very small place to eat aswell. 16 euro for hamburger with onion and jalapenios with small fries and a soda. Should've gone to McDonalds.

Debes tener una "bolsa" de papas fritas cuando caminas por las calles de Ámsterdam. Las patatas fritas eran buenas, frescas y calientes. Servicio rápido.

Naja. Die Tische waren voller Dreck und Vogelkacke, worüber man auch mal hinweg sehen kann. Aber der standart Burger kostet 7,50€ und schmeckt wie ein Burger King Burger mit ein bisschen mehr Fleisch und mittelmäßigem Gemüse und Brot. Dazu kommt noch dass ich 5€ für einem Milchshake bezahlt habe und eine 250ml becher mit süßer Milch bekomme... Außerdem ist die Bedinung nicht alzu nett, gar gesprächig. Man ist 100 mal besser bei Burgerläden wie Van Wonderen und Geflipt aufgehoben.

thank you for the kindest guy, one cold holiday, my daughter wanted to eat hot humberger and french fries, however we cannot get them. at this Urban Grill, the master of nice guy had delivered us so great them 11:00am though it was not opened.

Sense buscar l'hamburgueseria, si no entrant-hi per a fer un bon àpat per a dinar, ens va encantar pel bon sabor i satisfet que et quedes amb una de les seves hamburgueses amb una qualitat-preu molt bona per a ser a Amsterdam. El personal d'aquell dia súper enrollar i encantat de coneixer-los.

Hamburgers zijn ontzettend lekker, maar de bediening is absoluut onvriendelijk.

If you're into Gourmet Burgers, then this is the place. The staff were a little short and weren't all that willing to explain how ordering worked, as it was quite difficult when you're expecting to order a burger! Saying that, it was well worth picking out exactly what I wanted, the taste was exquisite and the meat was just perfect. Left with a majorly full stomach and also craving more a couple hours later! Not that much seating inside, but plenty outside of the street. Believe they also offer Deliveroo.

Voor het eerst een burger gehaald bij Urban Grill. Je kan je eigen burger samenstellen met verschillende gratis toppings. De prijs valt erg mee voor Amsterdam Centrum. De burger zelf was heerlijk en zeker niet te klein. Samen met de verse frietjes heb ik genoten. Bedankt heren

We were their first customers. Ever. So this place is special for the two of us, but its one of those sorta affordable chips joints here in Amsterdam. And if you know how good they can taste after some green, you'll know why we loved it here.

Bit expensive but I guess this is what you get at Dam Square. Burgers are okay.

Burgers (meat) are small, with cheap cheese and extras (mushrooms) forgotten. Fries also small. Prices way to high for what you get. With so many good burger bars around, not worth a visit !

Just ordered fries. Not bad, but portion not top big. Waiter friendly. Tasted excellent.
