I thought I were hungry, but my stomach was full, I ate too good and too much. Food was delicious, the hosts/employees were friendly and the location was on one of the main walking streets or as in Danish “gågader”. If I should say it in Danish: Maden var vældig god, men hold igen med pomfritterne, de mætter.

Good spot, great staff service, lady knows how to talk with customers, other young lady also is very charming. Fries were good, some small pieces on bottom that shouldn’t be there but ok, nothing bad. Sauces are fine, had truffle sauce in fries and tasted some of truffles in. Toilets upstairs are very clean and is more space to look down and enjoy the view. Had fun aaand, the music was just what we like - amapiano all day night long! All the best sestra!

We are hungry and they don't even give you ketchup. Lammala notes it's for the hamburger. Very bad...

Had a very pleasant lunch today. It was 3 o clock so we were quite hungry. Nice hamburgers and chips. Staff were very nice and helpful. Good place to relax and chat, not too noisy.

Been walking past the restaurant a few times. When hubby saw the fully loaded fries we decided it go in. He absolutely loved it as the meat was perfectly cooked sooper soft & fries are good quality not oily. I went for fries & a 🌭 on the hot side which was good.. we enjoyed it. Service was quick & the assist you efficiently.

Great burgers. The taste of the meat was actually good, and the topings were great. As mentioned before it was somewhat ‘wet’ due to the topings, but to be honest…. It better than the ‘dry’ burgers you get elsewhere. Fries were really good! Portion could be bigger, but they were really good. On of the best I had in the Netherlands.. and live here

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The staff is aggressive, rude, and doesn't really speak English. They don't allow to eat inside the take-away orders. If you want to split it to the take-away and eat inside parts, it's not possible. They also don't give a receipt. The loaded potato was sour and overpriced.

The display in the pedestrian zone really made us crave a burger. The burgers were delicious. Unfortunately, the service staff were unmotivated and not particularly friendly. Due to a lack of space on the ground floor, we climbed the narrow stairs to the first floor. There, a few desolate tables sit in the dark, right next to the restrooms. An employee tried to wipe down the tables, but a spilled Coke that had been left on the floor was still there when we left. When we're back in Amsterdam, we'll definitely get burgers there again—but only takeout.

I swear I wouldn't advise anyone to eat there because they are very rude and their treatment is so bad it's not reasonable and they eat garbage.

The food was delicious! The fries with Parmesan and truffle mayo were delicious. Unfortunately, we were seated at a dirty table that we had cleaned ourselves, and the tiles next to us were also very unsanitary.

Small but comfortable place, in a perfect location: right in the center, a stone's throw from Dam Square. The staff is really efficient and fast, always available with a smile. The burgers are good, with the possibility of composing your own menu based on your preferences. The draft beer is also excellent. Normal prices for the area, informal and welcoming environment. Highly recommended for a quick lunch break or an easy dinner during your visit to Amsterdam!

The fries are very tasty but the sauces are not as successful as their competitors and they serve the sauces in separate bowls. The hamburger is successful in terms of taste and the meat has a halal certificate. However, the burgers are a little too wet due to the disproportion of the ingredients inside. The place is spacious, the tables are not wide but they are suitable.

Please BurgerFabriek do something with your staff at this branch. The rude and aggressive (South Asian woman in the glasses) destroys your reputation and atmosphere inside the restaurant. She ignites the conflict with the clients and acts totally crazy.

Very rude staff & worthless place.

Honestly, one of the worst experiences I’ve had in Amsterdam. The staff was shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were an inconvenience to them. No basic courtesy, no smile, and barely any effort to communicate properly. The food itself was average at best — definitely not worth the attitude that came with it. The burger was dry, the fries were soggy, and to top it off, they messed up the order and didn’t even bother to fix it properly when pointed out. There are so many better places around to grab a burger, especially in a city like Amsterdam where hospitality usually shines. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, money, and mood — skip Burger Fabriek Express. Rating: 1/5

Worst experience rude staff Will never ever suggest this place to anyone

Its in the heart of Amsterdam and the burger was not too bad. However, the prices are not fair for the portion. The chicken burger tastes like nothing tbh. The coke you order is from the machine and its cold as heck. They even ask you if you want ice on top and let me tell you its cold as is no ice needed. Overall, a mediocre experience.

Late dinner after surfing all the crowded busy places in the central red light area, this place was a block away from all the big crowds. It was a little late and I just wanted to grab something quick and simple for dinner, i ordered the hot dog and fries not really expecting much. It was great! Small fries was more than I needed and the hot dog was excellent! The dog was twice as long as the bun and grilled to perfection, the skin just starting to crack! Very good! Only minor complaint was too much mustard and mayo made for a very messy meal! The staff was super friendly and helpful!!
