I absolutely do NOT recommend this place. It's very expensive for what it is, the service is deplorable, and they refused to fill my water bottle with tap water even though we're in the middle of a heatwave!

The restaurant advertises itself as "gluten-free" from the outside, and gluten-free options are indeed available. However, you only find this out upon request, and you have to go through the allergen list and put together your meal. We would have preferred it if the menu clearly indicated which items are suitable for a gluten-free diet. The burger was a bit dry, as was the patty. Overall, it tasted okay, but there are better options.

Furthermore, you simply pay €1 here for a small container of sauce that isn't even enough for two fries. For this price, this is truly unacceptable and completely disproportionate. Unfortunately, I can only comment on the service here, as I received nothing. I ordered via the terminal, and then I was asked if I wanted to take it away, even though I had already selected that option on the terminal. Then I waited, and waited, and waited. The guests who ordered after me received their food. I then inquired, and it seems they had messed up the order. There were 4-5 people behind the counter handling 4 orders, and they couldn't manage it. It couldn't have been worse. The only thing offered was waiting for the next batch of fries, which they had just freshly cooked.

We went to Burger Fabric Express for dinner yesterday afternoon. At first glance, it looked like a nice and cozy place, with comfortable seating and a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The burgers were very greasy and far too salty, which didn't enhance the flavor. I even got sick the night after dinner, which is obviously not a pleasant experience. The service was minimal: we were helped, but it felt rather standard and uninvolved. They definitely could have used more friendliness and attention. All in all, a nice location, but the food and the experience were disappointing for us.

It's a shame that even if you leave a bad review, this place will still be packed because of its location. The staff is impatient and not very helpful. If you have any questions about a condiment or ingredient, they'll just tell you to look it up on the ordering machine, but they won't bother to explain anything. In the end, I got an American burger for €20, and no, it didn't come with gold seeds... I ordered it without pickles, and it came with a slice of tomato as thin as a sheet of paper; it looked like one of those communion wafers Catholics give you at Mass. A single leaf of lettuce that, besides being lab-grown, was old. But hey, even though I ordered it without pickles, they gave me two thick slices (I guess it's cheaper than tomato and lettuce). The meat wasn't bad, but nothing special. I did like the fries, though; it's a shame the mayonnaise, which cost €1, ran out by the fourth fries. Let's talk about the atmosphere: It's freezing inside, freezing cold. I don't understand why they don't invest in decent heating, given its location. There are only a few tables, and all of them have incredibly uncomfortable long chairs or benches. There's nowhere to put your jacket, so you have to keep it on while you eat. The bathrooms are disgusting, tiny, with water on the floor (I want to believe it was water), no toilet paper, the toilet was filthy and didn't have a lid, and don't even think about washing your hands because, besides losing three fingers to hypothermia, you'll leave with dirtier hands than when you went in. Anyway, if you see this review, I hope I can save you from a bad experience and, if possible, get these "business owners" to take a little more care in how they run their businesses.

The fries are good, the chicken is decent, but the price is high. The dining area isn't very big, and there was a very unpleasant smell of vomit. I still recommend it, though.

Burgerfabriek Express is a rather narrow, compact place, but the food is absolutely fantastic. • The burger: It was delicious and I really enjoyed it. The meat was well-cooked and the ingredients were fresh. • The fries: They were also a great side dish—nice and crispy and well-seasoned. Conclusion: A great spot for a quick, high-quality burger. I'll definitely be back!

This burger joint is just steps from Dam Square and the train station. It also offers gluten-free burgers, which is why I stopped here. Prices are in line with other burger joints (about €20 with fries and a drink), but compared to BurgerBar, I found the gluten-free burger smaller and slightly less flavorful, though still good. The fries were a bit disappointing. Compared to the other place, however, you can sit down and eat at a table. Overall, a good gluten-free option.

I thought I were hungry, but my stomach was full, I ate too good and too much. Food was delicious, the hosts/employees were friendly and the location was on one of the main walking streets or as in Danish “gågader”. If I should say it in Danish: Maden var vældig god, men hold igen med pomfritterne, de mætter.

Good spot, great staff service, lady knows how to talk with customers, other young lady also is very charming. Fries were good, some small pieces on bottom that shouldn’t be there but ok, nothing bad. Sauces are fine, had truffle sauce in fries and tasted some of truffles in. Toilets upstairs are very clean and is more space to look down and enjoy the view. Had fun aaand, the music was just what we like - amapiano all day night long! All the best sestra!

Been walking past the restaurant a few times. When hubby saw the fully loaded fries we decided it go in. He absolutely loved it as the meat was perfectly cooked sooper soft & fries are good quality not oily. I went for fries & a 🌭 on the hot side which was good.. we enjoyed it. Service was quick & the assist you efficiently.

Great burgers. The taste of the meat was actually good, and the topings were great. As mentioned before it was somewhat ‘wet’ due to the topings, but to be honest…. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The staff is aggressive, rude, and doesn't really speak English. They don't allow to eat inside the take-away orders. If you want to split it to the take-away and eat inside parts, it's not possible. They also don't give a receipt. The loaded potato was sour and overpriced.

The display in the pedestrian zone really made us crave a burger. The burgers were delicious. Unfortunately, the service staff were unmotivated and not particularly friendly. Due to a lack of space on the ground floor, we climbed the narrow stairs to the first floor. There, a few desolate tables sit in the dark, right next to the restrooms. An employee tried to wipe down the tables, but a spilled Coke that had been left on the floor was still there when we left. When we're back in Amsterdam, we'll definitely get burgers there again—but only takeout.

I swear I wouldn't advise anyone to eat there because they are very rude and their treatment is so bad it's not reasonable and they eat garbage.
