Delivered nice and hot. Delicious burger.

Delivery took a very long time, 1.5 hours. The food was okay but rather mediocre. The fries were few and not tasty, and the burger was quite dry.

I placed an order through the BurgerMe app at 23:45. The order was accepted even though the restaurant was closing soon, and the app showed it would arrive in about 45 minutes. After waiting well past the delivery window, the app marked the order as “delivered” around 01:00, but no food or driver ever arrived. I checked the door multiple times while the order was supposedly on its way and again the moment it showed as delivered. Nothing ever came. The next day I went to the restaurant to resolve the issue and ask for a refund. Staff told me to leave a phone number and said the manager would call when he arrived. No call ever came. When I returned later that evening to speak with the manager directly, he claimed the phone number I left was “wrong” (it wasn’t; it included the standard international prefix) and insisted he had rung my doorbell multiple times. This was simply not true. My partner and I were home the entire time waiting for the food. When I tried to explain this, the manager raised his voice, began shouting at us to leave, and then physically pushed me and my partner toward the door. This behavior was completely unacceptable. For context, we used to order from this location all the time. We were genuinely loyal customers and never had a single issue before this. That’s what makes this whole situation so wild. It’s honestly disappointing, because they didn’t just lose a one-time order; they lost customers who ordered regularly and spent real money here. I have never experienced customer service like this anywhere. Not only did I never receive the food I paid for, but the follow-up interaction was aggressive and confrontational. I strongly advise others to consider this before ordering.

Scammy place. We ordered from this place online, and the order did not arrive in the span of two hours, despite it showing 40 minutes on the website. We tried to call them at least 5 times from 2 different phones, but there was no response, instead it just went to voice mail. Do not spend your money here!

Just ordered, every time we called it was "on the way." Now the store is closed and all the phone lines are down, and I can't do anything anymore. Worthless.

I just ordered a burger and specifically requested a 100% halal burger. However, it had bacon on it; I hadn't realized it was pork bacon. When I asked if my suspicion that it wasn't halal (beef or turkey) bacon was correct, the employee confirmed it was. I mentioned that I found it a strange combination: a halal burger with pork bacon. The employee replied that it was my choice and that he didn't see a problem with it. But if someone asks for a halal burger, shouldn't you expect it to be pork-free? The guy was rude and unsympathetic. I'll never order from here again!

Online order. Was 1.5 hrs waiting from when I ordered to when it was eventually delivered. When it arrived, it was cold and the chips inedible. When I rang for an update, they were quite rude and unhelpful

There were several bugs in my burger. After calling they did send me another burger for free but bugs are inexcusable to me. They also forgot the sauces for the fries but that seems like a non-issue after the bugs.

Never oder from this restaurant or what it is. Thiefs, this what they are. After waiting 2h and 30m and calling them i ask them to cancel the order, they did not, and iven they set it as delivered, thiefs and they dont care about costumers.

Delivery time between 30 and 55 minutes, but the delivery actually arrived over an hour and a half later. When I called, I wasn't treated very kindly or understandingly. It's a bit of a shame.

My meal arrived later than stated, without any communication or apologies. Took almost 1.5 hours to get here. Called, stood in line for 20 minutes, but no one answered. The food had cooled down and the salad dressing was missing, so the whole experience was disappointing. Too bad, because I was really looking forward to it. Not recommended if you want to eat on time, tasty and hot!

Took over an hour to arrive, fries were extremely tough, several burgers did not have the ingredients that were checked and the chicken tenders were bland. Definitely not worth waiting over an hour for and will definitely not order from here again.

Scammers. I ordered a delivery, waited an hour and did not receive anything. The delivery guy did not ring on the intercom, nor knocked on the doors. He called me only once on the phone which I did not pick up as I was in the other room. I tried calling back but got a voice mail for some reason? When I called on their official line, they said that they are closing and I can pick it up myself. Brilliant! The day after, I called the manager and - like a scammer that he is - said that I will not get my food delivered again nor get my money back, even tho I tried to find a middle ground, like pay for the half of the yesterday order + delivery.

Nice place, I ordered food and received the wrong burger, which happens, of course. After a call with a friendly employee, she said she'd check with her boss. Five minutes later, I received a call back and the correct burger was sent. 10/10 service, and the food was delicious.

The angus burger was really delicious And they have lots of sauces

I ordered here for the first time, but it's also the last time! I ordered something through Thuisbezorgd and it came without sauce. What do I get with sauce? So I called to explain the situation. I asked if I could get a new one without sauce. I explained that I had ordered it, but they said they hadn't seen it, and that it was my own fault, even though I had ordered it properly. I didn't get a refund or a new one. I ordered over 49 euros for two people, and then received the wrong food, and then to be told it was my own fault. BAD THING!

We ordered food to our hotel today via Lieferando. It was delivered in under 30 minutes. The burgers were delicious. Unfortunately, the salad we ordered had an excessive amount of arugula, and my burger had onions, even though I specified "No Onions." So, unfortunately, it loses one star.

Horrible! This owner should be ashamed of himself! We order our food about twice a week. But this was truly the most disgusting food ever; you wouldn't even feed a dog this! A crappy box of fries with a lump of cold junk stuck together and an €11 burger that looked like it had just come out of the freezer! Spend your money wisely and order elsewhere!

I ordered food, but accidentally entered my address while I was staying elsewhere. I called to ask what was possible because their delivery driver had another order in the other direction. They said I would get a discount on a 22-euro order. I asked if that would be the same value as the order if I ordered again. They replied, "We'll sort it out." So now I'm calling, and they only want to give me free chili nuggets, and the rest is gone... I won't order from here again.

I ordered food from this restaurant. When it arrived, it was simply cold. When I called about it, they said it wasn't actually possible. I did receive a new order, but it didn't taste as expected either. All in all, this is the first and last time I've ordered from here. To top it all off, they even called me asking me to remove the review on Thuisbezorgd, because it would be damaging to the restaurant.

I had dinner here with my girlfriend. The young woman who was there helped us reluctantly, and the three men who were there, from what I saw, did absolutely nothing. Unfortunately, when we received our food, it was lukewarm, if not cold. My girlfriend's burger was still frozen on one side, and the bacon on mine wasn't heated through or cooked. The plates we received our food on hadn't been properly cleaned. The toilet was absolutely disgusting; when I entered, there was still urine from the previous user in the bowl, and the toilet seat and floor were completely wet. The delivery driver kept leaving the door open, making it so cold inside that we left our coats on. However, our drinks tasted good and were in the refrigerator.

Perfect for a hungover day but also for just good food. Delicious fries! Very nice burgers just like an advertisement when you open it and also really tasty and of quality! Good tasty mayo with it and you get a thick bowl of chicken wings for 9 euros. I love this

We sat with our coats on it was so cold inside. The staff was walking around the whole time and often left the door open. It was 2 degrees outside. Service was fast unfortunately the fries with my burger were inedible, my friends' were fine.

We ordered around 7:30 PM and indicated we wanted to eat here at 8:30 PM because we were on our breaks. I just called at 8:55 PM, and the gentleman told me I'd have to wait another 20 minutes. I think this is very poorly organized, and when I asked if we'd get anything extra, the gentleman said no. So, a colleague and I didn't have any food during our break.

Idk what people complain about. The food came on time, the burger was huge, tasty and warm. The fries I couldn’t even eat them, not because they were bad but because I was so full after the spicy cheese “bitterballen” and nuggets, big portions,very big portions of very tasty junk food. The sauces are also dope, the garlic one is very nice. The packaging can compete with the big fast food brands, the box are sturdy and well organised. They made my day. I’ll order again for sure.

Burgerme promises a delivery time of less than 35 minutes, but unfortunately, I've never had that experience. My last order took almost 70 minutes to arrive. While the food itself was excellent, the long wait was quite disappointing.

Burgerme's burger is a better version of BK's whopper. Very tasty. Chicken nuggets were very good as well. We've ordered from here a few times over the last year and it never fails to disappoint.

Something went wrong with my order, it contained something I am allergic to and this was indicated. This happened near closing time on Easter Monday. The next day I was on hold for 15 minutes, so I thought I'd drop by. I was received very nicely, received a sincere apology and my order was brought home fresh. The food is very tasty and affordable, especially for a burger joint. The staff, delivery people and in the store, are always super nice and polite.

There was quite a lot of fries and the price of the menu is okay, but it had little salt and didn't taste special. The burger was also quite large, but unfortunately it didn't taste real. The staff was nice though.

Great food and fast delivery service. Much better than Mcdonalds or Burger King for example. The food is fresh and the prices are okay. I have never had problems with Burgerme, I have ordered food from them about 7 times up until now. Very satisfied!

Burger was erg lekker had een beetje fastfood look maar was verassend lekker simpele burger met veel smaak. Patat was niet heel speciaal maar was wel te snacken. De burger sprong er wel uit alles leek vers en ik kon er extra saus bij doen. Broodje was niet droog was een unieke look heb niet eerder een burger gezien die tenminste nog lijkt op het plaatje! zeer tevreden was wel nice bestel hier vast vaker. Ook de bezorger was aardig en hij kwam zelfs nog snel terug nadat we niet opnamen. Service 5 sterren. Na 2e keer bestellen was even lekker dus verandert naar 5 sterren

Na 2 keer te hebben besteld (als lunch op kantoor) kan ik zeggen dat we verbluft zijn! We hebben bij veel verschillende tentjes lunch besteld maar de service en kwaliteit is perfect. Tevens zit ik vol tot aan het avond eten 🙈 (na 1 burger!)

Aangegeven werd vooraf bezorgtijden 30-35min, nadat we besteld hadden werd het 45 min. Uiteindelijk duurde het een uur voordat het eten er was. Bij 2 burgers miste de extra bestelde bacon ook nog eens. De burgers waren oke, maar niet bijzonder. De prijs vond ik daarom best hoog. Een mail naar burgerme gestuurd met de klacht, want we hadden geen zin om dan nog eens een uur op de burgers te wachten waar de bacon dan wel op zit. Reactie een kortingscode van 3 euro.( prijs bacon voor 2 burgers is 2,50). Om een vergoeding te krijgen moet ik dan weer iets bij hun kopen om dan een fooi te kunnen geven van hun eigen geld. Nou die bon mogen ze houden. Ik bestel er niet weer

Zo'n twee weken geleden hier een vegetarische Planter's Choice burger en uienringen besteld. De uienringen waren prima, maar de burger was een teleurstelling. Slap broodje een gortdroge patty en te weinig saus of andere toevoegingen om het geheel lekker weg te krijgen. De bestelling was via thuisbezorgd op een zaterdag, maar dan nog is 1,5 uur wachttijd pittig voor iets eenvoudigs als een burger.

It is the first time to order from this place and it was a classical burger nothing special, the fries were okay. Average in everything simple fast food meal. The delivery came on time even that the restuarant is abit far from my place. The young delivery guy is nice and is a hard worker.
