McDonald's in Centrum

Ordered Mac Flurry, the worst I've ever received. Way too much M&M mix, not even mixed. I didn't even finish it. Not what I expected when visiting McDonald's.

Great place. As you'd expect from a decent McDonald's. The only downside was that you have to pay for the restroom (even as a paying guest). And then there's no toilet paper...

The restroom always costs 50 cents, even for customers, and it wasn't even clean. There's only one stall for men... Staff... hmm, not the friendliest.

It was already late, so much was sold out. There were also a lot of drunk students. But despite that, we were helped quickly and the food was delicious.

The whole place was messy, employee's we're just standing still instead of cleaning and any meat burger was sold out. What is a mcdonalds without a cheeseburger??? 💀

We went to eat at this McDonald's today. After waiting over 30 minutes, my girlfriend went to the counter to ask how long it would be. The staff walked over to the manager to ask, and the female manager came over with an angry look and passive-aggressively told them they were short-staffed and that we just had to be patient. Two minutes later, the entire staff was checking out the new Happy Meal toys they'd received. Then, four of them went outside to smoke while the place was full of waiting customers. People next to us also walked up to the counter because they had already arrived before us and hadn't received anything yet. The female manager got angry at them and told them to sit down and not be so impatient. Then, three staff members came to their table and started making remarks telling them not to be so whiny. After we received our food, it was also cold and lukewarm, which was a real shame. We sometimes go to this McDonald's, and it's happened more often than not that the staff is rude to customers.

When ordering via Ubereats they almost always forget the sauce. Now again...

As a paying customer, you have to pay for the restroom. OUTRAGEOUS!!! Why not, like in big cities, write a code on the receipt?

Food is fine. Toilets cost money even though you ordered food. I know of few things as sad as that.

Just before my vacation, my kids were allowed to order McDonald's. Two menus totaling €39.30. The delivery driver arrived with one milkshake and nothing else. The kids were confused and placed the same order again. So, €80 for two menus. Couldn't get in touch with Thuiszorgd. A truly terrible start to the vacation. Deeply disappointed. And I just don't understand how they sent the delivery driver out with just one milkshake.

It was awful. We stood at the cash register, watching everything that was happening. We weren't helped. The people who were helped all got the wrong food. It had to be replenished. I think the manager helped but couldn't make sense of anything. He just did whatever he wanted. The young people who were supposed to help did nothing.

A very bad experience. I bought food, and it was lukewarm. But hey... I accept that at McDonald's. But then when I have to use the restroom and have to pay, even though I'm a guest... it makes no sense. I completely understand passers-by. But making paying customers pay for your restroom is absolutely absurd.

It's a real shame to see McDonald's being so dirty—uncleaned benches and tables! I understand it's not just the cleaning staff's fault, but also the people who don't behave very well.

I ordered a spicy vegetarian McChicken, but got a regular one. Unfortunately, I had takeout, so I couldn't return it, but I'm really disappointed.

Always a good standby while abroad, mcDs can be relied on to be the same wherever you go.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. 15 minutes to get our order, EVERYTHING was cold, and they forgot our drinks, nothing was clean.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Even though it was barely open, the restaurant was very dirty. Tables and floor were sticky, and they preferred to stand behind the cash register with 10 employees instead of cleaning the dirty place. The burgers were extremely poorly prepared, and some of the fries were burnt. And the best part is, you actually charge 50 cents to use the restroom, even though I, as a customer, spent €70 with you. We arrived on July 16th at around 1:30 p.m. with five people. Management is not at McDonald's level.

The dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to. The floor is sticky, all the tables are dirty... just awful... there are about 8-9 people in the kitchen, it's not busy, and you wait a long time (Friday, 8 p.m.). Customers also pay for the restroom!... Sure, the food is okay, but the location is a disaster.

The staff should take a closer look at the order, because this is the second time in a short period that no fries sauce is added to the order while I pay for it. The next time it happens again I'm going to make a fuss!

the mac closes at 2:00 we arrived at 1:57 the door opened and the employee told us in a very unfriendly tone that we had to leave because they were closed. when I pointed out to him that the store would not close until 2:00 he said that he would decide that and that the store would close now. I found this very annoying because I really wanted a mcflurry.

The team leader helped us very well regarding a pistachio ice cream that was not filled properly. Top service!

Food like in every mc but this mc is really dirty. If you see how they clean I understand that 🙃

It's just a shame that you have to pay for the toilet as a customer

I specifically walked to McDonald's Westerhaven around 00:30 because I was really looking forward to a McFlurry pistachio. The branch closes at 1am, so I assumed I was still in plenty of time. To my disappointment, the ice cream machines were already cleaned and out of order, so I couldn't order anything from the dessert menu. After an evening at the cold fair with tired legs, this was a real downer. If the store is open until 1 a.m., you expect to be able to use the full menu until that time — especially if you come into town for it. It's understandable that cleaning needs to be done, but don't start so early that you have to disappoint customers. Shame.

Great for a McDonalds, easily accessible. Service is fine, but not very fast. Atmosphere is OK, I would describe it as fairly bare inside.

Very bad experience several times. Today was the last straw, so here's another review. As a vegetarian, I sometimes order a veggie burger here and for one reason or another it NEVER goes well. I always get a normal burger and have to ask for a vegetarian version. Forgot to check now and looked at home, went wrong again. Very disappointing and I am extremely dissatisfied with McDonald's. Bad service, always goes wrong. Apart from the fact that it is also a normal burger instead of vegetarian, the chicken burger was also completely red colored on the inside. Not to eat.

Cold food and stale. Also why charging for cups when they are paper cups. Every customer being charged 15c per paper cup

We were shopping and decided to have something to eat here. We ordered and it was not a very large order. After 15 minutes we asked where our order was because it is normally ready very quickly. The answer was yes, it is busy. Okay, I understand that, so after 23 minutes our order was there and everything was cold... Look, we have to wait because it's busier, fine, but at least make sure the food is hot

When you wait for more than 20 minutes and your requests are ignored, this is not service.

I was shouted at and treated with disrespect by the female manager here last Friday night at 1:55 am. After a short question we were shouted at “then go away”. And when we finally had our food and were leaving, the same manager shouted after us: “Good, go away.” We were extremely surprised that we were treated this way and we are not used to this from McDonalds.

QR codes don't work, employee said there were no glasses left in stock.

Sometimes there's nothing better than a few cheeseburgers in 1am and I'm quite happy with this place! I also recently discovered the app which gives discounts offers. My only issue with the place is that sometimes one or two of the order machines doesn't work, but the food is prepared fast and no complain with the quality control so far!

This is a good McDonalds. Nice choice in the menu, nice employees and often clean. If I ask for a cloth I get it immediately or if there is a mistake it is dealt with immediately. This McDonald's is better than average and the best in town. Note: you have to pay for the toilet. Maarja, it's very clean

The fries were completely soggy during the 4 mile. I could understand that it is difficult to make everything right on such a busy day, but I don't get a discount because it is busy or something. Everything else was fine as you would expect.

A busy but cozy place if you feel like having a snack or a drink after/during shopping etc. It is usually very busy. You can sit inside or outside (if there is room). The food is always hot and so far we have never had any wrong orders. The only downside is that you have to pay to go to the toilet.

Had dinner during a break, after dinner I called my friends who were outside for help cleaning up. A female manager walks behind me and shouts that I still have to clean it up. I didn't find it very hospitable

Scanned the QR code at the table and placed the order. It was delivered promptly, but a coke was missing.. so I picked it up :-) and finally the mcFlurry KITKAT (chucky) again YUMMMM! Table could be a bit cleaner (some sticky)

You pay a lot for 20 nuggets and you get 19 Edit: Still decided to get nuggets again, this time 9 pieces. I've been counting them, no fewer than 12 of them! (my cheeseburger had no cheese..).
