Expensive and not very clever staff.: Overcharged. Coffee is weak and ridiculously expensive €4.50 Sandwich €10.95 pistolet

The employee working on 10 July at around 13:00 was incredibly rude to my mother simply because she paid with cash and didn’t have the exact amount. He had to do his job and count the change, which is a completely normal part of serving customers. I wasn’t there at the time. Had I been, I would have immediately addressed his behavior with the manager. I only found out afterwards, and I regret not returning to report how disrespectfully he treated her. What upset me the most was the complete lack of respect and basic manners toward an elderly customer. Starbucks, please teach your employees basic manners, professionalism, and respect—especially when serving elderly customers. Courtesy should be the standard, not the exception.

Waited an entire half hour for a mediocre coffee and glass of juice on a day when it was almost completely empty. Juice was decent but the service time is abysmal. Especially for a place next to train station frequented by travellers in a rush..Would put a 0 for service if it were possible.

The air-conditioned, cool environment with comfortable seating offers great comfort in the hot weather, but the items served don't match the pictures on the menu, and the delivery person did nothing to clear the table or clean up any mess.

Good breakfast. Seating is a bit cramped. Finally, the staff is cheery and adept.
