Crawling home after the Singelloop.

Een van de weinige Leidse cafe's van 1 eigena(a)r(esse). Joke is altijd hartelijk. Prachtig(Wilhelmina?) biljart. En ja, er zitten stamgasten, wat het cafe dus een stamcafe maakt en dat er smakelijke verhalen over Leiden "van vroeger" worden verteld. En de gesprekken zijn niet altijd even genuanceerd.Daar moet je tegen kunnen; het is veel "Ons kent Ons", maar ik voel me er meestal welkom en sommige ontmoetingen zijn zijn heel bijzonder.

Je kan er gezellig een borrel drinken en kan er niet eten wel zoutjes of borrelhapjes

Modern and spacious, this hip cocktail bar and its youthful guests is one of the places that is definitely worth hitting up next time I'm in Leiden. Conveniently enough, Land van Roo, a historical landmark renowned for its architectural style, is within walking distance of the Pomerans. Don't be afraid to swing by!

Definitely not a place for me. There are a lot of local "Leidenaars" who often go here and for them it's the ideal establishment to spend the evening, but as a young female I did not enjoy it a lot here. While the barowners are very friendly and nice, the music they play is quite loud and often typically Dutch (or versions of popular/well-known songs in Dutch) and some of the customers can be deemed inappropriate towards young women. Perhaps it would be better to visit this place during the day instead of in the evening to have a quick lunch.

Erg gezellig Echt Leids bruin café.

Very hip atmosphere, excellent place for the modern day traveller. A very nice historical building "Land van Roo" is also just a few steps away.

Gezellig cafe. Well echt vaste mensen die daar veel komen.

Cafe is gezellig hapjes zijn heerlijk en wc is schoon en fris.

Een echt gezellige Leids biljart cafe, waar men zich zelf kan zijn. Een aanrader voor de 3 oktober vierders en voetbal liefhebbers. Je wordt met open armen en een glimlach ontvangen door de kastelein en de vaste klanten.
