Cafe De Rooster in Wijk 00 Hattem

The food was good, and the service and communication regarding the waiting time were exceptional! We had a delicious family lunch during a walk through the region. We were warmly welcomed by both the staff and the golfers from the club. Additionally, there is a beautiful view over the valley where the golf course is located 😊 My wife and I definitely recommend it!

I've been there several times, and always give it a meager 6 out of 10. The food is fine, but nothing special. The service is friendly but sometimes forgetful, and they don't come to your table often. The menu isn't very interesting, but the prices are not cheap. The location is very nice, though.

What a jerk of an owner!!!!! Ordered food from them at the shop today busy, fine, everyone is these days. You order food in a normal way and you get yelled at terribly by that owner.... Then, after ordering, went for a walk, came back into the shop, sat down quietly on your order, it looked like your food was ready, and you stood up for a moment saying hey, that's my food and I want to pay for it properly, and you get yelled at terribly that it will take another half hour for it to be ready. And then it turns out your order is still there and you get treated like a dog on top of that I even thought about leaving everything there and never getting anything there again. This was the last time I ordered or got anything from this jerk of a guy

Beautiful location on the IJssel, but unfortunately the service is not very customer-friendly. So, a mediocre overall score.
