What a jerk of an owner!!!!! Ordered food from them at the shop today busy, fine, everyone is these days. You order food in a normal way and you get yelled at terribly by that owner.... Then, after ordering, went for a walk, came back into the shop, sat down quietly on your order, it looked like your food was ready, and you stood up for a moment saying hey, that's my food and I want to pay for it properly, and you get yelled at terribly that it will take another half hour for it to be ready. And then it turns out your order is still there and you get treated like a dog on top of that I even thought about leaving everything there and never getting anything there again. This was the last time I ordered or got anything from this jerk of a guy

The man was not nice (angry). Don't go here if you are going out to eat.

The food is good and fresh. It's a shame that the XXL kebab has been halved in size; recently, even an 11-year-old was still hungry afterwards. Normally I never go there. Also, the staff could be a bit more cheerful; they often respond very curtly and grumpily. But we will keep eating there because it is always good.

Unpleasant men finishing the grilled dishes. Very negative energy, except for the girl who was serving, but she was being bossed around by these two angry figures. So, not pleasant at all.

Very bad experience with Pizzeria Sphinx. The owner, Mahmud, is consistently unfriendly, curt, and downright rude on the phone. Ordering feels like you are bothering him rather than being a customer. Today I ordered a Pizza Sphinx without ham, with two garlic sauces. Upon delivery, the sauces were completely missing. When I called about this, I was immediately blamed: according to him, I hadn't ordered them. This is absolutely not true — the problem lies with his rushed and sloppy way of taking orders. After multiple arguments, the sauces were eventually delivered, but I still had to pay for them. Meanwhile, I was being yelled at on the phone. As an excuse, he said that he works alone and is therefore always in a rush. That is no excuse to treat customers so disrespectfully. This behavior is truly unacceptable. If you treat your customers like this consistently, you simply drive them away. We are now seriously doubting whether we will ever dare to order here again.

The restaurant owner refuses to issue a receipt showing the tax.

Doesn't want to deliver food to the camper site. And barely speaks Dutch.

The two of us had pizza at Sphinx: a quattro stagioni and a quatro formaggio. Delicious pizzas, generously topped with a crispy thin crust. We had a wonderful meal in a neat, clean restaurant.

good service just before closing time, luckily I was able to sit down and eat in peace.

If you want real döner, do not order from here, this is just hamburger, it is pieces of minced meat, the owner was very big mouth on the phone

Delicious food for very good prices. The fries are still nice and crispy when delivered. The children's pizza even has fresh basil. You get many side dishes, such as a good roll and a small salad. The kapsalon is really the best I know.

Today ordered for the first time at the sphinx in Hattem. This was a deep disappointment ordered for 55,- euros, The food had no taste, half but cooked, no salad napkin or even a receipt. The pizza looked like a deep-dirty pizza not edible everything was thrown away Luckily a nice delivery person!!

Good tent, never disappoints. Always order here. Man is very direct and always busy. But you shouldn't worry too much about that. I also think that you should not give 1 star if you have not even tasted his food.

I can only confirm the unfriendliness from the other reviews. A person like that doesn't belong on the phone. I wanted to order, but I don't speak Dutch, but I speak 4 other languages. The person on the phone insisted on only accepting an order in Dutch. I think that an order of "2 pizza" is quite international and can be understood. But he didn't want to, and then that was it for me. Forever.

I had a grumpy man on the phone and I had difficulty ordering something even though it was only 7:15 PM When I told them it had to be delivered in Hattemerbroek, there was a deep sigh and he said “I don't deliver there” and hung up.

Horrible tent. Came in with some of my friends, this was a group of 5 people. The man at the counter was very unfriendly and seemed frustrated that we came in. Antisocial people

Food is always good, but the man on the phone is really terrible, I have now really decided not to order from him anymore, what a rude guy he is.

Recently placed an order by telephone. I had not yet placed my order when the owner had already abruptly disconnected the connection. Once I arrived, I told him that he could be a little friendlier from now on. He had a big mouth about this. I then left without paying and left him with the food.

If you want to be yelled at, you have to call this store, antisocial way of communicating and no respect for the customer at all. Better go somewhere else where it is appreciated!

Bad service. Come here regularly for takeaway. The first time it was an emergency that my car wouldn't start and I couldn't pick up my paid dishes. They suggested delivering it, but I live just across the border in Germany. Literally a few hundred meters. They don't want to do this anyway. One less regular customer for you. Service of 0! You can pass this on to your boss.

What a beautiful, well-kept grill room. We were on holiday in Heerde for 3 days. We picked up food from here twice. Wonderful hair salon! Well filled, delicious and super friendly staff.

Na lange tijd toch maar weer eens hier besteld. Prima kwaliteit, vriendelijke bezorger, warm eten, niet vettig.

Vriendelijk personeel, lekkere kapsalon. Geserveerd in een bakje van aardewerk in plaats van een aluminium bakje (ter plekke eten).

Wat een ballen tent en het onbeschofte personeel ever. We dachten lekker tijdens onze vakantie een pizza te gaan eten. Toen we ons melden kregen we een grauw en een snauw en pizza werden er niet meer gemaakt. 18.00 als enigste klanten in de zaak. We konden daar plaats nemen maar ze hadden weinig tijd. Nou lieve mensen wij hadden zeeën van tijd en zijn lekker naar een ander restaurant gegaan waar we wel welkom waren.

2 cheeseburgers, 1 xxl kebab broodje en 1 lachmacun besteld. Cheeseburgers is droog, bedekt maar de helft van het broodje, geen kaas te zien wel een vaag oranje geelkleurige goedje op de bovenkant van het broodje ?waarschijnlijk de sap van het tomaat? Weinig topping en groente is veelste dik gesneden. Bij de xxl is het broodje groter, maar de inhoud niet. Kebab was lekker, vandaar de 2 sterren.

Wachttijd is aan de lange kant, maar eten is altijd prima.

Heerlijke pizza's afgehaald. Gezellige inrichting.
