We were here with a large group and ordered our main course in the morning due to the expected crowds. The waitresses were quick to help. There was something wrong with the starter, which was promptly resolved. The main course took a long time to arrive. The accompanying wine had long since run out; after asking how long it would take, we were told they were working on it. The "fresh from the knife" menu this time was venison steak and wild boar fillet, quite small pieces. However, the taste wasn't what we'd hoped for. Furthermore, it wasn't served hot. It's possible we were with a larger group, but you'd expect that from a restaurant like this.

A winner for us. Delicious fries with house herbs. Highly recommended.

Stylishly decorated restaurant. Very fast service. Delicious pastries. Especially the white chocolate with peach :).

Lovely, rustic location in a beautiful setting. Large terrace and friendly staff. Also the location for renting pedal boats and kayaks, as well as the boarding point for the boat tour on the Apeldoorn Canal, which we took.

What friendly and welcoming service and delicious food. You really feel welcome here. A perfect example of what a restaurant should be! Hats off!
