De pyramide in Wijk 00 Hattem

I left a negative review here in the past due to very long delivery times, but the way this was resolved deserves a solid 5 stars! The owner contacted me very politely at the time to talk things over. Since that conversation, the delivery has been going really well and the food is always delicious. Today I was completely pleasantly surprised: the order arrived in less than 20 minutes and it tasted fantastic again. Highly recommended!

The food is usually delicious, but last night the pizza I ordered was not hot but lukewarm, a bit of a shame.

Waited more than an hour for the delivery of one kapsalon on a weekday. Called to ask if the order had arrived safely and spoke to an unfriendly man on the phone. Only received my food after 1.5 hours. 14.50 euros for a mediocre kapsalon. Once is enough for me.

Today we placed another large order at Pyramide in Hattem. The order was delivered quickly and the food was still perfectly warm. The owner personally handled the delivery and remained present until everyone had been served their meal. Everything was exactly as ordered and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!

Fast service for a Saturday night. We visited this pizzeria for a quick bite, and it's a great place for that. It's not ideal for a long dinner out. It lacks a great atmosphere and is quite cold in the winter. Nevertheless, we had a delicious meal at an affordable price.

A winner for us. Delicious fries with house herbs. Highly recommended.

After waiting two hours for two pizzas, I finally called. They said, "We just received an order for 50 pizzas, okay? How long will this take? 20 minutes." An hour later, the store was closed. Still nothing.

Friendly staff I must admit but the food had no taste. In addition, we had called half an hour ago for pick up and it was only prepared when we arrived. Kebab was of poor quality and the bread was also super dry. In the end I thought it was worthless.

Not really a cozy place in terms of entourage, but a very friendly lady at the counter! She did her best to make it pleasant. The food took terribly long. I had already read it in the reviews, but thought it was mainly about delivery. Wasn't. Waited more than 1.5 hours for 3 pizzas and 2 dishes. (After an hour she indicated that it would take a long time, but it actually made no sense, it really wasn't that busy). My pizza had one ingredient forgotten and so it went back into the oven (for a longer period of time), so it was just a little too hard. Pizzas are tasty and meats okay. Unfortunately, I would not recommend the tent.

Your car has broken down. You have been towed by the ANWB to the carpool place Hattem. You have to wait 1.5 hours for further help.... and you are hungry. What do you do... you call Pyramide for shawarma! Delivered quickly. Nice and warm and good to eat. Thank you Pyramid!

Delicious and honest! Yesterday the owner personally delivered 10 euros of overpaid euros with sincere apologies.

There was potato in the kapsalon, it was lukewarm and the meat was hard.

Food is okay but not special 13 euros for an adana kebab and lahmacun sandwich…. delivery costs €2.50 and then wait longer than an hour.. It is better to order in Zwolle, you will get your food cheaper and faster.. Ordered at 6:15 PM, 7:40 PM with my food...

In het verleden regelmatig besteld en de pizza's zijn rijk belegd. Tijd van bezorgen is echter nog altijd te lang, 1,5 uur wachten op 1 pizza is niet oké.

We moesten lang wachten (> 1,5 uur) maar de pizza’s waren fantastisch! Ik zou hier zeker weer bestellen, echt heerlijk!!

De beste in hattem en het vriendelijkste tent, helpen snel en het is altijd warm, bezorgen is vaak binnen het uur dat is bij andere tenten in hattem nooit het geval

Goede pizza's snel bezorgd door vriendelijke bezorger

Wij zaten op park Molencaten. Ik heb de bezorger bij de ingang opgewacht en hij heeft mij keurig naar ons huisje terug gebracht. Het eten was erg lekker. Goede shoarma, niet vet. Pizzabodems waren heerlijk krokant en luchtig. Ruime porties. Top!

Fantastische pizza's. Onze favoriet: quattro stagioni met extra pepers. Een ware smaakexplosie in je mond door mooie ingrediënten en prima bereiding door Vahdet en zijn crew. Ook shoarmagerechten zijn erg lekker. Bezorgen gaat altijd goed; een enkele keer moet je ietsje wachten. Toptent.
