Café Pierre in Centrum

You’d better not have lunch here, and I don't say that lightly. The quality is truly substandard. The flamkuchen was undercooked and had a strange flavor combination with the pickled lemon. The bread with kibbeling—the fish looks like it was double-fried and then reheated in the steamer. No, definitely not recommended.

Bad lunch. Only 1 sandwich on the menu. 2 thick chunks of dry bread with a few slices of aged cheese for 9 euros. Way too expensive and not tasty. Impossible to cut. Ate a few pieces with my fingers. Left most of it behind.

Good menu, though quite vegetarian. Taste fine.

Nice place to grab a bite to eat and a drink during a museum visit. The selection is good. The acoustics inside are a bit noisy, and the service is a little slow; you have to ask for attention. A system where you order at the counter seems more efficient to me.

I drank lemonade (€5) with pear, cardamom, and rose... it tasted like nothing: it only contained some loose cranberries, a piece of cinnamon stick, and a strand of ginger. I felt ripped off. I briefly discussed this with a staff member, but nothing further was done. Otherwise, a good place!

Friendly staff, beautiful location, nice atmosphere. The menu changes. The last time (past weekend) I found the selection disappointing, especially if you don't want to eat vegan cheese or mushrooms. The espresso was nowhere to be found in the pumpkin spice latte; it tasted like warm milk with some cinnamon powder. And the cheese sandwich was nothing more than that; it shouldn't cost 8.75 in my opinion. It is located in the museum building, which makes it a convenient place to have a drink while visiting the museum.

Sat outside, unnoticed. Left after 15 minutes without having eaten what I really wanted after visiting the museum. Shame on you, staff!

Fantastic food. Very well prepared and a super original menu. The service was also super friendly.

The apple pie and apricot flan were unfortunately not very good. I think the ingredients are adapted to the seniors who visit the museum. Otherwise, the service was excellent, and the location is also very beautiful.

What a beautiful place! We were looking forward to having something to eat and drink here but were actually quite disappointed. The service was very nice and fast, but the cheese sandwich for €9.50 was downright meager. Nice to work with local, good bakers in such a place! and I wish the service staff a good coffee training, because you can froth (oat) milk so much more beautifully and sweetly with a few small tips! Menu has many special and unique options expensive dishes, the satay we wanted and that was on the menu was not in stock. A normal, simple snack is not on the menu. Fine if you like special, special things, but not for me.

A disappointment. Catering facilities inadequate to serve the museum. No staff taking charge to assign tables to guests who have been waiting for a long time. Very messy. Can easily add many more tables. But alas. So we finally left and had a drink and something to eat in the city center of Arnhem.

I heartily recommend their bitterballen. Some of the best I've ever tasted.

Delicious food, great service and above all a beautiful place.

A lunch cafe with mainly vegetarian dishes. Have a wide choice of different dishes. There is a nice relaxed atmosphere. There is more than enough space between the tables. Service is friendly and fast despite the crowds.

Ambience is nice. The pita bread with mushrooms is delicious. The white organic Verdejo wine has a floral bouquet.
