The product arrived, I left it on the floor in front of the door and it was ice cold. When I arrived, I said that I wanted to return the product. He had an attitude that it was none of my business, whether you eat it or throw it away. He was swearing while leaving. It is extremely cheap and simple. I will never choose it again.

A very disappointing experience Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with this service. I had to wait over an hour for a simple order of fries and hot wings. While waiting, I tried calling several times (no fewer than nine times), but no one answered. To date, I have received no response. This is, in my opinion, very unprofessional and unfriendly to customers. I absolutely do not recommend this business.

The food is decent, but if you're not a familiar face, don't expect any service! If you know someone, the tables are cleared while you sit next to them and just watch; you're simply ignored. I won't be going back again.

I ordered a chicken wrap, the chicken in the wrap was almost raw. I clearly stated that I did not want tomato, but I did get fries, which were cold, and the order arrived 20 minutes later. I will never order again. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!!!!!

Too bad my fries were cold and the chicken was lukewarm! I wanted to solve it but after calling 6 times I thought I'd better go here! So eat there and don't have it delivered

If you don't expect miracles, you can easily grab a burger here. Sometimes it takes a while to finish.

Ordered three piece chicken two of them were completely raw outside was burned inside was so cold. If it does, any colder, it would be live and running around. I showed him the chicken and asked him is this how it supposed to be the guys there said no, not even an apology.

Same thing again! I understand that once You may not get exactly what You ordered. But it repeats again and again! And it is not small money. Sorry never again.

Worst chicken burger I've ever had.

I ordered a chicken wrap, but when I got it, it completely fell apart. The lettuce and other ingredients fell out of the wrap.

Ordered 4 chicken wraps clearly indicated without tomato due to allergy. Unfortunately it was over, I had contact, the person on the phone indicated that they were bringing 4 new wraps. Waited all evening, nothing came of it, unfortunately. Ordered here often, unfortunately less quality lately.

Ordered via home delivery, the fries from the menu were missing, called 3 times but no answer. This really could be better.

Paid 9 euros for ice cream and ended up getting the wrong one, because I had opened the ice cream and only then saw that it was the wrong one, they didn't want to do anything for me after I called them about it. Too bad about this!

-Food is tasty if you know what to choose. -“menu deal” is not recommended because the fries are not particularly salty, just buy a burger with a separate drink. -Milkshakes and Frappuccinos are G.O.A.T.

I came to get fries with my assistance dog. I was constantly being glared at by the man behind the counter. They clearly thought it was more important to chat than to take my order, it took fifteen minutes until it was my turn, even though there was only 1 person in front of me. I asked for large fries, I didn't get them, they were very few. Had to wait another 20 minutes for my order to be ready. Very disappointing.

the atmosphere is so bad, felt like a different world, food is not cheap, had to wait to take the food, food is not hot / spicy, but we wanted it to be hot / spicy, why? but it was very salty, extreme salty!! not really recommend this place

The food here is disgusting, the fries are overcooked and so greasy that you can see them through the paper bag, the chicken tastes old and is so dripping that you have soggy spots in 'the crispy jacket' the chicken nuggets from the ah are better, very honest, I feel this way here scammed

HBC is a restaurant where the staff is unfortunately very rude. It seemed like they forgot our food and when we asked about it we got a rude answer. We had to wait a while to order and also for the food itself. All in all not a pleasant experience.

I like coming here. I recommended it to my sister and niece and they were also very satisfied. All the food is tasty but I would like an extra hot option for fried chicken 🍗

Good eating place with a lot of variety. Tenders and beef burgers are highly recommended. Twister fries are delicious. Both positive experience with delivery and eating on location. Nice staff. In short, a great place 💯

The employees work without gloves and there was also hair in my burger and there were also mice and mouse poop, the food was also very cold and I had to wait 2 hours for my food.

Tried chicken wings today from presikhaaf HBC perfect yummy taste hot serving and fully satisfying taste for all who are searching for halal food as replacement of KFC must visit and try... This place is underrated by people... Fully recommended 👍

Order something to eat an hour before they close. Half an hour later I called again for confirmation and yes it would arrive. Another hour later I received nothing and could no longer be reached in any way. Really well done guys….

I gave two stars because the food came on time. I ordered the Classic Chicken Burger, but it was tasteless and very small, really minimal. Moreover, the chicken seemed old. The fries were also noticeably small for the price of 3.15. Unfortunately, the hot wings I ordered were also not tasty. This was my first and last time ordering something here.

Lekker op je gemak zitten en genieten

Medewerkers zitten constant op hun telefoon (aan de balie) vrienden van het personeel breken zowat de tent af en er word maar om gelachen. Personeel ziet er niet netjes uit, petjes schuin op, gaan niet echt respect vol met elkaar om en het zag er niet schoon uit. Ik ga in ieder geval niet meer terug… erg jammer terwijl het op andere plaatsen in Nederland een leuke plek is.

Lekker gegeten. Vooral de rostiburger is een aanrader! Vriendelijk personeel en leuk sfeertje.

Bezorgtijd werd niet goed aangegeven. Echter binnen 30 min bezorgd, warm en lekkere burgers. Bezorgster met hoofddoek ook aardige dame

Wel prima, mag wel iets meer kip(smaak) in plaats van kruidig, dik korstje. Mijn bestelling was hotwings. En misschien bakjes mayonaise/ketchup er bij leveren als keuze optie (bij bezorging) Misschien is daar wat in te verbeteren.

HBC presikhaaf een van de beste tot nu toe zeg het eerlijk als jullie KFC overnemen ben ik helemaal blij jullie kip is zo geweldig mooi wit van binnen structueel kwa kruiden perfect en goed krokant van mij krijgen jullie 20+ 🥰💯

Tenders goed gekruid en lekker, nuggets prima. Ik heb hier wel lang moeten wachten op mijn bestelling en geen servetjes mee gekregen. Voor de rest is alles prima, schoon. Midden in de winkelcentrum te vinden.

Friet was koud, burger was koud, tafels vies. Personeel wel vriendelijk.

Taste is super delicious.. but you have to wait for long time after ordering some menu..
