They didn't answer the phone. They made us wait fifteen minutes and they just didn't answer, and when we went by it wasn't even that busy. We were just completely ignored. 😡

We order here quite often. Always good sushi, friendly delivery person.

My daughter just stood inside for 10 minutes because she wanted to order a bobba tea and she was completely ignored even though all three of them saw her standing there. I find this really outrageous, sorry.

We ordered 20 pieces of chicken yesterday. They only delivered 10 pieces. But they charged us for 20. I don't know what the cooks were doing. They didn't check when they picked up the order. We trusted this place. We are extremely dissatisfied with this service. I don't recommend this place.

Great sushi for reasonable pricing. Not the best interior but if you order or take away that won’t be an issue you face. WARNING: coffee Boba is extraordinarily bitter.

The sushi itself was actually quite tasty, but I got full really quickly, which doesn't normally happen to me. I went to the toilet; it was really filthy. There were drops of urine on the inside and outside, there was a toilet plunger with shit literally stuck to it, and there was toilet paper all over the floor. Then the man at the cash register: he didn't ask if we wanted to take it away or eat it there, so he brought it in a bag to take away. When I told him I wanted to take it away, he said he didn't know and looked at me very strangely/unfriendly.

They changed my order. I ordered a sake teriyake hot bowl and poke salmon. They changed it to a shrimp yaki bowl and poke ebi fry. Without even saying a word. What if I had a shellfish allergy?

The sushi was delicious and delivered quickly. Definitely recommended!

I ordered a "crispy" ebi roll here. The shrimp was ice cold inside and looked like it hadn't even been fried. I didn't eat it anyway. Bad experience.

The sushi was good, but we also had the Taiwanese bubble tea, and it was absolutely undrinkable. The tapioca had no flavor, and it was just water with ice. Almost no milk. There was also no sugar. I find this unacceptable for 7 euros. I ultimately had to flavor it myself with extra tea milk and sugar, because it was truly undrinkable. Something should be done about this, because the bubble tea used to be delicious. A waste of my money.

I tried sushi for €3, and it was surprisingly good, but not enough sauce and the fish was a bit bland. There's very little space inside to sit with friends, and it's not very hygienic.

I was visiting friends who had ordered sushi from here. What arrived was disappointing. The fish didn't seem fresh, and the fried food had a pungent smell and taste of oil that hadn't been changed in time. Everyone had the same experience, so one of us decided to call to complain. That ended in an extremely unpleasant conversation, just plain rude.

Ordered through Thuisbezorgd. When we called for a refund, they didn't believe our reasons for not wanting to eat the sushi, and they refused to give us one, even though we hadn't even eaten a quarter of our order because it was so disgusting. The person on the phone was completely uncooperative and rude. The whole situation was incredibly stressful. If you order from here, I hope it's delicious, because if you call to give your opinion, you won't be believed, and you'll easily waste half an hour on the phone without getting a refund.

When we complain, we're called a liar. Unfortunately, the sushi was of such poor quality that we left it. This almost never happens to us, so we called. They refused to acknowledge anything was wrong, kept asking the same questions, and didn't seem to believe our answers because "no one else complained." We had a 20-minute phone conversation where we went in circles. His conclusion was: "I don't believe there's anything wrong with the food, so you can go to hell." It was a very stressful experience, and they didn't offer a refund or any other solution (new food). They even offered to return the sushi, but they refused. I'm truly amazed that you can treat your customers this way. I understand it's busy New Year's Eve, and we really don't want to be rude. But unfortunately, this is the most unpleasant experience we had with Monster Sushi Arnhem.

I really don't understand the bad reviews. I've been ordering regularly for a long time. Good sushi, super fast delivery, and comparatively cheaper than SushiPoint. Highly recommended!

I recently picked up a takeout order here, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. While ordering, I was treated rudely by an older Asian man who was helping me. He repeatedly walked away in the middle of my order, barely listening, and therefore misread my order. When I pointed this out to him, he reacted extremely rudely. This made me feel very uncomfortable and completely unwelcome. This is not how you should be treated as a customer. It's a real shame, because I had higher expectations for both my order and the service. I hope something will be done about this, because customer service should be a foundation.

What a terrible place! We just got spoiled soy sauce. It also had a really foul smell. We'll never order from here again.

Ive been buying sushi and bubble tea for my family since 2 years ago and have never for once had any single bad experience. Sushi has always been freshly made and we have never received cold food before. The man who always takes our order is an elderly Asian man who is very friendly and kind. Ive not experienced any unpleasant service so far as mentioned in some of the other reviews.

The table for dine in are limited, mostly people take away or delivery mode

Went to pick it up for the third time yesterday. Both times helped by an older Asian man. This man is so incredibly unfriendly and short. Just can't speak to you in a nice way. It just made us sick. The other guests had the same experience. Monster Sushi I advise you to speak to this man about his behavior because this is really not possible.

Delicious sushi! Never had anything to complain about. I usually order from this restaurant and they promise to be there within the hour, but sometimes they bring all my sushi within 20 minutes! With my hungry stomach I am extremely grateful for this. The atmosphere in the restaurant itself can sometimes be a little less, but we all know that this is a place that focuses on takeaway and delivery. I always have the mango bubble tea and it is always delicious!

We came to the restaurant to order a set. Our order was ready in 10 minutes. It was nice decorated and very-very fresh. I was surprised when found bad reviews here on Google. The food here can’t be not fresh because they had many-many orders, we saw them. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The Sushi tasted like it just came out of the freezer. Truly the most tasteless sushi I have ever eaten. It was weak, damp and really very cold. This too was a sign that the sushi is NOT fresh in every aspect. Save yourself stomach upset avoid this "restaurant"

just picked up a box of sushi take off the tape, open the box and see all kinds of creatures crawling over my shusi, I caught 4 from the sauce. We order regularly but this is not okay. Just been on hold on the phone for over 6 minutes. I'm suddenly not hungry anymore, which is a shame. If you, as a professional kitchen, suffer from fruit flies, there is something you can do about it.

It was disappointing. Nice boy came to deliver food and didn't know how quickly he had to leave. I now understand why. The box of sushi is a mess. It looks like it fell somewhere during the process. The taste of the food was particularly uninteresting. No more monster Sushi for us.

I always order here because I like the bubble tea so much.. before I always had nice bubble tea.. last time I ordered one and it was bitter.. Well, it can happen once in a while. Now I have ordered 2 more bubble teas and they are bitter again.. I think they put too little syrup in the tea, it is really undrinkable so bitter.. I think the worst thing is that it is so expensive and I get just a “sorry, I would pass it on for next time” Well, I won't order from here anymore.

To which I said: that I have eaten here before and that indeed they had... he started using an even higher, more aggressive tone and shouted us out of the restaurant. Voor 4 personen sushi besteld. Het was snel klaar. Nette service. De helft van de sushi was prima en lekker. De sushi met zalm was niet lekker. De zalm smaakte ranzig. Binnen een half uur na het eten van deze zalm sushi moesten 2 mensen meerdere malen overgeven.

Zo lekker! Erg verse sushi vooral de zalm sushis zijn echt enorm lekker.

Vriendelijk personeel en goed te doen maar best aan de prijs voor sommige gerechten/sushi. Schoonmaak van o.a buitenkant blender en de rest achter de balie bij de bubbletea laat echt te wensen over.Dit kan zeker verbeterd worden. Vooral heel druk met bezorgen en de schoonmaak wordt dan ook niet gezien als je nooit in de winkel komt.

Een veggie box gehad. Was lekkere sushi. en de bezorger was vriendelijk. Ik herken de slechte recensies niet echt. Dit was de eerste keer dat ik hier besteld heb en zou het zeker vaker doen.

Top product zeer goede smaak en perfect personeel

Ik ben een vaste klant bij Monster Sushi en normaal altijd goed eten maar de laatste paar maanden zijn Monster Sushi een stuk achteruit gegaan.Ik bestel normaal altijd vaste gerechten als een goed gevulde poke bowl zalm/tonijn (waar voor je geld), monster zalm roll, ebi fry, en een kokosmelk bubble tea. Een paar manden geleden poke bowl zalm tonijn besteld en de tuna was niet goed meer plus ik had een half gevulde poke bowl wat normaal vol is. Ik moest de poke bowl weggooien en met de gedachten oh kan wellis gebeuren. Gelukkig niet ziek geworden maar ik las wel dat meerdere is wel ziek geworden. De volgende keer heb ik weer zalm en tonijn poke bowl besteld en bijna 12 euro betaald en geen zalm met mijn tonijn en ook weer een halve bak. Later nog een keer besteld en weer is het tonijn bedorven en weer weggegooid maar wel een volle poke bowl. Nu heb ik vanavond alleen ebi fry besteld met een Strawberry Kokos Latte en geen sago parels wat ook erbij hoort alleen jelly stukjes maar jij betaald wel voor voor de producten dat je mist. Ik ben teleurgesteld omdat ik bestel best wel vaak daar omdat in het begin was het lekker. Nu zoals met alle nieuwe bedrijven eerste jaar is kwaliteit en dan zakt het af. Wel jammer maar ik zie alleen heel jonge werknemers dat zit niet op te letten de kwaliteit en als het zo doorgaat kan Monster Sushi de deuren sluiten wat heel jammer zou zijn. Het kan beter

I just had a mixed sashimi and grilled salmon dish in Monster sushi. - Staff: 10/10 friendly and nice, fast-action; perhaps it is because they do delivery more then dine-in so they need to keep the speed to serve lots of orders - Food: salmon is just so fatty and delishhhh, tuna is also ok. A good combination to neutralise the fat of salmon. The grilled salmon portion is enough and tasty as well - Decor: this is for the missing star, it does not have the authentic vibe of a Japanese restaurant. In general, it's a good experience

Kwalitatief goede sushi, goed op smaak, prijstechnisch niet de goedkoopste maar zeer zeker niet de duurste. Enig nadeel was het lange wachten op de bestelling . Maar het was dan ook zaterdagavond rondom etenstijd. Dus de wachttijd is te verklaren.

Vandaag voor het eerst bij Monster besteld. Ze hebben alle verwachtingen overtroffen. Ik had iets besteld wat niet kon in combinatie met een door mij geplaatste opmerking. Hier ben ik netjes over gebeld. Helaas bleek de order alsnog niet helemaal goed. Ook dit is heel netjes hersteld. De sushi was heerlijk. Wij hebben genoten en Monster heeft er een vaste klant bij!

Nouja. Nieuw in Arnhem. Super crunchy en kleurrijke sushi. Vanaf 13 uur open. Japanse keuken. Net iets beter...

Prima sushi. Vooral vers. Vlotte en correcte bediening.
