I recently picked up a takeout order here, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. While ordering, I was treated rudely by an older Asian man who was helping me. He repeatedly walked away in the middle of my order, barely listening, and therefore misread my order. When I pointed this out to him, he reacted extremely rudely. This made me feel very uncomfortable and completely unwelcome. This is not how you should be treated as a customer. It's a real shame, because I had higher expectations for both my order and the service. I hope something will be done about this, because customer service should be a foundation.

Ive been buying sushi and bubble tea for my family since 2 years ago and have never for once had any single bad experience. Sushi has always been freshly made and we have never received cold food before. The man who always takes our order is an elderly Asian man who is very friendly and kind. Ive not experienced any unpleasant service so far as mentioned in some of the other reviews.

Went to pick it up for the third time yesterday. Both times helped by an older Asian man. This man is so incredibly unfriendly and short. Just can't speak to you in a nice way. It just made us sick. The other guests had the same experience. Monster Sushi I advise you to speak to this man about his behavior because this is really not possible.

Delicious sushi! Never had anything to complain about. I usually order from this restaurant and they promise to be there within the hour, but sometimes they bring all my sushi within 20 minutes! With my hungry stomach I am extremely grateful for this. The atmosphere in the restaurant itself can sometimes be a little less, but we all know that this is a place that focuses on takeaway and delivery. I always have the mango bubble tea and it is always delicious!

Just been on hold on the phone for over 6 minutes. I'm suddenly not hungry anymore, which is a shame. It was disappointing. Nice boy came to deliver food and didn't know how quickly he had to leave. I now understand why. The box of sushi is a mess. It looks like it fell somewhere during the process. The taste of the food was particularly uninteresting. No more monster Sushi for us.

I always order here because I like the bubble tea so much.. before I always had nice bubble tea.. last time I ordered one and it was bitter.. Well, it can happen once in a while. Now I have ordered 2 more bubble teas and they are bitter again.. I think they put too little syrup in the tea, it is really undrinkable so bitter.. I think the worst thing is that it is so expensive and I get just a “sorry, I would pass it on for next time” Well, I won't order from here anymore.

Voor 4 personen sushi besteld. Het was snel klaar. Nette service. De helft van de sushi was prima en lekker. De sushi met zalm was niet lekker. De zalm smaakte ranzig. Binnen een half uur na het eten van deze zalm sushi moesten 2 mensen meerdere malen overgeven.

Vriendelijk personeel en goed te doen maar best aan de prijs voor sommige gerechten/sushi. Schoonmaak van o.a buitenkant blender en de rest achter de balie bij de bubbletea laat echt te wensen over.Dit kan zeker verbeterd worden. Vooral heel druk met bezorgen en de schoonmaak wordt dan ook niet gezien als je nooit in de winkel komt.

Ik ben een vaste klant bij Monster Sushi en normaal altijd goed eten maar de laatste paar maanden zijn Monster Sushi een stuk achteruit gegaan.Ik bestel normaal altijd vaste gerechten als een goed gevulde poke bowl zalm/tonijn (waar voor je geld), monster zalm roll, ebi fry, en een kokosmelk bubble tea. Een paar manden geleden poke bowl zalm tonijn besteld en de tuna was niet goed meer plus ik had een half gevulde poke bowl wat normaal vol is. Ik moest de poke bowl weggooien en met de gedachten oh kan wellis gebeuren. Gelukkig niet ziek geworden maar ik las wel dat meerdere is wel ziek geworden. De volgende keer heb ik weer zalm en tonijn poke bowl besteld en bijna 12 euro betaald en geen zalm met mijn tonijn en ook weer een halve bak. Later nog een keer besteld en weer is het tonijn bedorven en weer weggegooid maar wel een volle poke bowl. Nu heb ik vanavond alleen ebi fry besteld met een Strawberry Kokos Latte en geen sago parels wat ook erbij hoort alleen jelly stukjes maar jij betaald wel voor voor de producten dat je mist. Ik ben teleurgesteld omdat ik bestel best wel vaak daar omdat in het begin was het lekker. Nu zoals met alle nieuwe bedrijven eerste jaar is kwaliteit en dan zakt het af. Wel jammer maar ik zie alleen heel jonge werknemers dat zit niet op te letten de kwaliteit en als het zo doorgaat kan Monster Sushi de deuren sluiten wat heel jammer zou zijn. Het kan beter

I just had a mixed sashimi and grilled salmon dish in Monster sushi. - Staff: 10/10 friendly and nice, fast-action; perhaps it is because they do delivery more then dine-in so they need to keep the speed to serve lots of orders - Food: salmon is just so fatty and delishhhh, tuna is also ok. A good combination to neutralise the fat of salmon. The grilled salmon portion is enough and tasty as well - Decor: this is for the missing star, it does not have the authentic vibe of a Japanese restaurant. In general, it's a good experience

Recently we ordered a 4-course menu for 5 people via for over €150,=. The first thing we noticed was that we did not get a description of how to heat everything. In addition, we got a 'strip' of potato gratin or something like that, which did not have anything on it, but which was completely cold and therefore probably had to be heated up? And it was also not clear which dish it belonged to. We also missed the prawn crackers with the satay and the spring vegetables, which belonged with the pork tenderloin and the salmon. We did get a container of 'Beurre Blanc', which according to the menu on the website belonged to the sea bass, but we had not ordered sea bass. Finally, we had heated the main courses in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees, as described on the lid. Unfortunately, it turned out that when we were eating it, the salmon, the satay and the Villa burger were not cooked: see photos. After we had passed on our complaints to the restaurant, it seemed that we would be compensated very nicely. We would be allowed to place another order and everything would then be taken care of down to the last detail. Nice and very neat, we thought. But unfortunately: Only after passing on our new order, we were suddenly told that we still had to pay €12.50 per person when picking up the order. Strange course of events... This was really the last time for us that we ever ate at Villa Velperweg.
