Good quality really tasty and fast

Second time we come with our young kids and dog. Great tapas menu for EUR 36.50 of great quality having Dutch, Asian, and International choices. Menu is rich. Here are some images of what we had. (Had already some of my beef teriyaki)

I highly recommend this place. We had a delicious meal there with the family.

Food was great! Tapas style all you can eat for 39 euros for adults and 2 euros per year of child, really price worthy and lovely food! Marine style decorations, simple, classic and homey. Only point I would say is that it took us a while to understand the ordering system, maybe this could be improved but it was all in all wonderful and I would definitely recommend it as it was a nice change to the other restaurants around and not excessively expensive. Service was friendly and fast as well 👍

The food here is pretty good but the atmosphere and the way everything looks leaves much to be desired. Also my plate and cutlery were dirty.

The young lady who was serving didn't know much about it and didn't bother to walk around the table to serve the food. Everything across the table, between people. The atmosphere is more canteen-like than restaurant-worthy. And then 60 euros pp is actually quite expensive.

Very tasty food! The restaurant looks a bit old-fashioned, the all you can eat concept is not very hip in the execution (checking on an A4 sheet, laminated menu) but the restaurant always looks full. And I understand that, because I haven't eaten so well in a long time! Be careful with the chef! 😉

Ate here for the first time, we are from the area and had never heard of the restaurant, let alone eaten here After reading all the positive references we decided to eat anyway and opted for the tasty treat (unlimited food for 32.50) The arrival was very unpleasant. When we entered, we were not welcomed but had to wait and the staff looked at us sheepishly and eventually we spoke to a waitress. eventually a table (we had reserved) The waitress had no idea what beer they had and she had never heard of draft beer. we ordered the first dish fish fillet with sauce The result was very poor. The fish was chock full of bones. After returning it, we received the comment that it is not possible to serve the following fish fillet without bones. Very strange because the fillet is without bones The waitress also came to the table and crossed off a dish from the menu, it was gone ??? Then my wife ordered chicory, unfortunately it was also gone for the rest we just chose something that was of reasonable quality conclusion: this was the first and last time for us There are plenty of better and nicer restaurants in Medemblik where you can eat well for the same amount

Personally, I understand little (nothing) of the quite good reviews. The food is mediocre (to say the least) The atmosphere is mainly determined by a penetrating smell from the kitchen. People are friendly, but as far as I'm concerned no more than that. Recommended, No Not recommended, yes actually Walk a few steps and you'll find significantly better.

We had a wonderful Christmas brunch with 8 adults and 4 little ones on Christmas Day, "Smullerij uit de galley". We sat at a long table, great atmosphere, perfect service and excellent food. In one word, great and compliments to the kitchen and the waiting staff.

Delicious food in the concept of 6 x 2 dishes for 34 euros. Everything is top quality and looks very nice. The service is super friendly and alert, takes the time for you. Beautiful place with a view of the Pekelharinghaven. We sat outside on the terrace. We will definitely come back to taste other dishes.👍👍👍

Pancakes were just factory pancakes; beers were warm; food was cold most of the time, and all of it was mediocre; service was slow; chairs were uncomfortable; spicy chicken wasn't spicy in the slightest. It's was all around a very mediocre experience.

An absolutely recommended restaurant. Everything is just right. The food is simply fantastic and there is definitely something for everyone. The system with around 40 different tapas is brilliant. After 6 courses you are definitely full. The staff is also absolutely competent and leaves nothing to be desired. You can communicate easily with English and German. The ambience is also great and the bar is a real eye-catcher. Parking is also not an issue. No matter whether by car or camper. Table reservations can be easily made on the restaurant's homepage. I would like to thank the entire De Driemaster team for a great evening.

Delicious food and enjoyment with colleagues. Per round we ordered 2 dishes from the Smulllerij from the galley of De Driemaster.

Spontaneously had a snack. Upon arrival we were greeted kindly. Because we weren't very hungry, we did a starter tasting for 2. Very tasty and many different small snacks. Another surprise dessert to end and also very tasty. The donut and chocolate ball are not completely fresh, but the ice cream is certainly tasty, and with nice fresh fruit.

We had such a delicious meal on February 14.

Once again a very tasty meal, something for everyone, so highly recommended!! Friendly and fast service in a cozy atmosphere. Actually only two points of criticism that have nothing to do with the food: the sanitary facilities definitely need to be expanded (!) and arriving or departing guests regularly have to pass a hedge of smoking people on the stairs at the entrance. This also needs some attention in my opinion. Nevertheless, see you next time!

On Wednesday, November 29, we had a delicious meal with good friend Wil. We had tomato soup as a starter and hake fillet as a main course. All we can say is that it was delicious. Very pleasant meal in a very hospitable environment. Thank you to all employees of De Driemaster restaurant.

The dishes from the Smullerij from the Galley were delicious. We had a pleasant evening and were served friendly and quickly.

A very nice restaurant, but we were there at the wrong time, it was like a company party for Ah, so it was busy and then it took a while until the next course, but there have been more fantastic food and service.

In terms of review, this is a difficult one. We know the concept from various other restaurants and now know that they all turn out to be slightly better in terms of dishes. It is slightly more refined in the taste experience or in the presentation. The temperature of the dishes was also inconsistent and quickly lukewarm. Is it "bad" at the "Three Master"? No. Certainly not. I can imagine that many people absolutely love this restaurant. Especially considering the price. The location is of course good and the staff is extremely friendly, but sometimes a bit too fast in clearing the table. But it is certainly not due to friendliness. It is already a bit dated (in the extension) and it gets quite chilly these days when the terrace door to the outside is always opened when smokers have to go outside. We were just a bit unlucky on the trip? In summary, this is quite satisfactory, with some areas for improvement here and there. Genuine advice: Try to take the presentation to a slightly higher level. E.g. by using slightly more modern plates and bowls and paying more attention to the layout of the individual dishes without immediately increasing the price. Some prawn crackers or a piece of fresh fruit or herbs can quickly go a long way. Also keep a close eye on the temperature and everything will be fine here. Goodluck!

The food was super tasty and of high quality and home made. I always think it's very nice when you wait a while for the food, it means that it's freshly prepared and you can taste it. The lady from the service spoke great German and was very friendly and funny. In addition, the location with the view of the harbor and IJsselmeer is of course great. We enjoyed the stay very much. Thanks to the team. ...we made reservations again straight away.

Lekker eten. A la carte of soort tapas

Konden het restaurant nog niet. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Mooi uitzicht op de haven. Lekkere variatie tussen de tapas hapjes. Niet een te grote menukaart daarvan, maar maakt de keuze juist wat overzichtelijker . Dessert was super ,en zou je er zo meer van opkunnen! Wij komen zeker een keer terug.

Heel gezellig goed en veel eten en héél fijne bediening. Aanrader. Wij hebben de proeverij gedaan en het kon niet op.

Prachtige aankleding van het restaurant, vriendelijke service en de gerechten zijn erg lekker. Je hebt prachtig uitzicht over de haven.

Kann ich empfehlen. Zum Preis von 33€ kann man 6 Runden a zwei Tapas bestellen. Die Bestellungen werden rundenweise auf dem Zettel eingetragen und frisch zubereitet serviert. Die Tapas sind schmackhaft und großteils zu empfehlen. Der Service war einwandfrei, allerdings waren wir zu viert an einem Wochentag mit relativ wenigen Gästen dort. Man sitzt dort recht großzügig und die Raumakustik ist angenehm. Als Foto habe ich den Bestellzettel beigefügt.

Wij hebben er met 6 personen heerlijk gegeten. Maar goed dat we van te voren hebben gereserveerd, anders was er geen vrije tafel geweest. Bij aankomst buiten dachten we dat we een teleurstelling hadden gereserveerd. Niks bleek minder waar: eenmaal binnen was het een leuk restaurant met een heerlijke tapas formule en gezellige bediening! Zeker een aanrader!!

Wat een fantastisch restaurant is dit! Vanaf de buitenkant verwacht je helemaal niet dat er zo'n leuke en gezellige ambiance te verwachten is. Maar het is meer dan de moeite waard! Heerlijk gegeten en ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. We hebben een super leuke en smaakvolle avond gehad. Zeker de moeite waard om nog eens terug te keren!!

Heerlijk gegeten! In Medemblik is dit het restaurant met de meeste vegetarische opties op het menu. Het smaakt allemaal erg goed. Mijn persoonlijke favoriet; couscous salade. Ook het personeel is zeer vriendelijk.

We hebben een ontzettende leuke avond (met dank aan Isabella en Ingrid) gehad. En natuurlijk zeker ook dankzij de keuken! Alles was heerlijk. De tijd tussen de gerechten ook precies goed! Mijn schoonzus had de Driemaster uitgezocht omdat het precies in het midden lag van Monnickendam en Julianadorp. Was een goeie keus! Wat een treffer! Na een lange dag werken zoekende naar een restaurant in de buurt van Medemblik. Na het benaderen van 7 restaurant in de buurt van Medemblik waarvan de openings tijden van de keuken tot circa 22:00 waren konden wij rond de klok van 21:00 niet meer terecht. Tot aan de driemaster in Medemblik. Super vriendelijke bediening! Toevallig werden wij door Marcella geholpen zowel telefonisch als in het restaurant. Het was een aangename avond met Marcella. Het eten was echt amazing. Zijn wij erg door verast. Zeker een aanrader ook als de route even om is 😉
