I really enjoyed a delicious apple pie with homemade(?) whipped cream!

A beautiful place! Wonderful place to meet a friend for a lovely walk across the beautiful heathland and finish with a delicious lunch. Plenty of choices for everyone, even for people with allergies (like me). There's a lovely atmosphere, and the staff were very attentive.

The food is okay, but the service is often very poor and everything is so poorly organized. Waiting half an hour for coffee or being turned away from a half-empty restaurant. In such a busy and popular place, that's a bit incomprehensible.

We sat there for almost three hours, first coffee with a friend and then lunch as a couple. Everything was fine: a decent cappuccino, a lesser-than-stellar, lukewarm espresso, but delicious croquette bread! One point of concern: we were sitting at two different tables, constantly in a draft, which was quite unpleasant.

The waitress was busy serving drinks. A bit of a shame. Cutlery was left on the left; apparently, walking around the table was too much.

A delicious, well-prepared high tea, available by appointment. Delicious sandwiches, soup beforehand, bread rolls, and sweet treats. Compliments!

The restaurant was a bit messy. The pizza looked good but cooled down very quickly. The Irish coffee glass was only 3/4 full (??). The staff, very young, tried their best but clearly lacked experience. All in all, a bit disappointing.

Very cozy place. The staff was very nice, but they don’t have a physical English menu, and the QR code that would link to a English menu website was not working in any of the pages, just 404 errors. The food was okay, I ordered the sandwich with mushrooms and burger, the fries were great and so was the apple pie.

Plenty of choice, even for vegetarians. Delicious tomato soup. Good salad. Coffee, ginger tea, all excellent. Very friendly staff. Enjoyable lunch.

Had dinner here last night with friends, and it wasn't anything to write home about. The service wasn't great, and the meat was very dry. Not for us again!

Wonderful restaurant and wonderful setting

Drinking a cappuccino resulted in a trip to the emergency room due to a major mistake by the bar staff: we ordered two cappuccinos, but they were made with soy milk instead of regular milk. And I have a soy milk allergy. The cappuccinos tasted different than usual, and when I experienced an allergic reaction within minutes, we reported it immediately. The staff didn't acknowledge the mistake, didn't apologize, and didn't refund us. It turned out well, but we were very shocked. To err is human, but the subsequent response was very disappointing. We'll now drink our cappuccino elsewhere.

The experience quickly started going downhill after the waitress started ignoring us. After not being served water after repeated requests, we got it ourselves from the bar. Then after waiting for around half an hour after meals we went again to the bar to see if we can get any desserts. After about half an hour more, we were served our desserts and got the hell out. Moreover, throughout the evening the waitresses were chatting up two men at the next table in very loud voices with incessant laughing which was nothing short of a nuisance. The entire experience totally spoilt our evening. Food was nice so what a pity.

The most delicious apple pie I've ever eaten!

It's just that I can't give 0 stars, otherwise I would have. Walk in, beckoned and ignored for 20 minutes, struggle to get a menu, only to be told 30 minutes later that "we're no longer taking orders because we can't handle it." On a Sunday afternoon in October at 2:00 PM with a half-empty patio. Bizarre.

A very mediocre experience. Service was exceptionally slow, and we had to wait a very long time to place our order. The hot chocolate that followed was brought to the table without being served and was cold. Unfortunately, paying took forever after that. The staff didn't even bother to look around. We won't be back.

Date: 19/10/2025 Although the food and ambience are great, the service was a complete disappointment. From the moment we arrived around 8:00 p.m. until about 9:30 p.m., two waitresses spent most of their time chatting with two men instead of attending to customers. We had to ask twice just to get water — which never came — and eventually went to the bar counter ourselves to get it. When we wanted to order dessert after dinner, the waitress couldn’t be bothered to even ask if we wanted anything. We had to go to the bar counter again to request a dessert menu, and only then did she bring it. After placing our order, we waited over 20 minutes for the dessert, and when we followed up, she gave the excuse that it was “still in the oven.” Very poor service and a disappointing experience overall. This was our fourth or fifth visit here, but unfortunately, it’s going to be our last.

The reservation hadn't gone through. Luckily, a table was available. The staff wasn't great. Drinks were brought to the table on a tray and not handed over. We had to wait a very long time for everything, especially the drinks. The lunch dishes were very basic and expensive. It's a shame, because the location is great.

Lovely spot overlooking the beautiful heath! Friendly service, but the decaf was really undrinkable. The food was okay, although the quiche on the drinks platter wasn't a quiche at all, but a soggy, thick omelette. That could be much better!

A cozy and atmospheric restaurant with friendly staff. We only had coffee and apple pie. The coffee was delicious. And the apple pie was divine! Truly deliciously fresh and pure.

Prachtige locatie, jammer dat zowel het eten als de bediening onder de maat zijn. De Cesar salade was meer een iets te grote side-salad, de frieten lauw en slap. Het viel niet mee om de aandacht van het bedienend personeel te trekken en het duurde bijna een uur voordat we het bestelde kaasplateau ( zeer magertjes met ook weer wat slap brood erbij) ontvingen. Het werd geserveerd zonder bestek of servetten... De zalm was ok, maar erg saai opgediend. Advies: bestel de houtoven pizza, dat lijkt meer waar voor je geld. En vraag of die ook zonder mayonaise(?!?) kan.

A lovely and cozy place. Idyllic location in a beautiful nature reserve where you can enjoy lovely walks across the heath or through the woods. Dogs are welcome on the terrace. Friendly service. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the food; we just had a snack. Can't fault that 😉 A great place to visit if you're in the area. I wouldn't make a detour if you're not in the area.

It was delicious! The only downside is that they only have a lot of homemade products. And then you can't have a Coke, for example. The Orange Booster, on the other hand, was highly recommended!

Beautiful location! Service is very slow. You're losing money. 😉 Great place for a walk. The terrace on site fills up quickly. We usually sit in the booths. Sometimes it's self-service, sometimes a QR code. It's not always clear. I would always offer the QR code and also open the bar when it's busy. I recommend a manager with clear rules and boundaries for the team. Going the extra mile from the team is a real win-win here.

Open until 11 PM, but you can't order anything after 9:30 PM. A suggestion to adjust the opening hours so someone doesn't leave on an empty stomach. Disappointing.

Unfortunately, the service was poor. Upon arrival, a young man behind a laptop told us we could choose a spot. He didn't follow us. There was a lot of spillage when putting down our drinks. After an apology, nothing was done, and the place didn't clean. A friendly young man came to take our bill even though we hadn't received anything yet. At the end of the evening, the same man cleared the patio even though there were still a few guests. They still have a lot to learn from service. The food itself was good and reasonably priced for the Gooi region, and the location is good.

The restaurant has a lovely terrace with a beautiful view, but it's busy, so reservations are essential if you want a good spot. I didn't enjoy the food myself. I had a grilled cheese sandwich, how simple can it be? It tasted awful. I think there was only one small slice of cheese on it, but luckily I had a little ketchup to wash it down. I also had freshly squeezed orange juice, which filled my glass just over halfway. Luckily, it was delicious. I could almost say I was in The Hague. My husband had an "uitsmijter" (fried sandwich), which was also delicious.

Incredibly poor service. Where to begin? I won't list everything. There were nine of us, and our food arrived too early, too late, too cold, or half-baked. We had to ask for everything, and even that didn't help. The staff rolled their eyes at a food intolerance. We asked for extra attention for our 88-year-old birthday girl, and in the end, she was the one who didn't even get dessert. We won't be back.

Well, my grandmother, with whom I often went to have a glass of cassis as a child at Table Mountain, always said: if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything. I only express the hope that one day a 'soul' will come back to this beautiful place.

Very bad service, slow service and disinterested staff. We celebrated our wedding here and everything went wrong. From forgotten orders to wrong dishes, nothing was done to correct mistakes. However, people mainly talked to each other and we and our guests were not taken seriously.

Wij hebben hier onze bruiloft gevierd. Alles wat mis kon gaan ging mis, ondanks duidelijk van te voren afgesproken wensen. Bestellingen kwamen onvolledig of helemaal niet, er werden verkeerde gerechten geserveerd en we hebben meerdere keren langer dan 20 min op onze drankjes moeten wachten. Dit hebben we ook verschillende keren aangegeven, er werd helaas niets aan gedaan. Het terras zat niet vol en binnen was 1 tafel bezet. Personeel zat binnen te kletsen. Bij afrekenen, toen serveerster vroeg of alles naar wens was en wij aangaven dat we heel erg teleurgesteld waren was de reactie: ok. Bizar onvriendelijk en ongeinteresseerd.

Fantastic place with friendly, hospitable staff. But all three salads are far below par for such a top location; (too) much raw lettuce, very sparsely provided with ingredients and hardly any dressing. Too bad, you will not want to come back that way.

A nice cafe in a special place, with good food

The place is great, but inside you don't notice much of that. Little atmosphere and view of the bar with the drinks of the staff. Toilets not fresh and in need of a makeover; holes in the wall, peeling paint and rusty radiators.

The food is inconsistent. The staff does not always have a good overview, which can make it take a very long time before you can order and/or pay.

Price-quality ratio very poor. Weak cappuccino, even after having sent one back. It seemed more like just coffee with milk. We have given this place several chances, but we will not be back. A shame, because the location by the heath is of course great.

Have a drink on the terrace after a nice walk. Staff greets us, but then no longer sees us. After 12 minutes I was finally able to order 2 drinks, which arrived after 16 minutes, after asking once. 28 minutes total since entry. How bad! I'm glad I didn't order a whole meal; how long would that have taken?

De Eendracht in Blaricum at Oude Naarderweg 2 is highly recommended for a wonderful culinary experience! The location exudes charm and coziness, with a beautiful interior that immediately gives a warm feeling. The staff are attentive, friendly and very professional, making you feel really welcome. The menu offers a wide range of dishes, all of high quality and prepared with care. Whether you come for an extensive meal or just a nice drink, De Eendracht always knows how to surprise. A place where you would like to come back again!

Ideal terrace directly on the heath.

This restaurant proves that location is all you need to be successful. Terrace is half closed while you are already ordering. The staff in this place simply does not have it in order. But we will continue to open new branches. Worthless

The service is inattentive and you have to wait fifteen minutes before the ladies have time for you, then you can wait another hour for a cold bouncer. I'm never going here again.

Came with a little child for a lunch and was kicked out by a rude hostess. ‘We don’t have a place and I don’t know when we can place you. You can wait outside… ‘ I will take it off from kids friendly places. There were 2 ladies sitting at 2 tables for 4. We could easily have one of the tables…

Lukewarm coffee and 1 male service slow and sloppy Hanging around doesn't do much.

Op een donderdagavond op pizza-avond pizza gegeten! Het jonge personeel was erg druk met het personeel wat net vrij was en nog aan een biertje zat. Voor de gasten hadden ze weinig tijd. Zo vergaten ze tot 2x toe onze bestelde drankjes. De prijs voor een glas water (zonder flesje) van €3,40 is absurd! Ook een glas Cola, geschonken uit een grote fles, €3,40. Het stokbrood op de kaart zijn een paar doormidden gesneden boterhammen die ze even in de oven verwarmden, het kuipje boter was zo hard dat het niet smeerbaar was. Tafels waren smoezelig net zoals de stoelen en vloer. Toen er twee bekenden van het restaurant plaats namen had het personeel alle oog voor hen en niet meer voor ons en andere gasten. Hier zien ze ons niet gauw snel weer terug, heel jammer….want de pizza’s waren erg goed!!
