You can get a nice meal here, and if you're lucky, the daily special is still available. The atmosphere is good, with pleasant music playing in the background. The staff is very efficient and flexible. Even though it is often busy, waiting at the bar is no hardship. It is a shame, though, that they never have a nice specialty on tap anymore... bring back a tasty Tripel sometime ❤️

A cozy but very busy eatery. If you want to converse and dine in peace, this is not the place for you. However, there is a nice atmosphere, the service is quick despite the crowds, and the food is very tasty!

Highly recommended, the standard is always good no matter when you visit or what you order. The daily special is great, but you do need to be on time. The terrace is lovely with good heaters, and it's impressive how the staff always knows, no matter how busy it is, when a table becomes available, what food you ordered, or anything similar. A golden spot with still very fair prices; it turns out it is possible.

Now that's what you call service. There were five of us eating here; it was busy, but we got a spot immediately. Drinks arrived incredibly quickly after ordering, just like the food. We were given a bread roll with spreads beforehand, which was very tasty. The club sandwich was delicious. I would definitely recommend this for a nice lunch or dinner.

The service was rushed and stressed, and they treated the customers accordingly. The schnitzel was tasteless, and the tournedos was so raw that it couldn't even be called medium or rare. Not worth repeating.

Cozy old Dutch style! A lovely place where there is plenty to see. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. Chances are we will be back here soon; highly recommended for anyone looking for a combination of coziness and quality.

We totally understand why it's packed here on Monday evenings 😁! We ate here for the first time last year during our holiday and cycled back today. We had such a delicious duck dish of the day. Also, super service and very attentive staff. The value for money is excellent. We will be back again next year.

It is just a real shame on an enclosed terrace that someone in the middle felt the need to smoke a huge cigar while people were eating. Incredibly rude, but that is my personal opinion. Otherwise, the food is fantastic and the service is friendly!

The meat was well cooked and flavorful, the tenderloin and satay. The fries were poorly fried and soggy, and the brown bread with the croquettes was worthless (white with speckles); every supermarket has better bread.

We ate here on Friday, April 17, 2026. You first get some pieces of delicious bread with spreads. A delicious onion soup to start, followed by the daily special. The eatery is located in the cozy center of Blaricum and has a pleasant atmosphere. The place is quite full. We had a drink on the terrace first and then went inside for a bite to eat. The service is quick and friendly. To finish, a coffee with a great cookie. The bill for two was very reasonable (turned it from €79.30 to €85). The daily special is very cheap considering the very good quality (€16.95). We will be back here.

There were eight of us at an oval table with a 'Persian' tablecloth. It was cozy like that. We had a choice of lunch and dinner dishes. Plenty of choice for something tasty!

I grew up around the corner, so I've been there often. The food is always good, and the atmosphere is great. A nice place to run into old acquaintances.

It had been a long time; we used to come here often, but I'd forgotten a bit. It was too messy at Het Bonte Paard, so I thought I'd drive on. What a fantastic place this has become, and what super motivated staff!!! Very good food and top-notch service, and yes, by everyone!!

The food is fine and the service too, until the music starts around 8:00 PM. The whole atmosphere changes and communicating normally becomes increasingly difficult. A real downer on the evening. After 10:00 PM, everyone has disappeared because the atmosphere is dominated by the music – truly disruptive and unsuitable for this beautiful location. You really get driven away by the music, and as a loyal visitor, I unfortunately have to look for an alternative for a bite to eat and a drink. A little background music is fine, but this is downright disruptive, unnecessary, and in my opinion bad for revenue because guests leave early.

Had a quick bite to eat here with my daughter. Always good and cozy. The place is packed with trinkets; there is plenty to see. The staff is friendly and very attentive. Large portions and good quality. Prices are more than reasonable. Had delicious satay, cooked perfectly. You can also sit comfortably on the outdoor terrace, and even when it's a bit colder... they have heaters. So I'd say it's very well seasoned! Went along with friends from the neighborhood; music-wise not my first choice (live folk music), but ended up having an amazing time. Friendly staff both behind the bar and at the door. Good atmosphere, lots of fun. The crowd ranges from 21-year-olds to over-50s, and drinks are poured generously. All in all, very nice.

Café Moeke Spijkstra in Blaricum is an absolute gem. It has a super cozy, homely vibe that makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. The bartender is always kind, attentive, and knowledgeable, which adds so much to the experience. We usually have to wait since we never reserve, but we honestly don’t mind it’s always worth it. The menu is simple, but every dish is delicious and made with care. A perfect spot for comfort, great food, and warm hospitality. Five stars!

I ordered the fish salad for €21.95, but unfortunately, it contained an avocado that was completely unripe and tasted rubbery. For that price, you'd expect all the ingredients to be good and fresh. When I asked for a ripe avocado, the waitress said she'd check with the kitchen, but unfortunately, nothing came back. I ended up leaving feeling disappointed. It's a shame, because the atmosphere is truly great!

My parents and I had a delicious lunch here on a slightly chilly but sunny Sunday. My mother's tuna and shrimp salad looked delicious, and she thoroughly enjoyed it. I had a wonderful pumpkin and sage soup (and perhaps some bacon bits, but I didn't see any). The soup was delicious! Outside, people in thick coats were enjoying their wine and the last rays of sunshine, and inside, it was wonderfully peaceful. The old-fashioned decor made me long for a glass of young jenever after dinner. I often go here with my mother for dinner!

Business service, nice sandwich, fair price, sweet wine €6.50 I found expensive, beer €3.50 and yes that is everywhere, but I find it too expensive. Furthermore a nice place to sit. There is little to no vegetarian food. A changing casserole is nice, but not very creative. You don't know in advance what you order.

See in Blaricum one does not have allot of choice when it comes to places to go out and eat or drink. This place is definitely the place to be and for a Friday afternoon to early evening I enjoyed my time. I give this place five stars 🖐️

Voedselvergiftiging opgelopen en een week ziek geweest. Waarschijnlijk salmonella. Als je mes, snijplank en handen niet goed wast na het snijden van kipblokjes kan zoiets gebeuren. Meldde dit bij mijn gymclub als reden voor afwezigheid. Reactie was herkenning van de slechte keuken, waaronder nog bevroren garnalen in een gerecht..... te kleine keuken, te weinig opgeleid personeel?

Moeke Spijkstra is al jaren een begrip in 't Gooi. Meestal is het er ook erg druk met veel dorpelingen, mensen uit de omgeving en uiteraard ook toeristen. De keuken varieert in de tijd van redelijk goed tot zoals zij zelf zeggen een 'café met eetallures'. Gisteren weer eens geweest op een maandagavond. Heel druk, erg gezellig, goede bediening en voor nu een uitstekende keuken. Prettig om zo'n oude dorpskroeg om de hoek te hebben.

We came here with friends without a reservation. On this busy Valentine's evening, the staff took all their time. Because of Valentine's Day, all ladies received a glass of champagne and a rose, which I thought was very thoughtful. Food is good, type Dutch menu. This is a good place for a quick but tasty bite.

We had dinner there tonight. What a nice, cozy atmosphere and what very pleasant people. The food from before to after was just a big 10. Excellent team Moeke! We'll be back!
