A very cozy bar with a local feel. They have a wide selection of drinks, so you won't be disappointed no matter what you choose. Bartender Tommy is unpretentious, friendly, and easy to talk to, and he uses his extensive knowledge of alcohol to recommend an exquisite selection of craft beers.

Great place, a lot of variety of beers but above all a good atmosphere and the waiter (photo attached) is the best. Friendly and in addition to making the time we spent there very pleasant, he recommended very cool places to go afterwards. We recommend trying the Salmary and Korenwijn 10/10.

I found this incredible establishment by proximity to the hotel I stayed at. If you're looking for the best neighborhood vibes and down to earth bartenders and patrons, there couldn't be a better place in the world. The craft beer selection is better than anywhere I've been in America. Their "Bolo" craft beer is phenomenal. The bartenders and staff are knowledgeable and professional, but also personal and the best place to find local knowledge, especially for an American experiencing their first time abroad. I wish I could write more, but stop by and see Tommy or Angelique and experience the local charm and knowledge they have.

This was a very nice surprise for a small break during our walk! Small place, but so cozy! The barman was super nice and treated us always very well even knowing we were not Dutch. It's a come back, for sure!

El ambiente es el más auténtico de Ámsterdam. El servicio fue perfecto. Tomé una cerveza encantadora.

Apparently I was lucky and they open these days already at 12 for lunch (not on Sun) 😃. Very friendly staff and the best "uitsmijter" I had in years (very tasty bread and nice garnishing) 🤩. Will come back for sure.

Muy mal atendidos por un chaval moreno que nos atendió súper mal y no nos quería servir por no saber inglés, que lastima que allá gente con tanta maldad, creo que su problema era que no le caen bien los españoles

Buenas tardes es tuvimos en este pub y cervecería , los tre dias de estancia en asterdan, los dos primeros dias atendiero bien pero el tercer dia ,un camarare chulito de piel morena ,vaciló nos echo como una rata callejera porque no sabias hablar inglés maleducado ,lo que no entiendo como los dueños tienen personas asi frente a un negocio,y de echo dejamos las cervezas llenas y malchamo ,pero asi se quedo detras de barra amargado ,por cierto de leje 5 centimos de propina.

Estuvimos 2 parejas visitando este lugar 3 dias y los 2 primeros nos atendieron estupendo, pero el tercer dia nos atendio un hombre moreno muy mal educado, que no entiendo como los dueños de este local tengan a una person asi arruinando su negocio, no nos queria servir una segunda ronda de bebidas por ser españoles y nos decia que hablaramos en ingles o no nos atendia y despues de un rato queriendo pedir bebidas tubimos que irnos indignados y cabrados con este incompetente y mala persona y se nota qie tenia mucho odio.

Muy mal trato, nos an echado literalmente del local por se españoles, un camarero moreno, le pedíamos de beber bebidas que tenía detrás de la barra y decía que si no sabíamos inglés no los ponía nada, no lo recomiendo para nada. Asta siempre amigo😘

Excellent pub ! Petit mais super barman et barmaid avec quelques choix de bieres sympathiques. Je conseille vivement pour une agreable soiree dans une ambiance tranquille et chaleureuse.

Uitgebreide selectie bier op tap en fles, leuke barman. De WK finale werd op en groot scherm uitgezonden met voldoende ruimte om te kijken, of juist niet :)

Leukste café van bos en lommer! Kom hier graag voor de sfeer en lekkere biertjes. Ook leuk om je verjaardag te vieren(heb ik vorig jaar gedaan).
