We drank some excellent beer at this small, cozy place behind the Red Light District. Thanks to Besho for his kindness and hospitality! :))

How to say it? The service is great, the lady has a nice smile... the guy just charged me for IPU and I ask the waiter is it IPA? Jojo says... hmm no it wasn't it was a normal weisbeer. And the toilets? You have to try that: close the door and don't turn around, please bring your own paper... you're a beer for 8.50 and the toilets are a disaster... here's a gambac for 37 cents and the toilets smell wonderful, I don't know what it is here... I have a photo just in case 😀

I had the bartender Besho. I have had an amazing time in Amsterdam and this is one of my favorite bars.

A great bar in the heart of the Red Light District! The cocktails are creatively mixed, delicious, and look really good. The value for money is absolutely spot on – you get quality at fair prices. I particularly liked the relaxed yet lively atmosphere: good music, a pleasant ambiance, and friendly service. Perfect for a lovely evening in Amsterdam. I'll definitely be back next time I visit Amsterdam!

The bartender Beshiu, I'm not sure I'm pronouncing it properly, but I think he knows who am I taking about... Service horrible, sarcastic and kinda unfriendly. Makind drinks very unsanitary. Asked for a glass of water and he made fun of me because of it multiple times and also when I was leaving... Sooo not the best experience ever...

Extremely bad experience: very common drinks but expensive. The waiter refused to split the bill.

If it was possible to put zero I'ld. The bartender was as nice as a door in jail. Too expensive for what it is. Don't stop there.

We entered almost by force because it was pouring rain and we loved it. Very cozy, the waitress very attentive and very good music...the staircase to the bathroom is not suitable for people with vertigo

This is the very best bar in Red Light District. Long history, awesome music. And... Maha, the best and more emphatetic bartender ever. She is the social cathalizer of the place, a light vibe from Syria. She made me the most versatile cockail (with no name yet), using gin, that I don't usualy drink. Try getting here in your way through Amsterdam. And enjoy the athmosphere 😎😜🍸🎶

Guinness was fresh and tasty. We didn’t notice the working hours, and walked in (we learned about the working hours just before writing this review) , the bar keeper was very polite and served us.

Cool en mooi. Mokum op zijn best! Gezellig en sfeer. In het bekendste hart van Mokum. Net als vroeger of voorheen. .ook in de tijd van Anneke....Zeedijk was toen nog not done...nu wel veilig! Anders...ga eens heen en proost!!

Sehr schöne Bar, leckere Getränke und eine gute Unterhaltung! Selbst um 2 Uhr nachts als Frauen nicht unwohl gefühlt und ein sehr schönes Gespräch mit dem wirklich nettem Barkeeper gehabt :)

Expensive but well worth it. Bartender Basil was talkative, friendly and had a great sense of humour. Beer was cold, crisp and delicious. Jaeger shots cold too. Basil's dinner arrived when we were there and he gave us a slice of the pizza upon enquiring what the topping was. If only it was za'atar!

Not a bad bar, but not great. Interesting sense of humour on the bartender. If I order a La Chouffe (strong beer) for my wife, don’t ask if she is pregnant....
