The Freeworld Experience in Burgwallen-Nieuwe Zijde

This bar is really something else. The vibes are on point and the hospitality is top-notch. Everyone working there was super friendly and welcoming—it really made the experience even better. You can tell they care about their guests. The drinks were solid, music was good, and the whole atmosphere just made me want to stay longer. I would definitely recommend this spot if you’re in the area, and for sure I’ll be coming back again. Real cozy place with good people.

i was a wrost experice of my life.. they got so high bills and service was awfull..

One of the worst experience i had . Because of new year’s night, they said shisha is only available if i’ll buy alcohol drinks . I can’t order soft drinks or i have to pay the price of soft drinks as alcohol. A normal juice i paid for 15€ and shisha price is 23€ but or new year’s night it was 35€ .

The freeworld experience is a Cozy place. You will not find moonrocks there...the prices fot herbs are pretty normal. The Full-Service is ok. Often full and no seatplaces

Used to be one of the best places to chill but now it’s just a bar. We have sat up the back for a good 10 years of visiting and now you have to sit where your told . You can only sit at the front so it looks busy and you must be in a group to sit at the back. Rules rules rules. As a paying customer I should be allowed to at least pick my seat. Sad to see it like this.

Great place great selection of weed also they make incredible space cake has a pool table and serves nice cold drinks , not alcohol. Very cosy and welcoming

Quiet, dim and low-key with generally cool staff. I remember back in 2007 where this spot was still an "internet café". On a recent visit a few years ago, I found prices to be reasonable enough but the selection didn't compare to many others. Still, worth a visit if you're nearby.

Nice place, great staff, but it no longer has the coffee that it had when it was still a coffeeshop.

First trip to the Dam in 2005, first stop...second trip to the Dam in 2006, again first stop...third trip to the Dam in 2007, well you get the picture...It is the best place to begin your Amsterdam experience...Awesome atmosphere, Awesome smoke, Awesome people...Its a tradition...Cheers!

I thought this place was amazing, Im travelling alone and it had such a good vibe with good beats. I would recommend this place to the solo traveler or to groups.
