Cafe TweeKeerBellen in Wijk 01 Nijmegen-Centrum

I don't know if this is normal for a club in Nijmegen, but if you go to the toilet here for more than 5 minutes, the staff will practically tear you away with banging on the toilet door and a lot of noise. . No excuses, just a warning that I "didn't have to come back again".

I don't have any problems entering with my Dutch friend or girlfriend, but when I try to enter alone, the same sentence "we want a student card", isn't that racism?

In the cafe next door I was groped by a young man. I was upset and went to the cafe next door (call twice), I told an employee (bald Dutch man wearing a black shirt) what had happened. I was quite upset, but he stopped the boy from coming back in. He walked with me when I walked away angry to calm me down, offer me a drink and a hug. Thank you very much :) 🩷 10+

Wednesday evening, February 21, 2024, my daughter's blue down jacket, brand H&M, and sweater/hoodie, brand Baby Milo, disappeared from my wardrobe! If anyone has found the hoodie (blue with a picture of a monkey and the text "Baby Milo"), this would be great! The jacket too, of course, but the hoodie has sentimental value to my daughter. Thank you very much!! If anyone accidentally took the hoodie, please return it to Thijs or his colleagues. Blue, hood, picture of a monkey/head with the text "Baby Milo" underneath. Taking stuff is not acceptable, but please return it.

Never toilet paper otherwise nice

Went with a group of five friends. And by the end of the evening 4/5 coats had been stolen.

Always fun at TKB, nice staff, nice music and always nice people. It can sometimes smell a bit musty when it is very warm, but after a few drinks you won't notice it anymore.

It was okay at first after party around 4 o'clock. Arrogant stinky bar woman said I smoked but didn't even smoke. I said sure because I'm a foreigner. The lady nodded and said yes, that's why. pauper tent, the whole floor was covered in beer. It smelled like a pigsty. Once and never again. Your catering servers suffer worthlessly. And lady from the bar. If you're reading this. Get the kanus sand head.

Good store. We as 2 Eindhoven 'outsiders' were openly received. When we left we had a quick chat with the bouncer in question and he indicated that he would let in anyone who was chill. Another 10 minutes or so with this great man! Delicious. Many pubs/cafés in Nijmegen can follow an example.

Super cozy tent. Very nice staff and audience. Sometimes work there as a security guard. Top tent 🥳🥳💪🏾👊🏾

Nicest student café in Nijmegen

Best atmosphere you're going to experience anywhere. Student's cafe. Cheap beer, regular discounts on shots/mix drinks. Packed on Thursday/Friday/Saturday from 00:00 till 06:00 and also fun on most week-days.

The music is sometimes mediocre but overall a nice cafe

In the times of Corona we have the time to write reviews, and TKB (because that's what they call this café) deserves a review. TweeKeerBellen, for those who don't know it, a Nijmegen concept of being in the city late. From student evenings with beer bingo, an evening with a DJ in the corner, or a late night party with the staff who happily work behind the bar. Meter Monday is highly recommended. Let's hope they can open again soon.

Too busy on thursdays, but aside from that perfect bar.

This is a fantastic place. About 80 aimless students who blast through meter after meter (11 small beers). It always smells quite bad too

If I could give 6 stars I would

The foundation of my student life is based on the crazy "beer bingo" in TKB. Every monday this act is played. The beer is afordable and the vibe is not all cocky and such. If you dare, try a shot called "gas kamer".
