In a word, WORTHLESS!! Absolutely no empathy, and they genuinely think they're above the customer!! Availability? Ugh, it's pathetic. Did you get your food on time?? Ugh, a good hour later than planned and no response! This is the first and last time we'll order from here.

Got two large fries here and weren't impressed. The fries tasted strongly of oil and had no potato flavor. Perhaps they don't change the oil often? The fries from the Family in Bisonspoor are definitely better!

Waited two hours for food to be delivered and it was cold. The hair salon had burnt meat black. Couldn't reach us by phone so no, this was the last time for us to have this problem. We ordered a pizza which arrived within 15 minutes and was hot and delicious.

I order here every now and then, nothing ever goes wrong. They are also very flexible if you order wrong yourself. They are the best.

What a bad thing. Very customer unfriendly. When you enter you are completely ignored, everyone is busy. After about 8 hours we said that we were not going to pick up anything but wanted to order something and eat it straight away. "Yes, we are busy, order at the cash register" was the answer. We had been there for 8 minutes. After another few minutes we could order. Just to say that it is quite special to be ignored in a store. The jerk's answer was: "Nah, too bad then." After 29! minus we finally got the 2 fries and the snacks. There was mayonnaise everywhere but fries sauce... Fries were decent.

Again completely ignored by the staff. Apparently they give priority to online orders because people waiting in the snack bar to order are completely ignored. Waiting for fifteen minutes before an order is even taken. I left. From now on, just order online.

Tent was disappointing, staff was not too friendly. Food could have been a lot better. Fries left in the fryer for too long. Frikadel had cracks, indicating that the fryer was too hot. This causes the taste to be lost.

3 persons, fries and snacks. Tastes differ: 2 found the fries too hard, 1 found it perfect. Snacks were good, but the meatball from the gravy was a bit too cold. Very friendly help!!! Neat neat bag. Always cleaning.

My Go-To cafeteria in Maarssen when I don't feel like or have time to cook. Or just fancy a fatty bite. They have a choice of snacks, burgers, several types of fries (normal, variety, Flemish). Tasty combos. Actually everything. Comments such as "no onions on the burger" are also always welcome. The food arrives well packaged and warm. And you can order directly from them, without the intervention of third parties.

We had a delicious meal. My husband wienerschnitsel, myself shawarma dish. Lots of deliciously fried fries. I couldn't eat it all. Delicious milkshake for dessert. Excellent service, this place is in good order.

Super deluxe snack bar (you can also eat there) with great service and teamwork. The gentlemen and ladies always surprise me with how smoothly everything runs. Top!!

It was not my intention to eat here at all. But!!! I needed a small lunch, and on Google maps, I came to Cafeteria De Lelie, upon entering I immediately noticed that everything was spotlessly clean. The products were perfect. And the host behind the counter seemed relaxed, well that's a plus for me. Just a special fries and a hamburger sandwich. With a coke and my wife too. I was very satisfied with these simple things. While they have the most beautiful menus there. Anyway it was just a quick bite for me. But I still recommend everyone to drop by. And have a nice snack or just eat an ice cream. Greetings and maybe we'll see each other again. Lex (Dordrecht)

Best snack bar in Maarssen! Lots of fries and the best snack for vegetarians. As a loyal customer, I have always eaten the delicious Bonita snack. Unfortunately we are moving tomorrow and our last order will be tonight. This week they were kind enough to sell my husband 8 frozen bonitas so that I don't have to miss them in the future. Thank you lily! , for all the tasty meals and the hospitality.

The food is fine, but we already have it It happened 3 times that we had to wait (almost) 2 hours for an order. Quite a long time for fries and a snack.

Classic Bacon & Cheese Burger: 6.95 Hamburger was one of those thin slices that you normally fish from the deep fryer. To my knowledge I didn't see any cheese, instead there was some kind of chemical cheese sauce on it. Furthermore, little lettuce, one pathetic slice of tomato and a handful of onions - raw, not even fried - to complete the sad creation. Rarely have I paid so much for such a disappointing burger at a cafeteria.

Bad snack bar. You can't place orders over the phone, you can call them but they won't make it. Bad service. Fries also taste less

The waiting times here are simply absurd, twice having to wait almost an hour. They only give priority to online orders, the rest can be sorted out apparently.

Our fries were very soggy and limp, we called to let them know and the response was that it was strange, I'll keep an eye on it... I don't think this is good service! Very sorry !

Ordered yesterday at 5.25 pm, arrived over an hour later. Fries cold, croquettes hot, satay lukewarm. Happened several times now. I am done. Don't order from them again.

Fries and snacks are fine! But the meat less so, especially the gyros! Ordered two portions of fries with gyros, but had to look for the meat and that for €8. For gyros next time go to Cafetaria Jan in Maarssen👍🏼

We were waiting for 5 minutes. Then a staff came to the counter and started replenishing snacks. I asked: "good evening, can I order something". He stayed quiet and continued to refill for the next 5 minutes. Then waited another 10 minutes and then we were helped. Our food was thrown down on the counter while it was delivered to white people. A very bad thing. All racist. Bad food. Never go there!!!!!!

Always feel like I'm unwelcome. The food always tastes good, which I almost think is a shame because otherwise I would have looked for a friendlier snack bar in the area.

Ordered from Lelie for the first time. Hamburger menu & a schnitzel menu. How good this food was. The hamburger and schnitzel were large, so we ate half of the fries that came with it. Also the delivery, as if they came flying. Received a text that it would take until 9:15 PM. Arrives at 8:40 PM, big compliments! Highly recommended!

Just received two fries, giros, no meat at all and the quality was extremely poor... a lot of fat and tendons. Compared to Cafeteria Jan in Maarssen, this is a ratio of a 10 for Cafeteria Jan and a -5 for De Lelie.

Recently ordered a hamburger menu, I live just around the corner and it took more than an hour before it could be delivered. Obviously the food had become quite weak. Taste was also very bad

Ordered on their site and received it more than an hour later. called several times. response that it was very busy, but that it would be there in 5 minutes. unfortunately the 5 minute promise was not kept twice. From now on, just give the family the chance.

Ordered via Thuisbezorgd.nl: Delivery time indication: 25 min After waiting more than 60 minutes, I called the snack bar. Got the answer that it is very busy. When I asked how long it could take, I was told it still needs to be baked. Truly styleless. After calling, the order was delivered within 10 minutes. So it is possible. Unfortunately the food was lukewarm but of reasonable quality. But I won't order from here again. Perhaps takeout is better, but I have no experience with this.

I have to say: Their regular fries are easily the best of all the snack bars/food stalls in the area and I suspect their oil is simply of better quality too. I guess they are not the standard cheap fries you get everywhere. I would definitely drive for it, highly recommended!
