We always love coming here for lunch... the food is truly delicious and it's always a pleasant atmosphere! The quality is truly top-notch! And the staff are all super friendly and welcoming... It's a real treat to have lunch or dinner here!

Five stars in almost every way, but smoking and eating/drinking don't mix. Ashtrays on the table are simply unacceptable. At least make some areas smoke-free.

Great snack bar, good quality, but a number of people there do not know the difference between a van dobben croquette and a satay croquette. Ordered a satay croquette for the third time in a row and received one from dobben. Nothing wrong with one of dobben, but it is always a disappointment. Will put it on the receipt next time.

Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from here again. Twice already, the hamburger was still raw. And today I ordered food. Fries were cold and the hamburger had a lot of sauce and just nothing tasty about it. It was good at first, but now for the 3rd time I regret ordering there.

Food is tasty and is somewhat focused on the snack department. You can sit there, but it can sometimes be full. In the summer you can also sit outside on the terrace. Burger arrived raw when I asked for well done, sent back and still arrived raw the 2nd time. Afterwards I was told that this was due to a dye in the burger. That doesn't exist. . Good service. Bad cook.

OK, deep down this is of course 'just a snack bar', but in the meantime it has become something more. Plenty of choice besides a traditional fries and nice seating area with service. Cheerful staff, good service, fast service. Nice and efficient too - never had anything wrong or missing at home.

Yesterday we ordered a menu. We had a bami dish which was tough and hard. Chicken had a hard crust. The top layer of stewed meat fries was also hard, the fries that came with it were over-fried and hard and way too many fries. Hair salon was not there, it came 20 minutes later. Almost no shawarma, way too many fries. No sauce and almost no lettuce. And 1 piece of tomato. Our food was also supposed to be there at 6:00 PM but didn't arrive until 6:30 PM. We ordered more often and it kept getting worse. We will never eat with Maarssen family again. Not recommended

Fries not cooked properly, received less than we ordered. Lukewarm food. This is a bit of a shame

Got food with a family bag of fries for 3 people. I understand that money has to be earned because of all the costs, but this was just one and a half portions instead of 3 people.

Arrived at 8.15 pm, food was excellent, service too. It was very annoying that vacuuming and cleaning started at 8:30 PM. When we spoke to the manager about this, we received a disinterested answer where he did not look at you, very customer unfriendly! The employee we paid with apologized.

Food is always great and tasty. However, your delivery and delivery time has become much longer than before in recent months. Normally we always had our food within 30-45 minutes. We have been waiting for our food for over 2.5 hours now and over 1.5 hours last time. I understand a slight delay due to crowds on a day like today, but 2.5 hours? I really hope you do something about this otherwise you will lose a regular customer. The extra 20 minutes that was promised on the phone was also not achieved. Still no food after typing this message.

Good food, friendly service. Beautiful restaurant where you forget for a moment that you are actually in a snack bar. Disabled people can park in front of the door, but there is also parking space across the street.

August 2023: Delivery is getting later and later. Ordered this afternoon at 3 pm with a request for delivery at 6 pm. They were 25 minutes late. Furthermore, there was an incorrect order that was picked up again. We only received an apology for being late after I said something about it. October 27: ordered again due to family circumstances: Waited 2 hours for the order. First time calling and young man Kaj lies that the delivery person has fallen and that is why the order is later. The final delivery person said that it was not true. The second time I called I got a big mouth and I was able to cancel the order. 3rd time calling and asking for the owner, the phone was hung up. When the order finally came the bag was completely broken and the food was lying crossways and open. Drove to the shop itself and the owner initially did not want to listen until I became very angry. No excuses nothing. It was said that I would receive the food again within 10 minutes, that I would receive it for free and a credit voucher for next time. When the delivery person came, I asked how I could get my money back. He said this came via home delivery and could take a few days. Later I saw that the order was processed when delivered to my home, so I asked and was told that I would not get anything back. It's not about the money for me, it's about the lies and services. This is really absurd. Waited 2.5 hours for the food, being treated like this while dealing with family circumstances and the lies.

Had dinner on site with my grandchildren on Friday evening, everything was well taken care of and the hamburger menu was very tasty. Nice employees.

We wanted to have a drink on the terrace. I ordered something inside; milkshake and espresso. A cappuccino was delivered instead of espresso. I indicated that I had ordered an espresso. The man I placed the order with then came out again with the cappuccino to indicate that I had actually ordered it. Apparently I had ordered cappuccino after which I apologized and he took the cappuccino back. However, the espresso never came again and we left. It may be a small futility, but for me it is mainly about providing service to the customer, even though he/she may not always be right. Certainly not in the case of one cappuccino.

Walking around the mall, not finding anything great to have lunch we ended up at this restaurant. To sum it up, we had a great lunch. Food ordered is served prompt, hot, delicious by friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended for anyone.

Ordered... an hour and 10 minutes later they called and said we wanted to eat before the little one had to go to bed... they still had to bake it.... and would be with us in 15 minutes to 20 minutes... almost an hour and a half for 2 fries and some snacks... and they are damn expensive fries without (small) almost €3...... cheese soufle €2.90. Once but not again.

It looks good, I had Belgian acquaintances visiting. neatly taken care of, I saw some crumbs under the table, but due to the crowds there was no time. Food was fine, fries were tasty, could have been fried a little lighter, luckily they were not like some Mac fries, but it was full, so I was allowed to sit at the reserved table for a while until a table became available. And afterwards we were told that we could sit there, the cutting was great. You can also make a reservation there if you want to eat there, but hihi we were hungry so we went for it.

Picked up our food. Excellent fries and good bacon burger. Point of improvement; Burger patty could just be a little bigger, it didn't cover the entire sandwich... so sometimes a bite with just bread.

Just picked up food, it wasn't tasty. Hogweed was fried too hard and looked black. Despite the request not to overcook. Frikadel special was too firm. And 3x hair salon, most of which were thrown away. Tasted and smelled strange, like something had gone bad. I have no intention of getting food here again.

Family is one of the newer eateries and snack bars in Bisonspoor after the renovation of the shopping center. It certainly meets the needs of society and is a neat place where you can go for a quick bite at an acceptable price.

Ordered chicken corn sandwich with mayonnaise from Family today. I'm waiting for my order that the boy was preparing. I see him holding the sandwich open with his shirt/belly and placing the chicken corn in the sandwich! He prepares my order and says my order is ready. I ask him if he really held the sandwich open with his T-shirt/belly. He admits he did this. I say I don't want the sandwich anymore. He indicates that it takes longer for the order to be ready. I asked for my money back and got it after he asked his manager. This boy had not heard of hygiene. It's that I saw it, who knows what happens if you don't see it! No more Family for me!

Had to wait more than 45 minutes for a frikandel special, it was already cold when I got home and the Mexican satay sauce was a bit long for two snacks, I've been here before and it's normally good food. Make sure you continue to deliver quality

We had an easy order, people after us kept leaving with food. When asked if they had forgotten us... No, this happens. Yes duh if you perhaps have a very large or difficult order. No sorry nothing. We just forgot, snacks were ready a long time ago, fries, never thought about it again. Result...cold croquettes. A simple apology would have been very nice. Bad experience..

Finally a nice restaurant in Bisonspoor, this is a restaurant that can compete with a restaurant in Utrecht.

Quality is superb. Sometimes very busy when ordering online. But they will come. So order a little earlier.

Delicious meal for 12 hours. Looked good food was delicious too. Service was friendly. We sat outside, but it looked nice inside too. We spent €21 for 2x 12 hours and 2 drinks
