One patatje oorlog (French fries) took 25 minutes to arrive, and the portion was very small, even though I'd ordered a large one. The woman working there wasn't exactly friendly; she immediately took the receipt from the ATM and gave people who had been waiting there for two minutes their food. I'M NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

We thought we'd grab some fries before going to the movies... What a crappy cafeteria this is... Unsanitary, unfriendly staff, terrible and overpriced food... And the owner didn't know his own menu and tried to rip us off by charging extra for a milkshake that's included in the menu. Too bad, we were still on our toes. Save your money and eat at the neighbors instead; it can't be worse than this place. In short, terrible and a waste of money (feels like being ripped off).

As I say, excellent food (I think even the best fries in Zwolle). What could be improved is the atmosphere and interaction with customers. Not rude or anything, but while you wait the staff is busy counting and/or browsing the newspaper, which seems quite strange. But good is good food.

Got a doner sandwich here last night. Then I am now sick with vomiting and everything else. I think the inspectorate should come and visit you because this is not the first time something like this has happened. I will definitely report this!

I regularly come at the end of the evening, the only one still open after 2200. My favorite is the pedal boat, good fries with fries herbs, when I arrive they already know exactly what I am going to order!

Last night I bought some fries war with onions, there were exactly 5 chopped onions in it, and the satay sauce is ready-made from a jar, and that was only 1 teaspoon that was included. And the fries were tasty, but the container wasn't even full yet. So for me, once and never again.

Still the very best hair salon in the area. If you want to make yourself extra happy, ask for a hair salon special with penguin sauce. The owner is super friendly and always cheerful. We are always politely asked if we would like a fork and a bowl of salad. Great service, ready quickly. Definitely recommended. Also in a nice location, just on the edge of the center in Zwolle 💪🏽

This is by far my favorite place in Zwolle for a Doner sandwich. I've tried many places, but here the meat is always finely chopped, well seasoned and fresh. The salad is of excellent quality and the price is very reasonable. I always pick it up myself. Recommended!

I have gone to this place through 12 years! Taste of meal is still like many years ago, great quality! It's just a great small place where to go for lunch! In rush hour of the day You may maybe wait some 15 min but outside those crazy hours You just sit down and food is ready!

After a night out, I ordered food, paid and then insisted that I must have received a receipt (never received) otherwise they wouldn't give me my order. (Not even 5 minutes later) Even when I presented my bank statements, this company continued to make things difficult. They even threatened to come up with camera images to prove their point, to which I responded by viewing them together: the response received: no receipt, no food. Only after careful insistence several times did I finally receive my order. There was nothing to complain about the food, a bit pricey but I knew what I was getting. I came here a few times before. Unfortunately, they have now lost a customer.

Sometimes it's fanstastic: Delicious hair salon with that great penguin sauce. Sometimes it's not tasty and they barely fry the fries, or you eat a soggy Turkish pizza drowned in garlic sauce. This establishment would score 5* stars if they booked consistent meals.

I picked up that hair salon, nothing worth it, they have a lot of Frits than meat. Meat was not visible at all. I think it's a pity that having a nice chat is not good for the customer, I think I would have been better off eating at Frits' place instead of the hair salon

The penguin's food is not delivered from them but from the Panda. The order often arrives more than an hour late. They then indicate that they are busy. The person on the phone is very rude and rude to customers. Ordered food for my daughters today because I am sick in bed with an IV. Their fries are raw. Specially ordered spring roll with chili sauce and frikadel. Spring roll had been dumped into a container with chili sauce, so it was completely soggy and, due to the large amount of sauce, much too spicy for my taste (just add the sauce to a separate container). With the frikandel special, the mayonnaise and onion were only on one side of the frikandel and we had to spread it ourselves. Poorly prepared food, as if it had all been thrown into one container.

They put the sauce in the hair salon here, which I personally find very dirty. So if you think the same way I do, just mention that you want the sauce loose.

We ate in the snack bar. The food was excellent. The shawarma was not greasy and even the bun was toasted so it was not soggy. Excellent.

Bad thing. Delivery, according to home delivery, is 45 minutes (Friday 12:15). It is already indicated everywhere that delivery is not the responsibility of De Pinguïn. First and last time Just placed an order. 4 giant shawarma without vegetables. 4 euros of fries without herbs. What do you get... 4 small shawarma dishes with vegetables. And herbs were already thrown on the fries in the shop itself... Of course something has been said about this. The 4 Euro fries were previously for 2 euros!! What a worthless thing!

Apparently it is normal at Pinguin that if you place an order at Pinguin and something is not delivered... that you are the one who has to come up with a solution and they do not want to deliver because she is supposedly alone in the store.
