Disappointing meal, even the breadsticks were a chopped up bottom of a hamburger bun 🤦‍♂️ I honestly can't say more about it.

I quickly popped in to grab some food, but ended up leaving empty-handed. One of the employees, who was making a sandwich, got some sauce on his finger. Instead of washing his hands, he licked it and continued making the sandwich. As if that wasn't enough, he then took a croquette out of the fryer, got some on his finger again... and licked it again. Sorry, but that's absolutely unacceptable. The idea of someone leaving their saliva on my food is truly disgusting. Perhaps a hygiene refresher course for the staff wouldn't be a bad idea.

You cannot order anything 45 minutes before closing time. Edit: the manager/owner spoke to me about the review and indicated that this was not the intention and provided compensation for the misunderstanding, which was handled very well as it should be.

When you order a sandwich with warm meat that is supposed to have peanut sauce on it. You get a sandwich with warm meat without peanut sauce. They can deliver the sauce afterwards, but then my sandwich is already cold. They can't do anything else for you. Says the lady on the phone. Not a very nice service on the phone, she didn't seem to care. So now I'll just eat a cold sandwich with warm meat without peanut sauce...

Nice snack bar. Placed an order during King's Day (very busy). Eventually I found out at home that they had put something wrong in the bag. The next day they gave me the good product free of charge! Top service 5 stars!

Great sandwiches! Certainly not expensive. Friendly staff and served quickly. The music was ***** deafeningly loud.

Major disappointment. We had fries for 3 people, but they were dirty, limp, unsalted junk. An egg roll with too thick dough and dirty and limp, a meatball also as bland as anything and to top it all off, onion rings, well, those were not onion rings but dough rings. Will I ever order there again? Hell no

I left my phone number for a job application, then had to call 2/3 times and they would call me back 3 weeks later and I heard nothing...

A big disappointment. First and last time for me!! Ordered fries, stew, a drink and a pikanto. We waited 40 minutes for our food, then we got a completely different order. After waiting even longer, I finally received the correct order with delicious bits of hair in my food.

1. I asked for a Coke Zero. And got regular coke. 2. On the menu, we opted for the shorwamra dish. There was no "onion" in the description. And we got with onion. I said that, and I didn't really get a good feeling. I told him I didn't like it and he asked if I had an onion allergy. I said, no, I don't like it. It wasn't right how he responded to that, you could tell he didn't like hearing it. But yes, this is part of it. Accept complaints and act normally. I really felt like a terrible customer even though I did nothing wrong. I go to the snack bar every week and have never had such a feeling there. The shorwarma didn't taste good either, cheap crap, tasted it. (I even like the supermarket ones better) I will never go here again! RECOMMENDATION: HET PATATJE, IN HOLTENBROEK (ZWOLLE) You can really eat there.

Filthy place, not one dining table had been cleared, just like a lot of places around it. Staff were unhelpful, food was okay

Special experience. Upon arrival, the staff was more concerned with each other than with the customers. I also had to wait until they finished talking. Then placed the order and while waiting a female employee was comfortable taking fries from the fryer to eat and adding some mayonnaise each time. Another customer had been waiting at the cash register for more than 5 minutes and was not helped. Customer walked away angry. I gave feedback to the staff that despite 5 employees no one asked anything. The response was that they thought the customer had already been helped. Then they went back to discussing private matters. There is still a lot to learn about customer friendliness and professionalism as an employee.

Waited 45 minutes for a family bag of fries, it's a shame that it is so poorly organised

We were there this afternoon and ordered 5 snacks to take away. When I got home, one was found to be missing. We called immediately and stated that a mistake had been made. We were spoken to by a very disinterested member of staff who said we had miscommunicated and made no apologies. The customer is certainly not king here, we will not go back.

Food is generally good. But the delivery is oh so bad. Waiting more than 2 hours for food is not a good thing... then you call after waiting 1 hour... yes it is coming, the delivery person is leaving any moment... then after another hour of waiting the delivery person arrives. No apology whatsoever…. It's not the first time. Very unfortunate…

Saturday August 31. Around half past eight the three of us came for something to eat. It's quite quiet in the shop, so we expected to get our food quickly. We ordered twice a summer schnitzel menu and a kapsalon menu, and sat upstairs. The staff thought joking together was more important than listening carefully to customers, because I even had to repeat the order a third time. Paid before 7:35 PM. After waiting fifteen minutes, someone comes up to say that a hair salon menu cannot be made because the shawarma has run out. The order is changed to cheesy fries menu. We are offered a drink for the inconvenience, ask for 2 cokes and 1 water, and after five minutes we receive 1 coke and 2 water. After more than fifteen minutes, now almost 10 past 8, our food arrives. The schnitzels have been put through the fryer for a second time, the ends taste like bad oil, and the insides are not warm enough. The fries are lukewarm and certainly not fresh from the fryer. A little later a few colorful figures come and sit upstairs, carrying their own supply of drinks. Although they are clearly drinking their own beer and are very noisy, the staff takes no action when they bring you the food you ordered. So I won't come here again. This Kwalitaria is not worth its name

Waited 40 minutes for cold fries. Not eaten. What chaos. No apology was made, which was appropriate.

Unfortunately I can't give more than two stars for this tent. This has everything to do with the size of the croquette. This was practically just a big bitterbal, unfortunately. See photo for proof.

Ordered fries and stew today... the cost was €10.50, which I think was very expensive when I see that the stew is simply scooped out of a can and heated up, so the food was really not good for that price! The staff and appearance of the restaurant were good!

What bad service. Every time they are 45 minutes to 60 minutes late with delivery. If you call where the food is, the food still needs to be prepared. This is every time at Kwalitaria Centrum.

Worthless service and food delivery was supposed to arrive at 6:00 PM but still haven't had it, just called them and got some sides, they still have to go into the pan. Worthless so it's a mess.

Yesterday I ate here for the first time, a delicious tender chicken satay with tasty, firm fries that were not too salty and a fresh salad. Staff could be a bit friendlier.

Wow!!! As a vegetarian you can enjoy great food here. I haven't been able to buy such a good vegetarian burger in a long time (we had the 1838 & The French Delight) & the milkshakes are also really tasty. Please keep it up 😁

Ridiculous! To start with, there were only 'children' as staff with their phones and snacking. Then you order, among other things, 2 croissants for €5.20 each, topped with ham and cheese. What do you get: a filled mini bake-off croissant. Not bad, but I think the wrong croissant was served. Soft drinks are expired or have no expiration date. Tables in the restaurant are dirty and have not been cleaned. Finally: do not respond to personal wishes. Not recommended!

I often have lunch here. The snacks are good and the service is friendly.

Location is nice, decor also nice. Food was fine, nicely prepared too. I thought the floor and toilet were dirty. You saw quite a lot of dirt. We came with a group of 19, not reserved. There were 2 girls in the shop. Kudos for the work, that's for sure. But of course it took a very long time! Parking is available almost next to it in the parking garage.

Patat is wel heel zout. Porties die je krijgt kan wel iets meer. Vindt de betaal automaat die ze hebben voor contant geld zeer klant onvriendelijk.

Onderhand een vaste stek voor de afdelingslunch op woensdag. Zeker als het koud is of regent. Prima patat en frikandellen speciaal.

Steeds maar weer dat gezeur dat je niet contant kan betalen, jullie hebben een gesloten cash systeem!! Dus wat is nou het probleem dat jullie geen contant meer aannemen Het eten is verder goed!!! Klantvriendelijkheid kan soms wel wat beter. Maar als ik zelf niet meer kan kiezen of ik contant wil betalen dan pas ik voor de volgende x

Vanmiddag (zaterdag 19-8) om 17.30 helemaal donker. Bordje met "open" stond naar buiten toe gedraaid. Heb nu mijn zaterdagavondhap maar bij de concurrent gehaald. Erg vervelend dat dit niet was aangegeven. Zelfs niet op locatie dmv een briefje aan de deur.

Eten was goed en bediening vriendelijk. Alleen erg trage bediening als je als enige gast in de tent bijna een half uur op een wrap moet wachten.

Ik kom hier regelmatig en elke keer is het eten goed. Ze bereiden het eten snel en als je online besteld bellen ze soms na wanneer ze aan de slag kunnen met je eten. Een echte aanrader vind ik de burgers, vooral de French Delight burger! De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en je wordt snel geholpen!

Hele leuke bezorgen. Was erg vriendelijk en snel.

Was erg lekker, erg snel, en ik moest van mijn zoon, 13, zeggen dat de bezorger ook erg vriendelijk was. Als ik weer snacks wil bestellen, zal ik zeker weer voor kwalitaria gaan!

Vandaag bij dit restaurant eten afgehaald. Ik heb er de bull burger geprobeerd. Na even te hebben gewacht kreeg ik de tas met eten aangerijkt (want corona enz) en ging in de auto zitten om het op te eten. Bij het openen van mijn doosje, waar de burger in zat, merke ik op dat het broodje erg soppig was, nja, kan gebeuren, hoort niet vind ik maar ok, ik nam een hap. Het eerste dat mij opviel was dat ik het vlees niet kon proeven of de ui.. bij de 2de hap ook niet, toen merkte ik op dat er zoveel saus op zat dat ik eigenlijk een broodje saus zat te eten, althans, daar leek het op. Het had een lekkere burger kunnen zijn, helaas waren de verhoudingen niet correct. De service was wel goed, voor zover het kon natuurlijk

Lekker en goed eten , je wensen kan je zeker uitspreken hier er wordt goed naar geluisterd , en snel klaar. Betaalbare prijs!

Haal hiet vaket mijn snacks en ijs. Altijd goed geholpen en goeie kwaliteit.

Even willen eten,tosti maar de smaak viel tegen,geen curry of tomaten ketsup kleindochter iets laten ophalen van 4 maar ze moest aansluiten in de rij..... Komen er nooooit meer !!!

Milkshake vanille smaakt goedkoop en simpel. En veelste dik waardoor je niks door het rietje krijgt. Verder had ik een hamburger 'the bull' broodje had geroosterd moeten zijn en minder bbq saus. Ik had hierdoor een slappe zachte burger wat niet lekker was.. Verder was het eten goed warm en de frietjes smaakte wel goed

Topservice, ze dachten goed mee. Vriendelijke bediening en lekker eten.
