Taste The Joy in Wijk 22 Stadshagen

Yesterday, I ordered food here on-site. After waiting 25 minutes, still no fries. I asked where the fries were? Well, they didn't actually know? The colleague in question started investigating where our fries were. After a while, he realized that he had given our fries to a delivery driver. Employee: "Then I'll make new ones for you, but I have to finish other orders first." Subsequently, he packed up all kinds of other fries for orders that came in much later than mine. After 40 minutes, I finally got my portion of fries. But I can't expect an apology or anything like that. The fries were otherwise fine.

Very mediocre hamburgers, absolutely not recommended. Price-quality ratio is far below par.

0 stars if I could have chosen! Man, that was bad! I don't complain easily, but the fries were such a soggy mess! There was absolutely no dedication in the preparation! I left my food untouched, and that's a first! Inside it is filthy, food scraps everywhere, and a cover plate is missing under the snack cooler. Super unhygienic! Close your doors if you are such a safety risk to your customers!

Filthy place. The food tastes bad and it is unhygienic. Flies are flying all around. The fries are soggy. Dirty spots all over the floor. I didn't know anything could go wrong making a frikadel speciaal. But this was cold. The grate under the refrigerator is open. Dangerous for children's fingers. The staff behind the counter were friendly though. That makes the one star just about have some value. I do not recommend this.

The food wasn't good. I had a portion of fries, a cheese soufflé on a bun, and a vegan chicken corn dog. The fries tasted disgusting, the sauces were carelessly placed in the containers, and with the cheese soufflé bun, the ketchup was in a corner and that’s it. I also ordered a cassis and a Fristi that weren't delivered. The food arrived on time, but it was incomplete and not tasty; the fries were also lukewarm. I ended up throwing it away because I couldn't finish it.

I always get sick after eating here. The restaurant is a mess, and there was a lot of mold under the tray where the snacks are kept. Coincidentally, they had just removed the panels above it, so I could see that unappetizing sight.

Ordering and picking up food, and then coming home with the wrong things time and time again. Totally fed up with it, from now on I'll just walk a bit further to Kwalitaria...

Delivery drivers just swear at you if they think you can't hear them, and this company doesn't respond to emails. Nowadays, we just choose not to order from here anymore. The food is usually good. There are plenty of other options in Stadshagen; I recommend you make use of them!

You can no longer order an ice cream 2 minutes before closing time. The ice cream machine is already off. I understand that the staff wants to go home early, but you can always expect a last-minute order.

Ordered three milkshakes, really gross and chemical. And as if the milk had gone bad! Very disappointing.

Ordered a sandwich with sauce for the third time and still no sauce. It can happen once, but 3 times seems highly unlikely. I hope they work on this because it puts people off.

Ordered at the snack bar itself. The food didn't arrive until half an hour later, while the rest of the place was empty… I should have ordered somewhere else…

Placed an order online. An hour after the delivery time, still no order. Called several times, no answer. I went there myself, but the order still had to be made. Contacted them by email, but no response. Terrible service!

I had to wait almost an hour. I live 500 meters away and it's lukewarm? Even my hogweed isn't warm. Update December 29th. Ordered the bucket of chicken. On time, hot, and very tasty!

I suspect they're illiterate. This is the 20th time the peanut sauce wasn't included in the order, despite me politely reminding them not to forget it. Also, the croquette that came with the order was completely crushed. I advise against ordering here unless you're happy to pay for something you don't get.

Fries were really bad, wrong sauce, bami disk was limp and fell apart immediately.

The food is fine, it's just a shame that they always sit on the food and it always arrives as an explosion.

The order was incorrect. When you order Fanta Cassis, you also get Highway's own brand. I ordered four of these and only received one can. I contacted them but never heard back. I paid €9.00 for a can of Highway's own brand Cassis.

The food was absolutely disgusting, with soggy fries and no salt. I had a meatball sandwich, but the meatball was still red on the inside. I will never order from here again. It was the most disgusting food I've ever had from a snack bar.

Friendly delivery lady, arrived well in time and the food was hot and crispy. Was really tasty.

Ordered from you tonight, but unfortunately it was very disappointing. The fries were old and limp, definitely not fresh. The snacks also tasted like they had been sitting around for a while. It seemed like we got leftovers from earlier this weekend. Really not what you expect from a meal you pay for.

Rarely experienced such a customer unfriendly company. Forgets things from the order, yes it is difficult to follow a list, and then because of the weather they do not want to deliver afterwards.

Really enjoyed our meal here. We had kapsalon, hollandse glorie and kolonel kip burger. Generous portions. Good value for money. Had a wait a bit for our food as it was really busy, but the food was worth the wait. Would recommend!

Deliciously crispy fries! Frikadel special, the way it should be, you don't see that everywhere anymore. I had it delivered through their own website. Great service.

You wait longer than you think and still don't have your food. And your food is absolutely terrible. Never waste your time and money again.

We have ordered chicken and fries here before, they were always good. But what the hell happened to the fries? It tastes and looks like it is fried in old fat. Not to eat! The chicken, on the other hand, is still great, but we won't order again.

Our food would be delivered 25 minutes after the order was placed. This was 6:11 p.m. We called again at 6:54 PM, because we still had nothing. Someone didn't arrive until 7 p.m., so 80 minutes AFTER the order! Only to find out that you miss the mayo with your son's frikandel xxl! This is really too bizarre for words!

Food was ok, delivery took more than an hour.

Well done fries and already cooled down upon delivery the last 2 times. Delivery took a very long time the last 2 times. Currently waiting an hour for a simple order. If there is no improvement, I will ignore it and order from someone else.

You get a 10 from me! Besides the fact that the food is always tasty, warm and enough, the service is even better. The delivery person had accidentally switched my and the immediate neighbors' orders. After a phone call to taste the joy, I exchanged my food with the neighbors. Conveniently, the neighbor had already started eating our food. Called Taste the Joy to see what was possible (except for the wrong delivery, it was not their fault that my neighbor had already started eating our food). Taste the Joy delivered our order again. Great snack bar. No outliers, just fine. When things get busy, things can still go wrong, but in general things are going well.

Heerlijke krokante patat. De vriendelijke bezorger was netjes op tijd. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Top snacks en heerlijk gekruide frietjes ….. tel besteld en snel bezorgd

Meerdere keren hier besteld maar de laatste keer was de patat helaas niet lekker. Heel hard, krokant en weinig smaak. Snacks waren wel erg lekker en bezorging mooi op tijd.

Hele slappe patat, is toch niet zo moeilijk om krokante patat te bakken, kroket heeft weinig smaak, voor mij nooit meer

Heel af en toe haal ik hier wel eens wat. Paar dagen terug voor t eerst via thuisbezorgd besteld. Kwam prima op tijd binnen en de patat was lekker, heel krokant ( iets krokanter dan gebruikelijk maar toch erg lekker) . De Wings waren lekker pittig. Tot op heden ben ik zeer tevreden over taste the joy . Ook de chicken strips vind ik zalig .

Heerlijke salade met stokbrood en kruidenboter, lekkere friet mét speeltje voor de kids en snel bezorgd!

Recent gekomen op het WKC van stadshagen met eet gelegenheid binnen. Ruime keuze aan assortiment en vriendelijk personeel als je de burger toch iets anders wilt hebben!

Goede cafetaria, patat is lekker en alles wordt verpakt in papier. Hamburgers zijn ook prima.
