They bullied me and my girlfriend as we walked past the place (?) the owners were sitting outside and mockingly sang ridiculing songs at us because, granted, we look a bit different (very pink). They sang stuff like "barbie, barbie, barbie!" while clapping their hands. A frustrating experience, and we didn't even eat there. I don't understand why they'd do this, given that they represent their business. Bullies. Simple as that. Don't support bullies please.

This place is closed too often when they pretend to be open. I'm not going to bother going there again only to be disappointed and have to go somewhere else.

A rusty Veldkamp car has been occupying the parking lot in front of our house all day. That's fine if you can't store your scrap metal collection near your business, but remove it as soon as you can. Now you've been a nuisance to your neighborhood (and therefore your paying customers) all weekend. Next time we'll go to the Bestaria again. Update: once again that rust bucket from Veldkamp has been parked here in front of us. Don't do this to these guys.

Top cafeteria. Meatballs from the gravy are great. Half a chicken too, by the way. Fries could be a little more well done.

I was disappointed with the order. The gravy from the spareribs had started to leak and the bags of fries were covered in gravy. A large portion of the spareribs was black and dry. Croquettes were lukewarm. Fries had green and black pieces in them, and many hard little pieces. The fries also contained crusts from croquettes and other snacks!

Just been denied again in the case. 'Friendly' admitted that they are closed. When asked why and whether that is only today, the answer is again that they are closed and have the door open because it is warm. Fine - but can you please explain why? Especially because I've experienced this so many times. Closing earlier - no personal orders - only via website or telephone, etc... The lady is nice - but I always miss something from my order - or I have received something wrong. With friendly feedback it is always my fault, or the wrong website - 't sluisje or veldkamp - no real excuses and no compensation. For me it was the last time - before the renovation it was a good thing. Shame....

I thought it was a good snack bar... but more and more mistakes are being made and the faults are not theirs but the customers'. Do we have to go back to pick up the forgotten fries, so the fries at home become cold and they say that it is not their fault... and not even a little extra or anything, you know... very unfortunate, there was/come a lot ordered a lot but if they continue like this they will lose a good regular customer...

Don't attempt to get food here. The best people behind the counter take on way too much by offering an extremely extensive menu. They cannot multitask, so even if you are in the store with only one or two other customers, you always have to wait a long time because they process orders one by one. The owners always seem very stressed and are (then) unfriendly or curt. One time I was waiting for my order, while the owner anxiously turned off all the lights in the shop, locked the door (!) and was mumbling "it's really too much, really too much today." Several customers tried in vain to enter and looked through the window in surprise. Yesterday I also experienced the latter situation: I stood in front of a closed door at 6:15 PM (again, there was a customer inside in the dark), while they were supposed to be open until 8:30 PM. The fries are okay, but the snacks are almost standardly fried for far too long. In addition, they do not cut open a special frikandel before it goes into the fat, while the tool intended for this purpose is visible in the kitchen. They also regularly forget to include part of the order. In short: absolutely not recommended.

Went to eat here twice, both times a nauseating toilet smell... which is strange... because both visitors and lost passers-by cannot use a closed toilet... next time I'll order from the neighbors again.

Gave it a chance several times this year with both ordering and collection. Forgotten products and several times more products than I ordered. The most frustrating thing: they are always closed more than half an hour earlier than the opening hours on the website and the door. When you call, you will be greeted in a friendly manner and they will indicate that you are welcome until closing time. If you arrive relatively early, they are closed. When I ask/complain about the order I am told that 'they are only human'. When it comes to early closing times, the reason is always 'an urgent matter'. But after delivering an order incomplete more than six times and closing dozens of times too early than they themselves indicated, I no longer believe the excuses. Cycle on to another business or order from another place, because this owner has no idea how to run a snack bar.

Living around the corner. Gave it a chance ten times, got the wrong order every time. Maybe for once... chapeaux... After calling about the incorrect order, we are treated as if we have done something wrong. No excuses, nothing. I was waiting for 10 minutes and no one from the staff said I could be helped soon. Then I left and went to another snack bar. And that's not the first time I was waiting there and the staff was walking around stressed. They don't have their affairs in order there!

Pleasant snack bar or lunchroom on Amsterdamse Straatweg. Sandwich is freshly made. Twelve o'clock and steak tartare highly recommended.
