The food arrived an hour and a half late and was cold when we received it. They offered no solution. I was treated like a liar because the food couldn't be cold since it had been delivered by car. NEVER AGAIN!

Worst chip shop in Nijmegen, raw pizza, nasty meatballs, and the delivery guy who keeps checking on my girlfriend for half an hour and pretends not to know how much to give back, and when I arrive, he suddenly knows, shame on you!!!

Ordered today and received the wrong order for the umpteenth time. We were regular customers and often ordered twice a week or more. I indicated what we wanted to eat on your website and It was wrong again. I contacted you, as we often do when something was wrong, and it was usually resolved immediately. The gentleman on the phone was very unfriendly and unwilling to offer a solution. The food was also very bad again, and we threw everything in the trash. I'm glad it was a small order of only 16 euros, which wasn't even worth a cent. We're going to Cafetaria Elif.

If I'd seen the reviews beforehand, I never would have gone here! They supposedly have a cherry milkshake, but we got something completely different. The guy said it might be gone, and yes, that's possible. So I ordered a banana milkshake, which barely tastes like banana. The chicken burger and the kapsalon don't have tomato on them, and the kapsalon has nothing but lettuce (never experienced anything like that before). We didn't even complain about that. I called because the chicken burger was way too spicy for my sister (without asking), and the guy simply said, "You should order a hamburger next time." The service was terrible! This was the first and last time.

Fries are limp and shawarma are tasteless and the garlic was more like mayonnaise. Prices are only getting more expensive but the food is only getting worse.

I got chicken nugguts that were heart Fries for 6 people, many hard pieces and much less variety of fries than before. Shoarma was döner kapsalon there was no cheese and sauce on kofte dish spicy was bland with drippy tomato sauce galzone döner was burnt Turkish pizza with minced meat was only dough and base no minced meat all in all people don't eat here it is very rancid you don't get value for your money and it is also cold pitta rolls are very hard. Staff insult each other, I am Turkish myself, never again, people drive half an hour further. To Wijchen, you are still treated with dignity, everything is correct, food always hot, bought food 2 weeks ago, never again.

The food was warm, the frikadel was a bit tough, but we had to wait a very long time. Ordered at 5:20 PM and it was delivered at approximately 8:30 PM! Well, delivered within 60 minutes is not 3 hours later!!

At Portofino there are employees who do not treat regular customers in a friendly manner. And turn their problem into our problem. We ordered a meal but they delivered the wrong meal. Contacted, explained the problem and indicated that it was incorrectly stated on the website, as we were told by the employee himself on the telephone. The price difference plus a tip is not compensated because they told them it was OUR problem! It's not about the money, but just say that a mistake was made and that we will correct the problem with the next order... thus losing a regular customer due to lack of respect and customer friendliness.

Belachelijk dat je 2,5 uur op je eten wacht als je besteld voor iets wat 6 minuten in de frituur moet. Nemen de telefoon niet op eerste en laatste keer dat ik daar heb besteld. Meerdere keren gebeld en steeds in de wacht gezet tot aan 7 minuten toe.

Truly one of the best cafeterias/pizzerias in Nijmegen. Quality is good and consistent. Staff is friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is an area for improvement. If you want to eat there, a slightly better atmosphere is desirable. Far TOP.

Had to wait more than 2 hours for a simple, small order. When I called I was put on hold for 10 minutes, and then no apologies or anything like that. got.

Unfortunately the quality is poor. Service bad. Long wait for order, ultimately wrong delivery after almost 2 hours. Big mouth when reporting this... Not customer friendly. Last time we went there or ordered. Very unfortunate, it was always a very good chip shop. Falling star.

Ordered a hair salon shawarma on Sunday, after a long wait of at least 1 hour 30 minutes they delivered it. Normally no complaints, but now I'm afraid something was not completely cooked or spoiled. Since Sunday night I have been extremely ill, vomiting and diarrhea. Now I'm unsure whether I'll order anything from here again!

Everything on the menu here, at least what I've tried here, is top notch.

Place an order at 4:00 PM for around 6:00 PM. Then at half past seven a cold pizza and fries will be delivered. So first turn the oven back on to heat it up. And then it is no longer tasty food. Shame. Because the food is normally pretty good. Just don't have it delivered anymore. Bad delivery service.

After 2 hours nothing had been delivered, so I called. They still had to make the food and had no free delivery people, so we wanted to pick it up ourselves. How rude and unhelpful you can be. They "forgot" an entire pizza with the previous order. This was their second chance, but this one was also wasted. I will never order here again.

Me and my partner had ordered food. We live in an apartment on the 2nd floor. The best Portofino delivery person arrives an hour later with cold food, well that's what they are known for and we choose it ourselves. However, what I do not choose is for the delivery person to report when dropping off that the bag containing the food was torn (it can happen of course), but that when we go out to walk our dogs 3 hours later, we find the bag downstairs next to the front door of the apartment. with our address details on it. Very antisocial of the delivery person. If we had thrown the bag away at the cafeteria in the container or just dropped it off upstairs, we would have simply thrown it away ourselves. This is not how you handle other people's data.

Waiting 2 hours for your food and having to ring the bell 10 times afterwards. Lousy service has already happened 3 times, I'm done with it now, I don't get a cent anymore from me. Too bad because the food is quite ok.

Great cafeteria. The fries are a bit variable but always tasty, the cheeseburger / hamburger is well filled with vegetables and a delicious sauce, the half rooster has a crispy layer with a good dose of oregano, the pizzas are tasty and cheesy, but the very best is still the peanut sauce. Truly the tastiest sauce I have ever eaten. Highly recommended!

Ordered a large shawarma sandwich and had to call after an hour to find out where the order was. Half of the bowl of shawarma was filled with lettuce, so for that money you might as well order a small portion without lettuce.

Ordered food on Sunday February 12, 2023 for €28. It was around 6:10 PM. So it's a busy period. The delivery person arrived at 7:15 PM. Unfortunately, the fries were almost cold, as were the half-pounder hamburger sandwiches. The croquettes, nice and warm. Pity! Jacqueline Bos.

Have by far the best donner in all of Nijmegen. I used to always order the hair salon from Ugala 3 or cafeteria Hatert, (which aren't bad either) but after eating here once I never felt like going anywhere else. At 99.9% of all shops you get meat from that waste. Leftover lamb that is pressed/mixed, from which the strips are then cut. Here you can really see the structure of the meat, quality stuff. Ordering seems to be a hassle when I read the reviews. Do yourself a favor and just call when you leave, because so far I have always been ready at the specified time! (Usually about 10 or 15 minutes)

Ordered two pizzas at 6 p.m., delivered at 7 p.m. Around 6:15 PM we received a call asking if they could deliver the pizzas earlier. These finally only arrived at 7:15 PM and were already cold then. Called and two new pizzas were supposed to arrive that weren't there an hour later. After calling 4 times, they said they were on their way, but after waiting 2 hours for a pizza, nothing was seen.

Ordered 3 doner pizzas but was told well before the agreed delivery time that the doner had run out. I was offered chicken doner as an alternative and this was fine, at least as tasty as veal doner. Also received a bottle of coke on the house. This is what I call service and a reason to continue ordering here.

My snacks were soaked in the juice of the bursting fish sticks, and I was given pita bread instead of regular bread. When I called about this, the girl on the phone said that they always throw the snacks together and that they couldn't do anything about it soaking the rest of the snacks. And if you ordered individual sandwiches you always got pita bread. While this had never happened before, when I pointed out to her that you can choose between pita sandwiches and regular sandwiches on the website, she indicated that it was just an error on the website that they could do nothing about. Ultimately, after a lot of discussion, I got a new croquette and frikandel, but I thought the whole discussion was ridiculous.
