I ordered a chicken corn sandwich that isn't on the menu but still had to pay 5 euros. A snack alone costs 2.80 euros, so you're paying 2.20 euros for a white roll. That's rip-off, isn't it? Just sad beyond words.

Normally I never liked kapsalon, always disappointing, but here it is really delicious! Great job guys.

In general, the food here is always good; we order weekly. Now today I ordered a shawarma pizza with mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers, and I received a sort of folded pizza/bread with shawarma and the requested vegetables inside. This was absolutely not tasty, which is a real shame because the food is always good.

The pizzas are very good and the döner meat is 100% the best in Nijmegen.

We order here often, but I won't do that anymore. Turkish pizza without garlic sauce. The fries were almost black. The frikandel was so hard you could hammer a nail into the wall with it. A patat zonder – they took that very literally, also without salt. Chicken nuggets almost black. The berehap was overcooked in the fryer.

I have never seen pasta carbonara with salami and milk flavor before.

The food is so delicious, especially the kapsalon is amazing.

The food is fine and you get served quickly. The natural chaos behind the counter makes for entertainment and quality comfort food. Takeaway is especially common here.

Ordered a 'kapsalon', just one of them. Received three of them with three cans of cola. Nothing wrong with that, you might say, but there was peanut sauce on all three and God knows what other junk. COMPLETELY inedible, so I might as well have had nothing; the chicken tasted rotten too. It wasn't just the sauce. The cans were cold comfort because, as a diabetic, I don't drink that. On top of that, I had to wait 2 hours for it on a Wednesday evening. And that while this used to be my favorite snack bar!

This chip shop has really gone downhill. We used to be regulars, but these days, customer service is completely gone. We received the wrong order again. When we contacted them, they said they weren't paying attention, man... Then they asked if it was really that bad that the order was wrong, uhm, yeah... With a lot of pain and effort, they brought us a new one, which was absolutely terrible. It had a thick hair in it, and something that looked like... Too disgusting to pronounce. This was the last time we ordered anything from them.

I ordered Kapsalon Chicken Doner and it was a disaster. The moment I opened the package, it released a stale smell you normally only associate with something that should have been thrown in the trash long ago. The taste was exactly the same as the smell. Never ordering from here again!

Called at 16:15 to have it delivered at 17:30, Called at 17:50 to ask where they were and was told they were on their way. It is now 18:52 and they still haven't arrived. They forget that some people have children who need to eat on time. The person on the phone also needs retraining; this was the last time.

Ordered today and received the wrong order for the umpteenth time. We were regular customers and often ordered twice a week or more. I indicated what we wanted to eat on your website and It was wrong again. I contacted you, as we often do when something was wrong, and it was usually resolved immediately. The gentleman on the phone was very unfriendly and unwilling to offer a solution. The food was also very bad again, and we threw everything in the trash. I'm glad it was a small order of only 16 euros, which wasn't even worth a cent. We're going to Cafetaria Elif.

If I'd seen the reviews beforehand, I never would have gone here! They supposedly have a cherry milkshake, but we got something completely different. The guy said it might be gone, and yes, that's possible. So I ordered a banana milkshake, which barely tastes like banana. The chicken burger and the kapsalon don't have tomato on them, and the kapsalon has nothing but lettuce (never experienced anything like that before). We didn't even complain about that. I called because the chicken burger was way too spicy for my sister (without asking), and the guy simply said, "You should order a hamburger next time." The service was terrible! This was the first and last time.

At Portofino there are employees who do not treat regular customers in a friendly manner. And turn their problem into our problem. We ordered a meal but they delivered the wrong meal. Contacted, explained the problem and indicated that it was incorrectly stated on the website, as we were told by the employee himself on the telephone. The price difference plus a tip is not compensated because they told them it was OUR problem! It's not about the money, but just say that a mistake was made and that we will correct the problem with the next order... thus losing a regular customer due to lack of respect and customer friendliness.

Belachelijk dat je 2,5 uur op je eten wacht als je besteld voor iets wat 6 minuten in de frituur moet. Nemen de telefoon niet op eerste en laatste keer dat ik daar heb besteld. Meerdere keren gebeld en steeds in de wacht gezet tot aan 7 minuten toe.

Truly one of the best cafeterias/pizzerias in Nijmegen. Quality is good and consistent. Staff is friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is an area for improvement. If you want to eat there, a slightly better atmosphere is desirable. Far TOP.

Ordered a hair salon shawarma on Sunday, after a long wait of at least 1 hour 30 minutes they delivered it. Normally no complaints, but now I'm afraid something was not completely cooked or spoiled. Since Sunday night I have been extremely ill, vomiting and diarrhea. Now I'm unsure whether I'll order anything from here again!

Everything on the menu here, at least what I've tried here, is top notch.

Place an order at 4:00 PM for around 6:00 PM. Then at half past seven a cold pizza and fries will be delivered. So first turn the oven back on to heat it up. And then it is no longer tasty food. Shame. Because the food is normally pretty good. Just don't have it delivered anymore. Bad delivery service.

Me and my partner had ordered food. We live in an apartment on the 2nd floor. The best Portofino delivery person arrives an hour later with cold food, well that's what they are known for and we choose it ourselves. However, what I do not choose is for the delivery person to report when dropping off that the bag containing the food was torn (it can happen of course), but that when we go out to walk our dogs 3 hours later, we find the bag downstairs next to the front door of the apartment. with our address details on it. Very antisocial of the delivery person. If we had thrown the bag away at the cafeteria in the container or just dropped it off upstairs, we would have simply thrown it away ourselves. This is not how you handle other people's data.

Great cafeteria. The fries are a bit variable but always tasty, the cheeseburger / hamburger is well filled with vegetables and a delicious sauce, the half rooster has a crispy layer with a good dose of oregano, the pizzas are tasty and cheesy, but the very best is still the peanut sauce. Truly the tastiest sauce I have ever eaten. Highly recommended!
