Had a really bad experience here. I was with a group of friends, and two guys working there were constantly flirting with us. It was very uncomfortable for us. The chicken doner was dry and tough. Not a nice place for women.

Unfortunately, it was the worst pide (Turkish flatbread) I've ever eaten. Not only did it contain spices that shouldn't be in a pide, but it was also spicy. When they asked if I liked it, I said so. The response I received was: "The chef prepares the filling a day in advance. Sometimes it's spicy, sometimes salty, there's nothing we can do." Actually, there's a very easy solution: taste it. This is a very careless attitude, showing a complete lack of respect for the customer. You can't just serve a product with a dismissive "What can we do today?" attitude.

I have been visiting this restaurant for many years, the service is always excellent, fast and all the staff are smiling and serve the customers quickly, I have tried many types of dishes in the restaurant from mixed barbecue and iskender kebab (people have different tastes, I didn't like the taste), burgers and long Turkish meat pie, the taste is delicious, they serve Turkish vegetarian appetizers with Turkish bread alongside the meals in addition to salad and French fries, the meat and vegetables meal in a pot is considered one of the special meals, there are desserts, Kunafa is a good choice, the prices are a little high but similar to any other Turkish restaurant, the seating area inside the restaurant is very nice with dim lighting and beautiful Turkish music, I repeat my visit once a month. I really like the program during the month of Ramadan. It is one of the best restaurants in Nijmegen and it maintains the same level. Good luck always and of course the meat is halal.

You need to teach your waiters what proper manners are. Someone around 40 years old attended our table today, but he clearly doesn't know how to speak or be polite. After a long time, I'm finally posting this review. The atmosphere is good, it looks nice and warm and chic. But you really shouldn't go there during Ramadan. They don't know what they're doing anymore. It takes ages for someone to come to you. It's best if you call them over to take your order. After ordering, we waited 40 minutes, which is normal. But we didn't get soup beforehand. I thought it would come right away, but after a total wait of 50 minutes, I went to ask what was going on. The order hadn't even been placed. We also had a child with us who was getting hungry and restless. Soup for the child arrived. In total, after 85 minutes, we were able to eat. The food was rather lukewarm and hastily made. It was really awful. I complained at the cash register and, as a compensation, didn't have to pay for the drinks. I said, "That's not the point, do something about your service." They said they'd pay for everything, but afterward, I saw on the receipt that drinks hadn't been included. They can also be very quick with food, but it has to be a bit quieter and not during Ramadan. But even then, the food isn't at its best.

I went there for a date night with my wife. The restaurant has a very nice ambience and the service was attentive. The food was delicious with generous portions and great presentation. The best Turkish food I had in a long time. The staff really made sure that we have a good time( also they were very flexible about last minute change in schedule). Definitely recommend this place for a nice experience. You must try their Guvec (I chose vegetarian one) and their Kunefe was mouth watering. Went to eat at Serif Baba today. I had a burnt chicken skewer. I asked the waitress what she thought of it, and she didn't know. I said, "Don't you ever eat chicken?" and she said, "No." I said, "Don't you eat meat either?" She couldn't tell me. I was staring at her as if water could burn. This is the second time we've bought vouchers through Social Deal. We made a reservation for 6:15 PM, but people who arrived after us got their food first.
