90% of this kapsalon is fries, the rest is very oily substance they call meat. I don't recommend, unless you're dying from hunger. I won't order this again.

I ordered food today at 3:00 PM for delivery at 6:00 PM. I didn't receive it until 7:30 PM. Cold and tasteless. Called twice to ask where it was. Apparently, they were very busy. I will never order from here again!

Placed an order in the afternoon thinking it would be delivered on time because the children need to go to bed early—well, that didn't happen. Called; “too busy,” even though they could have anticipated this. Received the order an hour later. And then there’s a FLY in the pizza, gross. Once and never again.

Super disgusting food, the doner was old, I had to vomit and throw up at home. Inside is filthy all around, never come here! Must close as soon as possible or needs to be cleaned. All around and fresh food.

This place is really a disaster; waited an hour and a half for cold food. The chicken was more frying oil than chicken, the chicken burger was dry and there was barely any chicken on it. The lettuce on the kapsalon looked like it was past its expiration date. This shit is a total no-go. If I get sick tomorrow, I’ll be grumpy. Update: It is the next day and I have a terrible stomach ache. Conclusion: I am grumpy.

Seriously bad company! We ordered at 1:30, it's 3:15 and we still don't have any food! They were supposedly open until 3:30 AM, and there you are, standing there without food! The delivery driver has been on the road for over an hour; I'd almost think he'd been hit by a car. They're not answering the phone either.

Large kapsalon + Fanta via phone was €13. Final bill had to be €16, reason? She felt it cost €16 at the moment. Eating still took half an hour after the call. The taste of the food was pretty okay. Fries were very pale but edible. Overall a 3/5. Sober a 1.8/5.

Rude on the phone. They made a mistake placing the order. Because of this, we called back and were told: "yes, your order isn't coming." With a tone as if we were a pack of dogs. Last time the food was wrong and cold too. We sat waiting for more than an hour for nothing; this wasn't the first time, by the way.

We were just wondering where our order was. Apparently, they had noted down the wrong phone number, but instead of resolving this properly, we were spoken to very disrespectfully and in a threatening tone. I have never experienced anything like this before. We will never order from here again.

I also called at 4:30 to ask how busy it could possibly be at four-thirty in the morning; the man on the other end of the line answered "very busy" with silence audible in the background... when I asked if it was on its way, the man said yes. Mind you, it is a 5-minute drive and it took them fifteen minutes after I called. The food was lukewarm when it arrived. The fries were soggy and cold and the burger didn't even have sauce. Furthermore, the kapsalon had opened up in the bag. If I could give it 0 stars, I certainly would.

I came upon this fine establishment in a moment of desperation, deep into the middle of the night. I was shocked to find that not only were they still delivering into the early hours of the morning, but also with a selection of abundance such I have not seen before or since. From Italian pasta to baklava, they truly have it all. My eye was first drawn to the restaurant's logo advertising their fried chicken; but initially looking through the menu, the servings seemed to be everything but fried chicken! Until, lo and behold, at the very bottom of the menu lay also an extensive fried chicken selection. My friends and I now refer to this establishment as 'the Twilight zone', for existing deep into the night and at the border of human comprehension. Honestly, I'm mostly writing this message in the hope the employees see this and receive my humble thanks for their frankly absurd hours of hard work; I truly, truly appreciate the grind.

Ordered via home delivery. Ordered on a Tuesday at 11:54 PM, delivered at 1:50 PM. Called after an hour; they claimed there was a mistake, causing the receipt to arrive much later. Upon delivery, there was a discussion about the fact that payment still needed to be made (the man had taken the wrong order from the car). This was resolved. The lamb seemed boiled instead of fried. Completely overcooked, with a tough fatty edge. I couldn't get through it. Far too expensive for the quality. The food was only moderately warm and prepared and packaged with little care. If I had seen the reviews here earlier, I would never have ordered.

This is honestly the most disgusting place I've ever eaten. I ordered a kapsalon with friends, fries, and a pita with cheese. We never got the pita; the fries seemed glued together, like a block of fries. The kapsalon was exactly the same, a big block, and the meat was old. The atmosphere wasn't exactly fantastic either, to put it mildly. People, never go here, and spend your money at a good place.

I can just say that if anyone orders anything here, they're throwing their money down the toilet. I ordered pasta and kapsalon from them. After two hours, I got my food, and as soon as I opened the lid, I immediately threw it down the toilet. A real waste of money; overpriced and inedible.

Kapsalon shawarma tastes good. I couldn't finish the large Kapsalon. Next time I'll order the small version. Ample parking. Not much seating inside.

Sorry to say, but this was a real disappointment. First, they forgot the bottle of cola. Second, there was lettuce fried on the pita cheese; that's not right and it's not tasty. Third, the kapsalon: in my opinion, the lettuce (with onion, tomato, and cucumber) should be fresh and crispy and should be placed on the cheese after frying. Here, everything (except perhaps the lettuce) was covered in cheese or fried and limp. The frikandel and kipkorn were good, but due to the sloppy delivery and the strange preparation of the main courses, I still get one star.

We've ordered from these people time and time again, and I think they have trouble reading or remembering things... how hard is it to make a kapsalon without lettuce? We're getting kapsalons with lettuce on them again and again... We'll never order from them again!

The food was terrible. I clicked on delivery. Two hours later, I called to ask where my order was. An angry woman answered the phone and told me to come pick it up, so I cycled there at 3 a.m. I got really angry at the counter because the food wasn't ready yet. While they were making it, she coughed up a lot of gas in my pizza. A little while later, the food was ready, and the boss told me I was a loser. I ended up with really bad diarrhea. If you value your life, don't order from here, order from Pizzeria Portofino.

All the food was cold/old, the bun looked like it had gone bad, churros were tough, kapsalon was very cold, chicken nuggets soaked in grease, fries had no salt, frikandellen speciaal were lukewarm, stomach ache from the food, then we called about this and the gentleman didn't believe us and spoke to us disrespectfully, and he was barely audible on the phone.

Yesterday I ordered spare ribs with fries and 2 beers. Heineken beer was way too warm. Sparibs menu, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE IT. It was a real pain in the ass. Super tough and inedible (€40) so I threw it away. Enjoy!

I ordered food today at 12:30 AM. They arrived at 10:45. The pizza was good, but it wasn't warm anymore. I also ordered a Red Bull, and I didn't get it. So I called the store and told them they hadn't delivered my Red Bull. Then they said, "I called the delivery driver, and he said they had, so now I didn't get any Red Bull, which I paid €3.75 for. I even left a €1 tip for the delivery driver. I'll never order from here again if the boss is on vacation."

Best high review, but I have my reasons. I ordered through Thuisbezorgd and was amazed at how much they have to offer. That's a plus. The spicy chicken burger was tasty, just not really spicy in my opinion, not even mild. But tasty nonetheless. The chicken honey mustard wrap was also delicious. They forgot to include the fries with my meal, but they resolved it by sending new ones. It did take a good hour, though. And the fries were tough. The delivery person was friendly. They all have room for improvement, but I'll definitely order more often because the quality is actually quite good considering the number of options on the menu. :)

Fries at the right temperature, bami blocks that have been flipped, and bear claws that are cooked perfectly evenly. Bringing your own drinks is no problem. Very dramatic place, poor communication, ordering an hour in advance is not feasible and that becomes your problem, not the business. Getting food quickly unfortunately not an option, getting sick quickly probably, the point is we have been waiting for 90 minutes and still no food.

Instead of a bottle of Sprite, we got loose cans and they were not cold. The food itself was lukewarm to cold, the fries were limp and tasteless, and there was hardly any sauce. Only the melted cheese was still a little warm - but that was it. After this experience I don't understand why this restaurant keeps getting such bad reviews without anything changing. I immediately called the restaurant and said that my order had been made incorrectly. Of course that can happen and normally I never mind. I got a man on the phone who said yes sorry we can bring a new one but that will take a while. I said yes never mind, it's already 2 o'clock and there's no point anymore, then I want my money back for the Turkish pizza. He said that he would send me a text message immediately after our call in which I can send a tikkie and he will transfer my money. 1 day later, still no text message. Called again, suddenly no one knew who I had spoken to and I had to call back at 8:00 PM. Called again, I had to call again at 10:00 PM. 22:00 called again, phone is off and no one answers. 2 days later, called again, the man said I had to call later because the person I was talking about wouldn't be there until the evening. My friend called after that, phone is off again. Called again on the 3rd day, phone is off again. Honestly, I've never seen such a mess in a cafeteria. As if they work there without a schedule. Really ghetto. And all this for 6.50 euros lol. I don't recommend this shit to anyone, besides it was not even edible, besides that Turkish pizza we also got a special fries, those fries were everywhere except where they were supposed to be. FC Polder Football Canteen makes even better pizzas than this. You order pizza doner and after 85 minutes your food will be without doner. You will receive your call as a response, we will arrange it next time. Very rude woman on the phone. Didn't want to take a telephone order halfway through, so I had to do it online. Once online they have forgotten the sauce even though you paid for it, then report this by telephone. You are snubbed very smartly and are told that your sauce can be delivered in 45 minutes later…. Pizza was also hard and the cheese used on it was just plastic-like. Definitely never again for me!
