Caffè Belmondo WTC in Zuidas

Very bad coffee and staff behaving like they hate doing their job.

Today I stopped by this café, and it’s really cozy and comfortable. The coffee is tasty, and the staff member with black hair (unfortunately I don’t know her name) was very kind and helpful.

Great People working there. Very tasty and affordable food. Would love to come back, love from Germany!!

Worst coffees we’ve had in a long long time. Tasted like ditch water. My gf hated the ‘oat cappuccino’ too. Really really bad! How dare a place like this call itself ‘bellmondo cafe’. A disgrace to coffee and coffeeculture in general! Worst of the worst. Friendly girls, but no baristas

The waitress was about as pleasant as a prison door. Door had to be kept open apparently although it's winter in amsterdam.

Zero!! Caffe Belmondo was an absolute disaster. There were pigeons inside the restaurant walking around like they owned the place — clearly, hygiene is not a priority here. The service was equally awful. I was having lunch with my colleagues and, because I was the only one eating a taco from the shop next door, we were told to move. Completely unprofessional and downright rude. If you value basic cleanliness, decent service, and respect as a customer, avoid this place entirely. Go to Salsa Shop instead — better food, better service, and definitely no pigeons at your feet.

The breakfast was every time very good and we also enjoyed our drinks outside. The prices are very fair and the quality was also impressive because every toast or sandwich was freshly prepared. Definitely recommend

Small and gets loud quickly, especially when the juicer is being used. Pleasant staff. Not much else to it.

Toast is bad and expensive. Coffee is fine. They should only sell coffee and allow people bring food from the bakery next to them.

Top place for a cup of coffee with a sandwich. Here you are also good for a nice meeting business and also private. Very accessible because of the central location. Friendly and good staff. Nice and handy place!

Went for lunch with family. Lack of service. The food ok. Overall not particularly inviting.

Cappuccino was way too hot, milk overcooked so it tasted like nothing but burnt milk and, as you’d expect, burnt my mouth. Staff member was rude and inattentive (perhaps explaining the lack of attention to milk temp). A thermometer and a smile wouldn’t go astray

Best Service ever, friendly, professional, generous with time and advice. Not enough adjectives to describe the wonderful Sophie-Rose, her wonderful service, the food she prepares and as an extra bonus, the smile is free! The pastries were fresh and crispy, the menu enticing, all around us there were happy customers, thanks to her hard work. The environment was warm and pleasant with outside sitting and in a rainy day in Amsterdam, there was no better place to sit and spend time enjoying ourselves. We are already planning a return visit with the family. Thank you for the hospitality!

Visited here for breakfast while staying at the nearby Qbic Hotel in the WTC for work. This is a nice little place to grab a coffee and toastie to start the day. The toastie was freshly prepared and tasted good.

Buen lugar para una parada rápida de café antes de subirse al metro justo bajando la calle, o de camino a la oficina. Café decente de una buena máquina de café espresso, con leche a base de plantas para un blanco vegano, personal agradable.

Excellent place to get your first coffee

De koffie en de broodjes zijn lekker, personeel is vriendelijk, de toiletruimte moet veel beter zijn, deursloten zijn kapot en ik zou deze ruimte altijd schoonhouden, in deze maand van december kerst verlichting en versiering zou erg gepast zijn. Als ik langs station zuid moet dan kom ik hier want nogmaals koffie en broodjes zijn lekker!!
