The espresso is quite strong, if you like it... Unfortunately, it was a bit too strong for me. Next time, I'd rather have a hot chocolate. Otherwise, it's a nice, comfortable place to sit and relax.

We stopped by to warm up and have coffee/cake and it was the perfect spot. I had a hot chocolate with a blueberry muffin, and my mum had a latte with carrot cake. All of the above was lovely. We loved the location - still central but not on too busy of a street. Cozy vibes whilst sitting and warming up from the cold weather. Staff were lovely.

Tried it out for the first time today after a good Google review. We got a seat and ordered at the same time. The café is still Christmassy in the entrance area (the ceiling was decorated with a beautiful chain of lights in the style of icicles), but the back part is a bit untidy and you can see various utensils, cardboard boxes and food. There is a toilet which is very small and okay. The service is friendly as usual, we ordered at the counter and our drinks were brought to the table. We ordered a chai latte, a latte macchiato and a carrot cake (with nuts and raisins) for €11.75. The drinks were very tasty, the chai latte was even better than the normal latte macchiato. We enjoyed the cake. All in all, it's a solid cafe.

I lived several years in Amsterdam but never been here till yesterday. I was with my family , good quality of tea and coffee. Staff was very friendly and kind, after I got my order the lady gently brought a chair so I could seat altogether with my family. Also fair prices for Amsterdam center. I’ll come back for sure.

An easy going cafe for great coffee, croissants and cakes.

Great selection of drinks. We had Hot Chocolate and Iced Matcha Latte. The drinks were really good. Hot Chocolate had a good chocolate taste and was sweet, but not too sweet. The matcha was also very good. The prices are pretty nice as well.

Went back again in 2024 many times, have been pleasant tho~~ Original: It’s cool if you just wanna grab coffee instead of looking for specialty coffee. Has been good for months, not sure if there were too many costumers or what, it’s not specialty level for sure now. (The barista doesn’t even know what over extractions so…)

We stopped by im Momento full of hope for a good coffee. The atmosphere was good and the staff was friendly. However, the roasting of the bean is far too strong and bitter. The crema didn't seem broken and the milk wasn't perfectly foamed for me personally. As a barista you should not go to the shop.

Great oat cappuccino and iced cappuccino. Nice selection of sweets, new would have loved some sandwiches, juice or smoothies though. Very friendly staff and calm atmosphere. Quite tiny but it kind of adds to the charm.

The small girl you have working today is such an arrogant, repellent, and rude person who doesn't even have an idea of how to make a proper coffee. I asked her to repeat the coffee because she gave it to me with more foam than a badly poured beer, and she replied that I could also make it at home. If I spend 4 euros on a coffee, I want it to be done as it should be, not however she wants to make it. This happens when you let your neighbor's cousins or whoever she is work instead of people who have barista knowledge. I come to this place every weekend and always receive the right attention, but with this lady, it's not the first time. Now she's really annoyed me, so I'm wasting my time here to let you guys know.

Il momento a moment in Italian… and a special one for me… bringing love and attention to my day everytime I come. Lighting up my life in this dark amsterdumpster. The quality and quantity are meeting all the criteria above and beyond. And the feeling I get is also on the sunny side🤩 Shout out to the amazing finnish barista who always makes me smile and bring light to this shop.

A perfect fusion of cliche and independence in one room with a sidewalk bench in front of the storefront. Amazing location by the bridge over the canal (Gracht) ... Staff constantly on the move, lofi-style music, the smell of fresh coffee, a raw interior, stacked boxes of goods, creaking wooden floors, water dripping into a 100-year-unwashed sink, a bicycle and a ladder leaning against an unplastered wall, furniture and decorations probably from an Amsterdam flea market and ... outside in front of the cafe, a bench with a postcard-like view of the city, the street, the canal, houseboats, bicycles, tulips, exactly as it is stated in the tourist guide. I had a cappuccino and first-class croissant, actually now cappuccino is made differently, as they invented it in Italy. City roasted coffee silky milk foam without bubbles with latte art ... that's how I like it.

Friendly staff and delicious croissants! And the rich and dense Cappuccino Sitting by the window, you can watch everyone trying their best to overcome the height difference and ride bicycles up the bridge. It is quite inspiring and is the beginning of a beautiful day.

What a spot!! Only just popped in for a few minutes for a take away coffee, but it’s a spot that I would like to go back to and have a sit in. Great atmosphere. Bit small so would be a bit squishy if I were to do some work or bring laptop, but a I’d imagine a great spot to catch up for a coffee with a friend. Ice latte was yum👍

One of the best caffeine shops in Amsterdam with delicious Italian coffee.

Nothing remarkable about their coffee. We ordered an oat latte and it almost looked like a latte machiato and the oat milk overpowered the coffee taste. Despite the high price, we missed some little treat to accompany the coffee as it's a habit in Dutch cafés. Service was nice. I would only recommend it to people watch in front of the canal as they have two benches outside. The inside is cool but doesn't have much space.

For many years this is my go-to place for delicious coffee whenever I’m in the area. It’s tucked away in the middle of the madness and you always feel like you can disappear while being in the eye of the storm. Always super friendly and lovely service too!

Nice coffee and relaxing place!

Cappuccino was good, though not exceptional. The real highlight was the 🥐 Croissant, which was simply delicious! What made the experience even better was the wonderful view from the window, making it a perfect spot to start the day.
