Casa Serrano in Wijk 06 Egmond aan den Hoef

Dirty tables that hadn't been washed. Stained cutlery. Uncomfortable seating area.

Delicious food. Friendly service.

The food was inedible; the pizza base was like cardboard, the cheese wasn't melted properly, and the doner was like a wet newspaper and tasted like nothing.

Oscar was very unfriendly; the woman behind the bar was at least present and pleasant. The food certainly wasn't good: raw meat, the pizza base was soft and soggy, the garlic sauce looked like water had been mixed in.

Truly a ridiculous experience. I waited nearly 2 hours for my pizza. When I finally called the pizzeria myself, I was told that the delivery person had already been to my place, but that no one had opened the door. This is completely incorrect. No one rang the doorbell, and I was not called at all on the phone number listed with my order on Thuisbezorgd. If the delivery person had simply called me, this problem could have been resolved within a minute. When the pizza was finally delivered, the delivery person then said that he had already been waiting for me downstairs by the door for 10 minutes. That makes no sense either, because I literally saw him arrive. It mainly seemed as if he needed an excuse afterwards to explain the huge delay. I asked him why he hadn't just called me on the order number. I received no answer to that. Instead, he asked why *I* hadn't called the pizzeria if I had a problem. 😂 Yeah, how am I supposed to know that the delivery person is supposedly at my door if no one rings the bell or calls? And unfortunately, this isn't the first time there have been problems with this pizzeria. Waiting for almost 2 hours, then no phone call, no ringing the bell, and on top of that, stories that just don't add up. This is really not normal or acceptable service.

A little trip to Italy at Casa Serrano in Eindhoven! It was my first time at this restaurant and I'm absolutely thrilled. I haven't had such fantastic pasta, not even in Rome! The atmosphere is simply enchanting and magical. A wonderful place that I will definitely visit again soon. 🥰

Delicious pizza… excellent service, great location

The staff member was very friendly. Unfortunately, the pizza wasn't very good. The tomato sauce was too acidic, and the dough seemed as if the dough balls had dried out excessively on the outside, making it very dense rather than light and airy. I suspect we just caught them on a bad day, because I wish the owner, who seems genuinely nice, all the best!

Great lasagna. Friendly chef and service. Not expensive.

The decor is outdated and not entirely clean. The staff, however, are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious on both visits.

Just... 🚀I picked up a pizza at the last minute. I asked for the best pizza and got del Amore... I asked for extra toppings and got a generously topped pizza... I've rarely had one this good!! Delicious... thank you🤗

We had a delicious pizza last night. The atmosphere was good, but a bit quiet because it wasn't very busy.

Delicious food, very hospitable welcome. Very pleasant service. We will definitely be back.

Delicious pizza. Friendly staff.

Delicious pasta, friendly people, cute interior. Fantastic.

The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive. We were spontaneously served a bruschetta platter upon request, even though it wasn't on the menu. The pizza was fresh and generously topped, and the lasagna was also excellent. The prices were absolutely reasonable. I will definitely return when I'm in the area.

We ate there tonight, pizza and dessert. Delicious. We're going there again during our vacation!

The taste of the food is very good.

I have no idea what other people are having here. The service was super friendly, it was super fast, and the food was good too!

A small but lovely shop with truly Italian roots. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodated all our special requests (even if they weren't on the menu). We had four pizzas and were not disappointed. There were no leftovers, and both of us adults and our two children (7 and 9) thoroughly enjoyed them. The ambiance is uniquely wonderful. The price is unbeatable. We'll be back!

Just had dinner here with my family. 3 kids and my girlfriend. It was absolutely fantastic! The three pizzas were deliciously fresh and better than the last 20 pizzas we've had at other places. The spareribs platter was delicious. There wasn't much salad, but my daughter certainly didn't mind, haha. Carpaccio was also delicious. Old-fashioned with pesto sauce. I don't like the truffle mayonnaise on carpaccio myself. It was funny, because we thought we were going to a restaurant with higher ratings, but in the end, we were very happy with our choice!

Delicious food prepared by Sandrijnen. We were warmly welcomed and the food was delicious.

Had dinner here after a long day of cycling. I was the only guest at the time, but got a friendly welcome. The dish was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy — exactly what I needed to relax and recharge.

Not a good word about the way this shop operates!! Wrong delivery. A new pizza was supposed to be delivered but never arrived. When we called again, the owner refused to honor their agreements and we were accused of lying. Very bad!

Ordered pizza via home delivery. The edges were black and the bottom was hard and dry. And just not tasty. Heavy on the stomach too. I won't order from here again.

We ate a delicious pizza and a delicious salad.

Picked up super tasty pasta with foccacia and delicious pizzas. Fast and delicious. Recommended.

Coincidentally saw the pizzeria on the street and took a seat outside. Service was polite, waiting time okay. When ordering, it was stated directly that there was only pizza or pasta and that all other dishes were not available. It's a shame, but at least honest. Everything wouldn't have been so bad if the pizza had at least tasted good...

Klasse.prima

Restaurant is old and a bit run down. I ordered Spaghetti bolognese and I was always under the impression that bolognese was minced meat in tomato sauce. This was more like minced meat in tomato soup, and from a bad brand too. Water-thin sauce, half a cherry tomato on top and that was it. Coke from a supermarket own brand, in a glass without a bottle and without a spark. A very friendly lady at the counter.

I was very early, so there was no atmosphere yet. No problem, the food was delicious and I had a lovely hanging bench on the terrace.

Nice service, excellent food for a reasonable price.

I ordered 2 pizzas. When I received these pizzas, the entire pizza was completely covered in the order bag. This can happen of course, but after asking for a new one, the response was extremely aggressive and told me to keep my mouth shut and not to be difficult + another bunch of Arabic swear words. The delivery person called his employer who immediately offered me a new one. When I received the pizza for the 2nd time and opened the box, the cheese was not completely through the bag this time. Well, when we cut the pizza I was up to my knees in cheese! The garlic sauce also tasted like spirits. After eating this pizza I gained about 20 pounds. It contained cheese worth an orphanage's worth and the pizza itself was jet black and inedible. In addition to the incredibly bad and angry delivery person, the pizza was also exceptionally bad. This was bizarre...

Delicious pizza salami and always cut upon request.

The impression when you entered actually said it all. Unfortunately, no other pizzeria was open, we didn't feel like cooking ourselves and were very hungry. Our tip is to be hungry rather than eat anything here. The food was bad, as was the service.

We picked up three pizzas and all three were excellent. Richly filled and perfect base. Also very friendly reception.

Very good pasta and melanzane parmiggiano. The tiramisu was also very good. Atmosphere and super good service topped it off.

Super cozy. Food was good. We will definitely come back

Always fun and delicious food! The last time I was there, the pizza was really SUPER! Best Pizza in Egmond and the wine is absolutely delicious….

Sehr leckere Pizzen … um nicht zu sagen - this is a must have.

Very disappointed after the visit. Especially with the overpriced and low quality food. Pizza dough was tasteless. We ordered 3 different pizzas and one of them came out with a raw dough, whereas 2 others were really pale. The raw one came back to the oven, which helped a little bit, but I belive we should be given a new one. Only came here because the pizza place next door was closed that day, but I will not come back here again. On the plus side- the waitress was very nice and attentive.

Pizza Quattro formagge was top inclusief super dunne bodem.

Enorm leuke uitstraling. Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel.

Very kind Staff and the Pizza was delicious. Next Time we will visit again 100%.

Bezorgtijd was binnen +-15 min. Bezorger was vriendelijk . Top restaurant

Was trouwens erg zout.

Hoofdgerechten duurde natuurlijk even, dit aangezien we veel verschillende gerechten hadden uitgekozen. Aanrader!
