The food was delicious. It's a shame that the chicken they use here is either chicken thighs or bone-in chicken pieces. I would have given the food 5 stars if the dish I wanted had been available with tender, cooked chicken breast fillets. Instead, the chef made a vegetarian dish with cauliflower instead of chicken. It tasted good.

Really good and tasty indian food. Highly recommend the chaats (streetfood) and appetizers. Very authentic flavours, which reminded us of our visit to India. The prices are very fair. The service is friendly and quick. The interior is also quite cosy, which we didn't expect from a location in the area it is located in.

I recently had the pleasure of hosting a private event at Chaska and I was thoroughly impressed .From the moment we started planning, the team made every detail feel effortless and special. The ambiance was perfect and just the right amount of intimacy for our group. It felt like having a beautiful dinner party in the comfort of a friend’s home, only better, because we didn’t have to lift a finger! They happily accommodated our group’s dietary needs, decorations for the event etc The food was truly the highlight. Guests are still raving about the dishes and we're equally impressed with the flavours and quality. Many commented they haven't eaten food like this except at home or in India itself. Equally impressive was the attentive, genuine service. The staff struck the perfect balance between being present and giving us space to enjoy ourselves. I wholeheartedly recommend Chaska for any special occasion, big or small. It’s truly a gem and not to be missed.

Had butter chicken and naan… although it was chef’s speciality it tasted old, and there was WAY too much ginger. We expected more since it has such good reviews. Unfortunately not worth it for us especially considering the high prices.

Tonight we thoroughly enjoyed Indian hospitality in the broadest sense of the word. The food and drinks were delicious. The mango Lassie is really deliciously soft. It is what food should be; lovingly prepared, full of flavor and authentic. They constantly made sure that we lacked nothing and left the restaurant blissfully happy. Thank you for a wonderful party evening and the fireworks 😊.

Great authentic food - the Gobi Dynamite was my favorite. The hariali paneer (pictured) and kadai paneer was also nice. Decoration and atmosphere is very nice.

We were very impressed by the hospitality of restaurant owners in Eindhoven overall. We were in the mood for Indian food, so we made a reservation three days in advance and arrived on time. However, we were immediately greeted with a certain unfriendliness at the entrance. The woman at the door ordered us to our table without much of a welcome, and when I mentioned that we had a reservation for two, she simply waved it off and handed us the menus. Once ordered- unfortunately , we received no attention at all during the meal. We had to call the waiters ourselves to get the promised rice or an additional bottle of water. The staff interacted with all the other tables — which consisted only of local Indian guests — while completely ignoring us. I believe hospitality should look quite different. The taste of the food wasn’t anything special either, so we’ve decided to try a different restaurant next time. It’s a pity we had this kind of experience.

We ate gol gappas, chilli chicken, chicken biryani and chicken curry with naan. We also had chaska chai. We enjoyed all of it.

Food was pretty good overall, service was nice although the waiting time was on the longer side. Restaurant was cozy and music was nice.

We had a delicious meal, we also tasted each other's food and the different meals each really had their own character. With the appetizers we only thought the dots of brown sauce tasted a bit too much like BBQ sauce, the advice here is don't do that. I'd rather not make any sauce or make it myself. The timing of the dishes could also be a little better. The appetizers didn't come at the same time so we got them one by one. That wasn't a problem for us as we shared the meals with each other. Everything was cleared away very quickly. You could take a little more time there, which would be a bit more pleasant. But the food was delicious and more than enough, so much so that we couldn't fit in any more dessert. It was no problem for us that no alcohol was served. The service was very nice. We would love to come back again in a while.

Authentic Indian Restaurant with great taste, ambience and staff focused on warmth, care and great service.

The first time visit the food was a bit of a let down, but the recent visit changed that. They take traditional food, ingredients and they a modern take on presention and flavour. It's not often that you think of the chef that made the food but this occasion surely made me think of it. The training, experience and the effort of the chef shows. Among the multiple starter, main courses and desserts. Most things were beyond the expectations.

The food was not very warm but it was nice

Fantastic food! The experience of a dinner dine in was super satisfying with cozy ambiance, great hospitality and then the super yummy food! Being a vegetarian, over the last few days I have tried most of their options and each one beats the other. But the Dal Fry is the king! So yummy I had to get a second one 😋. One must have their Chai as well. The restaurant owner is very friendly and takes good care of the needs of the customers. This made the experience more rich. Kudos! Best Indian restaurant in Europe!!!

After hearing good reviews from friends we happened to visit Chaska restaurant. First the good things, The ambience is good (although the washrooms are so dimly lit that u can hardly see a thing and also no place to change diaper for babies). Service is also good. Polite and attentive staff. We were with couple of noisy babies but still the other customers were quite considerate. However the food was very disappointing for us. We ordered vada pav, samosa chat for starters and non veg platter, biryani laal maas for mains. Starters are ok. But in the main course every dish is very oily and greasy. The after feel is so bad. Chai and lassi are decent. For the price we paid i felt the quality of food is quite low.

Another delicious meal, and very surprising. Dishes that I have never seen on an Indian menu, different flavors. It is not a vegetarian restaurant, but vegetarians are well catered for, including the starters. Everything at the chaat (street food-like starters) is vegetarian. The owner is very nice, genuinely interested in what customers think of the food and happy to explain in detail what you eat. In my opinion, the best Indian restaurant I have ever eaten at. Our favorite meal is just ordering lots of appetizers and sharing them.

I had the most amazing experience at CHASKA! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a lovely blend of traditional and modern decor. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. As for the food – absolutely delicious! The flavors were bold and perfectly balanced. I highly recommend the Mint nilgiri chicken curry, which was rich and creamy, and the butter chick with naan was the perfect accompaniment. Every bite was a true taste of India. I also loved the variety of options, including plenty of vegetarian and vegan choices. The spice levels were on point, and I loved how customizable the dishes were. Best dinner of my life! Very tasty food, would have liked to see some vegetables or salad on the menu. We were able to chat quietly. It was just very cold inside (also outside, probably that's why...), which was a shame.

A year ago Chaska was my favorite Indian restaurant in Eindhoven. The food really excelled in taste and the service was excellent. Went back yesterday and the experience was bad: - my Kadai paneer was very bland in taste - the service was extremely bad. I first accidentally got Kadai chicken on the table. When I said I was a vegetarian I still got what I ordered, but without any apologies. Later we waited a very long time for dessert, it turned out that they had forgotten to inform the kitchen. No apologies again. Then we finally left without dessert. Such a shame how disappointing this was compared to a while ago. Now I seriously doubt I'll ever go back.

Los tiempos de espera antes y entre los platos eran buenos... Ya hemos estado en varios restaurantes indios aquí en Eindhoven y hasta ahora pensamos que Chaska es uno de los mejores. Our first visit ..Had a lovely meal here. we are vegetarian and there are enough vegetarian dishes to choose from..I personally liked the starter Tandoori Paneer Tikka. The waiting times before and between the dishes were good ... We have already been to several Indian restaurants here in Eindhoven and so far we think Chaska is one of the best. We will definitely eat here again.

Very nice ambiance, not too much jazzy with interior but with very simple and sober. Food taste was very good and quality was very nice. Good part was the customer service. We just reserved a table immediately and thought to leave but then they immediately called us and told to wait for 15 mins. So it was efficient customer service.

Well I have dined yesterday in one of the best Indian restaurants. Frankly, I have had authentic good Indian food after long. I was very much impressed by the menu. It was good to see different items other than a regular menu. Everything was amazing be it vegetarian, fish, chicken, mutton. I was amazed to see Nalli Nihari in the menu ( as it take hours to cook). I would recommend “ Chaska” for a good Indian food. Aah, how can I forget about the deserts “omg “ we tried all the deserts in the menu and difficult to recommend one. Great place for good food and warm hospitality.

Biryani was dry. The curry was the worst and packed poorly in a small portion bowl that had loose cover. very liquid and they gave one portion of rice for two curry dishes. You need to learn from other Indian restaurants in Eindhoven. Disappointed

I was visiting Eindhoven from Switzerland for a short holiday. After reaching, we were looking for a Indian restaurant. Luckily we found the Chaska Indian Restaurant. The Food and service was great. The restaurant had a very pleasing "ambiente". These items must be tried: Mint Nilgiri Chicken curry, Fish masala curry, Mushroom mataar masala
