It was a very nice evening, I'd love to do it again.

The food is delicious! The price-quality ratio is great. Special appreciation for Indy; thanks in part to her, we gave 5 stars for service and atmosphere!

The food was good and the service prompt and very friendly. We were very disappointed that the deluxe hamburger had been removed from the menu. It was the only dish that fell between 'adult' dishes and a children's menu. An ideal dish for teenagers who have outgrown the children's menu. We would love to see it back on the regular menu! It was noisier than usual because the restaurant was rented out and we were seated in the conservatory next to the busy terrace. Normally, the restaurant is quite quiet and pleasantly decorated.

We had a pretty good meal and were served well. I think the quality and price are particularly good. So not the best ever, but not the most expensive ever either. Just pretty good, basically.

We have been coming here for 22 years. The food was delicious again. Unfortunately, it is getting more and more expensive, which is understandable, but there is also less and less of it.... In the early years that we used to eat here, with the Marveld’s house stew we got 2 schnitzels and a few bowls of fried potatoes, salad, and applesauce. Now it’s 1 schnitzel and just a bowl of salad. I also still think it’s a shame that the chicken restaurant is gone, and I think many others feel the same way. But we still love coming here to eat!

We have been enjoying the restaurant for years in a row, and we know the menu by heart... It is fine, but we noticed that you now also have a weekly menu, which is highly appreciated. Furthermore, we always book half board, so the answers below do not apply.

The people who work here are incredibly sweet; they are very considerate regarding allergies and what is in everything. And the food was delicious!

Great service. Friendly staff, both the young and the old guard. I was there alone with my little daughter, and when she accidentally knocked over a glass of milk, a cloth was there within 20 seconds. A modified ice cream was also available, and unexpectedly, there was a surprise egg included as well. The food was fine for a holiday park; we’ve often had worse. The building itself is quite atmospheric on the inside, where you don't really notice the hustle and bustle from outside.

Delicious food. I had the Marveld's pan. Start with the melon with ham. my partner had the steak. The food is typically Dutch and good.

We were almost put off by the bad reviews. However, the lovely atmosphere convinced us to give it a try. There were four adults and two children in our party. I had venison, my husband had chicken, and our friends had schnitzel. The schnitzels were okay, but the venison and chicken were truly excellent! The service was also superb, and we would definitely go back!

The same applies here; if I had to go by reviews, I would never have eaten here. So this was totally different (in a positive sense). Yes, there were a few weaker points, but for me, that didn't result in a significant reduction in the score. We entered and were welcomed to a beautifully set table (for 4 adults and 6 children). We were also immediately asked about drinks. It was a pity that they didn't have a drinks/beer menu (they did have wine), but they did have everything. Also, if we wanted something from neighboring (in-house) restaurants, this was no problem. The menus arrived soon after. When ordering, it was even possible to order a chicken corn dog (which had to come from the snack bar), because it wasn't on the menu. As adults, we had the choice between the regular menu and a game menu. Regarding our children's table, the food was served somewhat 'rustically' in between courses: asking questions but ignoring the answers, but this was just funny because there was nothing else to complain about. The food itself was very good (game trio). The taste of the meat and sauce was particularly good. It's a shame the meat wasn't a bit more tender; we noticed this especially because we didn't get any steak knives. The adults, as well as the children, were happy with the choice for our last evening! By the way, while we were waiting, the kids went outside to play!

The staff consists of 15-year-old children. After sitting at the table for 10 minutes and still not receiving a menu, we decided to leave.

So, we were approached by a man because he didn't want to allow a very picky adult to be denied a dish from the children's menu. We had also been told that we could make adjustments, but with him that wasn't possible, so it was either something else or nothing, he said. But when a child chose an adult dish, it was okay again. It could be better. Tip: a dish that is changed, or state on the menu that adults are not allowed items from the children's menu.

The staff brought drinks by hand, not with a single tray, and they weren't very friendly either. The food was expensive, but it didn't show: carpaccio with a dry salad and a kilo of regular grated cheese. The steak was tasty but not worth 30 euros. The interior was nicely decorated, though.

Delay at Busy: The food was generally good, but a problem arose when the restaurant became busier. We had to wait a very long time for our ice cream, which disrupted our experience a bit. Conclusion: Chef's Plate à la carte offers a great dining experience for foodies looking for creative and high-quality dishes. The atmosphere and flavorful dishes make for a unique experience, although the price point and possibility of delays during busy times may not be for everyone.

Much better than expected. The decor is professional, just like the staff. Food was just okay.

It was nice that we could go with a group of 6 without a reservation. That is almost the only positive thing about the evening. Food wasn't very bad. It's a shame that the Ribeye was very well done. In addition, the side dishes were very scarce. It seemed more like a portion for 2 people than 6. The older waitress was rude and grumpy. Mainly only sarcastic and unfriendly reactions came from her.

Went for dinner twice during our stay, staff was friendly, food was good, but in relation to the price and type of restaurant on a holiday park, I think the price was a bit on the high side. The ratio is skewed here. Had a great experience otherwise.

Been there several times in the last few days. The young employees are very friendly. The drinks are OK. Yesterday the bar manager treated me very rudely because I just wanted to change money. He pushed the cash register towards his colleague and reprimanded me. Ergo: friendliness only for paying customers. Bitter.

Used the half board service of the aparthotel marveld for 30 eu pp. The 4 year old was free. We had a delicious meal and the service was top notch. Nice staff and very attentive. Portions were quite large and the prices of the drinks were fine. We had a nice evening.
