Chicken Xpress in Hoofddorppleinbuurt

I waited 1.5 hours, the fries were cold, limp and disgusting, the chicken was also unpalatable, I wouldn't even feed it to my dog, yuck, when I called about it I got extra fries with the next order, how about I'll never order from here again, crazy stuff, yuck, I strongly advise against it to everyone if you want to save your tongue and your stomach.

The food came quickly, but was still lukewarm and there were 2 fewer hot wings in it. Besides, it didn't taste good, but if I was drunk I would have eaten it.

Ordered 5 piece fried chicken and 10 piece mini chicken breasts online through thuisbezorgd.nl. It was stale. The worst chicken I have eaten till date. Had to throw them out after trying one from each. I suspect that they sent out something left over from previous day as it was an online delivery order. Will never buy from them again. Placing this review on all the boards where they are listed.

Ordered here via Hungry, but that was the last time. Apparently I have to check the reviews first from now on. Soggy fries, forgotten salad, 3 skewers of chicken swimming in a container with, I think, satay sauce. Not tasty. In addition, a bag with dark brown tough dry fried chicken fillet pieces without flavor and the cheapest brand of mayo/ketchup.

Don't order here, the food is terrible! Cold, not tasty, and certainly not fresh.

My food was 30 minutes late while I ordered it 2 hours earlier! I never got my cola light. When I called them, they blamed the delivery guy. They offer me a pizza for tomorrow, that fast they are! Never again!

I'm a chef, so I'm very critical when it comes to food. The "crispy" layer around the chicken was soft, soggy and very dark brown, probably fried in old fat, whatever dripped off was too fat to handle. So I flicked that away. The chicken inside was dry, so either overcooked or pre-fried a few days in advance. I also expected three drumsticks, I got one, and two thighs. So the chicken was extremely disappointing. Now the second thing: the fries were tightly packed and therefore choked along the way, and therefore limp. The "mayonnaise" was fries sauce. The ketchup was from a brand I don't recognize, Lydia. I really expect Heinz. Shame. Point three: the lettuce was limp, warm, and the tomato still had a crown in it. Packed three days ago, and thrown away in a second. One star is too many. I'll make a sandwich in a minute.
