Ordered my food at 10:15 PM and it's now 12:45 AM and still nothing, and they are lying through their teeth, never again for me and before you order read the reviews first, if I had done that I would never have ordered anything here.. .....update now 1 hour past just delivered, burgers were disgusting, fries were cold and soggy.. food and merchandise inspection really needs to pay a visit.

My go to chicken place but lately quality is inconsistent. Sometimes chicken lacks seasoning. Hope they sort this out.

The food is greasy and the burgers in particular are INEDIBLE. I felt nauseous all evening from it! The whole place is also very unhygienic!

We've been waiting for food for over two hours now. After an hour and a half, we called once. A young man answered and said it would be another 5-10 minutes. Half an hour later, we called again, but they didn't even answer. We kept calling, but eventually, we answered. We couldn't hear the man, and he hung up on us. We kept calling back, and still no answer. Finally, the young man answered, and he gave us some extras. But that doesn't change the incredibly poor service. The delivery drivers don't do a thing. Besides, we haven't had our food yet, so we can't comment on that. The service was absolutely terrible. I definitely won't order from them again.

I got a Junior Crunchy Meal and two snack boxes here yesterday. At first glance, the chicken pieces (hot wings & crispy) were so dry, and so was the burger, but I was hungry, so I ate it. The next day, you guessed it: Food poisoning. I literally went back and forth to the bathroom and kept throwing up! This is so inhumane, I can't describe it.

They really need to get their act together. It took me 3 hours and 20 minutes for the food to arrive. The worst part was that I was practically strung along every time I had to call (I had to call a total of four times). I was given a bottle of Coke as a way of making up for it, saying, "What's wrong, sir? You get Coke with it, right?" I told them I didn't need it, but with young kids, it's a shame to eat so late when I'd ordered early. Eventually, a delivery driver from Thuisbezorgd.nl delivered it. ChicKing really needs to improve if they want to stay in business. The food was still fresh and warm, hence the 3 stars. But not for us anymore; we're skipping ChicKing.

Terrible. The food wasn't seasoned well, the burgers were super basic, and the portions were so small I was still hungry afterward. The prices are also ridiculous for what you get. It's a shame McDonald's isn't halal, otherwise I would have eaten there.

Chicking on Zwartjanstraat is a great place if you're craving fast food. The food was hot and tasted just as you'd expect from Chicking. Ordering went smoothly, and the staff was okay—nothing fancy, just polite. Portions are good, and the prices are reasonable. It's not a fancy place, but it's perfectly fine for a quick bite.

my order has arrived exactly in two hours, i should have read the reviews before ordering. after two hours of wait, i could have eaten anything so not sure to what extent the chickens were delicious. they were ok, they also weren’t hot. on top of that, i tried to call the store so many times, but no one picked it up. think twice before ordering if this is their usual:/

What I just experienced is absolutely disgusting. My order was already half-eaten before it even arrived. Uber said delivery would take about 30-45 minutes, but after 60 or 70 minutes I called, and after a few tries, they answered and said the delivery driver was already on his way. The delivery driver didn't arrive until two hours later. Of the 24 hot wings, 15 were still in the box, and there were also some bare bones. There was a hole in the box, and the bag was torn. What was still inside was ice cold, but honestly, it already felt gross to me and I didn't really want to eat it.

I can’t comment on the food as I cancelled the order, ordered at 7.04pm, was advised it was on route at 7.50pm, order cancelled with Uber at 8.30pm as they did not answer my repeated calls to ask for an update. Receive a call at 9.04pm from the driver saying he had my order at my apartment. I advised him that the order was cancelled. This screen shot is the update they did at 8.28pm, when it was originally scheduled for delivery between 7.25pm and 7.45pm.

I finally got someone on the phone, only to be told my order hadn't been processed yet. He then told me it was very busy. He was kind enough to offer to bring me an extra. When the order arrived, I saw two brownies instead of one (thankful for that, of course), but the taco was inedible and the fries were undercooked. The milkshake was also smaller than I'd ordered. The taco had burnt chicken and almost no sauce. I'm extremely disappointed and will not eat or order from here again. Absolutely not recommended. I do want to reiterate that it was nice to receive an extra brownie. Unfortunately, this isn't enough to make up for the damage from my entire meal.

I tried to sit here with a friend of mine and was told that I was not welcome if I brought my own drinks.

My husband and I ate here today and unfortunately, we weren't satisfied. The sandwich I had looked soggy and undercooked. The wings were very greasy and, oddly enough, also seemed undercooked. The food had little flavor. Only the fries were okay. I think it's a real shame that this kind of quality is still being served these days. There was also a group of boys who were VERY loud and were walking around the restaurant yelling and cursing. Nothing was said about them, and it was really annoying.

I have ordered many times from chicking over the last couple of months. The food is usually good and they deliver within 30-40 minutes. Today it took them 3 hours. I have called them 4 times already and they have no excuses or reasons other than "we are very busy". A few weeks ago when I ordered from them it took 1.5 hours but thankfully it was lunchtime and I ordered early. Since they usually deliver within 40 minutes I figured this was just a random bad day. Today I ordered at 630 for dinner and I am yet to receive my food. When I realized these guys will be super late, I actually ordered from another restaurant at 8pm and they delivered within 20-30 mins thankfully, so at least my kids went to bed with food in their tummy. I am less fortunate and continue to wait. Three hours for food delivery is unacceptable. If you can't meet basic timing then you shouldn't be in the food delivery business. Simple as that. I am never ordering from this place again. Averaging out the reviews considering their past service and the extra food they gave.

Best restaurant ever! Food arrived quickly and I got an extra chicken.

They do crispy right—golden, crunchy, and packed with flavor. The burgers are well put together, with fresh toppings and the right kick. They could work on getting the food out a bit faster, though. A quicker delivery would make the experience even better.

Only received 12 hot wings and after telephone contact with an employee and manager I was told that the missing product would not be sent because I had to hit it twice, which is not stated anywhere. I did pay for this and I feel quite ripped off. The hot wings we had already received were cold and soggy. Do not order here.

I placed an order through Uber Eats. I didn't get an update on my order via the app for a long time, so I decided to call the restaurant. I was told the delivery person will be there shortly. After an hour and a half it was still not there. I called the restaurant again and the woman on the phone told me that she doesn't even know where the delivery person is and that she will call me shortly, so that didn't happen. After waiting for more than 2 and a half hours, a delivery finally arrived at my door. He himself had indicated that he told the boss that more delivery people should be hired, but that it was not heard. So Boss, if you read that, is hiring an extra delivery person, and it is unacceptable that your employee who is on the phone cannot provide updates and does not keep her promises.

Ordered here because of Uber Eats promotion: - food (burgers and fries) was clearly old. I have years of experience in the catering industry and do not mean that the food became cold due to late delivery, but that it was not freshly prepared and sent for delivery. - tandoori burger, was ok, unfortunately the bun and chicken patty tasted old (2/5). - fries tasted very old and I didn't even try them (1/5). - vanilla shake was ok (3/5). Clearly not worth repeating due to negative experience and unfortunately I often read the same thing again in the comments.

I am extremely disappointed in ChicKing's service through Uber Eats. We waited a whopping two hours for our fried chicken order, only to eventually discover that the order had been canceled without any explanation or notice. This is absolutely unacceptable. Not only did we waste two hours of our evening, but we were left without food and had to find last minute alternatives. Such a lack of communication and customer service is scandalous. I strongly advise against ordering from ChicKing if you are looking for reliability and good customer service. We will never order from here again.

Ordered from Uber eats and did not deliver: tried calling them multiple times (never picked up) and contacted Uber customer service: the Uber eats operator said that they communicated that the order had been delivered and because of that I could not even ask for a refund. 30€ down the drain.
