Orders haven't arrived, and no one answers the phone (after calling three times). Luckily, everything was quickly resolved through Uber Eats. Not recommended.

I think it's ridiculous. I placed an order here two hours ago and I still haven't received my food. I've tried calling, but no one answers after calling 20 times. I think it's ridiculous, and I hope other people thinking about ordering here don't. They don't have a tracker on the delivery person to see how far or how long it will take. I hope it gets delivered, but I wouldn't know. No update, nothing.

my order has arrived exactly in two hours, i should have read the reviews before ordering. after two hours of wait, i could have eaten anything so not sure to what extent the chickens were delicious. they were ok, they also weren’t hot. on top of that, i tried to call the store so many times, but no one picked it up. think twice before ordering if this is their usual:/

What I just experienced is absolutely disgusting. My order was already half-eaten before it even arrived. Uber said delivery would take about 30-45 minutes, but after 60 or 70 minutes I called, and after a few tries, they answered and said the delivery driver was already on his way. The delivery driver didn't arrive until two hours later. Of the 24 hot wings, 15 were still in the box, and there were also some bare bones. There was a hole in the box, and the bag was torn. What was still inside was ice cold, but honestly, it already felt gross to me and I didn't really want to eat it.

I can’t comment on the food as I cancelled the order, ordered at 7.04pm, was advised it was on route at 7.50pm, order cancelled with Uber at 8.30pm as they did not answer my repeated calls to ask for an update. Receive a call at 9.04pm from the driver saying he had my order at my apartment. I advised him that the order was cancelled. This screen shot is the update they did at 8.28pm, when it was originally scheduled for delivery between 7.25pm and 7.45pm.

What a disaster. I waited 2.5 hours for my order. I called 15+ times, only to be told the line was busy each time. I finally got someone on the phone, only to be told my order hadn't been processed yet. He then told me it was very busy. He was kind enough to offer to bring me an extra. When the order arrived, I saw two brownies instead of one (thankful for that, of course), but the taco was inedible and the fries were undercooked. The milkshake was also smaller than I'd ordered. The taco had burnt chicken and almost no sauce. I'm extremely disappointed and will not eat or order from here again. Absolutely not recommended. I do want to reiterate that it was nice to receive an extra brownie. Unfortunately, this isn't enough to make up for the damage from my entire meal.

Not worth a star. They lure people in with special offers and then give them burgers with 1% chicken in them. The employees argue among themselves and provide poor service. The owner needs to be there more often to improve things, or this place will go under. Just read the reviews!

There was also a group of boys who were VERY loud and were walking around the restaurant yelling and cursing. Nothing was said about them, and it was really annoying.

I have ordered many times from chicking over the last couple of months. The food is usually good and they deliver within 30-40 minutes. Today it took them 3 hours. I have called them 4 times already and they have no excuses or reasons other than "we are very busy". A few weeks ago when I ordered from them it took 1.5 hours but thankfully it was lunchtime and I ordered early. Since they usually deliver within 40 minutes I figured this was just a random bad day. Today I ordered at 630 for dinner and I am yet to receive my food. When I realized these guys will be super late, I actually ordered from another restaurant at 8pm and they delivered within 20-30 mins thankfully, so at least my kids went to bed with food in their tummy. I am less fortunate and continue to wait. Three hours for food delivery is unacceptable. If you can't meet basic timing then you shouldn't be in the food delivery business. Simple as that. I am never ordering from this place again. Averaging out the reviews considering their past service and the extra food they gave.

Best restaurant ever! Food arrived quickly and I got an extra chicken.

They do crispy right—golden, crunchy, and packed with flavor. The burgers are well put together, with fresh toppings and the right kick. They could work on getting the food out a bit faster, though. A quicker delivery would make the experience even better.

I think you really need to improve your communication. It's not always about money. Quality attracts customers. It's an investment to always be reachable. Fries are super limp and cold, chicken is small, dry and not fresh. Burgers fall apart and have hardly any chicken. Never again!

Only received 12 hot wings and after telephone contact with an employee and manager I was told that the missing product would not be sent because I had to hit it twice, which is not stated anywhere. I did pay for this and I feel quite ripped off. The hot wings we had already received were cold and soggy. Do not order here.

I placed an order through Uber Eats. I didn't get an update on my order via the app for a long time, so I decided to call the restaurant. I was told the delivery person will be there shortly. After an hour and a half it was still not there. I called the restaurant again and the woman on the phone told me that she doesn't even know where the delivery person is and that she will call me shortly, so that didn't happen. After waiting for more than 2 and a half hours, a delivery finally arrived at my door. He himself had indicated that he told the boss that more delivery people should be hired, but that it was not heard. So Boss, if you read that, is hiring an extra delivery person, and it is unacceptable that your employee who is on the phone cannot provide updates and does not keep her promises.

Ordered here because of Uber Eats promotion: - food (burgers and fries) was clearly old. I have years of experience in the catering industry and do not mean that the food became cold due to late delivery, but that it was not freshly prepared and sent for delivery. - tandoori burger, was ok, unfortunately the bun and chicken patty tasted old (2/5). - fries tasted very old and I didn't even try them (1/5). - vanilla shake was ok (3/5). Clearly not worth repeating due to negative experience and unfortunately I often read the same thing again in the comments.

I am extremely disappointed in ChicKing's service through Uber Eats. We waited a whopping two hours for our fried chicken order, only to eventually discover that the order had been canceled without any explanation or notice. This is absolutely unacceptable. Not only did we waste two hours of our evening, but we were left without food and had to find last minute alternatives. Such a lack of communication and customer service is scandalous. I strongly advise against ordering from ChicKing if you are looking for reliability and good customer service. We will never order from here again.

Ordered with UberEats and quickly received very hot and delicious meals. We had the Tandoori Chicken Burger and the Royal Burger - both were juicy and fresh. The fries were piping hot, crispy, perfectly salted and the drinks ice cold. Not cheap, but you definitely get your money's worth.
