Today I ordered a fortune's worth of Chinese food and had it delivered. The price-quality ratio is substandard. There was very little pork belly in the babi pangang. The chicken curry had absolutely no flavor. It was watery, barely any sauce, no salt, and the curry powder had just flowed through it. The shrimp with chop suey was okay. The chicken foeyong hai tasted decent. Nothing was really hot. Thuiszorgd indicated another 41 minutes, but they were at the door within 18 minutes with 4 dishes and 3 side dishes. I think they took it from the buffet and brought it over. That's why it wasn't really hot. I've never had this before. A waste of 60 euros.

I ordered three different dishes at this restaurant. Absolutely no quality or taste. Four different people tasted it at our place as well and all felt the same way. Scandalous, definitely strongly advised against!! Such a shame, we had to throw it all away, a waste of our money.

Nice restaurant with an extensive buffet and options for wok cooking and having something prepared on the griddle. Also fresh sushi and an extensive selection of desserts at the all-you-can-eat buffet. A good choice for a nice evening out. Drinks included.

I used to always have very good experiences with this restaurant. Last week I visited again after a long time, and unfortunately, it has really gone downhill. With many items, it was visible that they had been sitting there for quite some time, products were not being restocked, and we were asked to leave as early as 9 o'clock. When we asked, "But surely you aren't closing yet?", we received a curt reply: "The delivery is stopping, so we are going home soon too." Before we were even properly on the doorstep, we were practically pushed aside so the front door could be locked. Unfortunately for me, no more all-you-can-eat at China City.

When Hu was still the owner it was tastier and better.

I was disappointed with the food on Boxing Day. There wasn't much choice. However, service was quick, as it was quiet. The atmosphere was nice, but rather dull. I've been here many times over Christmas, but this was the last time.

The food was very good. I had bapi pangang. It was very busy at the takeout, so I think many people appreciate the good quality. The service was polite. A smile would have made it better, though. It seemed a bit perfunctory. I didn't find the atmosphere particularly special, partly because some tables were using the buffet option.

We came in and instandly we didnt got a welcome or anything, it was only because we walked to takeout and back that they noticed us. We got a table that was sticky and not clean. The food it self was dry and tasteless. The sushi was very old and there were no noodles by the wok at all nothing got filled up so there was really nothing to choose from and this all for 75 euro's is a big shame. Nobody came to get our dirty dishes so we and an other couple had to put our dishes on a table.

We had a nice and tasty meal, no special choices, although they were sometimes a bit late with collecting the dishes.

Time and time again... On several visits, most pans are almost empty. Only sauce... Poor control over whether there is enough to serve.

There were four of us, on a Saturday around 7 p.m. The staff all wore random clothes, like sweatpants and body warmers. Upon arrival, they showed you to a table without any explanation whatsoever. The food selection was reasonable, but many items were gone or dried out. Unfortunately, nothing was replenished (except for the baguette). At 8:15 p.m., the satay was gone and wasn't replenished. Unfortunately, there was no steak for the grill (a favorite for many). So we had the satay grilled on the grill, and the grumpy staff stood behind the grill with earplugs (for music) and didn't say a word. You almost feel guilty bringing a plate of meat to have it cooked. The restaurant is open until 10 p.m., but by 9:30 p.m., the dishes (including desserts) were already gone, and the lights on the (all-inclusive) drink coolers were already off. To top it all off, staff went to the restroom for me (which makes sense). But unfortunately, after using it, they went back to cooking without washing their hands. What a shame about this place; it was my last time.

Hello! These people aren't smiling at all. In fact, they look very angry. They seem to be asking, "Why did you come here?" Especially the chefs preparing meat and fish. They also ask more than they say. The only thing that's good is the food.

Delivery orders are taking over an hour, even on a typical weekday evening. This is truly unacceptable. They only take action when you call to ask where your food is.

We received a very friendly welcome, were given an explanation of the options, and enjoyed delicious food and drinks. Everything was freshly prepared, and there were plenty of options. Highly recommended, even for a casual visitor.

Steaks without spices are half raw. Sushi selection is small and there is not much of it.

This is an absolute waste of money we came there the buffet was almost empty (8 p.m) we tried too find something anyways so we but a thew things on the plate and almost all of it stayed on that same plate it was discusting the meat was dry and tasteless the noodles where harden out completely the sauce tastet like dirt i honestly don’t know how a place like this can have so many good reviews its disgusting. When we tried to explain that we don’t like the food (we all only had a little bit of meat and one drink) we asked if its possible since we didn’t realy ate anything to maybe meet somewhere with the price the manager didn’t even came to our table she just said no thats it no discussion nothing. Pure waste of money and time 👎

Delicious food and all-in price including drinks. It's a shame that many people still don't understand the difference between which ingredients are for the wok and which are for the grill. Unfortunately, here too, as in many places in the catering industry, there is a shortage of staff.

Ordered food, was here after 50 mins, warm inside. But the food itself was tasteless and tough.

Picked up a menu for 2, everything was watery and tasteless, had to add herbs and sauce at home, might as well make it myself, 30 euros for 2 people and half in the container. Was nice and warm if that could be a plus. From now on, get it from Lotus, you get less for the same price, but it's certainly good to eat

The design is great, food straight from the chef (tepanyaki like the wok) is fine. Everything else is self-service, even the drinks, all experienced as very impersonal and an unpleasant atmosphere. It was on a Sunday evening, we expected more.

It is a buffet restaurant, which is fine, but it always affects the atmosphere at the table because people are always 'missing'. The advantage is that it is quieter at the table and conversations are easier to have.

A small, nice restaurant where we had a delicious meal. It was nicely decorated and exuded a nice atmosphere. The service was perfect and the food, choice and price was excellent. Definitely recommended.

You can also order Chinese here, I really understand that everything is becoming more expensive, but 35 euros for half containers and watery gado gado and the foe yong hai is way too salty! This is also the last time I order Chinese here.

All you can eat principle, but still regularly found empty dishes/containers. And it wasn't that busy. What was there was fine, but things regularly went wrong with the hot buffet

I never give five stars because then everything has to be 100%. Your own taste determines a lot. There is always something to complain about. We come there regularly and enjoy it. Friendly service and the chefs do their job well. Containers are regularly refilled so that the food remains fresh and at the right temperature.

Today's update: Unfortunately, I have to adjust the number of stars from 5 to 4. The food sometimes tastes delicious and sometimes very bland & tasteless. I think it's a shame that when I order food, I never know in advance whether or not I will get good food that time. When they can consistently deliver good & tasty food, they will certainly earn 5 stars again. After all, love goes through the stomach.. 😋

Mooi restaurant met leuke bediening

We zijn hier vaker geweest. Ik had het gevoel dat de kwaliteit en smaak minder is geworden.

Doorsnee wok restaurant. Ik was er op vrijdagavond en de zaak was half leeg. De meeste bakken met eten waren gevuld maar enkele ook al (bijna) leeg. Wat mij vooral stoorde is dat rond 20.00 al begonnen werd met het schoonmaken van tafels en de keuken. Dat geeft je toch het gevoel dat het tijd wordt om te vertrekken terwijl we er pas 45 min waren. Op dat moment waren er buiten onze tafel nog 3 anderen bezet.

Ze zijn behoorlijk duurder geworden de laatste tijd bij de afhaal ben nu ruim over de 35 euro kwijt voor een maand menu met wat extra sate en kroepoek...kwaliteit is wel okay

Heerlijk gegeten, gewoon goed. Mooie schone zaak. Het enige min punt was de geur welke in je kleding gaat zitten.

Kwaliteit eten was in orde, jamner dat bakken niet bijgevuld werden maar leeg bleven. Niet gevraagd, vind dat dit door restaurant zelf gezien moet worden. Veel personeel, helaas niet erg actief en weinig geïnteresseerd. Soms bleven onze borden meer dan 20 minuten staan voor ze opgehaald werd. Een oudere Chinese vrouw was constant aan het hoesten gewoon recht vooruit of in haar handm waarna ze een nieuwe voorraad sushi aanpakte. Ik heb maar geen sushi meer genomen,...lekker onhygiënisch.

Eigenlijk kan ik heel simpel zijn: het is eenvoudig, maar wel heel lekker eten. Geen bijzondere gerechten, maar daar kom ik niet voor. En eenvoudig is niet verkeerd, zeker niet. Natuurlijk wel de "gewone" vlees en vis soorten, maar geen kangoeroe/krokodil of wat dan ook. Helemaal niet erg. Erg is genoeg variatie! Onze favoriet is de grill. Perfect klaar gemaakt. Niet veel opmaak, gewoon het vlees goed bereid. Een keer de wok geprobeerd, maar die sla ik voortaan overal over. Blijf bij de grill. Kwestie van smaak en genieten. Wokken is toch een andere manier van bereiden en nu ik meerdere keren een grill geproefd heb sla ik de wok voortaan over. De wok was goed klaar gemaakt, dat is de reden niet. Verder een warm buffet, salade buffet (aan het begin nog netjes), ijs, cakejes, chocolade fontein. Drinken staat klaar in de koelkast. Eerste drankje werd aan tafel gebracht in een glas. Vijf bier/wijn zit bij de prijs in. Drie uur wokken. In eerste instantie dachten we dat het te lang zou zijn, maar de grillkok nam vooral de tijd (positief) en zo zaten we op het gemak lekker te eten. Geen lange rijen, maar ontspannen. Kortom, lekker gegeten. Vlees lekker gemarineerd.
