Mei Mei in Wijk 08 Crabbehof/Zuidhoven

Ordered a small portion of Babapangan game, but got a bill for a large, rude, and blunt response. If you don't understand the language, don't work there. Food of the lowest quality I know in Dordrecht. Never again!

All the food was for May, so there was nothing left for me!!!

I had a gift card from Dinercadeau and wanted to redeem it for 2 takeaway menus. There stood an unsavory lady proclaiming that you can only redeem it if you actually eat in the restaurant. I said: "Madam, it doesn't say that anywhere." Then, apparently, the owner came over—speaking very poor Dutch but very condescendingly—to tell me that it simply wasn't possible. I tried to dispute this, but I just got a rude response from the lady. This was already the 2nd time something like this happened to me at this "restaurant" (which is actually just a beer den), so for me: Never again Mei Mei!! What a disgrace if you call this a restaurant! Ugh!

I went to pick up a small Babi Spek [11 euros] with the Dordtpas. To my surprise, I saw at home that she had withheld a large one [19 euros]. When I went back to explain, the owner went berserk like a rattletrap. After a lot of commotion, the difference was eventually refunded. Conclusion: back home with cold, mediocre food and a load of prawn crackers under the meat too!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I ordered beef with mushrooms. The meat was stringy and tasted old. I ate two spoonfuls and left because I didn't want to get sick. Besides, it was overly salted. I don't recommend it.

I received a dinner voucher for my birthday. After cycling for fifteen minutes to this restaurant, I was really craving a moksi. When I asked at the counter if they accepted them, the answer was "restaurant only!" And it was: coincidentally" closed. I cycled on to Cairo in Dordrecht city center, where there was no problem whether to eat there or take away. I do not recommend this restaurant as customer-friendly. It is actually bizarre; when I managed to take a photo, it even seemed as if they were offended. I have never had such an experience.

Great Chinese! Always friendly, and I can eat some dishes gluten-free here (no 100% guarantee of cross-contamination); you're always politely warned about it. I haven't had any problems with it.

I went to get a Mei Mei spring roll, which I used to love. It was flavorful and nicely filled with meat and shrimp. Unfortunately, it was bland and there was no meat in it.

Takeout: The food was fine, but it was lukewarm. The atmosphere isn't great, but they're renovating, so who knows... Update: Tried again... the food was still lukewarm, and the place was full of incredibly noisy alcoholics.

After a few disappointments, we got Chinese food again anyway. Tjap Tjoy was watery again, the Koe Lo Kai balls looked like oliebollen (Dutch doughnuts), and you had to imagine the sweet and sour sauce. The spring rolls were dripping with grease. The Mihoen Singapore was delicious, though. But still, this was the last time for us!!

What used to be a good restaurant, what happened? I got food yesterday, it was so bad. It's become a kind of bad takeout place.

A disgusting, lukewarm, chewy spring roll, yuck. It looks like a pub; you have to wait for your food if you pick it up at a bar with drunk guys. Never again.

Dry (vegetarian) bami, like they forget to add oil and stuff and just boiled it and added nothing. Dry overcooked eggs. Based on 20+ times ordering and only rarely it was a little better. Nice people taking the orders, always willing to add the ham on top because i can understand that's a bit of a rare request while ordering vegetarian Bami (I just don't like the grey meat they put in bami goreng) haha.

People, please think twice before eating here. It seems like they don't care about you. The food was terrible. And now I'm getting a white A4 sheet with the menu printed on it. Really cheap. Isn't the customer worth more? A professional brochure is too expensive? What about the food? Apparently, they don't care about it either. Most of the people there are people with drinks who don't taste anything anyway. Be warned.

We visited a restaurant on our way to Eindhoven between 8:00 and 8:30 PM. The restaurant was closing at 9:00 PM, and we were no longer welcome on a Saturday night. This wasn't a friendly remark, a somewhat older woman told us. We drove to a good restaurant in Tilburg, where we were welcomed.

The best Chinese at the moment, good kitchen staff who know what preparing quality and tasty food is. Hats off to Mei Mei

Second chance after being disappointed almost a year ago, then the Chicken Curry Sauce was more of a soup with some watery curry goo at the bottom... that's why I went to other Chinese restaurants a few times (where it is delicious) This time I didn't feel like/have time to drive around so I gave it a try anyway. Regretted like a hair on my head and last time I went, again not really tasty, seemed like Tjap-Tjoy with some curry powder or something, no (spicy) Curry at all, but very bland, I needed the whole jar of sambal ;-). Anyway, as several people already mentioned, more of a pub with drunken, babbling people, where you can also eat by chance and very lackluster otherwise, despite the renovation (was there a fryer ready downstairs? Strange 🤔)...

Very friendly staff, the food is great and not that expensive, the Christmas dinner was supper compliments to JHON and LI, the best Chinese in the area

What a matter we had 2 tomato soup that was watery and 2 spring rolls what was on our plate of the spring rolls was so greasy awful we had to wash the plate never again!!!

The price does not correspond to the website. This is also stated at the top of the menu, for current prices see the restaurant. We had overlooked the small print and were confronted with a price increase of 25%. Feels like conscious pushing off. Advice: When ordering by telephone, ASK FOR THE CURRENT PRICE FIRST!! When you call about this, the lady keeps saying "price is not on the website, look in lestaulant"

Delicious food tastes fresh! Bami was as it should be and not at all greasy which you normally get at other restaurants.

Tent is full of hopeless Antilleans and junkies who pee in the street while drunk, bother people and just cause nuisance. What a dirty tent! 100% avoid I would say.

What a crappy restaurant! To be honest, the babi pangang was delicious. But the foe Yong Hai had no taste at all and I think the noodles and nasi were from days earlier, heated up in the microwave I think and without any filling. What a sticky, dirty mess. No, never go there again!

I got two chicken spring rolls, they had no taste and there was almost no chicken in them. And it looked more like a pub than a restaurant. Wouldn't go there again anytime soon

The nicest Chinese in Dordrecht is stated on the website. So well then you expect something. But that may only apply to takeaway because the restaurant has little atmosphere. A bit bare and cold. The food is also good, typical Dutch Chinese taste. The service is smooth and friendly.

I think you always get your food heated up the day before here. Just not worth the high costs.

Really it's more like a café that stinks of alcohol, Babi Pangang with Mihoen was just rancid, Babi Pangang dregs and Mihoen just look like action noodles!!! Threw it away like that!!

Online prijzen niet actueel, beetje misleidend. Smaak is erg achteruit gegaan. en een beetje sambal kon er ook niet meer vanaf sfeer vind ik persoonlijk ook wat minder. Volgende keer maar naar een andere afhaal.

Gisteren eten afgehaald. Kwaliteit van het eten is goed en warm. De kennis en kunde van de medewerkers waar je het eten besteld is echter abominabel slecht. Bijvoorbeeld op mijn vraag over de babi pangang bij het maandmenu of dit om mager of vet varkensvlees gaat, werd gezegd dat ze dat niet wist en als ik het al eerder had gehad zou ik dat toch zeker zelf wel weten! Het meisje waar ik mijn bestelling moest doen kwam met moeite uit haar tijdschrift om de bestelling op te nemen. Uitermate onvriendelijk en onkundig personeel!!! Verder wil ik nog kwijt dat het een ergernis is dat dit restaurant meer weg heeft van een kroeg dan van een restaurant. Echt altijd lallende en hard pratende mensen aan de bar.

Net verbouwd, kaal en stof in de vensterbank. Damestoilet niet afsluitbaar.

Eten was altijd goed hier, helaas tegenwoordig niet meer, je krijgt ook verkeerde gerechten, maar hun maken geen fouten wordt er gereageerd, heel jammer dit

Eten is goed maar de prijzen kloppen meestal niet.

Goed en lekker gegeten, maar het restaurant ziet er rommelig en daardoor niet gezellig uit.

Eten redelijk, wel snel. WC was héél smerig, tegen hen gezegd, maar tijdens ons bezoek is er niks aan gedaan. Bah !
